L'únic que es caldria millorar seria posar alguna prestatgeria al bany pels articles personals.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută în apartamentul din cadrul hotelului. Totul a fost foarte curat, iar curățenia se făcea zilnic. Piscina a fost, de asemenea, foarte curată și bine întreținută. Am optat și pentru micul dejun în câteva zile, care a fost bun mai ales daca vrei sa pleci direct pe plaja fara alte opriri pe drum. Personalul a fost foarte drăguț, amabil și mereu gata să ne ajute. Per total, am avut o experiență foarte bună și ne-am simțit foarte bine.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026La stanza era pulita e ampia, l' angolo cottura in stanza aveva bollitore, frigo e piastre elettriche. Balconcino provvisto di tavolo, sedie e stendi panni con mollette Aria condizionata funzionante. Struttura molto tenuta (peccato per il vicinato che è un po' trasandato), pulita e silenziosa, con piscina. La colazione molto buona con prodotti locali e freschi è servita vicino alla piscina (dove all'ora aperitivo viene anche messo a disposizione il menù per un drink) Posizione strategica, fuori dalle vie turistiche a 15 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare e di fianco ad un supermercato molto servito. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio, nell'ultima settimana di agosto abbiamo sempre trovato posto lungo strada, quasi sempre fronte albergo.
Se devo trovare un difetto, si tratta di un difetto strutturale, il bagno un po' angusto non ha un piano di appoggio o dei porta asciugamani ed il wc è un po' troppo vicino al vetro della doccia

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das Hotel ist echt klasse! Ich würde ihm locker mehr als 2 Sterne geben (eher 4?). Der Preis war unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Wir fanden das Frühstück sehr gut und würden es empfehlen!
In die Stadt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, aber das ist eigentlich sogar auch ganz schön, weil man sich dadurch bewegt.

It was outside the old town so it was a decent walk to the shops and the old town. There were building works going on next door so it was a bit noisy during the day.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026We stayed for one night and had an early check-in, which was really nice and much appreciated. The location is good, and there are some free parking spaces in front of the hotel, if you are lucky enough to find one.
Regarding the room, unfortunately, this is where our experience was a little disappointing. The room was quite small and the layout was not very practical. The bathroom was small, the kitchen area was also very small and located in a somewhat inconvenient space, and the balcony did not have a particularly pleasant view. I think if we had been given a better room, my overall review might have been different, as there was nothing wrong with the hospitality or the service, which were both good. I also have a small comment regarding the breakfast. It is not an open buffet; instead, breakfast is served to you without being asked what you would like. We were given shared jam and honey, toast, an egg and bacon for each person, bread, yoghurt, fruit salad, coffee or tea, and orange juice. While there was plenty of food, it was actually too much for us. We would have preferred a smaller amount, also to avoid unnecessary food waste. Perhaps the hotel could consider asking guests what they would like before serving the breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l'hôtel Creta Elena. C'était un super séjour. Nous étions à 10 min de la plage la plus proche et 20 min du centre-ville de La Canée. L'hôtel est vraiment sublime. Les chambres sont très confortable avec du mobilier et équipements de qualité notamment le lit king size. Le coin piscine est vraiment très sympathique. Le personnel était au petit soin pour que notre séjour se déroule de la meilleure des manières. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

When I inquired about early check in they offered to come back to me when the room was ready which they did promptly. The location is great right next to a local focused square in the town with cafes bakeries and supermarkets. You can walk to the touristic side in about 10-15 mins

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026L'appartamento è perfetto, bello e spazioso con letti molto comodi e la cucina ben strutturata e con tutti gli oggetti necessari. Il bagno è spazioso e nuovo, doccia molto comoda ed efficiente. La piscina è bella e ha l'acqua alla temperatura giusta per per un perfetto relax, comodi anche i lettini all'esterno con gli ombrelloni. Non posso valutare la colazione perchè, per un errore in fase di selezione, mi sono dimenticato di inserirla nella prenotazione. Lo staff è assolutamente gentile e competente. Anche la posizione è ottima, vicina a bar, ristornanti e supermercati e in pochi minuti si arriva al porto o in centro città a piedi. Belle anche le sale comuni della struttura. Ci siamo trovati in modo ideale al Hotel Creta Elena.
L'hotel è ottimo, la mia valutazione è estremamente positiva, l'unica cosa che segnalo come miglioramento è il parcheggio. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e abbiamo sempre trovato in strada vicino all'Hotel. Ritengo comunque che sarebbe un servizio notevole avere un parcheggio riservato per i clienti anche se capisco che sia difficile avere uno spazio in mezzo a strade strette ed edifici uno di seguito all'altro.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita (le pulizie vengono effettuate tutti i giorni e le asciugamani vengono cambiate ogni due giorni), le stanze sono spaziose e dotate di balconcino. È molto centrale (circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Chania), ma essendo leggermente fuori dal centro la zona è tranquilla ed è semplice trovare parcheggio a tutte le ore. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato la colazione ricca e completa. L’abbiamo aggiunta una volta arrivati in struttura e abbiamo scelto di acquistarla per tutti i giorni di permanenza, viene servita direttamente al tavolo e vale assolutamente il prezzo. Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente questa struttura.

L’appartement était propre, l’extérieur est bien entretenu et la piscine avec les transats sont un vrai + ! L’emplacement est à 10 min d’une plage très sympa, et à 15/20 min du centre ville. Situé à coter de quelques restaurants et d’un supermarché.
Notre chambre était au Rez de chaussé donc moins d’intimité pour le balcon, mais cela restait très bien. Nous avons pu déjeuner dehors sans être déranger et laisser nos vêtements sécher dehors si besoins.

Le personnel très gentil et serviable Nous avons pu rester pour notre dernier jour jusqu'à 16h pour profiter de la piscine même en ayant rendu la chambre à 11h. L'hôtel est a 1min d'un supermarché donc très pratique. Très bien placé pour visiter la chania a pieds.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026A lovely small complex. We loved the location. There is a huge supermarket next door. Go right out the hotel for restaurants and bars. Left takes you to the port/beach area. It's about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable.
Nothing we didnt like but a toaster in the room would be great.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Creta Elena et, une nouvelle fois, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis. L’équipe est vraiment sympathique, disponible et toujours aux petits soins. L’emplacement est également idéal : on peut facilement sortir le soir, profiter de La Canée et de ses restaurants tout en étant au calme une fois rentrés à l’hôtel. Nous avons encore passé un très bon séjour et c’est une adresse que nous gardons précieusement. Je reviendrai certainement lors d’un prochain séjour en Crète ! Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.
Si je dois vraiment trouver quelque chose… je préfère être au rez-de-chaussée ! 😄 Mais c’est uniquement une question de poids des valises à monter, surtout après quelques jours de shopping en Crète ! Rien à reprocher à l’hôtel… juste à nos valises !

Supermarket next door which was handy also close to a few bars/bakeries/restaurants on the square if you don't fancy the walk into the main town. Pool was lovely and clean, beds comfy and lovely terrace area at the front to sit out with a view of the pool.... Overall couldn't fault it at all!!
about 20 minute walk to centre but this is not really a dislike as the walk was quite nice through the park and plenty of shops along the way..

Colazione buona ma ripetitiva e senza possibilità di scelta. Servono direttamente la colazione al tavolo; si rischia così di sprecare cibo. Orario di inizio troppo tardi, (dalle 8.30) quindi per 2 volte non ne abbiamo usufruito nonostante avessimo pagato perché dovevamo partire presto per raggiungere spiagge più lontane. Parcheggio in strada quindi bisogna aver fortuna a trovare posto libero.

Room descriptions differ to what is promised on booking.com. our room type said outdoor view but the 'view' was an internal stone wall. No living area despite being listed in the description.

Not everywhere is wheel accessible, a lot of stairs. Hard to find parking spot outside. The staff didn't help with our lots of luggages.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026It’s close to everything. Supermarket is besides the hotel, there’s restaurants close by, pharmacy, the bus stop and a really good chocolate shop just in front of. You could go to the old center walking ( 15 min) and even to Nea Chora beach if walking is a pleasure. I would recommend the Archaeological Museum. Someone can go there on bus or by walking. The view from there is spectacular. I went there by bus and came back on foot and it offers you an incredible view and awesome pics. The scenery is unforgettable. The staff was superb too. I only have words of gratitude to say.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Η τοποθεσία. Η καθαριότητα μέσα και έξω. Η άνεση, τουλάχιστον στο διαμέρισμα που εμείς είχαμε. Η αισθητική του διαμερίσματος, Ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Η δυνατότητα για φύλαξη αποσκευών και τουαλέτα/ντους την ημέρα της αναχώρησης.
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε. Κάποιες μικρές ελλείψεις και παρατηρήσεις συζητήθηκαν κατευθείαν με την διαχείριση του καταλύματος για τη βέλτιστη διαμονή.

Kein aufzug. Personal hilft nicht mal beim gepäck tragwn. Personal unfreundlich, wenn man seine meinung ausert. Grosse baustelle neben an. Sie machen sehr viel Lärm, man kann nicht mal beim pool entspannen.. sie schauen einen auch die ganze zeite an. es wurde nicht gut sauber gemacht im apartman. Der pool war auch dreckig. Ich hab nicht einmal beobachtet, dass ihn jemand geputz hat und wir waren eine woche da. Das personal meinte es wäre so schwierig ein taxi zubekommen aber jedoch waren sie einfach zu faul anzurufen.. mussten alles selbst tun. Viel zu teuer für das was es ist.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The hotel was in a brilliant location in Chania, only a 15 minute walk from the Old Town and centre of Chania, whilst also being in a quiet area next door to a great supermarket. The hosts were great and offered so much help with renting cars and best beaches to visit. Will defo be returning.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Creta Elena has extremely welcoming staff, great facilities and is very clean. The pool and the breakfast is great. Its a 15 minute walk to the centre, with a supermarket and plenty of restaurants/ cafes right next door. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chania.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Communication before arrival from the time of booking onwards was excellent. Great instructions for key collection. Room was great! Spacious and well-equipped. Staff brought ice cold carafes of water to us by the pool which was a lovely touch. Beds were very comfy in the room. Location was convenient for an easy 20 min walk into Chania town/the beach etc and a supermarket located nearby was good value and well-stocked. Cleaning was regular and thorough. Staff were just lovely and helpful with providing local info on places/taxis/buses etc
Could use more sunbeds by the pool as there were only a few and even when slightly busy, it was hard to get a bed. Toilets/showers by the pool were limited as 2 were out of order and shower didn't work in there. Lack of courtesy room for late check out guests would have been OK if these showers worked.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Amazing apartments that exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The pool is fantastic, and there's also a bar where you can order drinks and relax. The staff were exceptional — we lost our keys, and they responded immediately, arriving very quickly in the middle of the night to unlock the door for us. The location is perfect as well. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Très belle cour intérieure avec la piscine, la chambre était bien avec une petite attention à notre arrivée, le lit est grand et confortable.. Présence d'un supermarché juste à côté. Facile de trouver une place dans la rue.
La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre, la distance avec le centre ville peut-être contraignante.

Adorei o alojamento que é composto por alguns apartamentos de rés-do-chão, primeiro e segundo andar. Para os andares superiores existe elevador. Os apartamentos têm varandas. O nosso apartamento tinha dois quartos e uma sala enorme. Super agradável. Também existe uma piscina pequena, excelente para refrescar. Não posso deixar de referir o divinal pequeno almoço, em estilo brunch. E, claro que não poderia esquecer o excelente acolhimento de todas as pessoas que aqui trabalham. Muito obrigado por terem proporcionado uns dias maravilhosos.
Não consegui encontrar nada mau, vou ter de voltar outra vez :-)

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026We had a perfect stay in this apartment in Chania. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The facilities were great and very well maintained. Vicky at reception was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would also like to give special recognition to the cleaning staff for their outstanding work and attention to detail in keeping everything spotless. Overall, everything was top class. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chania and would definitely stay here again.
The only minor point is that the male receptionist could have been a bit more hospitable.

Nice pool to cool off after a hot day sightseeing. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Generous breakfast served on the terrace.
