Sehr freundliches Personal, äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer, Bad etc. sehr sauber, alles wird täglich gereinigt. Bequemes Bett, gutes Frühstück, WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, die Rezeption ist dauerhaft besetzt. Ich war als Gesundheitstourist in Istanbul, die Aura Vita Klinik ist mit dem Taxi nur wenige Minuten (für ca. EUR 5,-) entfernt.

Das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: internationales Fernsehen wäre von Vorteil, da am Fernseher im Zimmer nur türkische TV-Sender angeboten werden. Aufgrund meiner Augen-Operation habe ich viel Zeit am Zimmer verbracht, konnte jedoch nicht Lesen, Fernsehen wäre eine angenehme Alternative gewesen. Es soll mir jedoch nichts Schlimmeres passieren als nicht Fernsehen zu können... ;-)

Some reason it was very cheap, no doubt worth of its price. Good breakfast. I was looking for location near by Aviation Museum - 10 min taxi ride.

Loved the place, staff was polite and responsive, cleaner was very well mannared and breakfast was also ok! Great value for money will definitely stay there in future!

They are doing works in the area so it gets a bit noisy, not the hotel's fault. They are good.

La colazione era insufficiente poco varia e di dubbia qualità. Non c'è stato mai il servizio in camera durante il soggiorno per il cambiò della biancheria.

Very comfortable, nice big room, staff was very friendly and attentive, location is very good if you plan to visit expo.

Breakfast is minimal, you can hear loud prayers through the window

Bol som tam pred 3,5 rokmi celkom ok Teraz pred hotelom nie je miesto na auto ani na vyloženie kufrov(aj keď som posielal 2 emaily ) došli sme o 20:00 recepčny hrozný- neochotny...!!! Vedľa hotela starý servis keď som tam prišiel pán ktorý mi dal ultymatum- 900TL (18€)+ kluče od auta alebo vypadni (žiadna možnosť vyložiť kufre) Čo si mám o tom myslieť že ......+ ? Ešteže tam ráno auto bolo Ráno recepčna a starši pán - celkom ok ktorý mi minule pomohli s parkovaním Na stránke je zverejnené bezpl.park.

there is construction work in front of hotel that makes severe noise which you aren’t relax and comfort also the room not matched with site’photos .

Хотелът е на много удобно място и е доста чист, вежлив и усложняв персонал. Единствения недостатък този път беше шума от строежа наблизо, но това не зависи от хотела а пък и се надявам следващия път като посетя хотела, строежът да е приключил

Location is good if you want try authentic local food.

Bath room was dirty and unhygenic. Bed was below average. Lighting was poor. Breakfast was a fraud. They charge you for breakfast but all you get boiled eggs and cheese. Very poor entry as you have to lift bags from street to enter.

Preisleistungsverhältnis und Freundlichkeit waren super. Zimmer und Sauberkeit sowie Feühstück waren gut.

Привітний персонал, який хоче допомогти. Окрема подяка менеджеру Сарі, яка дуже допомогла мені, коли мені було дуже погано. У готелю є ліфт, також поруч смачна пекарня, в якій готель на сніданок закупає супер смачні бублики (симіти). Гарний інтернет. Близько до транспорту, у тому числі до метро.

В номерах палять і чутно запах, хоча я вибирала номери для непалящих. В першому номері, в який мене поселили, не зачинялося вікно і було шалено шумно від дороги. Трохи є питання до чистоти - якщо ви розраховуєте на європейську чистоту, то тут ви її не знайдете. Сніданки слабенькі, навіть кави нормальної не було.

Seriozitate din partea personalului, locatia este buna, curat, mic dejun acelasi dar destul de vast si calitativ.

Bathroom was disaster, old, no maintanance.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war freundlich.Kaffe Tee Toilettenpapier jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Zimmer waren groß und ruhig.

Price for 7 nights was a steal, with breakfast included altough I never tried it, room cleaned daily, location close to anything you might need.

Honestly, not much to dislike for what I paid, but I did have some issues with the shower head being a bit broken at the handle, and how the housekeeping team just invited themselves in when it was time to clean the room, I didn't expect them to come in uninvited so they almost walked in on me half naked. I assume it's because they don't have a system in place to know when the room is empty or not, and if they don't hear a reply to their knocks they just open the door.

Odličan smeštaj, sama lokacija i blizina javnog prevoza su od velikog značaja. Lako se stiže sa aerodroma, blizu je sajma i u okruženju ima raznog sadržaja. Preporučujem ovaj smeštaj. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i na raspolaganju za pomoć. Doručak je bio ok takođe.

Everything was great there was nothing not 10/10 in this hotel

It was a little bit far from my exam place

the bed and sheets were clean witch was enough for my short stay. The location was also convinient for fisiting the expo.

wifi did not work, noise from trafic and mosque.

Had a lovely stay! Everything was well organized: clean room, generous breakfast, friendly staff. The location is great – easy to get around. I felt very comfortable here. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Istanbul!

Établissement très sale, pas hygiénique du tout! . Preuve à l’appui: Cheveux long + énorme tache jaune sous le drap, WC sale, sous évier sale, sol sale, douche sale, etc…Je ne recommande pas du tout. Gros problème d’hygiène. Tellement que c’était sale nous n’avons pas pris de douche et avons quitté l’hôtel dès le lendemain matin. Je demande un remboursement à juste titre !

Good location, friendly staff. Nearby shopping center, shops, cafes. Has its own restaurant. The room has everything you need, the room is clean.

The room was smoked in, so the smell remained. The guests are noisy at night. The breakfast is sufficient, but modest, no coffee.

The staffs speak English and are extremely helpful, polite, respectful and friendly.

I didn't like that they lie about the parking lot being free but unfortunately there is no hotel parking lot, only the parking lot around the street which never has free spaces. And you have to pay around 10 euros a day.

The rooms were clean. Location is ok.

Found some of the staff not so friendly or welcoming. One example When I sat down for breakfast one of the staff was packing the food away & tidying up (while snacking himself) before I even had a chance to eat. Then asked me to leave the dining area to finish my coffee. Just thought he was unprofessional with a wrong attitude. The guy at the front desk was ok. The hotel is basic & dated, the room was ok. Pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was clean. Although I did stay at a hotel 5 minutes away that was better with friendly & helpful staff & cheaper. Won't be coming back unfortunately.

All staff were ery friendly and helpful. The technicians and kitchen and cleaning staff were helpful,.Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. Thankyoh to the lady who advised us re the direct coach to the airport which sVwd us along of headache time and money . Recommded

The place is quiet, tidy and clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and we really liked our room. It was clean and of a pretty normal size, which was comfortable for us. Other than that, the breakfast was very nice, and we had a great stay. Thank you!

The only thing that could be improved is the lighting—it would be nice if it were a bit brighter.
