Está cuidado al detalle y la atención de Alizia fue extraordinaria. Las instalaciones muy bien y todo muy arreglado. Nos dejaron varios detalles de recepción como pastelitos de Belén y café y agua..La ubicación extraordinaria.

No tiene ascensor y estaban los apartamentos en una cuarta y sexta plantas. La calle es muy ruidosa desde primera hora de la mañana. Pero.a.las 12 de la.noche cortaban.la.musica. El segundo dormitorio muy básico en relación al primero.

Segundo dormitorio muy pequeño. Piso 6 con escaleras, aunque se notifico tras hacer la reserva para confirmarla. Pondrán ascensor pronto. Eso lo hará una estancia de 10.

Bien situado

Mucho ruido por la mañana pero eso no se puede controlar. No pudimos dejar las maletas cuando nos íbamos.

Estuvo nos en el piso 6, y no hay ascensor - hay que tenerlo en cuenta para personas de edad avanzada o con dificultades/limitaciones de movilidad

Great location

Het was er ontzettend schoon, echt zo schoon als je hoopt. Niet alleen visueel, maar het rook er ook heerlijk fris. De bedden waren comfortabel en hoewel het appartement klein is, heeft het alles wat je nodig hebt. De uitstraling is mooi en netjes afgewerkt, met oog voor details en gebruik van mooie materialen. Er is geen lobby, maar in dezelfde straat kun je prima ontbijten. Ondanks het geluid van de straat heb je daar binnen verrassend weinig last van. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning die bovendien heerlijk stil is. In de keuken staat een Nespresso-apparaat en er is een normale koelkast, waar zelfs lekker koud water in stond. De badkamer is fijn en schoon, met shampoo en zeep aanwezig en een heerlijke douche. Al met al een ideaal appartement voor een gezin. Wij hebben hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

We hebben eigenlijk geen echte minpunten ervaren.

Excellent location, spacious, access to transportation, helpful staff, well stocked kitchen, good internet.

Absence of lift which makes getting up to the higher floors challenging but staff kindly helped to carry luggage to the room from the reception.

The staff were so helpful and sweet! The place had everything we needed. The location was excellent!

The 5 flights of stairs were a lot but we knew that when we booked it and I would book it again because it was worth it! The balcony was so fun to look out on!

Es gab keinen Aufzug trotz 6. Etage, das war uns nicht bekannt.

I loved the great location, the apartment is well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The view from the windows and balcony is perfect.

The fact that I had to go up and down 6 floors on foot several times a day with a very challenging staircase

They had a person to receive me, but as I arrived after 6PM I had to pay a late check in fee of Euro 30

I was put on the 6th floor of the apartments, and they have no lift. We had very heavy luggage, and although they were very helpful to aid on the luggage transportation up, it is very complicated. Besides that getting up 6 floors every day for older people is not easy. Thanks god we are healthy.

Prime location Kitchen was well equipped

We could only get warm shower for 1 min No sound proof windows while the main street gets quiet around midnight. Extremely noisy area.

Its located near to all attractions and the restaurants is just by the street and its Very clean aircon is strong with a strong wifi

Its not that we didnt like it but its a stairs as we are on the 4th floor and the stairs is spiral but its ok for us its a bit of ezeecise. And the toilet smells a bit of sewage as the shower drain is block i think it needs unblocker to drain all the hair that clogs in it

The staff were exceptional! As is the location.

The stairs were a challenge 🤣, but also added to the charm of the location.

They don't have an elavater- that didn't bother us, and it is stated on their site. Evening climbs after a long time were harder🤣

The decor was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind. Great location. It was quieter than we thought for such a busy street.

The air con was only in the 2 bedrooms, not the whole apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Otilia Apartamentos. The location is perfect, right on one of Lisbon’s main avenues, with everything within walking distance. We loved the beautiful view from the windows, and despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night once the shutters were closed. There is no elevator, but the historic staircase is absolutely beautiful and became one of our children’s favorite parts of the building. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent bed and high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. Every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully designed, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Location is fantastic, right on Rua Augusta. Beautifully decorated, clean. Our second time staying at this property and I would stay there again. It was also nice that we were provided keys for everyone in our group.

Loved it all. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, please note no elevator.

La limpieza, la ubicacion y la amabilidad del personal son insuperables. Parece que estrenas el apartamento

Las escaleras. Estuvimos en un cuarto piso, y costaba un poco subirlas, estamos muy acostumbrados a ascensor

The location was perfect, right in the action. Three sleeping rooms, kitchen was stocked, shower was great.

We waited a long time at the property for someone to come and check us in. The property is a bit dated and o. The hallways has a funky smell. It was fine for 2 niggts.

Location, being near all the action, foodies, shops etc was excellent. Handy to all local transport options including tour buses. Handy also to bars, foodies, the sea, and some of the major attractions is also great. Aircon in bedrooms was a life saver on hot days. Well appointed facilities and comfortable beds too. Balcony off kitchen is a good place to relax. Staff are very helpful and assisted with moving luggage up and down stairs.

Having to climb six flights of stairs for someone over 65 can be challenging if not fit. Shame no lift but it’s a historic building not conducive to a lift installation. Also top floor apartments have angular ceilings in most rooms so watch you don’t hit your head. Can be noisy late into night from bars and foodies operating in Rua Augusta street below but that’s part of being so close to the tourist area.

Hay 1 solo baño y para 5 personas pues es un poquito incómodo. Pero nada grave y la habitación secundaria es algo pequeña y le llega menos el internet.

Location was great. Joana was very helpful. Little cakes, apples and waters were a plus.

Stairs are an issue if you have any mobility problems. Having the small terrace was a plus for the 6th floor apartment. Tall people might have a problem with the toilet ceiling.

The apartment is beautiful with lots of natural light and is located right in the heart of the city, with major attractions, stores, and restaurants just a few steps away! It is an historic building they have restored beautifully, keeping remnants of the ancient past in tact. The only reason for the 9 rating (and not a 10) is that the main sitting area is rather small (though the kitchen is a good size) and because of the stairs (see below).

It is important to know that the apartment does not have a lift and we were on the 5th floor, which meant walking up and down 5 flights of stairs every time we left and returned. Fortunately, the hosts were incredible and carried our luggage up and down the stairs for us, something I could not have done on my own! You might be able to request a room on a lower floor, but the winding staircase is still a bit of work!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We were left outside with no assistance, no check-in instructions, and no way to contact anyone despite repeated attempts for over three hours. We eventually had to find and pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this property.

Location!! Spacious enough for 4 adults.

There was construction going on behind the property which was quite noisy during the day but as we were not in the apartment much during that time it was not an issue for us. I would not recommend this property when traveling with an active toddler but perfect for adults.

Trafił nam się apartament na samej górze, co było wyzwaniem (6 piętro, z walizkami po kręconych schodach) i sufity były skośne, więc co chwilę ktoś uderzał głową.

My friends and I stayed at the Otilia apartment for two nights, and it was the absolute perfect base for our first time in Lisbon! The location is incredible—everything was within easy walking distance, from the major attractions to amazing local eateries. We had the best two days exploring the city and loved having such a comfortable, convenient place to come back to. Highly recommend!

Brilliant location right in the centre of things, with Alfama within easy walking distance. Don’t book if you can’t manage stairs. We were lucky and got the second floor. The highest it goes is 6, very steep and windy staircase…….but full of character!

Shame about the building works at the back. Meant our kitchen and bathroom were very dark due to the window coverings. However the bedrooms were great with beautiful shutters opening into the main shopping street. Great for people watching. Couldn’t get the air con to work, but we managed without it

Bardzo serdecznie polecam apartament Otilia, który jest położony w samym centrum Lizbony. Apartament jest niezwykle komfortowy, elegancki i czysty. Wyposażenie jest wystarczające nawet dla wymagających. Łazienka jest jasna i przestronna, w dwóch sypialniach są wygodne łóżka. Wszystko pachnie czystością i swieżością. Korzystałam z apartamentu z balkonem, z którego widok był niesamowity. W tym miejscu nie ma minusów. Sympatyczna i troskliwa obsługa pomoże we wszystkim, udzieli porady i jest bardzo miła. Spełniły nasze dodatkowe prośby. Było nam żal opuszczać to miejsce. Jeżeli wybierasz się do Lizbony, wybierz to miejsce.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en hielp de bagage naar boven brengen. Het appartement was ruim en grotendeels netjes. De locatie is heel goed.

Er was veel lawaai door bouwwerkzaamheden aan de achterkant van het gebouw. En er was veel lawaai door drukte in de straat.

Very centrally located, clean and comfortable with helpful friendly staff. Nicely decorated and well equipped.

The building is on a very lively street but is quiet from 11pm-7am so not too bad. The narrow staircase and wooden floors with 2 flats on each floor means you can hear a lot from your neighbours.

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de tout. Une supérette My Auchan est juste derrière l’appartement. La rue Augusta est idéal pour le séjour. Nous avons pu arriver tardivement et les clés ont été laissés dans le coffre. Le ménage est fait tout les jours dans l’appartement. Tout était bien organisé. Très bien géré par Joana.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, les escaliers sont très raides. Nous étions au 4eme étage. Mais ça se fait tranquillement, pour un petit séjour ça va. Il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine, un économe par exemple, une passoire.
