Everything. Since arrival, the attention from the person at Front desk was really one in a kind, very friendly and helpful. The room itself is very spacious and was very clean with great facilities.

The property is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. They provide lots of cutlery and dish-ware, and it has a dishwasher, washing machine. The reception staff appeared professional and friendly. I also thought the provided bottled water and toiletries were a nice addition.

Unfortunately our stay was completely overshadowed by poor housekeeping. The rooms were dusty, the hobs covered in grease, there was a washing up bottle prized between the windows and worst of all, when we arrived back from our concert late at night, too late to find alternative accommodation, we found illegal drug paraphernalia, including a pipe and syringe in the beside drawer. This shows a horrific lack of care, hygiene and health and safety. We have received a partial refund (an amount we apparently agreed to, even though the exact number was never mentioned) and the staff seemed almost unbothered by one of the worst and most serious things I’ve experienced in any stay.

It was ideally located, not far from the train station or the arena, both locations were within a 10 minute walk. The staff were friendly and polite. The apartment was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The only negative thing I would say, though it’s not that bad, is it could be better signposted as you have to go down a short alley to get in which is next to the Blood Bank.

TV reception was pretty poor and couldn't log in to several apps on Smart TV Coffee machine with 4 coffee pods isn't really enough to last 2 people 2 days so we had to go out and buy some more

The property is a bit deceiving from the outside, but once you step inside, the lobby and guest rooms have a surprisingly classy and well-appointed feel.

My only issue was that our room felt too warm. Although there were fans, air conditioning, and an electric heater available, the room was still warmer than I found comfortable. A minor detail was the lack of a full-length mirror, which would have been a nice addition.

Staff were lovely, location perfect. 95% of the property was spotless. But found someone’s snotty tissues by the bed side cabinet, rubbish left next to the hair dryer in the second bedroom.

It should have been cleaned! There was dust on every surface. You can not imagine how every surfce is covered in skin dust!! The outside areas is cigarette butt city!!!!!!!!!!

It was a central location, the amenities were lovely! Little extras on arrival were a nice touch. Also used the discount for the parking which was really handy.

Because of its location it was a little noisy (as expected) Also not necessarily a bad thing, but upon arrival there are three different entrances and we couldn’t find the main one straight away and had to call to confirm.

Beautifully luxe room, so comfortable and well appointed - what a treat! Loved having a kitchen and the facilities. The studio was spotless, everything was high quality including the furnishings and the bedding and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches. I booked another stay before I checked out - that says it all really!

The location is right in the city centre, in the heart of the action. This is a big plus if you’re there to enjoy all that Leeds has to offer but bear in mind, it is noisy, particularly at the weekend. In winter this is probably fine as you can have the windows closed but in the height of summer bear this in mind!

A very friendly & polite receptionist greeted & booked us in. Our apartment was beautiful, modern, stylish & with everything we needed in it. Molton & Brown bathroom products were also a hit for that little added luxury. We had 2 tall standing fans in our apartment which were much needed on a summers evening. Location is brilliant too, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Took us a few minutes extra to find as it's tucked away down a side street, there is a small notice on the wall which I didn't spot at first.

The property was very close to where we needed to be. Very good security. Nicely presented. Clean. Lovely bathroom products.

I loved how kind the receptionists were, they were always quick to help whenever we needed something, specially a big thanks to Elsa and Thuba ( the receptionists ) they were amazing and even offered to keep our luggage before check in which made it easier for us to look around the city, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable to stay, i would definitely recommend 5 stars !!!

Location fabulous. 2 bed apartment was very comfortable, beds lovely, and also 2 bathroom/shower rooms great as we were 2 couples . Bedroom could have done with a dust before we got there, it obviously hadn’t been dusted for a while. Apart from that, it was all lovely and would stay again.

This is a lovely apartment central to everything and at an affordable price if I ever stay in Leeds again I will be booking to stay here the bed was so comfortable perfect place to stay if coming to Leeds

They have a ridiculously short window to check in (3 hours). I arrived after 18:00 (when reception 'closed'), then was unable to check in or contact anyone for help as the number was closed too. I had to find a new hotel, and they refused to refund me because they said this information about check in times is provided on the listing (which it is), but clearly I'd missed that as I was at work and unable to read messages on booking.com. They also wanted me to pay a deposit via a third-party link, which looked fraudulent. After speaking to them the next day, they subsequently lied about having provided an out-of-hours number (which they had not) and implied it was my own fault for not getting back to them in time, not a single apology or hint of understanding. They also lied about having called me 'a few times' when in fact, they had called once (while I was at work) 15 minutes before reception closed. I then called back 3 times to no answer. Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

This apartment is very handy for shopping and restaurants. It only took us a few minutes to walk…slowly….to the First Direct Arena. Also only a few minutes to the train station. It was very clean and well equipped. Also complimentary tea, coffee, water and milk etc. Molton Brown toiletries too. It could do with an ice cube tray though. Although on a busy road, it was very quiet. All rooms are of a good size with plenty of storage. Also a plus…a really good shower.

We were let down by an Airbnb on my birthday weekend, I booked Mansio suites last minute and I’m so glad we did. I rang the reception to request early check in at 2pm and the lady I spoke with was so helpful and sorted this for us no problem. The apartments themselves are immaculate, plenty of room and facilities are A*. The Molton brown minis were a lovely touch. Excellent value for money, I will definitely be back. Also a 4 minute walk to Greek street so perfect for a day/night out and very central.

Wonderful staff I had a problem with my phone charger and the receptionist went above and beyond to find one to help me get it charged so I had access to my train ticket couldn’t be more grateful.

The apartment was fantastic, perfectly clean, everything you could need and,want. The location was fantastic, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Can't complain at all! The bathroom was stunning, the whole apartment was huge and really good for getting ready with big long mirror etc.

Very hard to find reception entry to get keys

Apartment was lovely and had all the amenities there for a pleasant stay. I loved all the added extras such as Molton Brown toiletries, bath robes, face cloth, cotton wool balls, biscuits, tea/coffee, milk and bottles of water. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The location is really good especially with the light carpark across the road that you get a discount for. The staff are pleasant too. The price for these apartments is on par with some 3star hotel rooms so very good value.

This is our second visit and it's not as nice as last year. The decor is a bit scruffy and it's not as clean. A fair few of the utensils were not properly clean. Burn marks on the carpet from someones straighteners. The tv in both rooms had signal issues so it was impossible to watch anything. The noise from the alley was really bad with glass bins being emptied and drunk people yelling but the hotel can't help that.

The earliest check in time available on the website was 3pm. Only marked down because we arrived early (11:30 anm) and asked if it was possible to check in early and were told no due to lack of housekeeping staff.

Overall the suite was fabulous but the decor is a little tired. For instance there were ingrained stains on the bathroom sink surfaces and the cooker hob. The back of the door to the lounge/kitchenette has stains of an unknown origin. The bedroom carpet is also stained. Worst of all was the location of the room, it overlooks the main road and despite the windows being closed I was kept awake all night (Saturday night) by the carousing people outside which lasted until 5am. If I were ever to visit Leeds again I’d be happy to stay at Mansio Suites but not in room 103.

Easy check in although photo I.D was required which we weren't aware of as well as a £200 deposit. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean and the location is perfect and very central to shops bars and the train station. We did struggle to find the entrance as its at the back of the building and not sign posted. We will definitely be back.

Great location, very convenient for getting around Leeds. Excellent value for money — would definitely recommend for the price point.

The mansio suites were fantastic! The rooms and amenities were brilliant and high quality. The beds were comfy and spacious. The location is fantastic!

The only negative was accessibility to reception. There are stairs to the reception instead of a lift which can make things difficult with bags or people who struggle with steps. There is a machine but no one to show how to use it. The rooms got very warm throughout the day. A fan is provided but didn’t make much of a difference.

Quiet and secluded

No towels - I requested they come to the room to check whilst I was there. Very bizarrely and quite inappropriately suggested they didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Charged £20 for late checkout - 45 minutes caused by looking for towels! Be wary of the apparent small print demanding a £200 gold on your card when checking in. I wouldn’t have even brought up the issues about towels etc until gobsmacked by the late charge and the rudeness in which it was dealt with.

Room was lovely

The fact that when we checked in the safe wasn't working and was clicking continously but couldn't be fixed till the next morning and the noise from the clicking kept me awake during the night. Only 1 small bottle of complementary shower gel between the two of us should be 1 each for more than 1 night.

Location very central, the place was pristine with luxury decor and bedding. Shower awesome, bed really comfy. Such an amazing find that we are planning when we could next make an excuse to visit.

The only thing would be clearer mention that reception was only open between 3 and 6pm, and you need passport ID plus a £200 credit car deposit. I was runnnig late and hadnt realised the ID thing so had to scramble for a friend to rush over to get the access card. I could have done email verification I think but I was on the road so wouldnt have seen any email messages to do so.

I had reserved a Superior Apartment, and I can confirm that the additional investment was entirely justified. The apartments are ideally situated in the city center, offering convenient access to both train stations and the arena within a short walking distance. Upon my arrival, the premises presented a clean and well-maintained appearance, and the receptionist provided exceptional assistance during the check-in process.
