Lovely layout, very clean, great location. Great host on arrival.

Lighting in the bedroom and the ensuite not bright enough to do my make up but that's ok! Biggest issue was lack of water - One of the four of us was able to have a full shower, the other three were left halfway covered in soap unable to rinse it off. Toilets not flushing properly as no water. No more water coming into the kitchen sink to wash the dishes. We did not have time to contact reception as we were heading off for our trains. We have friends now living in Leeds and were hoping to have found somewhere reliable to stay, but this has put us off returning unfortunately.

Large bed, massive bath, comfy sofa. Quiet. Relaxed. Staff were fab. Great location. Very relaxed. Would stay again.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness and price

The apartment has two bedrooms, but both are upstairs. It is not suitable for older guests or anyone with mobility or knee issues.

The place is right in the city centre so everything you need is so close including the Leeds station. Really good restaurants around. The apartment is very neat with all the amenities mentioned. The down side for us was that both bedrooms were upstairs and it’s a pretty long flight of stairs . Lovely place and I will stay again when in Leeds

Reception virtually unmanned. Locked out of building twice due to key card issues and no one there to let me in. Fortunately other guests got me inside and then I had for someone to re-appear. The real shocker was the horrendous noise outside the windows from a huge bin store being emptied at 5.30am for about 30 minutes. Also there are huge building works next door and the noise was unacceptable. Impact on sleep spoiled my stay.

Fantastic clean and comfortable apartment with fantastic views, in a beautiful historic building, all the comforts of home and lovely friendly staff on the desk, so much so we have booked another city break in October for our 30th wedding anniversary and have asked for the same apartment.

The location of the apartment is a short distance from the train station and all the shops. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped a d made for an extremely comfortable stay.

We stayed in a 2 bed and wasn't expecting quite so many stairs up to the bedroom. Just something to be aware of if you have lots of luggage

This is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel telling me that my room is ready but refusing to let me check in because I arrived just one hour before the official check-in time. They said that if I wanted to check in immediately, I would have to pay an extra £50.

Perfect location in the city centre. The property was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed for a night away. Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Would highly recommend.

There was a slight issue with air conditioning but this was rectified immediately.

I typically refrain from submitting reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience regarding this particular accommodation. Given the price point of nearly £190 for a night, my expectations for a luxurious experience were not met. The property exhibited significant signs of wear and tear, with dated fixtures and fittings. Notably, the walls displayed accumulated marks from bags and shoes and hands, suggesting a lack of recent maintenance over an extended period. The stairwells also showed considerable wear, and the water pressure was notably inadequate. Upon entry, a distinct, unpleasant odor was present, which could likely be mitigated with a simple air freshener. The overall impression was that the property is in dire need of a comprehensive refurbishment. I would have anticipated amenities such as a coffee machine with complimentary pods, rather than instant coffee sachets. Furthermore, the elevator operated at a remarkably slow pace and produced unusual noises. While the location in the heart of Leeds is undeniably excellent, and the accommodation was acceptable for a brief stay, the designation "luxury apartments" is, in my opinion, misleading given the current condition. It is a shame, as the property possesses considerable potential.

Very spacious front facing apartment that was near a central view across the city square, Open plan living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen space including a hidden dish washer and proper combi oven/grill with induction hob for cooking.. A fantastic open space that beats any executive or suite i have stayed in previously in other hotels

Upon arrival into the suite the bathroom and shower area had a very musty and slightly sewer waste smell though this did dissipate later into our stay, Unsure what had caused this but otherwise everything else was okay

They should keep the security guard rather than receptionist, she was not helpful and was rude

The location, the accommodation, comfortable bed, good quality soap, nice big towels. Technical problems, a blocked sink and a loose tile, were dealt with promptly.

Most good commercial residences, hotels, guest houses, provide Netflix and I-Player access. It is unreasonable to expect foreign visitors to have a UK TV licence. The TV channels available were very limited..

A very clean, modern apartment - it was just a pity we were only staying for one night and didn't get to enjoy all the room had to offer.

We got married at the end of March and stayed here, great location and beautiful apartments. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, each room had an en-suite so it was perfect for us getting ready. The living room/kitchen area was an added bonus for us too. Big thank you to everyone we met during our stay, we had the best time!

I originally requested a 2 bedroom aparthotel when I was booking and I actually had 2 separate, 2 bedroom apartments instead of one appartment Next door to each other but not interconnected even. But as they were nice we managed that. Was disappointed as very misleading. Pictures also very misleading as they make it look like you have breakfast etc in rooms! Which we expected to have happened. I booked for a group of us and just was not what I expected! Very dark bed rooms for getting ready, one room even had a light missing. Even bathroom very dark, no magnification mirror. A shame for such a Nice property!

We were given a free upgrade to a duplex apartment. This represented excellent value for money. There two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge area. Everything appeared newest and perfectly working. Location was excellent, only minutes from the main station. Though in a very central position of the city there was no noise. We would certainly recommend it.

There was confusion over the checkout times. The accompanying hotel has 12midday check out, whilst the apartments has an earlier time of 11 am. This was not made clear until we were checking out. Normally the times are shown on the card holder for the room keys, which would have stopped any confusion, but that had not been printed.

Good location

I booked a two-bedroom apartment at Quebecs Luxury Apartments for three nights at a cost of around £1,250, which worked out to roughly £210 per night per room. At this price point in Leeds city centre, you could easily stay at some of the best hotels with far better service. What disappointed me most was the lack of daily housekeeping. The apartment is cleaned only before check-in and after check-out, so for the entire stay you are expected to manage with the same room condition, towels, bins, etc. This made the experience feel much more like a budget apartment setup rather than a premium stay. To make matters worse, although we were informed that checkout was at 11am, we were slightly delayed leaving and were charged for just one additional hour. Considering the amount already paid for the stay, this felt unnecessary and quite disappointing from a hospitality point of view. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.

We stayed here recently for a night and it was perfect. Great location within a stones throw from some great bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and spotless with everything you could need. Fresh milk was provided in the fridge which I loved, there were a few tea bags and coffee sachets too but take your own if you want a few brews. Towels were fluffy, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided and the shower pressure and hot water was amazing. The bed was really comfortable with two pillows provided for each person. We slept so well. We would definitely recommend Qubec Luxury Apartments and will be rebooking soon, thank you! X
