Stanza e bagno orripilanti. Bagno vecchio con vasca e doccia con tenda degli anni ottanta. Bagno scrostato e obsoleto. Camera vista mare con muro davanti al balcone e vista solo laterale. Prezzo alto per camera inadeguata. Quartiere vicino al mare ma scomodo da tutto. Pessima esperienza. Peggior hotel visto a Creta tra quelli da me utilizzati.

Il bagno vecchio è privo di box doccia. Tenda nella vasca. Mobilio vecchio e stantio. Solo la hall dell’albergo si presenta bene. Stanza molto brutta e non in linea con la valutazione presentata, le foto e con le tre stelle. Non si può far pagare il sovrapprezzo per stanza vista mare ed avere un muro davanti al balcone e una vista laterale.

Ottima posizione, pulizia e camere. Con una splendida passeggiata si arriva al molo veneziano... assolutamente consigliato. Ottima anche la colazione.

Hôtel daté, climatisation bruyante avec un grondement par moment, route bruyante et dangereuse à traverser pour accéder au centre ville , Petit-déjeuner décevant, pas de chocolat, œufs trop cuits, pas de viennoiseries...

Posizione ideale per chi affitta una macchina, abbastanza vicina al centro (a piedi) ma consente di parcheggiare l’auto e uscire abbastanza comodamente (traffico permettendo) da Chania. Struttura molto pulita, cambio asciugamani quotidiano (anche eccessivo). Colazione ottima, molto varia, continentale. Buoni anche cappuccino e caffè.

Dicono che c’è il parcheggio, ma in realtà è piccolissimo e si deve parcheggiare in strada. Personale professionale ma un po’ freddo e formale. Non sembra di stare in Grecia, l’atmosfera è più da congresso che da vacanza. Aria condizionata rumorosa, senza telecomando .

I stayed at the Irida Hotel for four days. It has a great location—the town beach is just a two-minute walk away. Although the beach is quite large, it’s a lovely spot for swimming and relaxing. The staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very nice and clean, and it even had two balconies. The hotel is also close to the town center, just a 10-minute walk away. My rating is 10 out of 10!

I absolutely loved that it was close to everything. I was worried about parking before coming, rest assured there is plenty of parking around this place to easily find a spot.

There were no complaints from my side. I am just truly grateful for even having the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful island.

The room had everything we needed for our stay and had a lovely view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good amount of options! The beach nearby is also very lovely with beautiful waters.

Location is a bit further out still a very nice walk especially along the seaside to get to Chania old town. Hotel is also on a main road but wasn’t an issue at all during the night.

We had a wonderful stay at Irida Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and respectful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful sea view from the window, which made our stay in Chania even more memorable. The location was also very convenient. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, and Chania Bus Station is around a 15-minute walk away, which made it very easy for us to explore Chania and travel to other places. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options served as a buffet in the bar area on the ground floor. We were also on our honeymoon, and the hotel kindly decorated our room for us. It was a lovely gesture, and we really appreciated the effort they made to make our stay special.

We don’t have anything to complain about. We were very happy with our stay and had a really pleasant experience.

Sehr nette deutschsprachige Rezeptionistin (Nicole), die uns herzlich empfangen hat und uns Tipps für die Weiterreise gab. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, guter Kaffee und große Auswahl. Die Zimmer sauber. Alles perfekt, zentral gelegen (fußläufig im Zentrum Altstadt und Hafen. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Персонал выше всяких похвал, очень доброжелательный, приветливый и безотказный. Старались всегда помочь во всем, за это очень благодарна. Вид из номера просто шикарный.

Отель стоит прямо у дороги, по которой идет очень интенсивное движение, не останавливающееся ни днем, ни ночью, очень мешает спать. Кровать оставляет желать лучшего, очень жесткая и скрипит. Завтрак довольно скудный, каждый день одно и то же.

The bed side table had been cleaned with a - most probably - dirty cloth and smelled very badly even when we arrived at the room after many hours. We had that smell in our nose during our night sleep.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, propre, et le personnel est vraiment gentil et accueillant. La chambre était également correcte dans l’ensemble.

L’hôtel est assez vétuste et mériterait une petite modernisation, notamment au niveau des chambres et des équipements. Nous avons également eu un problème avec la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Malgré notre demande à la réception, personne n’est venu vérifier et nous avons finalement dû nous débrouiller seuls. Le parking est également un point à améliorer : il n’y a que quelques places à l’intérieur et les places extérieures peuvent rapidement être prises. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a un peu déçus et pourrait être amélioré. Pour une nuit, cela reste toutefois correct. L’hôtel est bien situé, propre, et le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι ιδανική για είσαι στο κέντρο σε απόσταση με τα πόδια αλλά και μακριά από την πολλή κίνηση ! Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρό για δύο άτομα ειδικά με βαλίτσες. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει και πιο μεγάλα δωμάτια απλά εμάς μας έτυχε το συγκεκριμένο..όποτε θέλει προσοχή. Επίσης το κρεβάτι ήταν μικρό και όχι τόσο άνετο όπως σε άλλα ξενοδοχεία που εχουμε μείνει !

Wir fanden die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Es liegt in der Nähe des Meeres und des Strandes, und die Altstadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es außerdem Lebensmittelgeschäfte sowie eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man direkt zum Flughafen fahren kann. Die einzige Störung ist die stark befahrene Straße zwischen dem Hotel und dem Meer, auf der eigentlich immer viel Verkehr ist. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Nicole, die immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war und uns auf Deutsch viele gute Tipps geben konnte. Leider war das Internet überhaupt nicht gut, da der Empfang sehr schwach war.

We chose the hotel because there was supposed to be parking outside the hotel. However all spaces were taken up so we lost time trying to find a space to park.

One of the best hotels when it comes to communication via Booking and the friendliness of the staff EVER. We felt really warm there, location is surrounded by few streets that are parking free of charge (easy to find a free spot) and we got every morning a beach towel for 1€. Breakfast was great. Nothing more to say than all recommendations, 10/10!

The Hotel Irida is a perfect spot to walk into old town and surrounds with many bars and restaurants and supermarkets nearby Staff were very polite and helpful Our 3rd Floor ocean view was amazing and the room was spacious Parking supplied

The only fault with our room was the shower over the bath and was a bit cramped for room.

The hotel is very close to the beach about 4 mins walk down some stairs, we found good snorkeling there too. The hotel was ok, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, room was cleaned every day, continental breakfast was ok, small selection but we were full. The room was very quiet even though we faced the main road. We booked a sea view, but it was a side sea view. So we weren’t that pleased with that.

The rooms are older than expected, it could use some updating, and we had a step in bath tub shower which may not suit everyone. Breakfast was more limited than expected, but it was only a small hotel. We felt that due to the small hotel that bar and breakfast staff were not very attentive. We often had to ask for items on the breakfast bar to be refilled. Also staff were slow to clear tables, we often saw some staff standing at the bar drinking coffee and chatting. So we didn’t feel they were attending to the breakfast bar or clearing tables. Also, while the location is great, there is a very busy main road right out the front of the hotel that you have to cross to get to the beach.

This is absolutely gem, the place of the hotel is great very close to center but quite enough for nice sleep at nights, view of the sea is amazing especially sunsets also the stuff is something on different level absolutely amazing always willing to fulfill your needs just on ask about everything. Nice and calm atmosphere, this hotel was true gem on our vacation on Crete Hotel has also their parking but also nearby the hotel there is free public parking. Ten minutes beautiful walk to the center by the sea is always pleasure. Nice and clean rooms and also good breakfast.

The bed was a bit soft for me and the room got very hot during the night cause we had balcony door closed (noise from.the street) and aircondition off.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were wonderful and very helpful,especially Nicole, such a nice helpful person, the hotel is a walk from town, but not too far and lots to do on the way there anyway, like a fantastic farmers market on a Saturday.

Hotelul este f curat, cu camere mari, balcoane, situat intr- o zona liniștită, fara zgomot, aproape de plaja si magazine, la 20 minute de Portul Venetian si la 25 minute de centrul orașului.Personalul este ff amabil, implicat si dornic sa te sprijine cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur frumos, micul dejun este f bun si bogat.Fotografia atasata este chiar din fata hotelului.

Good choice at breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel was a very pleasant 15 minute walk along the coast to the old town and near a very good taverna called Blue where we had dinner. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Bus stop's so close to the hotel; you don't need to get off at Chania central bus station to arrive there. Breakfast is acceptable.

Нямаше плаж наблизо, както беше обявено - имаше брегова ивица. Koum Kapi Beach е приятен за разходка, но не е обособен плаж - най-малкото, не предлага чадъри, шезлонги, обществена тоалетна. Плажът, оказа се, беше в другия край на града, което налагаше да се ползва автобус. Стаята нямаше предпазни мрежи на вратите, а ние уцелихме сезона на комарите и други бубулечки.

Rent, tyst och nära havet. Trevlig personal. Frukosten ok men kunde varit lite bättre. Mem det är ju inget stort hotell så förstår att det är på en lagom nivå av utbud. Det mesta fanns ändå.

Location is amazing, beach is 3 min away, close to restaurants, city center, and everything relevant. Nicest staff ever, they made our stay! Really ready to help with everything. Breakfast was superior! Will be coming back!
