Wunderschönes Haus, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und engagiert. Gutes Frühstück.

The house is lovely, and the neighborhood might be one of the best in the city. The door is closed during the night, but someone from the staff is always there to open it for you, even in the late hours. The room was very spacious, I loved the decorations, and the beds were nicely made. The breakfast is simple but delicious, exactly what you need in the morning. Fresh fruit, omelette, roti, tea, and all the good stuff. The owner is a wise man with many interesting stories to tell, and the staff are also very kind. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

I wish the bathroom had been a little better maintained, and unfortunately, the hairdryer wasn’t working either. The biggest issue, though, was the construction site right next to my window. I completely understand that this is outside the property’s control, which is why I’m still giving the place a high rating. However, the noise was extremely loud and, at times, unbearable, the whole room was vibrating while the construction work was going on.

In un bel palazzo e con molto verde intorno. Proprietario e staff gentilissimi. Colazione locale e casalinga (ottima!).

Purtroppo il bagno era in pessime condizioni, l’aria condizionata faceva un rumore allucinante che quasi non permetteva di prendere sonno. E più in generale, la pulizia era molto scarsa. Moltissima polvere.

Al ser mi primera vez en India, la experiencia en Villa 33 inició en Chile... Estoy profundamente agradecido a su anfitrión que desde el momento de la reserva, tuvimos contacto para preparar todos los detalles de mi llegada y estadía en su hotel. Fue muy importante todas las informaciónes y consejos para poder conocer el entorno de la zona donde se encuentran ubicados y los lugares históricos religiosos más importantes. Me sentí realmente como en casa... La amabilidad y respeto de los trabajadores, logró superar la barrera del idioma. Si quieres un lugar tranquilo, decorado con buen gusto y un anfitrión que te ayudará y aconsejará en todo lo que necesites, Villa 33 es el lugar por excelencia recomendado por mi. Tendrás un desayuno que te invitará a probar los sabores de la India... Las habitaciones hermosamente decoradas y luminosas son para un descanso único. Villa 33 está estratégicamente ubicado en un sector residencial, cerca de muchos parques donde salir a caminar y estar en contacto con una naturaleza que silencia el ruido de la ciudad... Tendrás buenas cafeterías, restaurantes, farmacia y un minimarket para comprar lo que necesites. Hay conexiones con el metro pero también las apps de viaje funcionan bien. No hay duda alguna que si vuelvo a Delhi, volveré a hospedarme aquí.

メトロ駅，マーケットなど飲食店も近く便利．深夜早朝はブロックが閉鎖されるので注意必要．隣が小学校なので平日朝7時半から大きな音楽などします． 朝食は美味しかったです．家主のAnilさんはとても気さくな方で色々話してくれます．また，スタッフも優しい方ばかりで色々気遣ってくれました．

建物が古く，エアコンや扇風機の音が少々大きいかな．あと電球が切れていたり，コンセントが緩くて抜けやすかったり細かい事はあります．そういうのを許せる人には全く問題ないです．

Villa 33 is prachtig. Eén en al sfeer. Prachtig gebouw, van binnen en van buiten. Enorme kamers, met een enorme badkamer. De plek is fantastisch. Dicht bij een marktje, een prachtig groot park waar je je in de jungle waant, ver van de stad. En dicht bij Hauz Khas. Alles op loopafstand. Heerlijke buurt om te verblijven in Delhi.

Het is een oud gebouw en dat komt met gebreken, zo moest onze douche nagekeken worden. Maar daar krijg je zoveel sfeer voor terug, dat je dat al snel vergeet.

The place is very well located- quiet yet close to all necessary amenities. The owner was a kind person and served us a simple hot meal as we had checked in late in the evening after a long working day and were too tired to step out for dinner. This was provided on the house. The room was large and for two persons it was very comfortable. They have a lot of lovely old wooden furniture.

I think the rooms/bath area can be spruced up a bit as they are a little run down. While the furniture is nice they can have fewer pieces in the room to make it more spacious.

Hébergement très bien. Nous avons pu arriver tardivement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Jolie demeure, déco désuète mais qui vaut le coup d' oeil, lits confortables, très grande chambre et très grande salle de bain. Malgré une arrivée tardive 1 heure du matin) ils étaient disponibles

Le petit déjeuner un peu léger mais sinon rien à redire mis à part une électricité pas très aux normes !!

Villa 33 is in an old colonial house in the Hans Khas high -end neighborhood If there is no hot water, check to see that the switch for the “on-demand" hot water tank in your shower is on. A cluster of businesses 200 meters away, including bodegas, tea/coffee, and a decent pub (The Beer Cafe) and adjacent, the low-key Kathi’s House of Kabobs Villa 33's lead staffer is Tej Singh with whom basic communication in English is possible. For more complex communication needs English, guests can always ask Mr. Singh to contact the manager, Mr. Anil Saigal, who’s offsite. Breakfasts are Continental and Indian, and are eaten family-style. Very tasty!

Отель рядом с метро , район безопастный, рядом много кафе на выбор, тихо, утром птички поют, открываються окна, есть балкон, это несколько номеров на вилле у хозяина, что являеться большим плюсом для Дели, персонал немногочисленный и люди не меняються, а значит ваши вещи в безопастности, нормальный завтрак.

Il personale era molto gentile,accogliente,si alzavano in piedi appena ti vedevano rientrare....la zona e ottima per chi vuole viaggiare da solo,donna ho uomo ed e vicina al areoporto....per come l'igiene in india era abbastanza pulito,non ho sentito nessun odore sgradevole sul letto e ne in camera,tranne qualche volta in bagno...un ottimo punto per uber sia tuktuk sia taxi

La camera non corrispondeva totalmente alle foto, la situazione era più trasandata di quanto esposto. Purtroppo un fenomeno molto diffuso negli hotel di Delhi.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Notre chambre était vaste, propre, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et le personnel très sympathique. Le quartier est calme et agréable, une oasis dans Delhi !

For breakfast everyone joins in at a big table in the dining room. This way one can meet and exchange information. There is a good variety of everything one likes to eat. The house is in a very quiet area of Delhi, yet metro access and Cafés only a few minutes away.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager Anil hat uns viel erzählt von der Kultur, war interessant. Das Bett sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke schön für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Alles war perfekt! Von der kontaktaufnahme (sehr schnelle Antwort), das Einchecken (sehr netter Host, mit dem ich eine sehr nette und informative Konversation hatte), das Zimmer (groß, geräumig mit Balkon, hübsch eingerichtet), bis zum Frühstück (ein großer Tisch für alle Gäste, so dass man schnell ins Gespräch komm). Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft liegt äußerst ruhig im neuen Teil von Delhi (ich habe hier nur Vogelgezwitscher gehört), die Metrostation ist aber gleich in der Nähe,

I was impressed with how beautiful, well-maintained and smoothly run Villa 33 is. The staff are highly responsive, polite and proactive. The host is an erudite, polished man who is a wealth of information about India and Delhi. The location is wonderful -- clean, near the metro and with good restaurants nearby.

I would have liked to spend a couple more nights.

Beautiful old villa, in very calm neighbourhood. Very friendly owner and staff. Great, stylish interior design. A shared breakfast table in the dining room allows for interaction with other guests.

A lovely colonial style B&B with great staff, very nice meals cooked onsite and a nice breakfast provided each day. We managed to get some laundry done which was organised for us, and if you want to eat out there's some nice places only a 3-5 minute walk away. The location is a little out of central Delhi, but it's easy and cheap to get an Uber, and it's a tranquil Oasis from the chaos of Delhi

The place is a little run down, but it certainly wouldn't stop us coming back!

Villa 33 is a lovely colonial house in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, the staff are very helpful. They serve a lovely breakfast at a large dinning table, giving opportunity to meet fellow guests. Hauz Khas is nice district to explore.

The property was very clean throughout, but in places some of the decor was a bit tired.

Really nice and safe neighbourhood. Warm welcome and we had an early trip the next morning and the owner was so kind as to prepare a small meal package for us for the way there. Also a nice breakfast room.

We were located on the ground floor right next to the lobby and general balcony. This woke us up multiple times very early in the morning sadly.

Exceptionally spacious rooms in a gorgeous old house. Very quiet and safe area. Although short, we really enjoyed our stay in this place.

Close to the airport, which helps when you want to reach it, but rather further away from most of the "must see" attractions of the city.

I felt safe and comfortable at Villa 33. I liked the little balcony of the room and also it’s in a quiet, safe area. The breakfast was very tasty! I also loved all the guests are seated around a big table for breakfast and the host sometimes joins as well.

Jolie bâtisse à la déco style colonial anglais située dans un quartier très calme et safe (sécurisé) de Delhi. Les chambres sont grandes mais un peu vieillottes et auraient besoin d'une rénovation. Des travaux ont été entrepris. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux (dommage que le café soit soluble). Possibilité de repas sur place végétarien ou non de très bonne qualité. Bon accueil et bon service. L’aéroport Indira Gandhi est proche, 20-30 min en taxi (réservé par l'hôte) et la station de métro Haus Khas (ligne jaune n°2 desservant New Delhi et Old Delhi en 20-30 min) est à 10 min à pied. d'où la très bonne situation de l'hébergement.

La vétusté de la maison. C'est dommage car le lieu est vraiment très sympa. Espérant que les travaux entrepris permettront de redonner à ce lieu patrimoine, un nouvel éclat.

The location is excellent, very quiet neighbourhood, end of street location so very peaceful. Safe to walk around the area, close to metro (very easy and safe to us! And we travelled as 2 females) and other good things. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds and heater which was good for the winter months. Breakfast was very tasty!

The shower was not great - weak pressure. Bathroom could use an upgrade, quite outdated for the price you pay. Host was initially very welcoming but then was not really around to speak to. Other staff didn’t seem as bothered to interact with us unfortunately.

La familia nos acogió de maravilla el primer día y nos echaron un cable con un malentendido con el Uber. Está situado en uno de los mejores barrios de Delhi desde mi punto de vista. Es un oasis en medio del caos. El personal es muy atento y el desayuno es 100% recomendable. Las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras, es como residir en tu propia casa en Delhi.

Apreciamos que alguna habitación (íbamos 3 amigos y nos quedamos en 2 habitaciones) podría tener mejoras en cuanto al mobiliario/baño porque están un poco anticuados, no en la otra habitación.

Everything was great. Breakfast was great. All was clean and nice and the building was beautiful. We wished we had more time to stay here in this quiet part of Delhi.

A little cold in the room due to stone floors and old building. A space heater was provided and that helped.
