Newton Villa

Great variety for breakfast, lots of fruit and all fresh and appetizing. Good mattress

bathroom/shower was a bit on the small side but certainly doable. Everything you needed was there.

Hands down beautiful location. From the drive up to the showers and breakfast. Loved this stay. Price is perfect for the value.

Nothing, everything was great and comfortable .

I did not expect this when I booked the place. The p r opportunity sits in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with trees all around. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The grounds are spectacular. I did not use the swimming pool, but it looks inviting and clean.

Getting into the bathroom is a little cramped, but was clean. The shower was good. North Americans can't do coffee right, in my humble opinion.😂😂😂.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, absolut freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage.

Beautiful lovely place.

But if you don’t like place that is quiet, you might not enjoy it.

Rien

The Villa’s layout is beautiful

A cozy, warm, comfortable place

Everything was perfect!

Really nice Villa, super friendly, nice neighborhood and really good breakfast! Really good connection to the airport and for our last night in the US, perfect!

Room is a bit small, but nice and clean

We really appreciated the hospitality from the hotel manager, Aba - who provided recommendations for food places as well as making us feel at home. The facilities were great and there is a nice area out back with a swimming pool and walking/playing area. The venue is well appointed. Noted that due to wooden flooring, sound does travel but apart from that, all good with getting a good night’s rest. We are grateful!

Nichts.

Beautiful property, wonderful breakfast array, very homey feel, great price, good amenities

The attention was very nice, the staff very friendly

The interior designs makes me feel so much at home

The mattress, not too comfortable for me

Great

All good

Comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room and common spaces super confy. The staff was very caring and helpful. Overall the place is so nice and welcoming. I will tottally reccomend the place.

The only thing is to find the place for a visitor, at some point I felt lost. But The address was correct. Just don't expect it to be like in the airport hotel. :P

I stayed in this beautiful establishment for two days. The staff is very kind, positive and polite. The breakfasts are delicious, the room is clean. I took a lot of photos, but they disappeared. I definitely recommend it. If you want to have a good rest and most importantly, peace and quiet - you should visit Newton Villa

The room was very nice. Pool was very clean and backyard was beautiful. Staff were all very nice and friendly.

Abba at the front desk was so friendly! The property is gorgeous and I wish I could spend more time to enjoy it! I got dressed up for my wedding here and Abba just made me feel amazing about myself. The pictures at the property turned out gorgeous! The concept of naming the rooms inspired from flowers is very cute.

The best property I have ever been.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Area hospitality service provided by abba

Nice location, very clean, great looking property.

The room was very noisy, we could hear everything from the couple above, who where very much in their honeymoon phase, so we heard every noise. The hot water took a very long time to come through. There was no kettle in the room, so we could not make tea or coffee in our room which was frustrating.

A well kept property. A very comfortable first night after my flight into Toronto. A nice breakfast was also included. Top spot with own easy and free parking.

Excellent staff and good ambiance

Very nice room. Generous self-serve breakfast. Great value for money. More facilities than one would expect, such as gym, library/sitting room, and outdoor pool, for such a small property.

I love this place

We had a good short stay at Newton Villa. It's well located, quiet and clean. Highly recommended, though the breakfast was a bit of a letdown.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and excellent breakfast.

Excellent service

The property is so very well kept. The grounds are relaxing and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and scrupulously clean. There is an ambiance about the who property inside and out. Staff are welcoming, pleasant and kind. We felt very comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer

Everything was perfect

Very quiet, good breakfast

No good experience

Excellent

What a gem property on a quiet cul de sac. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Enjoyed the pool, beautiful grounds and the ambience. Definitely highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to enjoy another stat

Nice and beautiful place quiet and very clean and the owner very friendly, good place for relaxing

I thought the overall experience was great. The only negative would be that the home needs some updating.

Schade.

The property and room were a pleasant surprise and the pool and surrounding were exceptional

Wonderful stay

Staff very friendly, very spacious property lots of places to relax.

This b&b was so pretty. The grounds were incredibly clean, we are actually talking about having our wedding here and booking the whole place. The staff was super nice and always said hello or something in passing. I enjoyed the breakfast too. It was simple but good. Very quiet which is what we wanted, we wanted a break from our day to day. Only thing i would say, is i wish this place was pet friendly because my corgi dog is well behaved and wouldnt be a nuisance whatsoever.

It was great! Best bed n breakfast we have ever stayed in!

Garbage

Such a weloming place and caring hosts.

Love the heated pool, the breakfast spread especially the fresh fruits and the location. The bed was firm comfortable for us. Loved the outdoor breakfast area. The iron was top notch.

The room was not very clean, hair clumps in the bathroom and hair on bedroom floor. The room is in need of a deep clean, caked on dust on baseboards and top of clothes rack. The walls and floors could use a deep clean.

Surprisingly welcoming clean and well maintained.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked but otherwise everything was perfect.

Wonderful staff who went beyond to ensure we were comfortable and all was in working order.

Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff, Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room, sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area so it is very quiet.

On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

Not much to say prefer hotels. Not very spacious, front desk is a little bit annoying breakfast was okayy not much. Pool only for swimmers not for relaxing. Bathroom really small find not very impressed. No wifi, TV not working🙅‍♀️

Wonderful staff, and beautiful grounds

Super comfortable and peaceful. We stayed just one night but I highly recommend. Abba was nice and very accommodating.

We were disappointed enough to leave after checking in and seeing our room. The carpeting throughout the building was stained and dirty. There were ants in our room. There was a very limited supply of towels and soap.

Comfort, location, facilities and general appearance.

Very noisy guest in adjacent room on my 3rd night! Almost as if he/she were doing construction as late as 10:30pm! Very slow flow to obtain hot water in sink.

Wonderful property. Comfy bed. Very nice breakfast! Thank you ☺️

Safe and quiet property. Staff was also very friendly and kind.

Awesome. Very nice people!

Breakfast was ok Location difficult to find

Tiny bathroom sink Bed to high Room too small

It is placed in a beautiful neighborhood. The food places are not that conveniently located, but they are not too far. It is a very homey feeling, and my bedroom was ample and very clean. I was there one night and arrived late, so obviously the staff was almost at the end f their shift. I did not see anyone when I left.

rooms to small.still overpriced.not any facilities

Even though I live in Toronto I’m unfamiliar with that part of the GTO. I was surprised by how spacious and grand the estates are in that neighbourhood - including Newton Villa. Sign in was quick and welcoming. The decor was well designed and exceptionally clean.

Truly beautiful place with the amenities you'd expect at a hotel. Hostess was lovely and very professional and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very nice and dining room was very clean. You had to ask for juice as it was not readily available with the tea and coffee. Perhaps they were limiting it... Bed was very comfortable and room and washroom were spotless. My only complaint was that our room was freezing most of the night, and there were no extra blankets in the room. Would stay again, but most likely in warmer weather.

The stuff was very accommodating the breakfast was delicious for a B&B it was one of the best breakfast I've seen around fruits were fresh and very good quality with Jesus the gems the coffee and the overall service was excellent
