Boxtel @ Suvarnabhumi Airport

Bed was clean and big . No shower facilities Toilet 2 floors up in Airport

No Shower facilities. Toilet 2 floors up in Airport.

It’s cozy, clean and quiet. Perfect for travelers who want to take a good rest

Toilet was pretty far. Have to go upto the first floor for it. It seems there is one closer but it was under maintenance during my stay. Once it is fully operational it will be more convenient.

Good service and value for money

Toilet far away

It was great to have a comfy bed and some privacy. The staff were nice. The little room had everything I needed.

- You need to go through immigration to get to Boxtel - The toilet is far away... - my neighbor was noisy - it was a bit too warm in the room

The overall experience for the four-hour stay in boxtel is pretty nice and quiet. I recommend Boxtel to those who need a decent space to lie down and take a nap in Suvannabhumi Airport.

There are no washrooms/shower rooms or toilets on that floor. You'll have to go all the way up to the ground floor to use the public toilets in the airport.

Staff at the airport were nice. Rooms and air in it as well.

When I pay for two 4-hour stays, I expect to get the full 8 hours. I don’t know where I will land, how long immigration will take, or how long it will take to reach the hotel. Having to report an exact arrival time is therefore inconvenient. They state that if you are 15 min. late, you might not get the room. They were not accommodating during the booking process. The toilet is much too far away.

Walking distance to AirPort

Noisy, internet slow and bot easy to find the property

Very convenient if you have a long layover in Bangkok.

The second locks are kind of hard to use.

There is nothing mentioned about hotel being outside, so you need to clear immigration to access it.

Very comfortable bed and clean room with just enough air con, water provided

Wish toilet facilities were on the same floor instead of floor above

kein fliessend wasser und für kinder ungeeignet

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.😊 The boxtel was nice, clean and a good size for me and my 4 year old.We arrived too early for our flight so it was the perfect place to have a nap and relax.

The nearest toilet was one floor up.It wpuld have been nice to have a closer toilet nearby

Functional comfortable room. Reasonably soundproof

Size is slightly small Toilet far away.

Comfy and good to get a sleep before my next flight.

A clearer description of how to get to the boxhotel from arrivals would have been really helpful.

Very comfortable.

The bathrooms are a million miles away. In the middle of the night, its a long walk. Not an ideal place for people who may need to use the restroom more often.

Clean n quiet

No toilet nearby , need to walk far to upstairs toilets .. inconvenient especially during nite time . A bit expensive for such set up

Quiet Location inside airport

Proximity to nearest toilet/restroom (5 min walk 1 floor above)

It’s comforting and clean.

I didn’t like the staff who was dealing my check in and billing, I just asked her about the toilet where it is and it’s Far. It’s was my first time checking in the Boxtel and off course there will be questions, when asked she directly started saying do you want to stay or not, it’s like I don’t care attitude. When working in hospitality you got to be calm and polite. Staff is the face of the business.

Location

55£ so expensive you can stay near 5star hotel .

Tout : personnel serviable, aimable et professionnel

Ras

Easy to find Comfortable bed

The toilets weren’t as close as they should have been

Super accueil très pratique

Basic but comfortable for a short stay.

Too far from the nearest toilets.

It is easy to find, as it is located in the airport. The bed is also comfy and the whole place is clean. They gave unlimited water and fresh napkins to clean up.

The AC was not cold, but the staff gave me an extra small fan so it helps. It would be nicer if they have a toilet on the same floor and a shower. They also have a no food policy in the room but there was a common area where you can eat.

It is good opportunity to have rest close to airport Freindly staff , free water

No toilet close to hotel

Location within BKK Airport

Tiny room No AC No toilet Expensive

It's right at the airport and is very quiet but safe. I arrived from Bhutan around 10pm and was going to take the flight the following morning at 9. Staying at this place saved me the hazard of travelling to a hotel or sleeping at the aiport, in which as I would need to pay to store my suitcase. And there are two currency exchange shops within 2 minutes of walk on the same level.

There is no toilet nearby. One needs to walk for around 5 minutes and take the escalator to the toilet up a level.

The layout

No toilet.

Convenient and clean

A bit hot in the rooms

Very comfortable bed and good placement of outlets. The lighting was pleasant. Although the room was small, it was fine for just myself and two large suitcases. The 24-hour reception was friendly and explained their facilities well at check-in. I arrived at 1am and they received me with enthusiasm. They also were flexible with my check-out time, as I wanted to extend by two hours, but this did come at an additional cost.

Although the quality of the room was good, I didn’t find it worth it for the price per hour and size of the room. The location is convenient, but a little difficult to find, especially since it’s in a back corner of the basement in the dark with minimal signage. There’s also no bathroom - if I want to use the toilet I have to go up a floor or two to the public airport bathroom.

Very helpful and understanding staff. Easy to find, great wi-fi connection, complimentary water, very clean.

Nothing.

Location. It is inside the airport.

There is no restroom nearby. I have to use the restroom on the first floor.

Early morning flight, so knowing I need not worry about a taxi from a downtown hotel made this perfect. From my room through check in and security to the airport lounge,,it took me 20 minutes, even though I had fast track security - the hotel is in the basement of the airport and departures are on the 4th floor. I would stay again.

Be warned - there are no bathrooms by the hotel. The closest bathroom is a 7 minute walk away. The hotel concept is a place to rest for 4 hours. Rooms are very small, but again, this is about sleeping for 4 hours. I cannot say I did not like this - it is the concept

Flexible hours. You can drop in and sleep after an exhausting flight

Quite expensive for what it is. No bathroom at proximity.

Lovely comfortable and quiet. Staff very pleasant and available 24hrs. Knocked on my door to make sure I didn't miss my flight

Nearest toilet about 5min walk on another floor of airport

Very clean and comfortable bed. Small bedside table, water and refreshing wash cloth supplied.

Could still hear the airport announcements. Room was very warm, unable to regulate air-conditioning. Toilets were two floors and about a 6-7 minute walk away, not very helpful. It took me an hour to get through immigration and then my luggage was lost, they only hold your room for 15 minutes, I arrived after about 13 minutes! The shops close by only take cash, bahts.

It’s close to the elevator to the departure gate, with 7-11 can purchase anything. Also, it’s silent area while in midnight. Good for midnight flight people. Moreover, can ask for more water for free in the reception.

Can’t control the ac temperature

Very convenient place to have a short stay before long flight, or transit. The room is clean and enough space to store your luggage. much better option compare to sleep capsules.

The access to the Toilet can be troublesome as it is located in a completed different floor.

Clean and cosy, great beds, you can rest

You can hear everything, no toilet and shower at the facility, I think it’s expensive for such service

Kentällä

Kaukana vessoista ja jotenkin epäsiisti kerros. Metro kulki kerrosta alempana ja kuului hyvin huoneeseen. Pieni ja ahdas ja huono ilmanlaatu.

No own toilet

Clean, reasonably quiet but you might be disturbed by other guests checking in and out, it’s a confortabile place to lay down. Staff fluent in English.

It’s not airside so not really worth it for the money. No bathroom. Also the stay is 4 hours with extra hours costing extra. For overnight stay better go to a lroper airport hotel, for shorter stays better go to a lounge.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Suitable for good sleep during long transit hours.

The toilets are bit far.

Bed was super comfy and location, staff were good.

The room temprature, it was stuffy and hot. Toilets were tooooo far.

Cost

Directions to find Boxtel should be provided when booking

Best thing is it’s inside the airport and you can keep your luggage with you. Clean and tidy

AC wasn’t cooling enough but the staff provided with a good fan.

Very secure and soundproof. It's more comfortable than a capsule because you can stand up. Everything you need is provided. I also liked being able to sleep longer than just 4 hours even if I had to pay a bit more.

I had to wait to check in because I had to specify ahead of time my time of arrival which is difficult to predict because of immigration processes. But the staff tried very hard to get me in as soon as possible which was appreciated.

The people at the desk.

The online booking system did not work properly. It was very very difficult to enter in the dates. There seems to be a problem with the webpage and calendar. I nearly gave up it was so difficult. Also — the fact that the system only allows specific 4 hour bookings needs to be explained more cleary.

Easy access, dont have to leave the airport

Expensive for what it is . No fridge also no toilet or shower facilities must go up to first floor.

Alles ok

très confortable et propre

pas de toilettes accessibles

Some where to crash

Toilets to far away for old man pees in the night

Perfect for a layover that’s too long to sit around the terminal, but too short to justify the expense of an off-site hotel.

The closet bathrooms are two floors away.

Very convenient as the hotel is literally in the airport.

But the bathrooms (as stated in the listing) are about 5 minutes away; this is actually 5 minutes and requires going up escalators or the elevator to a different floor. I also felt the air conditioning could be stronger; as the rooms are literally boxes, proper ventilation is important. The space is a little small if you have large bags. I had 1 checked bag, 1 carry-on and 1 personal item and I wouldn't recommend this spot if you have more than that and want to keep your bags in your room with you.

De kalmte

De afstand tot een toilet

Paikka on kentällä

Huono opastus ei kylttejä

Brilliant solution when you have a connection of some hours at night The location is right in the terminal

The toilets are public one floor up in the terminal which is more than 5 minutes walk, not the most convenient. No showers
