Nice room with a comfortable bed. The room included a coffee machine and several extras like slippers, toothbrush, etc. All in all the room and the breakfast were decent.

The room is not soundproof so you could hear everything from the outside and neighbouring rooms.

L'établissement est réparti sur 3 sites, l'accueil à 150m, le petit déjeuner est servi à un autre lieu et non sur place comme indiqué dans l'annonce. La chambre donne directement dans la rue, ce n'est pas très cale. Le plafond en bois est très beau mais c'est également le plancher de la chambre située au-dessus et il devient très bruyant. Je n'ai trouvé aucue photo de cette chambre dans l'annonce ??

Petit bémol mais c'est un détail le petit déjeuner était dans un autre hôtel et pour se garer c'est pas facile car peu de places en dehors des remparts

Maybe a little noisy as the room is directly on the street. But streets are not open to cars so the noise is limited.

Άνετα, μεγάλα και μαλακά κρεβάτια. Πολύ καλό πρωινό με πλούσια ποικιλία.

Για ένα τόσο όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο, το κλασσικό μπλε γυάλινο σταχτοδοχείο του 1 ευρώ από το ΙΚΕΑ, στο μπαλκόνι χαλάει όλη την εικόνα. Ήθελα να το πετάξω. Έστω και ένα μικρό τενεκεδάκι, θα ταίριαζε πιο πολύ με το μαλκόνι ενός νεοκλασσικού κτηρίου. Θα ήθελα καλύτερη σήμανση της κύριας εισόδου του καταλύματος. Ακόμα και ένα "Welcome to Portou Due" θα ήταν αρκετό αλλά και θα πρόσθετε ακόμα μία όμορφη πινελιά. Βέβαια, καμία από τις παραπάνω παρατηρήσεις δεν μου χάλασε την πολύ καλή συνολική εικόνα.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πολύ όμορφο ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες! Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικό,η κοπέλα ήρθε μέχρι το δωμάτιο να μας δείξει τα πάντα! Σίγουρα θα σας ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

La localisation est top, juste à côté du port de la Canée. Le personnel est très gentil

Le bruit a l'intérieur de l'hotel car c'est très mal insonorisé. On entend le bruit de pas des voisins, le bruit des valises au sol. Je n'ai pas pu dormir.

Super schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle bequeme Matratzen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal- von Empfang übers Zimmermädchen bis zum Frühstückspersonal. Frühstück super. Guter Kaffee in allen Varianten rund täglich Neues auf dem großen und immer sehr appetitlichen Buffet. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Im Vorfeld wäre Info schön gewesen, dass das Taxi nicht bis zum Hotel fahren kann und man noch ein Stück zu Fuß gehen muss. Der Shuttle Fahrer hat uns völlig Nervös gemacht, ob wir das auch finden? Da wir zum ersten Mal in Chania waren, erschien uns das erst kompliziert. War aber dank Google problemlos machbar.

Very nice location.

I was charged extra tax when I arrived there. Athough I payed everything on booking before I arrived. Very squeaky floors. It’s a very old building and you can hear the guest walking in the bedroom on top of you and the people staying on the bottom can hear you walking. The toilets are very high you need a small step to put your feet on otherwise they are hanging.

Ubicación, desayuno muy bueno, amabilidad del personal.

La habitación 101 da a la calle, por lo que es un poco oscura y tenía humedad. También se oía mucho el piso superior al ser el suelo de madera.

A limpeza, o local é muito giro mas de difícil acesso para pessoas com incapacidade.

Quarto pequeno e local complicado de acessibilidade para pessoas com necessidades.

Το μόνο θετικό ήταν η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματιου

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σαν υπόγειο χωρίς φως ηλίου και χωρίς κάποια ιδιωτικοτητα καθώς εάν άνοιγες το παράθυρο περνούσε έξω κόσμος και έβλεπε το δωμάτιο σου. Μύριζε μούχλα και υγρασία και το τζακούζι δεν λειτουργούσε σωστά καθώς ήταν βουλωμένο και όταν αδειαζε γέμιζε όλο το μπανιο νερό. Η υφασμάτινη πολυθρόνα και καρεκλα ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικες με λεκέδες πολλών μηνών.Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για να απλώσεις τις πετσέτες σου και τα μαγιό σου (σε ενα παραθαλάσσιο μερος) με αποτέλεσμα να τα απλώνουμε στα παράθυρα σαν τσαντίρι. Τέλος το ξύλινο ταβάνι του δωματίου ήταν το πατωμα του πάνω δωματίου με αποτέλεσμα και ο παραμικρό θόρυβος να ακούγεται πολύ έντονα.

Sarebbe un buon servizio avere una convenzione con il parcheggio a pagamento più vicino, trovandosi in zona pedonale

Ottima posizione, l'hotel è in una zona pedonale, quindi la macchina è da parcheggiare fuori dal centro storico,.

Sono molto disorganizzati, noi abbiamo prenotato e quando siamo arrivati non ne sapevano nulla,,,la ragazza alla reception, forse poco esperta

Το αρνητικο ηταν οτι δεν υπηρχε καλη μονωση και ακουγαμε τους απο πάνω συνεχεια σαν να ηταν μεσα στο δωματιο..Νομιζω ειναι κατι που πρεπει να διευθετηθεί..

L'emplacement est parfait, dans le vieux centre de Chania mais au calme. Une chambre assez spacieuse et une armoire pour ranger ses vêtements, très apprécié !

Le jacuzzi est un petit plus mais dans une chambre ce n'est pas tres pratique. Le bruit tout d'abord et ensuite la forte odeur d'humidité. La douche n'est pas top, trop petite et le pommeau est trop vieux

שרות קבלה אדיב שנמצא בחלק הגדול של המלון מרחק כ100 מ קרוב לים, ומיקום נהדר ושקט בסמטה בכניסה לעיר העתיקה בבניין יפהפה. החדר מעוצב יפה.

חדר סטנדרט קטן עם קירות אלכסונים כך שהיה צפוף מקום וללא ספסל לפתוח מזוודות. תקרת עץ כך שהשכנים למעלה העירו אותנו בכל צעד והזזת חפץ. לא היה מקום לתלות בגדי ים ומגבות רטובות מהים.

Exellent breakfact included in a historic building. Also the room was really HUGE and a super giant Shower. Bonus : I forgot a dress and my towel, they kept it and labelled it so I could get it back.

Luxurious and beautiful suite in the heart of the old town of Chania. Next to the center of the city, it is the perfect spot to enjoy the day and nightlife and the hospitality of the local people. I strongly recommend it

de schimmelgeur als je binnenkwam, er stond een ontvochtigingstoestel en je zag aan de muren schimmelafzetting, eigenlijk onverantwoord dat je dit nog verhuurd

L’hôtel est excellemment bien situé. La chambre est confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon.

Location Quiet Comfy beds Value for money

Staff were not welcoming either at check in or breakfast or thankful upon check out. However, we were walked to the property which was nice. Space was smaller than expected. One towel was stained and dirty. Floors were still wet on arrival even though we couldn't check in until 3pm even though the cleaner knocked and asked us to leave at 11.15. Check out is 11.

The location is fantastic! The room is well equipped.

There is no soundproof! You can hear everything from the level above. In addition, for the two nights stay we had there, the electricity was keep going out. We mentioned it within the first hour of the stay. The staff did not seem eager to fix it, and also they didn't now sound surprised by this matter, which made us think that was a well known issue for them. Throughout our stay it was difficult to keep the room cold, dry our hair and so on due to the continues power outages. When we mentioned that the issue is keep happening, they did not even offer a compensation, or at least a free breakfast l, anything that would show in a tangible way that they care...

Το δωμάτιο είχε ωραία διακόσμηση, ήταν στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης και το τζακούζι ήταν υπέροχο. Επίσης είχε εξαιρετικό πρωινό με μια ευγενέστατη υπάλληλο να μας περιποιείται.

Είχε πολλή φασαρία παρότι ήταν στον 3ο όροφο.

Amazing breakfast, lots of options, fresh fruit. Very clean place and amazing staff.

You could hear the guests upstairs walking and talking at 12am, 2am and again at 4am - it was loud. Then in the morning an adult was crying - we all heard it. The second morning there was a leak from the upstairs, offered to move us from a two bedroom suite to another property but only a single bedroom suite - we were a party of 4. This was to fix the leak, we had thought they would move the guests above us as that was where the leak occurred and would need to be fixed. Nope we got hear the same noise for the third night.
