The location is very good, and the property’s surroundings are even locked at night, which makes you feel very safe, especially as a solo traveler. If you have a late-night flight, they will open the door for you. The staff are very kind, and Zahoor is especially nice. He even gave me a bottle of water when I left for the airport and waited until my taxi arrived, which I really appreciated. I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere safe and reliable. I didn’t have the chance to try the food, but I noticed there’s a menu inside the room, so you can call the kitchen and order food. Very convenient!

One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the duvet cover and towels. They didn’t feel as fresh as I would have expected, and there were a few stains, so I didn’t feel comfortable using the towels. Overall, the room could also benefit from a little restoration and maintenance.

I have just finished my stay at Orania and I’m so happy I chose them. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to the beautiful park, restaurants and street vendors but still nice and quiet. Zahoor and the team here are some of the most kind and hospitable people I’ve met. Coming from hospitality it means so much when people go above and beyond and they truly do to make sure you are comfortable, taken care of and happy with your stay. They have a beautiful shop and sound healing as well. This is a must stay in Hauz Khas, I’ve never felt so at home anywhere, thank you team and especially Zahoor 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The mattress was sinking and very uncomfortable to sleep. The room was noisy from the traffic.

J'ai aimé les gens qui gèrent et travaillent a l'hôtel, qui sont sympa et très serviables. Le quartier est super, très central sur south delhi. Meilleur rapport qualité prix que j'ai vu dans cette partie de la ville.

Very well located, clean, quiet along with very friendly and helpful staff. Zahoor was extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs including getting up very early to provide us with breakfast on not one but two occasions. Highly recommended.

Shashi was very hospitable, kind and professional. The location is good in the sense that you can get to many places in S. Delhi from there and most of all the room was super comfy, great AC, wifi, and good breakfast. Thank you Shashi and staff!

I had a lovely 1 night stay at Orania B & B on my way out of Delhi and the location was perfect for me, a walk away from Hauz Khas yet on a quiet residential street and a balanced distance between the airport and other areas of New Delhi I enjoy visiting. The lovely Zohar was super welcoming when I arrived off my night bus and helped me throughout my stay with everything I needed. (He also has a beautiful shop in the building with many treasures!) Overall Orania B & B was very comfortable and I would be happy to stay here again.

The staff, including Zahoor and Shashi were extremely friendly and helpful. Had lovely breakfasts and enjoyed chatting with owner Shafi and his wife. Homely, welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were quiet with it being set back from the road. Location had great access to local sights, restaurants and shops.

Shower could have done with a curtain to avoid splashing, but not a big deal.

Best in the town. Comfort vibes.

Great rooms, food and service. Location is superb and accessible. Special mention to Mr. Zahoor for being an incredible host. Overall hospitality was unmatched.

The property is a very homely place. My stay here was very good, the entire staff are just too kind, welcoming and very happy to help with whatever you need especially Zahoor. Zahoor showed a lot of kindness. They also have a souvenir shop in the hotel at affordable prices.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire. La chambre était spacieuse, calme et propre. Le petit déjeuner était très correct (Thé ou café, omelettes, toasts et bananes). L'hôte est bien situé.

Juste le matelas, très mou pour moi mais c'est un détail par rapport au reste et cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir.

Limited spread in the breakfast

It was our family trip. We took two rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really good. We could order according to our preference. They prepared it fresh. My special thanks goes to the staff and cooks. They are very helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning but they managed to pack our breakfast even before 7am (on request). Dinner was also up to the expectations (with extra payment). There is one boutique just downstairs with lots of beautiful Kashmiri handicrafts. If one is in a hurry, they can spend some time there and buy some memories. The owner Mr. Atsar is a very nice person. It is just beside the road so the location is great, especially when one travels with old parents.

The refrigerator in both rooms were not functioning properly. But it was possible to store our ice cream the the kitchen refrigerator.

Great small hotel in a good location. Hotels in Dehli can be a bit of a minefield so we were happy to find Orania B&B for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay in the city. It is located in a very convenient area with numerous good restaurants, medical shops, and metro stations nearby. Safe place to stay, well-maintained. The staff was extremely welcoming and well-behaved—especially Mr Shashi at the reception.

Washrooms can be a little better.

It was a little cold as it is was late December but they give you a heater but this is totally understandable

The location and the staff. The breakfast variety was minimal with eggs to order, stuffed paratha, poha, bananas, etc, but was great and filling.

The bathroom towels are old and faded. They need to be replaced The commode plastic seat was bent and broken and the replaced it only after i complained. This should have been addressed before the room was even assigned to me. Shows lack of commitment to improve hotel standards. The focus on the sale of carpets and pashmina shawls from their in house expert house show room is misplaced, instead of improving the hotel services such as better bathrooms. I told them bluntly that they need to focus on the hotel instead of the carpets and that i won’t buy anything unless the hotel improves.

- great staff, really fantastic - superclean - hot water for about 10 min, good pressure - nice bed, slept well - no noise from street - shops and food closeby - Tip: get ayurvedic massage at Kairali sport complex, just 8 min away with grab; around 2200 roepie or 3200 where 2 persons will massage you

- booking.com is not always the best, look around - not all the rooms have a divider between the shower and toilet; staff gave me a room which did upon request

Location. Relatively quiet and green location for an Indian city. If you have a free day I recommend walking around the entire deer Park and connected land, ending in the village Hauz Kauz for a meal. You'll see some wild monkeys and peacocks and enclosed deer Near enough to metro, although walking to the metro is a bit uncomfortable like Indian roads are. Metro is cheap and calmer than a took took/ taxi. I used the metro too and from airport. Staff try very hard to please. For breakfasts I had omlete, bread, yogurt and banana.

The staff and location were absolutely fabulous. Very helpful and hospitable. And the breakfast and meals were great.

There were some irritants - the room was not sound proof and therefore every little conversation, every phone ring travelled through. What made it worse was that I was on the ground floor near the reception so there was more than normal activity and conversations outside. I could not even drown the noise with the TV as there were very few channels that operated and none of any value. There were no regular news or entertainment or sports channels. Finally more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness…my hot water kettle had a film of dirt in it and I had to get it cleaned. Also some amenities advertised for the room like the iron and hairdryer were not in the room.

The location of the property was ideal for our stay here. It is set back from the road so the noise is minimal. Hauz Khas area is full of good restaurants and the district park is a convenient walk away. It is a quiet and comfortable place to spend some time in Delhi. The staff are ever attentive and accommodating especially Zahor who lead his team well. The adjoining carpet and fabric store downstairs is lovely and charming with beautiful pieces.

Comfortable well run small hotel in Green Park area. About a 15 minute walk to the metro station and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and very functional. There is a common sitting area and breakfast area for those that need some extra space. The breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. Staff were very attentive and professional.

Only issue is that the walls in the hotel do not block the noise very well. So you hear people in the hallways or when talking. Not a major issue but something to be aware of.

Location was good, clean rooms and good service. Special mention to zahoor..for his hospitality..

- Good location, walking distance to hauz kauz or a ~4 minute auto - Very spacious room - Wifi was perfect for working - Hosts are very attentive and helpful (shoutout to zahoor!) - The rugs were beautiful (even though I didn't buy any)

- I felt bad waking up the attendant to let me in/out during late hours (2025). Hopefully in the future they give guests gate keys so they don't have to bother the attendant. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I had a really great stay at Orania B & B Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — the bed and bedding were spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Mr. Sahoor especially was so kind, always checking if we were comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. The place is also very clean and peaceful. They even sell beautiful Kashmiri handcrafted items at really good prices. Totally recommend this place if you’re visiting!

The place is so clean, they offer decent breakfast. Water heater is working and there are many complementary in the room. Our attendant Mr Zahoor was very helpful and accommodating. They also have Kashmir products showroom with multiple choices that can be purchased to bring home.

The accommodation was great and the staff deserves special praise; they are very attentive and fulfill every guest request very promptly.
