El hotel es muy bonito y con una decoración impecable, las habitaciones son amplias, están limpias y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno delicioso, variado y abundante y todo el personal fue muy amable, especialmente Cristina, gracias por todo!

Sólo sugeriría unos bancos plegables para apoyar las maletas, pero tampoco es que sea un problema.

Hotel ben situat, en un edifici tradicional que manté una cuidada decoració amb molts elements antics. El servei es molt amable i atent. Habitació bonica amb tot el necessari.

Cal pujar les maletes per escales altes i estretes. L'esmorzar és correcte, bons Ous i fruita, però el cafè i la part dolça podria ser millor.

Heel mooi hotel. We zaten helemaal bovenin. We hadden buiten een lekker terras om te kunnen zitten. Het ontbijt was ook super lekker. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Puebla is erg mooi voor 2 nachten.

De bedden hadden wat breder mogen zijn en lagen wat hard.

The hot water takes long to start and varies in temperature, low pressure, is though a common problem in many places here. One can hear the street noise pretty well, wasn't an issue for me though.

Le cadre rempli d’histoire et d’objets tous plus surprenants les uns des autres. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le déjeuner était copieux et la terrasse agréable pour admirer les toits.

La literie était dure. Dans l une de nos 2 chambre , il y avait des problèmes d’odeurs dans les tuyauteries de la baignoire.

Lovely, charming converted monastery in the centre of Puebla, about 10 mins walking from the Zocalo. Beautiful old building with delightful decor and lovely spacious rooms. Nice viewpoint on the roof as well where you can see the Cathedral, plus seats outdoors. Breakfast was included, with an extensive menu of delicious options to choose from, we were fed for half the day after having it! The team, in particular Cristina, was super helpful and attentive, plus also full of great advice on things to do during our stay in Puebla. As the property is located across the street from the Lucha Libre arena in Puebla, and there was an event on during our stay, Cristina recommended that we check it out and told us how and where to get tickets. This ended up being a memorable experience so we really appreciated this as well. Hugely recommend should you ever wish to stay in the lovely city of Puebla. Will be back some day!

Very little to complain about. Stairs only which is a bit tricky with heavy suitcases, but it is an old property and a lift would not work there. This is common enough in Mexico in any event so don't let it stop you! One other small thing is that in our room the old wooden door had a little bit of a gap at the top and bottom, which was big enough for mosquitoes to potentially get in. Might be an idea to seal that somehow, but as it's an old building it's understandable if that's not so easy while keeping the original doors.

El lugar es único! La habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con muebles que van de acuerdo al edificio. El desayuno muy rico, la atención del personal excelente. Y siempre estuvieron es disposición de orientarnos para sacar el mejor provecho de nuestra estancia en Puebla, sino fuera por eso, no hubieramos conocido tantos lugares!

However the best was our host, Cristina who was warm, friendly and very helpful in everything that we asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

El mal aseo de la habitación y el lugar en general, los vasos de tomar agua nunca se cambiaron ni se lavaron deberían lavarse o cambiar x lo menos con protección de una bolsa plastica reciclable y tener en esta temporada ventilador fijo o móvil x el calor q hace..

The location is perfect, very centric, and close to everything!! Parking is just one block away from the site and very secure. Opening hours are from 7am-12am. The hotel is beautiful! Wonderful architecture and decoration!! Our room was very big and spacious, comfy beds, everything was neat and clean. In love with the idea of having the shower/bathroom separate from the toilet/restroom, especially when you are traveling with family, that was very thoughtful and helpful!!! Breakfast was delicious and with vegetarian options. The staff was amazing, always so nice and attentive with us, Cristina went above and beyond, she gave me a map of the city and pointed me out the must see places to be visited, she even texted me information of a free gallery and exhibition happening in the city. After I mentioned that I was interested in visiting cities outside Puebla (Cholula & Atlixco), she gave me a list of her favorite places to visit down there. We were so pleased and always felt comfortable in our stay. I totally recommend this place!!

Las Instalación estan bonitas, si te gustan las cosas de Época,este es un Hotel que cumple con los requisitos.Los cuartos y baños, estan muy limpios y bonitos. El servicio del personal Excelente, dieron seguimiento a mi llegada para mi instalación y para dejar el coche. Lo recomiendo.

Beautiful building and the staff was very nice and helpful at all times.

The architecture and vibe were incredible: an absolutely beautiful building, felt like we were stepping back in time. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. There is a small rooftop terrace from where you can see the volcano!! The hotel is well situated, about a 10 minute walk from the centre. Pace yourself on the breakfast, it's very tasty and very generous.

El hotel está en un edificio histórico muy bonito e interesante y con un muy buen mantenimiento. Las habitaciones están impecables y el servicio es excelente y muy personal desde el primer momento. La Arena Puebla de Lucha Libre está justo en frente, es ideal para ir a una noche de lucha (los lunes ;) ) Muy cerca de la catedral. Muy buen desayuno. Nos encantó nuestra estancia, volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Las instalaciones, la distribución y la limpieza de la habitación, muy bien. Habitación cómoda y con mucha iluminación.

El frigobar no estaba encendido, aunque no lo utilicé, lo abrí y estaba apagado. Estaría excelente que tuviera estacionamiento propio.

The location is unbeatable: you are in the busy historic center, yet it is very quiet, you are able to unwind during the day. Very friendly staff. We arrived early and were still able to check. The breakfast is awesome; the staff sends you a message on WhatsApp the night before asking you to choose from the menu, so that everything is ready in the morning. This is a very authentic place full of antiques; the views are just out of this world.

I really hate to spoil a good review but here it goes: I slept on all kinds of beds in my lifetime, on cots, in the dorms, in the tents, even in the hammocks, but the beds in this hotel was perhaps the most uncomfortable I've ever encountered. They were beyond firm; none of could sleep that night. The springs in the frame were removed and the mattress, already firm, rested on a large wooden platform. Our backs and joints really hurt. I recommend the hotel management invest in new bed frames to avoid any potential injuries.

Loved staying in a historic building from 1700s. The decor was charming and room comfortable (beds good). Stayed for 3 days on 3rd floor w fabulous views. Good location. Christina and staff were friendly,kind and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and filling.

This charming historic lodging -- housed in what used to be a 17th-century monastery -- is decorated with antiques throughout. The room was amazingly beautiful and large. The bed comfortable and soft. The staff super friendly. Breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Puebla historic center. The location is fantastic -- easily within walking distance of all major attractions in the old city.

Absolutely nothing. There are stairs to reach most of the rooms, but there are a few downstairs floors if one were to have mobility issues.

This boutique hotel is in a very good location close to the major attractions in the Historic Centro. Very walkable, and our host was so nice and helpful in making recommendations. She made certain our needs were met and our questions were answered. The decor is really cool and the bed very comfortable. Shower was great. Didn’t use the TV. Good internet too. Breakfast was delicious. This was our third visit to Puebla, and would definitely return for more than one night.

We loved it! So cool and interesting. Hosts’s husband is an antique collector and it definitely shows with the decor. If stairs are an issue, it could be a challenge with a lot of luggage. It was quiet on a Thursday night.

This hotel made my experience of Puebla truly special and unforgettable. The building, dating back to the 17th century, still preserves its historic atmosphere. Combined with handcrafted Mexican décor and traditional details, staying here felt like stepping into a period drama. The room itself was beautifully decorated and generously spacious, blending comfort with historical charm in a very thoughtful way. What made the stay especially meaningful, however, was the kindness of the staff. They were warm, generous, and genuinely attentive, going out of their way to make my time in Puebla sweet and memorable. I regret not asking the name of the staff member who assisted me — I am deeply grateful for her friendliness and hospitality. I would absolutely love to return!!!

We loved our stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Puebla’s historic district! The building itself is a 400 year-old convent that has been adapted into a lovely hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is filled with an artful collection of treasures and has lots of outdoor terrace spaces to enjoy. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly!

Note: the hotel no elevator so it may not be well suited for travelers who are unable to carry their bags up the stairs.

Staff were very kind and welcoming here. The room was very large and very reasonably priced.

Despite having a portable AC unit, the room get extremely hot at night. Also, the shower head was leaking like crazy.

Really amazing interior, very clean, amazingly friendly staff and lots of amenities like coffee and water in the room, showering gel and body lotion. Loved the bathtub and the delicious and more than generous breakfast!

The mattress was really hard unfortunately.

- the staff was incredible, they really made us feel like at home - the place itself is stunning: the building is from the 17th century and is well decorated. It felt like living in a museum. The room was also very comfortable. When I booked I was afraid the bed looked small on the pictures, but in reality it was confortable for 2 people . - great (and filling) breakfast included - the location: very close to the historical center and with a free parking close to the hotel.

The only tiny thing was that we had to leave the key at the reception when going out, because there is no copy. But they were always available and happy to open the door for us .

I'm a 60+ professional woman traveling alone. I felt very safe here and the location was perfect. Most importantly, the staff and the hotel were both absolutely charming and delightful! The small heater in the room was an added bonus to take the morning chill out of the air. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wunderbar historisches Ambiente mit schönen mexikanischen Stilelementen. Von der Dachterasse hatte man sogar Blick auf den Popocatepetl. Man kommt schnell überall hin im Stadtzentrum. Und das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.

The staff was incredible, wow! They were so nice and friendly and helpful, I really was keen on writing a review, to thank them for their service! Also the hotel is super interesting! The room was clean, nice beds, comfortable shower, free parking, at the border of the historical center. It was quiet (it lays in front of the lucha libre arena, so maybe a bit more noise on Saturday). We had the room with the terrazza so we could enjoy the sunrises/sunsets and views of the volcanos. Would definitely come back. Also breakfast is delicious! And a lot!
