Breakfast was good, the room we were staying in was excellent. Very spacious - lots of separate closet / dressing room space. The hotel staff and concierge were super helpful and friendly.

Location was a bit remote from many places we wanted to go to. Also the hotel didn’t have a proper beach on their property. The gym was fine but a bit dated and equipment needed a refresh.

Заказ завтрака и кофе-не очень удобно. Приходится ждать официанта. И в ресторанах отеля не очень разнообразное меню

The room and food

The first impression from the staff wasn’t great. We felt unwelcome and were not treated very warmly by the blonde receptionist. However, the rest of the staff were much nicer and more welcoming, especially Hakam, who was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but a bit overpriced.

The hotel is located in a beautiful península. Access to the sea is through decks that are spread around the hotel. Rooms are good and the one we were in had a private pool, although the pool was unusable as it had too much chlorine.

While the hotel is beautiful, service levels are poor. Many of the staff dont speak good English and communication is difficult. In the main Ezi restaurant in particular we had several bad experiences. 30 minutes to get a coffee in the morning. Bills that came with items we did not order. Over an hour waiting for food and starters coming after main course. Just a mess. The manager of this restaurant was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. In one occasion where they had over charged us and I complained, he came back with a bill which he claimed he had sorted out, but without the itemized order so that we could not verify.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Although our room had only a partial sea view, the scenery was still stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food included in the all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. Most of the staff were genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. We had a small issue with our order at the Ezi restaurant, but the team handled it with great courtesy and professionalism, making sure we left satisfied. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience at the Suvah restaurant. One of the male staff members was not as professional or courteous as the rest of the team, which was disappointing considering the otherwise excellent level of service throughout the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

El hotel es una maravilla. Situado frente a una bahía preciosa, tiene instalaciones de sueño: las piscinas, las hamacas sobre el mar, el gimnasio… La calidad de los platos, frutas y dulces del desayuno son increíbles. La piscina con DJ es súper animada y crea una atmósfera muy chula.

El personal de restauración tiene muy poca experiencia y se percibe falta de organización. Cosas sencillas como pedir un café con leche se hacían a veces angustiosas, esperas prolongadas y errores en pedidos han sido más habituales de lo esperado en un hotel de estas características. Es un personal amable y educado, que sonríe mucho y pide muchas veces disculpas pero se echa en falta más experiencia hostelera. Creo que les pasa factura el inicio de temporada y la falta de personal con experiencia y años en hostelería de lujo

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, made especially memorable by the warm hospitality, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job cleaning it every day. All of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, with special thanks to Indah from the breakfast team, and Ozge, Ali, and Aslan from the Suya restaurant. Thank you all for your outstanding service, kindness.

At times, especially during the night, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was quite noticeable and occasionally disruptive. In addition, the hotel was very quiet in the evenings, with no entertainment available, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat dull at night.

Susona is stunning. We had the room with the private plunge pool which was amazing, the staff is super friendly. Breakfast also has a great selection.

Bodrum’daki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel çok temiz, konforlu ve huzurluydu. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü tatilimizi daha da güzel hale getirdi. Özellikle Oğuz ve Meryem’e ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her konuda yardımcı oldular, son derece profesyonel, samimi ve misafirperver davrandılar. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tekrar Bodrum’a gelirsek kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edeceğiz. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim! Teşekkürler Oğuz ve Meryem, harika bir deneyimdi! 😊🌸

Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés avec piscine privée et tout était parfait : chambres magnifiques, excellent déjeuner et petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, notamment ogun temiz et Meryem à la réception, pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur réactivité et leurs attentions tout au long du séjour.

Beautiful hotel and excellent service

No heated swimming pool. We paid extra for private pool which was freezing and a room with view but did not get this view. There is no pregnancy massages at Spa.

Really modern and clean. Staff wee so friendly and always willing to help. We felt very pampered!

Fantastic stay. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, the sea-view was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Great breakfast, great spa and gym - service was excellent. Pool club and jetty areas were perfect for relaxing. Nice location though taxi/car needed to get around Bodrum. Highly recommend this hotel!!

They try to keep it up to date. Service is accommodating and service oriented.

Outdated and run down breakfast area which needs urgent refurbishment. You can tell that there haven’t been any investments made over the last years. Location ok, street towards location is horrible - you have the feeling you’ve booked a 1* location. Loud music playing from other hotels nearby which you could hear on the weekend.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall service was excellent, but what truly stood out was Meryem. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and always had a smile on her face. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Meryem is a true asset to the hotel and played a big part in making our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Цена-качество ужас! И проживание, и еда!!! Цены в ресторанах просто бешеные, горячее по 1,5-2 тысячи ЛИР, это 3-4 тысячи рублей! И я не мишленовский ресторан говорю - в нем еще дороже)) - а про обычный… и невкусно( Обслуживание… никакое… Это совсем не 5*. Спа работает с 10 до 8 только. По вечерам делать в отеле нечего. И отдельно напишу - ни в коем случае не рекомендую семьям с детьми!

The rooms are fantastic. We stayed in a room with its own pool. Just stunning. The staff were brilliant. Location a short taxi ride into Bodrum. We will come back and bring our family.

The rooms are stylish, large in size.And what kind of breakfast do they have !They are unique. Upper class!And most importantly, the people who are working there.The entire staff is so friendly, and exceptionally all!!You come to this hotel and feel self like at home!In general professionalism in all respects of all staff.This is a small paradise! Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

Çok güzel bir otel, yalnız buranın her şey dahil olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu tarz güzel bir otelin kahvaltı dahil seçeneği bence olmamalı direkt her şey dahil olmalı. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve tatlılar. Havuz çok ilginç bir şekilde sabah 9 da açılıyor pool bar ise 12 de. Sabah çıkmadan son girmek istedik ancak olmalı ben sabah 7 -8 de havuza giremeyecek miyim? Bence düzeltilmeli. Onun dışında her şey çok iyi

The check in was seamless and very attentive staff. The hotel concierge took us for a tour of the hotel and assisted us with our luggage. The room is well decorated and the bathroom stunning. With most of the amenities available except bath salt and bubble bath.also there is limited space to hand your towels although the bathroom was spacious enough. Some days it was difficult to get hot water though the taps we did note this and the engineer came out but this problem seem to be more in the morning than during the day. We had a junior suite with a pool . The pools not heated and we were here in April which is a pity it was very unusable. Also the rooms throughout are not very private especially the pool area of the rooms . Breakfast has a stunning view we didn’t get the name of the tallish slightly older than the rest staff he was excellent in service, the Turkish breakfast was quite scrumptious and adequate for a few people to share . We tried other options from the menu and were very disappointed at the quality of the food. The omelette was dry . As the days passed we seem to get less food and began been ignored by the staff on the last day we had to ask three times for a cup of coffee and tea and our waiter just disappeared. The day we were checking out no one was available to assist us at 7am even though breakfast started at 7am. Diner we tried twice a bit overpriced and limited options with lots of food options with cooked in wine, but a decent meal from the choices we had. We decided to venture to the city for better opinions . The gym is well equipped and so is the spa. Not much sandy beaches at this hotel so if you looking for something like that you would be disappointed. Overall the jetties and small family beach as peaceful at the time we were there, although we suspect over the summer it would be very crowded but the hotel has a fewer rooms in total so it won’t be unbearable.
