Staff yg baik, sangat polite. Parking banyak kat sekeliling hotel, kawasan tak sesak. Cuma kena bayar kalau weekdays.

Tv rosak. Bilik agak sempit. Perabot mcm lama, tak lah kotor sangat tapi agak turn off. Overall rasanya okay je kot sbb hotel murah je.

Kemudahan kedai 24jam .kedai mkn, pasaraya, bank..semua sebelah2...lapar tgh mlm trun bawah ada 7e ...dpn hotel ada kedai mamak ..xckup duit...blkg hotel ada bank...baju xckup bawa..dpn hotel ada lotus....bilik yg wangi dan selesa ...

Dirty toilet. Strong cigarette smell once u entered the floor and in the toilet room. Feels like ure in low class shopping mall.

I stayed here with my Wife and Son. We had a great time over here. Good location and plenty of parking area. There is a 7-11 and Maybank very close to the hotel which was very convenient.

First impressions start at reception, and the experience here was excellent. The receptionist (Malay girl - forgot to ask her name) during our late check-in (around 10:30pm) was very professional, spoke fluent English, and explained everything clearly, which really elevated the overall experience. The receptionist the next morning was also friendly and handled the check-out process efficiently.

The aircond was slightly less cool in our room, but they had a table fan to help circulate the air.

Staff is very kindly, room is very clean, 7 eleven and mamak restaurant is just a walking distance only.

The room price for 2 nights is 393, but I don’t feel it’s worth it. The reason is that we mostly come to the room only at night, and even then there are only about 12 basic TV channels available. I think the management should give more importance to this. Since WiFi is already available, at least you could provide something like an Anycast device, which is a very small budget upgrade. I hope you will take my suggestion into consideration. Thank you.

ni pendapat saya sahaja,services hotel ni memang lembap sgt...dh la check in pukul 3...lepastu lama pulak menunggu,padahal tak ramai pelanggan...bukan nak kata apa la...service dkt receptionist memang hauk..siap boleh mengumpat dpn kami ni(Indian yea receptionist tu)..jgn ingat saya tak faham apa yg you all ckp...😒setakat saya pergi byk hotel sebelum ni,xpernah la pulak customer perlu bayar harga tuala hotel yg digunakan...kot saya yg xtau kan..btw kami bwk je tuala sendiri..satu lagi receptionist tu sepatutnya print 2 salinan details check in..sbb bila nk check out...receptionist lain tu tnya knp satu je salinan..kau rasa????punya la malas nk layan customer..ckp pun mcm nak tak nak..so mmng bad la hotel niiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!

晚上我住在一楼半夜有人一直聊天还有吸烟..烟味飘进我的房间整间房都是烟味..还有房门开进开出很吵半夜3点这样

max 3 hours for hotel . i miss understanding about price. i think the price for 1 night but she say only max 3 hours can stay in hotel

Worth for money, strategy location

Internet connection is very poor, unable to perform work on the night. A bit disappointed after staying there for some time with good connectivity.

اول مره أشوف فندق يأجر ب 3 ساعات ماكس وبس توصل الفندق يقول انت حاجز الفندق ل ساعات وبعدين يدفعوك 100 رنغت زياده انتبهو عند الحجز انه السعر الي تشوفه مو يوم كامل أسوء فندق شوفته في حياتي

Hotel bersih, tapi bilik air tak selesa, pintu tak boleh kunci dan kena tutup pakai langsir.

Mcm kena scam, tulis rm78, rupanya untuk 3 jam, kalau nak stay semalam kena tambah rm100, jadi rm178, nak cancel tak boleh sebab dah bayar yg rm78, katanya ada tulis dlm booking, toi saya rasa ini trik, tak pernah saya jumpa hotel yang buat mcm ni, selama lebih 10 tahun saya guna booking, ini kali pertama saya kena, dan terakhir saya duduk hotel ni.
