Hotel Shiragiku

Loved this traditional hotel! We stayed in a traditional room. The staff sets up and takes down the room morning and night. The futons were very comfortable. The onsite onsen was also lovely and the staff was understanding for those of us who hadn't experienced that before. They have a lovely lounge area and a good breakfast buffet. It was a treat to stay here. We also were able to arrange for 7 of us to get massages- the staff was very accomodating!

Hotel where you are welcomed from the start. We were greeted at the entrance as they were already expecting us. Check in was a breeze and our luggage’s were immediately brought to our rooms by the friendly staff. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We had ordered dinner with our stay and they fed us really well with a multi-course kaiseki meal. The car park was spacious with enough room for all car sizes. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor onsen very much. Will definitely return to the hotel.

Very nice experience for our first visit in Beppu. Will definitely re-visit here when we come to Beppu again. Thank you for the host, good and everything is so nice. We love here, the staff, environment, food and room.

The hotel is excellent in general. First of all, the location of the hotel is good with less than 10 minutes walk to Beppu station, there is also bus stations in front and opposite to the hotel with easy access to attractions such as Umi Jigoku, Yufuin, and Beppu Global tower. The room is clean and tidy with great views, though we are not super fans for hot spa, we enjoy it very much, yet we love the bigger pool. The hotel staff are great too, they ran out to help us to carry the luggage’s when we arrived, they also came out to collect our umbrella when we backed to the hotel as well. Finally, their breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in Japan with much variety of Oita local cuisines, while the view of the restaurant is scenic.

春休みが終わったばかりで、ゴールデンウイークもまだ始まっておらず、観光客も少ない。 ホテルには美しい環境があり、店員は親切です。Spring break was just ended, Golden Week hadn't started yet, and there were not so many tourists. The hotel has beautiful surroundings and the staff are friendly.

駐車場にて出迎えてくれたり、水や氷をお願いしてもすぐに届けてくれたりと、とても丁寧な接客に満足しました。 朝食もとてもおいしく、見晴らしの良い最上階からの眺めも格別でした。 朝食の後は、同じ場所で無料で色々なお茶やコーヒー、お菓子が楽しめたのもよかったです。 また、早朝から深夜まで、大浴場を利用できたのもよかったです。

到着からチェックアウトまで随所にもてなしを感じることができました 水回りも清潔で温泉もとても気持ちよかったです 朝食もメニューが豊富で朝からとても充実した１日をスタートさせることができました 次、大分を訪れるときは必ず白菊さんにします！！

The best Onsen Ryokan in Beppu!

The overall service is good esp the hot spring. The tea provided at hot spring is good.

環境優美，位置方便，房間寬躺，自助早餐的款式略為少了些，溫泉大浴場有室內和露天，都很大，非常舒適，值得一住!

別府へ行く際は、いつも利用させていただいております。 温泉も良く、キレイで、居心地のいい時間を過ごさせていただきました。

古さを感じるが、全体的に清潔で良かった

景色や治安も良く、いいお部屋でした。ホテル内の食事が予約席だとは知らなかったので、できれば予約制ではないほうが良かったです。フロントでの子供へのお菓子のプレゼントは、嬉しかったです。

ご飯が美味しかったです

如果有酒店車比較好，要自行坐的士比較略差。老牌酒店，服務不錯，有免費宵夜。

笑顔のスタッフ、女性に気遣ったスイーツのサービス、子供向け　大浴場のアイスキャンデーサービス　心憎い気配りでした。 朝食バイキングも内容充実で宜しかったです。 勿論　大浴場もgoodでした。　

地點交通方便近車站，房間舒適，早餐不錯，晚餐一般且份量少，但餐廳環境好舒適，溫泉環境尚可，服務員態度好有禮貼心！

有一温泉池的石太多污漬，及粗糙面，有刺脚的感覺。房內冇鞋揪。早餐太少款式。小商店祇有女裝用品！其他設施沒有

酒店位置非常方便，只要出咗jr站行大約八分鐘到到達，酒店員工有禮，熱誠， 房內清潔滿意， 浴場清潔乾淨， 早餐不錯， 房價包早餐「價格過千元一晚但合理， 下次有機會再去別府都會再住這間酒店

スタッフ皆さんに気持ち良く対応してくださいました。 特にドアマンの方がスーツケースを引いて坂道を上ってくる女性に駆けつけてスーツケースを持とうとしたのには関心しました。その女性はホテルの客ではなかったのです。

매우 좋은 온천 포근했던 잠자리 친절했던 서비스가 인상적이었습니다. 다음에 또 가고 싶습니다.

交通算是方便: 從別府駅走路約10分鐘的距離,但是有小上坡；也可以搭巴士,一個站就到。快到飯店門口時,服務生就跑出來幫忙拿行李, 這點讓我印象非常深刻。 早餐樣式很多 , 晚餐[浜 菊]的料理相當美味! 和洋房很大間很舒適,露天溫泉很舒服 整理來說非常完美! 有機會一定還會再次造訪

벳푸역 근처 일본풍 숙박을 즐길 수 있습니다. 일출을 보며 맛있는 조식을 먹는 건 또 하나의 추억입니다.

벳푸에 재방문 한다면 다시 투숙하고자 합니다. 위치, 객실 상태, 직원 서비스, 조식, 온천 모두 훌륭합니다.

좀 낡았지만 온천물이 좋고 음료 자판기가 종류별로 있어서 편리하다 고층 식당 음식이 예쁘고 맛도 있다 전체적으로 아기자기한 맛이 있다 흡연층에서는 담배냄새가 많이 났다

Great amenities and food! Having bath in outdoor hot springs with cold air with watching stars in night sky couldn’t be better, it was amazing! Also all the staff were so kind and nice.

No house keeping services on my second date and staff was not helpful after I came back at night and requested to clean up the room

The hotel is certainly worth its price, especially when you travel in a group of two. Everything at the hotel, from onsen to food, is OK. However, like most mid-range hotels, it's in a somehow awkward place: on the one hand, it doesn't aim to be fancy to impress; on the other hand, it doesn't help you save money if you are on a budget.

建物の外観は古いですが、内装はきれいです。お風呂は2箇所で、毎日男女入れ替えです。片方にはとても大きな露天風呂があり、長い時間お風呂につかっていても飽きません。お風呂では、多種類のシャンプー、リンス、化粧水、乳液を借りることができるので、これらの物を持ち込まなくても心配ありません。夕食、朝食ともにとてもおいしかったです。夕食については、同行者がなまものを食べれないことを事前に伝えたところ、快く焼き物に変更して頂けました。古い温泉旅館と思いますが、独特の雰囲気（何箇所かの宴会場、ラウンジ、お土産屋さんなど）があり、個人的にはすごく気に入りました。部屋からは別府タワー、別府湾が望め、景色も楽しめます。また、市内近隣の紹介資料を従業員の方が手作りされており、見ているだけで楽しめました。スタッフもみなさん明るく、親切でした。自信をもっておすすめできるホテルです。

역에서 조금만 걸어가면 되고 호텔내에 온천시설이 잘 되있어서 너무 좋았습니다! 다음에 벳부에 다시 가게 되어도 여기서 묵을꺼 같아용!

직원들이 영어가 서툴긴 하지만 기본적인건 가능. 후쿠오카 team lap Island 내부에서 카드지갑을 잃어버려서 영어로 통화가 잘 안되니 대신 좀 해달라고 하니 전화해줘서 지갑을 택배로 받아서 찾을 수 있게 도와줌. 근처에 공원이 있어서 아이가 가서 놀기 좋았음.

깔끔하고 좋았어요 온천도 너무너무 좋았습니다>.<

벳푸 메인역 걸어서 5분거리 위치. 석식 같은 경우 예약을 안하면 메인역 근처에서 해결해야 함. 다만, 벳푸역 근처 맛있게 먹을만한 식당을 찾지 못했음. (맛집이라고 블로그에 올라온 면집은 맛이 없었음) 목욕탕은 남녀탕이 매일 바뀌는데 안쪽 탕이 훨씬 좋았음. 다음에 온다면 숙소를 저렴한 곳으로 잡고 목욕탕만 별도로 이용(1만원) 하고 싶음

식사 패키지를 했는데, 첫날과 둘째날의 식사장소가 다르고 메뉴에 변화를 준 것이 좋았다.

직원들이 매우 친절했고 조식이 좋았습니다. 벳푸 역에서 걸어서 10분이 채 안되는 거리여서 좋았습니다. 침구가 좀 더 푹신했으면 합니다. 온천도 그런대로 좋았습니다.

시설 외부는 낡은 느낌이었지만, 내부는 깨끗하고, 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 또한 온천과 조식도 매우 마음에 들었습니다.

다시 가고싶은 숙소입니다. 깨끗한 숙소, 맛있는 조식, 좋은 온천 어느것 하나 흠잡을곳 없는 곳이예요.

由別府火車站一直行斜路約10分鐘左右便會到達。內裡環境清幽，有公眾溫泉予酒店住客使用，見本地人都有光顧即不會太差。早上酒店自助餐種類很和式，感覺特別！

직원분들이 너무 친절하셨어요! 너무너무 기분좋은 이용이였습니다!! 온천도 너무 좋았어요!! 나중에 엄마랑 다시오거싶어오ㅠㅠ

객실내에 먼지가 조금 많다는 느낌을 받았어요 그리고 잠시 뭐 하고 있으면 직원들이 자꾸 문을 따고 들어와서 놀랐어요 하지만, 온천은 정말 마음에 들었어요

Overall the service is good. But hotel staff do not speak Good English.

雖說離別府站走10分鐘，但推著行李一路上斜路很是吃力，好似有車站41號巴士可到，走時才見到。酒店附近冇餐廳，如果沒有訂早晚餐會很不便。自助早餐簡單但美味。酒店只有大浴場沒有私人家族風呂，帶大童不方便。房間設備很陳舊了，日式房放三張疊床已沒有什麼空間了。可能預設客人都去大浴場泡溫泉，房間沒有大毛巾提供。除了入房冲茶的職員態度冷淡外，其他人都很禮貌。

It was fun but we are brave and heroes of justice. Onsen was fabulous especially the outdoor.

Located walking distance up hill from the train station in front of a bus stop. Great service and food. Has two indoor/outdoor onsen that they switch am/pm for men and woman. Older facilities that are showing its age. Nice view from our Japanese style room. Firm futons and pillows.

The Onsen needs serious cleaning from the Onsen to the walls ceiling the entire Onsen. Dirty and full of mold. The Onsen waters are full of twigs leaves dead bugs and everything else. They don't clean it during the day or night. The hotels walls and rooms need a coat of paint badly. The futons are 100 years old and require new ones that are better in your back
