Friendliest of staff

Fantastic hotel

It’s always a great stay

Nothing

The hotel double charged us for this booking. It was an absolute nightmare to get our money back.

We love the Magani it’s the best hotel so close to everything and everyone is so lovely. The restaurant and entertainment is awesome. The pool is great, always a seat and great pool service. The team out the front making sure you cross the road are lovely and nothing is to much trouble.

We had a different room this time on the right side near the lane and it was much nosier but we didn’t mind at all as it’s Bali but others may feel different.

Always stay there and it’s amazing. Staff are so good and welcoming .

Nothing … all top notch.

Always a nice place to stay

Thus stay we where on the side with the lane and was very noisy at night

Great location. Good GF options . Great spa straight across from entrance.

Everything. We keep coming back :)

Good location

We were assigned interconnected room. It was awful as we could hear people next door as if they were in our room, mortified!

The location was perfect, the rooms spacious, the staff efficient and wonderfully friendly.

Everything really.

Pillows seemed a bit hard this stay. Only problem was noisy people and to close to the band and singers nightly were very loud. We stayed at the back of the hotel last time. We will be back again.

Everything The staff are incredible they made us feel like kings and queens I love them

You could not question the hospitality of the staff the cleanliness , the location they went out of your way for anything that you wanted

Location and staff

Rooms are dated and smell . So noisy where we were no sleep at all . Fridge badly needed defrosting .

My 4th visit and as always, great staff, great food and the perfect location. This time we were upgraded which made out holiday more amazing

Pillows

Great central location, fantastic staff, awesome restaurant and very comfortable bed and pillows

Nice staff, good and wide beds.

The room (3014) was a bit dated and with bad odour (I guess coming from the water drain hole), the sink was clogged (semi blocked) difficuting the water to drain into the sink-hole), toilets around the basin had water leakage flowing on the floor, the room should be vacuum each cleaning. I was not sure if the cups and eating-ware (forks, coffee spoon, cups) were replaced everyday or simply washed in the toilet sink.

Breakfast plenty of choice and very good. Staff very friendly and lovely.

Love the location of The Magani. Breakfast buffet is so yummy! Staff just wonderful

Nothing apart from having to go home!

생각보다 방이 넓어 기뻤고, 다 좋았고 더 머물고 싶었다.

머무는 시간이 짧았다는 점

We loved the location, facilities and room comfort

The property requires maintenance and updates eg; painting and furniture needs replacement in bedrooms

Location. Staff. Rooms

Pool loses the sun too early

Breakfast and location is very good

Due to pool opening early and the proximity of the rooms on level one which I paid more for with our own pool the noise level is high and the walkway is very close. No sleeping in

Everything! An upgrade on arrival was such a welcome surprise and I was truly grateful. The staff were exceptional. Particularly Ani. Such a beautiful soul.

Absolutely nothing!

So central to anything we wanted to go to

Everything

Very Central to everything we expected. Hotel was great but disappointed that all our friends had a free upgrade to a larger room or a pool off their rooms or a suite with a spa. For the price it did not include breakfast - maybe our error but we paid extra for a very lovely breakfast of a great variety

Would have preferred ground floor due to my age but my error. But some of our friends had free upgrade two day after we arrived and were given a free upgrade on the ground floor. They had booked separately to us. Some friends were given a suite which included a spa and lovely balcony area. Overall the rooms were lovely, clean and beds very comfortable.

The room was beautiful, with a huge spa on balcony. The staff are so friendly and helpful The food, the buffet breakfast was exceptional.

Zero

Great location very nice rooms the staff were outstanding

Nothing

Rooms were spacious and the staff were helpful

No facilities for children and pool was cold in room so a waste of money having a pool room.

The breakfast buffet, facilities, location & staff - love it all!

Nothing, an excellent choice to stay at in Legian!

Location staff amazing breakfast

Nothing

Staff were friendly . Breakfast was good .

The plunge pool in our room was ankle deep . The aircon had a terrible smell to it . Our side of the hotel was really noisy .

A great place to stay for a 5 day break. The most comfy beds of any hotel I have stayed in Everything was fantastic

Stayed many times always on point

Front executive suite on street very noisy - lovely room not ideal position for quiet peaceful sleeping

Staff were excellent, hotel was clean, breakfast excellent, generally a great budget place to stay :)

Not much... maybe people eating at the swim up bar, couldn't get in for a drink when you wanted to.

Graet Hotel, Staff are friendly, room is perfect, pool and happy hour are a must! Breakfast is superb, really miss my Nasi Goreng in the Morning! :)

Location

Pool was not in sun all day.

My wife was sick and the hotel had a Doctor come to room.

All good

Zwembad is snel vol.

Consistent, excellent service and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows that will leave you yearning for all eternity (they can be purchased for IDR 900k). The pool is not huge and only has sun for limited times during the day, but for me it was perfect. One side of the pool in the morning, other side in the early afternoon and then I would see that as a sign to get off my bum and go elsewhere. Balconies are spacious and furniture comfortable. Rooms are a lovely size with good storage. Smart tvs mean you can Netflix and chill if that’s your desire. USB ports on bedside tables would be nice but not a dealbreaker. This is our second stay and we will return. Location 10/10

The staff - always courteous and happy to assist with any request

Nothing

Pool area was great . Food was great

Spa water not hot

The staff are beautiful, they always remember you and the facilities are immaculate

I liked everything

The location, staff and cleanliness were amazing.

Hard to find any improvement suggestions as we loved it. The pillows too high. Would be great to have a pillow option in future.

Great location clean and staff friendly

Nothing

The Magani is a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast is great, staff are amazing

Wouldn't change a thing

Les infrastructures complètes comme les plus grands hôtels

L’environnement de la rue est un peu bruyant

We had a deluxe plunge pool room which was awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable with the bed super comfy.

The breakfast was average. There is a bit of noise from the roads, but not too bad.

From the moment I stepped from the vehicle when arriving and to meet and greet and checking in was superior. The welcoming drink while I was waiting for the paperwork was most welcome. Would recommend Magani Hotel anytime.

Love the whole Atmosphere, a very warm friendly welcome and always many smiles amongst the staff! 2nd year of our stay and looking forward to the third!

Everything

Clean and friendly great location

At times was a bit noisy from the side lane

Lage nahe am Flughafen, gutes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet
