Convenient location, just a few minutes walk from bayonne centre. Overall more focus on design than fuction, but still a pleasant stay.

Como hotel nos ha gustado bastante, de hecho cuando nos quedemos en Bayona, este será nuestro hotel de confianza. Tiene cosas chulas como las vistas en el último piso y desde la habitación, Pero hay cosas que mejorar, como por ejemplo que pague extra por tener acceso las 24 horas a los snacks y bebidas calientes del Club (planta 9) y durante la mañana me fue imposible acceder a poco más que 2 napolitanas y unos cafés porque estaban con los desayunos y el brunch. Y por la tarde-noche solo había manzanas y naranjas (es decir, frutas, no snacks) Y por otra parte, viajamos con perro y nos asignaron una habitación que en general estaba muy bien, pero según abrimos la puerta olía mucho a perro, como a perro grande de olor fuerte, que no se fue ni abriendo la ventana y poniendo el aire. Por lo que el tema de la ventilación y/o la limpieza no fue la correcta.

Excellent accueil à l'hôtel OKKO qui sait chouchouter ses clients. L'idée du club avec des petites grignotes et des boissons à disposition toute la journée ainsi que la planche d'aperitivo offerte sont très appréciables. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse et l'espace commun.

I love the firm bed, buffet food is delicious especially the basket of fruits, walking distance to the grocery. Close to the train station and old town as long as you don't mind walking. Snacks and coffee machine open for 24hours is great!

部屋のエアコンのリモコンが壊れていました。 バスルームが異様に大きくて、ドアが重く、開閉しづらかったです。デザインに重点を置いているようで、実用性に欠けています。 朝ご飯の種類は少ないです。 夕方以降にアペリティーボとして軽食が無料でいただけると聞いていましたが、アルコール等ドリンクを注文しないと食べてはいけないような雰囲気でした。軽食を提供していた小柄の男性スタッフの口調が強く、威圧的な印象を受けました。メガネをかけた男性スタッフの方はフレンドリーで、親切な方でした。 ホテルがペット同伴okの為、部屋に動物の匂いが残っていて不快でした。

El hotel tiene una entrada un poco curiosa. Tiene un ascensor que te lleva a la última planta para registrarte. La habitación cómoda y el hotel está a 15 minutos andando al centro y alrededor no hay nada para comer ni desayunar

At first, it took me a moment to get used to the reception and dining area being on the 9th floor. Reception were great, provided a quick tour of the facilities and explained what was available during my stay. The view from the 9th floor restaurant was awesome. Hot shower, easy to use. Loved the short but comfy stay.

De belles et originales chambres, une literie très confortables. De nombreux services a disposition et un personnel très professionnel et sympathique avec une vue magnifique sur Bayonne.

Etwas seltsam war die Reception im 9. Stock, aber das Hotel ist gut und originell eingerichtet, Frühstücksraum und Terasse ganz oben im Hotel haben eine tolle Aussicht in die Umgebung. Vom Hotel ist man in ca 10 Min zu Fuss im hübschen Zentrum. Parking ist im UG.

Je regrette avoir appris en arrivant que le parking etait payant et si cher ! De plus la chambre etait vraiment petite ... un peu moins ee design pr un peu plus de confort svp (notamment sur la litterie !!)

Boutique design hotel in a lovely district. The club facility was a novel, delightful benefit for guests. Perfect for our few nights stay. One minor thing I missed was a fridge in the bedroom.

Very good choice in a city we really enjoyed. Very good bedrooms, excellent top floor lounge/ eating area and breakfast choice. Only down points were the sometimes frustrating lifts, slightly steep prices for overnight parking and a disappointing lack of response to pre arrival communication (in person at the hotel was good). But would generally recommend strongly.

Had an excellent stay, reception staff very helpful speaking english. Fantastic Le Club offering free drinks and snacks and even got a little birthday gift left in the room for me. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent futuristic room,. Very comfortable and well appointed. Super shower. Only downside is that there are not enough lifts and you waste a lot of time waiting for them.

Accueil h24 et très facile. Chambre spacieuse, aérée, propre, très confortable. Très belle vue. Grande salle de douche, choix de serviettes. Fontaine à eau filtrée disponible à chaque étage. Wifi ok. Le gros plus : un bel espace de travail et de lunch (fruits et boissons à volonté, mini viennoiseries, et assiette d’apéritif, compris dans le prix de la chambre). Vue panoramique incroyable pour bosser !

Hôtel convenable mais un peu sur côté je pense. J’ai réservé cet hôtel au vu des bonnes notes mais quelques déceptions. Un parking accessible que sur reservation mais on est pas prévenu à l’avance, du coup on arrive et on se débrouille pour se garer et c’est pas simple… Chambre surchauffée (25 degrés), télé non fonctionnelle. Donc voilà, expérience moyenne malgré la qualité de la chambre en elle même et du personnel.

It was in a great location, about 3 miles walking from the beach and a mile from the city center, but there was a bike path that ran in both directions, making all things easily accessible. There was a rooftop common area with snacks and drinks all day included in the price of the stay, as well as many other amenities that made this hotel worthwhile.

Reception staff efficient but not particularly friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Bel hôtel de belles chambre, original, j’ai attendu 10mn à l’accueil pr obtenir ma chambre et bien 5mn pour avoir un serveur au restaurant. Les prix de la carte plats et boissons je la trouve assez élevé pour une assiette peu rempli

Me ha encantado el hotel. Moderno, funcional, bonito y bien situado. El Club es todo un detalle, las habitaciones muy originales y cómodas, cuarto de baño increíble con una maravilla de ducha, desayuno muy rico y personal atento.

Entrée hotel pas accueillante au RdC. Accueil par ascenseur au 9eme étage, personnel assez indifferent- Deco chambre moderne mais porte sdbains trop lourdes et blessante .Diner longue attente pour une repas trés mauvais et cher, malgré un serveur adorable mais seul et débordé Seuls points positifs: Vue panoramique exceptionnelle depuis les salons et Parking sécurisé.

Tres moderne. Acces 9e étage par ascenceur un peu problematique. mais super vue depuis la salle de petit dej. Parking sous terrain bien sécurisé. Accueil et personnel sympathique Un seul point noir: pas de refrigerateur dans la chambre

Molt ben atesos i molts bons detalls al Club.

La chambre était sympathique avec une décoration contemporaine. La vue depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner est très agréable. Les chambres sont équipées de machine à café avec deux capsules disponibles ce qui est bien. Cependant la mienne ne fonctionnait pas.

Plus de places de parking disponible. Pour un hôtel à bayonne centre. Agaçant pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme. Accueil froid et contrariant. Chambre sale, des cm de poussière aux endroit difficilement accessibles. Pas de menu du restaurant dans la chambre.

Passé un bon sejour d'une nuit malgré un bruit de goute à goute dans le conduit de la climatisation.

Me encantó la posibilidad de tomarte un café o unas pastas en cualquier momento del día en la cafetería así como la disponibilidad de gimnasio y terraza panorámica. La habitación pequeña pero agradable con un curioso baño con ducha integrado en la habitación. A pocos minutos andando del casco histórico/catedral. Como mejora a plantear, añadir algún canal en español a la oferta televisiva.

This hotel is very nice especially staff here are very kind and helpful. They also allow guest use club lounge so get a nice coffee and tea also have some snacks to get, it was amazing! Totally recommend and if I have chance to visit this city definitely go this hotel again!

Rien a dire. Très bon accueil, de très belles prestations dans les chambres et dans l’hôtel. Bien placé et accessible facilement depuis la gare et surtout proche du centre ville en bus ou à pied. Je recommanderais cet hôtel sans soucis.

My stay at OKKO Hotel was average. The room had a modern design, but it wasn’t really clean—there were hair and stains on the bathroom door. The staff, however, were good and polite.

The hotel is rather quirky on first impression, however it was really nice place to stay. Everything seemed to immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. This ran to Biarritz every 15 minutes and the fare was only €1.5. The breakfast were excellent and good quality. There is a small range of food in the evening but ‘small plates’ are available in the club. More substantial meals would necessitate a walk to the centre, although there is a food hall nearby that offers a wide range of food styles. We found this perfectly adequate and had a very good atmosphere. In conclusion we were very impressed with the OKKO offering that were previously unaware of and will definitely consider these hotels in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay in Bayonne. The OKKO was an excellent choice and I’ll definitely be returning! I particularly liked the quirky/futuristic bathroom which was well equipped and had an excellent shower! I felt very comfortable during my visit. The overall standard of the hotel and facilities was 5 Stars! The added bonus was the location of the hotel which was close to the city centre and conveniently located for the excellent public transport links!

Hôtel calme et bien situé. Le club est un superbe endroit pour prendre un gouté ou travailler. La chambre bien mais un peu exiguë avec peu de place pour garder les affaires.

Amazing location in Bayonne. Very walkable to the Old Town, Cathedral, market, etc. we parked off site a block away and overnight parking was only 4 euros. Best part of the hotel is their club lounge on the 8th floor. Accessible to all guests, it has spectacular views of the city, river and. Cathedral spires. Very large space stocked with drinks and snacks. We worked remote from here during our stay and it was very comfortable and well equipped for remote working. We will definitely be back if in Bayonne again

One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed. Dirty, ceilings plenty of humidity and in bad condition. The part of toilette completely uncomfortable. When taking shower the water flows outside as the tilt work is so bad made! Bad and humid smell in the room and the carpet everywhere in the hotel and room dirty and terrible smell. The location is not in the center as proposed. 15 minutes from the center but not in the center as they propose. Extremely expensive for this place. Please avoid!!!

Great hotel in a lovely location, with great transport links nearby. The room was modern and clean. Would highly recommend for a trip to Bayonne.

Such a unique concept of a hotel with the reception on the 9th floor with a large lounge called the Club, which offers a 360° view of Bayonne. Staying here give you access to the club which offers complimentary beverages and snacks, open 24h. My room was rather small, but the design is Zen and so unique, using space in a very ingenious manner. The bathroom is like something out of a sci-fi movie, so cool! Best rain shower EVER! Beautifully located along the l'Adour River and walking distance to the old Bayonne. Next to MOMA food court. One of the Best Hotel I've stayed in! I have nothing negative to say except I think the batteries in the TV remote where probably due to be changed.

Initially we were not told that we should reserve for parking, so finding where we were to park was confusing; however, the lot was fine and we were charged 2 euros! The hotel is a design dream. Crazy that you can see into the bathroom, but it works. The club on the top floor is fun with a great view of the city. The staff is very patient and friendly.

The only thing wrong with my stay was the weather. The hotel is perfectly situated, and has a lovely and welcoming staff.

Good Hotel with excellent 24h services and "the Club" buffet access, but I think it's designed for business only, not leisure, with a maximum of 2-3 nights stay due to room configuration. Positive: Nice and stylish hotel.Very comfortable beds. Great club perks(drinks and snacks). 10-15 min walk to the city center. Great view from the dining/ club area. Negative: It's pretty noisy, being next to a very busy roundabout (although I stayed on the 6th floor you could hear the traffic with the window closed). Good room size, but the fancy design makes it not that practical. Breakfast it's very modest with new COVID measures.

Really cool looking modern room with a very comfortable bed and a coffee maker. I love the Club concept of Okko Hotels, you always find some snacks free at the Club, and at the evening you get a free drink with tapas

The staff were very helpful, and breakfast and 24 hour snack device available in the rooftop lounge.

Great room. Top (9th) floor club area for relaxing and food, with view over Bayonne and complimentary drinks and light food.

Free drinks and good beakfast plus location to town

Very beautiful. Modern rooms, great comfy bed. Exceptional town on a river. Views I expected in Paris, not southern France. Close to the mountain train to Saint Jean for the Camino. I wasn’t expecting such a nice modern facility but the comfort level is very high. I enjoyed it a great deal.

We stayed here for a night whilst on a road trip from Spain to France. Couldn’t have asked for a better stopover hotel experience. Breakfast was awesome. Be sure to book your parking space well in advance - as their parking was full by the time we arrived - therefore we had to park on the street.

No closet, no drawers, the toilet in the center of the room and offers very little privacy!

Horrible location (not safe), and extremely poor (or no) service from the staff and the hotel. Overall a really bad deal for the money.

Great location -- away from the main square, but only about a 10-15 minute walk, and really easy access to buses that went everywhere. Quiet, clean, and really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Everyone who worked at the hotel was super friendly and helpful.

Very Clean & Welcoming Hotel

Really nice inside, good staff, club room with food and drinks is superb. the view is pleasant. Rooms are a bit small overall, but nicely setup. Once issue is that there is road work around the town center / by the hotel, so hard for any GPS to arrive easily / and park around. Not a huge issue but I would have expected to be told before / or at the time of booking. It should get finalized soon as I understand
