The location was excellent - honestly couldn’t have been better. We were right in the heart of Chania, with so many cafes, restaurants and shops right at our doorstep.

The bathroom was a bit dated. There are only a few rooms in the accommodation, so we could hear the cleaning occurring and the person cleaning the rooms was on their phone on speaker a lot. Also, the other rooms were a stone’s throw away so you could hear their movements.

Comfortable bed, nice interior design, in the very heart of the old town, coffee shops right at the door

La struttura presenta alcune criticità che hanno reso il soggiorno meno confortevole del previsto. Dal portone d’ingresso alle diverse stanze si accede tramite ripide scale in legno, che possono risultare scomode. Le camere non dispongono di balconi, ma soltanto di piccole finestre, rendendo praticamente impossibile stendere i panni ad asciugare. Anche il bagno è piuttosto piccolo e poco funzionale: la doccia è dotata solamente di una tenda e, durante l’utilizzo, è quasi inevitabile bagnare e allagare buona parte del pavimento. Inoltre, tra la camera e il bagno è presente uno scalino che può risultare pericoloso, soprattutto durante la notte. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda il comfort della camera. La luce di emergenza presenta due LED verdi piuttosto luminosi che, al buio, possono disturbare il sonno. Infine, l’insonorizzazione della porta è praticamente inesistente: si sentivano chiaramente le voci e i rumori degli altri ospiti, quasi come se la porta della camera fosse aperta.

The vibe and the details help you get immersed in the holiday mood. The location is also very good, close to the harbour. We were also here last year and decided to come back

Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και παρόλο που είναι στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο των Χανίων είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Πολύ σημαντικό το μπάνιο ήταν ευρυχωρο. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ ευγενική και απαντούσε αμέσως σε κάθε μου ερώτημα,

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό, γεγονός που γνωρίζαμε, αλλά σίγουρα θα μπορούσε να έχει λίγο περισσότερο αποθηκευτικό χώρο. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα ήταν η έλλειψη πρόβλεψης για άπλωμα πετσετών. Υπήρχε στο δωμάτιο μία υποτυπώδης απλώστρα που μπορούσες να κρεμάσεις στη ντουζιέρα η οποία χωρούσε μόνο τα μαγιό μας και επουδενί τις πετσέτες θαλάσσης. Αυτό αποτελεί σημαντικό πρόβλημα για καλοκαιρινό προορισμό.

Bon emplacement, très propre et agréable.

L’insonorisation est à revoir. On entendait tous les passages et les discussions dès le matin ou tard le soir.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre, confortable et très propre. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la vieille ville.

Molto curato nei dettagli, si nota che la proprietà ci tiene particolarmente. Edificio storico, spazi molto limitati a causa della tipologia di edificio, ma molto ben compensati dalla volontà di renderlo un posto speciale.

Beautiful, quiet, well situated studio. Very comfortable for a short stay in Xania. Nice terrace, good blinds. Working AC.

We were in studio B2, which is on the top floor. This means going up 3 flights of steep stairs. Not recommended for people with mobility restrictions (e.g. elderly, children, etc.). Difficult to park nearby. It was a 12min walk from the nearest free parking slot, and it was difficult to get a spot there.

We have been looking forward to staying here for almost a year and Dream Art Studios definitely did not disappoint! The room was beautifully decorated (that vanity table is to die for, as well as the gorgeous bathroom sink) and cleaned daily, which was a very nice bonus. There was also a small kitchenette with a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge, plus all the utensils one might need. The location is also amazing - it is right in the Old Town, two minutes from the Venetian port and in the middle of all the "action", but we couldn't actually hear any of the outside noise. It is also very close to the bus station and Nea Chora beach was a 15-20 minute walk. The communication before/during our stay was very professional and kind, Katia was responding very quickly and we had no issues with the check-in/check-out, as it was very straightforward. The room we chose was on the first floor and the stairs are definitely something to be mindful of, since they are quite steep and it was a bit of a challenge with the suitcase, but other than that, the apartment was an absolute dream and we would definitely choose it again if we ever decided to return to Chania 🥰❤️

Η αισθητική του χώρου και η τοποθεσία μας ενθουσίασαν! Το καλωσορισμα ηταν πολύ φιλικό και φιλόξενο!

Επειδή ήρθαμε καλοκαίρι και ενώ είχαμε μπαλκονάκι δεν ήξερα που επρεπε να βαλω τα μαγιω και τις πετσετες να στεγνωσουν απλα τα αφησα πανω στα καγκελα. Δεν ηξερα αν υπηρχε καποιος χωρος προβλεπομενος γι αυτο.

Η πρώτη μας αίσθηση με το που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικός ενθουσιασμός, καθώς το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε όλες τις προσδοκίες μας. Το check-in χωρίς την παρουσία του οικοδεσπότη ήταν πολύ εύκολο και οργανωμένο. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων, μόλις λίγα βήματα από το ενετικό λιμάνι, σε ένα κτίριο που αποπνέει την ατμόσφαιρα μιας παλιάς αρχοντικής έπαυλης. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση έχει δοθεί στη διακόσμηση και στην αισθητική, κάτι που απογείωσε συνολικά την εμπειρία της διαμονής μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πολύ προσεγμένος και εξοπλισμένος με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις ακόμη και για διαμονή αρκετών ημερών, όπως σίδερο, ψυγειάκι και φούρνος μικροκυμάτων. Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά εξαιρετική και ιδανική για όποιον θέλει να βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Πρόκειται για ένα υπέροχο, ατμοσφαιρικό και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο κατάλυμα, το οποίο θα επιλέγαμε ξανά με μεγάλη χαρά.

Το μόνο σημείο που δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στο επίπεδο της υπόλοιπης εμπειρίας ήταν το πρωινό, το οποίο προσφερόταν μέσω voucher σε κατάστημα στο λιμάνι. Δυστυχώς, η γεύση και η ποιότητά του δεν μας ικανοποίησαν ιδιαίτερα. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, αυτό δεν επηρέασε τη συνολικά εξαιρετική εικόνα που αποκομίσαμε από το κατάλυμα.

The location was brilliant, right in the heart of one of the bustling laneways with cafes & shops. Despite this It was surprisingly quiet inside. The decor is cute, good kitchen amenities with a microwave. I would definitely stay again.

The mattress was a bit hard for me personally. The steep stairs are challenging with suitcases. There is also an additional set of stairs inside the apartment to reach the bedroom mezzanine level.

Perfect location for a short period stay, ist in the middle of the harbour & old city. The room is equipped with everything you need and the staff is coming to clean every day. The fridge is filled with some essentials and the breakfast place is just around the corner in the harbour. Breakfast was served as a very nice combination of some local specialities, omelette, fruits and breads - and it was plenty to choose from. As breakfast is served until 12:00 it's possible to take advantage of the cooler morning temperatures for a walk through the city before it.

The room is exactly as the pictures show! So it is rather small and as we are traveling to more places we brought bigger suitcases. There was little room left when leaving them open.

Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης των Χανίων, δίπλα από οτιδήποτε μπορείς να χρειαστείς. Επίσης, είναι πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό του. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό.

Είναι απότομες οι σκάλες στην είσοδο και ειδικά όταν μεταφέρεις βαλίτσες.

There was a coffee/pastry place right Infront of where we stayed. The amenities were really awesome. Had cooking utensils/refrigerated drinks. Very wholesome stay!

Sehr sehr hübsch und super lage

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, in dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Gasse. Auch das Bad, alles einwandfrei. Ein tolles Restaurant "Colombo" schräg gegenüber. Der venizianische Hafen nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin total problemlos. Wer Hilfe braucht bekommt sie. Wir haben dort wunderbare Tage verbracht.

The location was excellent - right by the harbour in the Old Town, with plenty of shops restaurants and amenities on your doorstep and within walking distance of the main town, taxis and buses. I felt safe at all times. The room was clean, comfortable, functional and had everything that I needed. The decor was quirky, yet fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

My only suggestion would be somewhere to put your clothes in addition to the hanging space, especially if there are two of you staying for more than a few days. Maybe a chest of drawers next to the wardrobe? If you have limited mobility the stairs will be a problem.

The location was excellent. High ceiling and Venetian touches added to a comfortable homey effect. The breakfast nearby was excellent. We sat at a table looking out to the harbor and were attended to by gracious servers. The $$$ was reasonable.

The bed mattress needs to be replaced. A box spring mattress is not something that you want to sleep on whether you are tired or not. Let travelers know about the TP issues... I mean tissues. The shutters to the balcony are closed but it is not obvious how to open them. We left them closed for 2 days until the mechanism was explained to us.

It was a lovely building with lots of character. The location was great, you were only a very short walk to the Venetian harbour and just under 10 minutes to the bus station. There is also a pharmacy at the end of the street and a supermarket round the corner. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a little noise at night from the restaurants below but it wasn’t significant.

Posizione centralissima, host disponibile, la camera aveva molto stile, pulitissima e aveva tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno ( cura della persona e anche suppellettili da cucina)! Molto comodo il late check out!

Le scale per arrivare alla camera sono molto ripide e strette e, sebbene l’arredamento abbia molto stile, la camera risulta molto affollata.

Rooms are very well equipped, cosy, nice and clean, location is great as well ! Breakfast is served in a restaurant outside the hotel, it was delicious with beautiful sea views !

Unfortunately staff is not professional, I believe the lack of English made our communication difficult, they did not understand our request and replied in very rude way., that made overall impression very bad.. also you can hear everything when someone takes the stairs or moves in the corridor. It’s an old building and also there is a terrible noice from water heating system when someone takes shower, that must be fixed

This was a little magical corner right in the heart of Chania! We loved all the whimsical decorations, they really set the tone for the holiday. My boyfriend said it was the prettiest place we ever stayed. Also, the use of the space was very smart, the room had a lot of appliances, even if the space was small. The two small jars of traditional preserves were also a very nice touch. We loved everything and we will be sure to come back

La ubicación muy buena, dentro de la zona turística, la habitación contaba con todos los servicios y la limpieza era diaria.

No hay parkings cercanos a esta zona peatonal, además las escaleras hacia la habitación eran muy empinadas y se hace difícil subir y bajar con maletas de viaje

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer mit der Bezeichnung A1 war aufgrund erheblicher Mängel nicht bewohnbar. Zwar verfügte das Zimmer über ein Fenster, wie in der Buchungsbeschreibung angegeben, allerdings war dessen Nutzung unmöglich: • Geruchsbelästigung: Beim Öffnen des Fensters strömt ein sehr starker Geruch von Bratfett ins Zimmer, da sich die Abluftanlagen der benachbarten Restaurants direkt davor befinden. • Lärmbelästigung: Neben dem Fenster sind zudem die Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen eines Nachbargebäudes installiert. Der Lärmpegel war extrem hoch, vergleichbar mit einem Flugzeugstart oder einer Landung. • Schlafqualität: Aufgrund dieser Umstände konnten wir das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Zimmer war extrem stickig, was dazu führte, dass mein Partner und ich die gesamte Nacht nicht schlafen konnten. Wir haben den Gastgeber bereits über die Booking.com-Nachrichtenfunktion über diese unhaltbaren Zustände informiert und um einen Zimmerwechsel oder eine Teilerstattung gebeten, damit wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen können. Leider haben wir bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Chania è bellissima, la struttura è posizionata al centro della città, permette di visitarla dimenticando l'auto al parcheggio. La struttura è bella ed elegante, arredata con gusto, in armonia con la città. Un consiglio ai viaggiatori: valigie leggere e preparatevi ad una bella rampa di scale!

So good, we stayed here twice! Brilliant from start to finish, the location is amazing just beside the old Venetian port we arrived before check-in but the staff accommodated us and it was ready. Beautiful room such nice little touches, the bed was so comfortable, great water pressure in the shower on the balcony was such an fab place to sit out on people watch. La posizione é favolosa, in pieno centro, puoi fare tutto a piedi. Ottime le indicazioni per il parcheggio da parte della reception. La stanza era super pulita e curata. Il personale fantastico è molto gentile!

Le scale da salire per arrivare nelle stanze sono la morte, però superate quelle il posto vale la pena.
