This is a wonderful boutique hotel located within easy walking distance of the attractions and restaurants of the historic center. The staff go out of their way to make sure guests are pampered and their every need is taken care of. Breakfast is delicious and highly recommended. A special thanks to Miguel at the front desk for helping us with all concierge needs, the restaurant staff for their wonderful service, and the room staff for keeping everything extremely clean and neat. We will definitely recommend you to others when in Puebla.

Tanto el servicio, la ubicación, la atención fueron excelentes. Así mismo la cocina y panaderia son execelentes.

En booking me aparecia que incluia el desayuno, sin embargo al llegar al hotel en su hoja aparecia no incluido.

La ubicación. Algún miembro del personal como Fidel, el cantinero e Ismael el recamarista MUY buenos, gentiles y muy disponibles, otros regulares.

El hotel en general, promete mucho más de lo que realmente ofrece; el menú del restaurante es regular, no hay ninguna opción vegana ni vegetariana ni natural, no sabía qué pedir. El precio del hotel es caro en relación con lo que ofrece. No regresaré.

The Rooms were so comfortable and Beautiful. Steeped in Rich history and vibrant paintings, the hotel is a Work of Art itself! Everything was so clean and smelled great...even the tissue! The staff were so kind and treated us like family! The location was Superb! The beds and sheets were So Comfortable! The Food was Fantastic and the Bakery out of this world! We could not have been more pleased! We Highly recommend Casona de los Sapos Boutique Hotel! Mitsy, Louis, ALL the Staff went out of their way to help us as we prepared for our Daughter's Wedding at Puebla Cathedral! We WIll be Back! The Mendez Clarks

We loved the luxurious bedroom and bathroom, the excellent location, and the delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The incredible premises. So beautiful, cozy, amazing rooms and art decor in a Spanish Style or Hacienda Style that preserved the original architecture. The restaurant is really really good. No need to go outside. From breakfast, warm-home made pastries to the sensational Taco hour on Wednesdays.

We loved everything!

El servicio en el restaurante muy lento, no tienen personal suficiente. La camarera abrió la habitación cuando estábamos durmiendo.

El check in no lo tuvieron a tiempo no estaba la habitacion lista

El hotel muy lindo, el pesonal muy amable, estuvo rica la comida, acogedor el hotel que combina lo antiguo con lo moderno, con una ubicación céntrica y con estacionamiento.

Todo nos gustó, es un lugar increíble, la ubicación es ideal para caminar por todo el centro histórico.

El servicio del restaurante lento, el olor de las habitaciones y del hotel es desagradable, las almohadas son muy incómodas, la iluminación es muy tenue y se torna deprimente

Me encantó la atención y el lugar, sin lugar a dudas se me hizo un gran hotel para relajarme y disfrutar

El día que llegamos que fue Jueves, el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría y en las mañanas el restaurante estaba muy lleno y había poco personal y tardaron en traer los alimentos,pero la atención fue buena

We had many breakfast options, and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

La habitación estaba impecable, no hubo ningún inconveniente al entrar o salir y la cama está totalmente cómoda!!

El restaurante es una joya.....las instalaciones de primera.....el personal siempre amable y atento.

Al ser un cliente regular de este hotel.... cada vez me fijo más en los detalles.... esta habitación apesar de ser más grande. Y hasta cierto punto más lujosa.... el piso rechinaba muchísimo.... pero lo repito son detalles que notas cuando ya eres un cliente regular y que va 2 o 3 veces al año.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Puebla, especially if they are coming on the weekend. The hotel is next to all the weekend bazaars. The hotel provides parking space, which is very convenient too.

Muy caro, habitaciones estándar sin nada extraordinario, la tv no se ve tienen literal 4 canales, el baño sin amenidades como dicen tener, el servicio deplorable. La única persona que vale la pena es Gerardo del bar, el nos atendió muy bien.

El hotel es una casona modificada muy bonita. Se encuentra en un sitio muy bueno para tener acceso al centro de la ciudad. Muy buenos servicios, excepto el WIFI que no funcionaba en la habitación. El restaurante excelente. El pan muy bueno.

Que hice reserva para habitación con alimentos y al llegar me informaron que no era cierto. El WIFI no da señal en la habitación.

La comodidad de la habitación y los desayunos, aunque se tardan mucho en traer tu platillo. La piscina y el sauna de lujo.

Was very happy with my stay, the room very clean staff so friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

New facility, friendly staff, good location. Very noisy from outside street. Very loud room next door, could listen to conversations from guests on the next room, paper this walls, did not supply enough complimentary drinking water.

The room was not cleaned after first night and we had to ask for change of towels and filling the coffee corner.

The staff was absolutely outstanding. Their efforts were truly “above and beyond.” 15 out of 10. The bed was really comfortable and the location was convenient to tourist sites

The noise. The noise. The noise. The hotel rooms are situated around an stone atrium. The restaurant, the bar, and all events are situated in the courtyard at the base of the atrium. (The restaurant and bar are absolutely inhospitable). So, every single sound is amplified as it bounces off of every stone surface—right into your bedroom. There was a children’s event on my last night—there were screaming children and trumpet music that lasted well past 10 pm and despite their efforts, the staff could not persuade the event organizers to close the show. Despite the outstanding staff , I would not stay here again.

Ideal location for exploring the historic center of Puebla. Our room was large, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated; the bathroom was spacious and modern. The staff was helpful with several requests.

This is a beautiful hotel but I missed having an inviting, warm, common space to relax with a drink in the evening. The restaurant area was fine for breakfast but not where you would want to sit down with a cocktail. There is a tiny bar area but it was chilly and not inviting and I never saw an employee servicing it.

It’s a stunning boutique hotel, with so much charm and elegance. Our bed was comfortable and bathroom was recently renovated. Plenty of closet space for two. Breakfast (not included) was really good, and the dinner also. I highly recommend the mushroom soup! My husband took advantage of the pool. I had a wonderful massage. It’s a fairly quiet location: just 3-4 blocks from the Zocalo, and right next to a park where an outdoor flea market sets up on Saturday and Sunday, which we loved. You’re also just a block away from the Los Sapos shopping area and park. Would definitely return.

The only negative was that the bedrooms are above a courtyard which is beautiful but that is also where the dining room is, so if the diners linger until late, you can hear them. It did keep us up a bit one night.
