Milo Collection Hotel

The ambiance was very nice. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. It was a lovely restored building. Great service and very welcoming.

There was a breakfast included, but this was a little basic. We could order more from the menu though.

Entra muchísimo ruido de la calle a primera hora de la mañana mañana. Se podría buscar un mejor aislamiento acústico.

La atención del personal es excelente, siempre amable y atenta. Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de check in y se apresuraron a tener nuestras habitaciones listas para poder instalarnos antes de ir a comer.

Podrían ventilar las habitaciones. En la 2 y 10 se percibe un poco el olor a encerrado.

Cons- • There is an old, creaky lift that takes you up the floors above-very claustrophobic • Limited English is spoken by the staff on reception • We paid for breakfast during our stay which was taken on the rooftop but consisted of a cold coffee, fruit juice and a bread roll. When we queried this, we were told that is how people ‘breakfast’ in Mexico. So don’t pay for the ‘breakfast’ - it was insulting! • They had a restaurant on the rooftop, but we never saw any evidence of anybody eating there.

La struttura è molto bella con camere spaziose e tanti comfort! C’è anche una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione. Posizione ottima. Buona colazione continentale, con menù fisso e standard per gli hotel messicani (yogurt con granola, toast con marmellata e caffè); ad un costo extra ci sono altre opzioni. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stato il personale, dalle signore che si occupano della pulizia alla ragazza della reception. Sono state davvero tanto carine con noi e gentilissime, volevamo quindi ringraziarle per essersi prese cura del nostro soggiorno.

Purtroppo la stanza non aveva la finestra e quindi si creava tanta umidità e la notte non era gradevole.

Hotel tranquilo, con clase en antigua vivienda de Puebla. A dos cuadras escasas de cátedral. Personal profesional y amable. Habitación grande y moderna como el baño. Buen desayuno con vistas a las azoteas y cúpulas de las iglesias del centro. Cama cómoda. Aparqué en frente y te ponen ticket parquímetro. Para volver sin dudarlo.

This is a beautiful property in the perfect location and the staff was wonderful. One of the best accommodations I have ever had.

La calle donde está ubicado no transmite seguridad, la habitación estuvo literalmente al lado de recepción, no hubo nada de privacidad. El baño de la habitación no está aislado de la habitación. Olor muy fuerte a humedad.

On the first day, we had a pleasant breakfast. However, on the second day, when we went to breakfast, the staff was unfriendly and rude. The rest of our stay was not peaceful either. Someone stole the side car mirrors in front of the hotel.

Location is walking distance from main square in a quiet location. Comfy beds with friendly reception and cleaning staff.

Unfortunately on the first morning we were met with a a very rude waiter working on the top floor restaurant. We had breakfast included which wasn't clear what we were allowed when we sat down. Turns out its coffee and fruit plate or just a green juice. For children, the waitor informed us it was milk or green juice only?? We tried quering this with the waiter and asked if our children could have a fruit plate also with their milk but the waiter ignored us so my husband had to go into the kitchen to find the waitor. He did bring them a fruit plate after but didn't bring them currently and just avoided us. The waiter was only interested in outside guests who were paying for breakfast. We didn't eat at the restaurant again. We spoke to reception who advised that the children should have had fruit plate. They apologised and later offered us a complimentary breakfast from the visitor menu on the last day at 10:45am but we were leaving at 11am... The hotel is lovely and the reception staff are friendly but it seems outside visitors a priority over hotel guests. On our checkout day there was a photoshoot taking place in the courtyard outside our room and on the stairs which was nice to see but slightly uncomfortable as we couldn't leave our room to check out and wait for our taxi to the airport. This should of taken place after checkout as once we could leave there were other guests from the other floor also waiting to check out.

La habitación está muy bonita y muy limpia. Nos hospedamos en la Suite Superior en donde el baño cuenta con tina y fue un gran plus para nuestra estancia. El desayuno incluido (americano) muy bien servido y de gran sabor. Es un gran lugar para escaparse de fin de semana.

Goede locatie in het centrum van Puebla, comfortabel bed, zeer behulpzaam personeel. Al met al een aanrader voor iedereen die een goed verblijf in Puebla zoekt.

Nos casamos en Puebla y decidimos hospedarnos en Milo, nos hicieron sentir muy acompañados para nuestra boda ofreciendonos servicios de masaje, vino en la habitación y unos drinks previos a la misa para ir más tranquilos! Amamos el servicio.

El unico detalle es que el restaurante cierra muy temprano, 7 pm. Para antojos nocturnos debes recurrir a ubereats pero realmente no es terrible. Amamos nuestra estancia en Milo.

Wow ! La chambre était spacieuse (la hauteur des portes et fenêtres est impressionnante !) et confortable, le personnel très courtois et sympathique, et les espaces communs vraiment supers. Magnifique bâtiment d'époque. Tout est très propre. La terrasse sur le toit est à couper le souffle, et le déjeuner inclus complet ! (2 viennoiseries à partager, puis choix de fruits frais ou jus de fruit, puis choix plat d'oeufs, de chilaquiles ou pancakes, accompagné de café à volonté) Environ 8 min à pied du zocalo, parfait pour nous. On se sentait très en sécurité dans les rues à pied même le soir. Excellente qualité prix, j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Seul bémol : la salle de bain n'a pas de mur jusqu'au plafond, donc on entend très bien tout ce qui s'y passe, il faut être à l'aise avec la personne avec qui on voyage !

The location of the hotel is good the communial space is really nice. Our room was spacious with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The breakfast was basic, but tasty, and the views from the terrace were great!

It didn't seem like they correctly installed the pipes for our shower because there was a consistent sewer smell in the bathroom. We had to keep that door closed all the time to ensure it didn't permeate the entire room. The hotel had a private event on the terrace the day we were leaving. We had booked an early bus out of Puebla and when we showed up at the beginning of the scheduled breakfast time, we were told they couldn't serve us for another 30 minutes. This was not communicated to us ahead of time. Luckily we were able to make it work, but advanced notice would have been nice.

The hotel was beautiful and the view from the rooftop breakfast room was fantastic.

Es un hotel muy familiar, se respira un ambiente de intimidad y privacidad que nunca te dará todo aquel hotel de grandes cadenas. Las habitaciones son confortables y amplias. El Hotel Milo es una elección ideal si buscas calma y a la vez cercanía con los atractivos culinarios, históricos y arquitectónicos del centro de Puebla. Cualquier restaurante, o atracción se encuentran a solo minutos caminando.

Este hotel no cuenta con comedor para cena, solamente te queda la opción de UBER Eats.

Good location. our room was on the first floor and the closest to reception and yes the door and shades had to be shut at all times. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Coffee in the morning. If we had a free breakfast I don't remember. There is coffee in the morning in the lobby and water and snack mix in the afternoon. Nice touch. No coffee making in the rooms.

the floors were dirty to the point that something was spilled and not cleaned well and one of our towels had a dirty handprint. the next day the room was much cleaner. did not like lobby music until 11pm

The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located. We walked everywhere. Rooftop restaurant was a bonus-- great views of the city and the volcano (in the morning). The breakfast staff was helpful, pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good - nice variety. Bed was comfy - bath products were good. Nice to have a sink in the room leaving the toilet area free. very nice to have the elevator to get to the second and third floors!! Especially after walking all day.

La amplitud de la habitación.

El colchón es muy incomodo, no tiene soporte suficiente. Al ser muy alto (40cm) se deforma fácilmente.

La terraza, pero no te dejan desayunar en la parte descubierta que porque no hay suficientes sombrillas disponibles.

No hay estacionamiento en el lugar. Tienes que ir a 4 cuadras a estacionar el auto. La señorita de la recepción muy amable pero no tiene mando para decidir y no resuelve nada. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas hacia la calle y si estás a nivel de la calle, los empleados y el valet se la pasan platicando y riendo afuera de la habitación desde las 8 am. INSOPORTABLE

El trato del personal fue cordial y el desayuno muy bueno y suficiente.

Que el baño no tenga plafón y no sea privado, que el lavamanos esté dentro de la zona de dormitorio, que se escuche todo el ruido de la terraza. Ofrecen vista a la ciudad y no cumple. Ofrecen silencio y no cumple. La cancelería de la regadera no retiene el agua y moja hasta la puerta de la habitación.

Continental Breakfast war im Preis inkludiert. Darüberhinausgehende Bestellungen (akzeptabler Aufpreis) wurden zur vollen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Der Frühstücksbereich findet sich auf der Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick (wenn gewünscht: auch überdacht). Das historische Zentrum ist fußläufig und sicher erreichbar. Leider war zu unserer Besuchszeit (Ende Februar 2026) die Rooftop-Bar nicht geöffnet. Es gibt aber ausreichend Aujsweich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Das Hotel im Kolonialstil ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sehr groß, die Betten bequem. Allerdings sind nur die Zimmer zur Straße hell. Die Dachterrasse, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wird, hat einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Centro histórico und auf die Vulkane Popocatépetl und La Malinche. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wählen wir das Milo Collection Hotel wieder für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Puebla.

Es roch ein wenig nach Abfluss im Zimmer.

The style of the hotel was amazing. It was clean and the location was great. Not far away from the cathedral and historic district.

The smell in the room was awful. It smells like wastewater. The hotel is on a really busy street so the noise was extreme. The breakfast area is in Winter way to cold. And in the room was not enough toilet paper we have to ask twice for more. And not enough towels.

Très bel hôtel bien situé; facile d’accès à partir de la gare routière ligne métrobus 3 arrêt Clinica 2; 5 minutes de marche.

Propreté basique, chaussettes des anciens hôtes dans la chambre, cheveux dans la douche. Retard de prés d'1 heure au checking et surtout chambre (suite) bruyante et odeur d'humidité persistante. Petit déjeuner largement insuffisant pour le prix ( 3 nuits 343€) , nous avons du aller acheter des viennoiseries pour manger à notre fin et personnel tout juste aimable. Rapport qualité prix bien insuffisant par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même standing . Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Es perfecto para un viaje en pareja. La ubicación es ideal para visitar el centro y la zona turística. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son cómodas y amplias.

El estacionamiento es un poco complicado y el hotel no garantiza una plaza.

Personal amable, cerca del centro, lugar muy acogedor y un baño increíble. El desayuno muy sabroso. Por época navideña, estaba decorado muy bonito. En la azotea una vista muy linda de Puebla.

Es una sugerencia, ya que los fines de semana hay buffet en el desayuno. Deberían tener un pago preferencial para los huéspedes; porque tienen un desayuno incluído de tipo americano.

Das Milo Collection Hotel hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen, der Service war hervorragend, das Zimmer sehr komfortabel, gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum absoluten Highlight zählt das Frühstück, das sehr reichhaltig ist, auf der Terrasse. Dort geniesst einen spektakulären Blick über das Zentrum von Puebla auf den Vulkan La Malinche.

Heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras, fijn bed, mooie kamer in een mooi gebouw

Geen raam in de kamer, je hoort geluiden van de patio omdat de kamers aan de patio liggen. Wij hoorden de deurbel regelmatig en wij hoorden ‘s morgens heel vroeg mensen uitchecken. Daarentegen heb je geen geluidsoverlast van de straat.
