Ous Tumi and her stuff made us feel at home, what a beautiful place and it's people... The breakfast was delicious and filling. Mamzo made us the best coffee and the service was great.. Thank you ladies for making our special weekend extra. We will definitely cone come back..

Hello I liked my room and the chilling place near the pool and the stuff sister Tumie and sister Dinny and the old mama forgot her name.

What I didn't like is just that water was very cold of the pool😂 because summer hasn't went in I should repeat the trip in summer time

The staff was pleasant, the room had the basic amenities needed and the breakfast was decent.

This establishment is in need of an update, fresh furnishings, new linen, updated decor etc. Items that once looked in good condition 10 years ago are worn now. While the rustic theme is appreciated, it definitely does need a face-lift and a deep clean.

It was not so clean. The breakfast could have been better if it was a buffet. There were no butters for the bread and the assisting lady looked exhausted to even greet. There was an off smell in the rooms, surely sewage

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The facility was way nicer than a hotel. Definitely would book here again.

The rooms could be a bit cool in the evenings and mornings, but I traveled during winter and the blankets were warm on the bed at least. The indoor temperatures were pretty standard for other places in Pretoria.

Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, the property generally appeared to be well maintained and offered a comfortable environment for our stay.

We stayed here for a family event and, unfortunately, our experience with customer service was disappointing. When I made the reservation through Booking.com, I specifically requested two single beds. When we arrived at just before 9:00 pm, after driving approximately 635 km, the room had only a double bed. I contacted the staff, who initially said they had not been informed and suggested that it could be sorted out the following day. As this was not practical, given that my elderly mother and my son’s girlfriend could obviously not share a double bed, I requested the bedding so that I could make up the beds myself. The staff eventually came down, but I felt they were reluctant to do so and commented that they had been woken from their sleep. I would have expected this issue to have been handled more professionally. We also experienced difficulties with the televisions in the rooms. We were not given any instructions on how to operate them or access the correct channels, and there were no instructions available in the rooms. Despite our attempts, we were unable to get the televisions working in any of the rooms. After our stay, an unfortunate accident resulted in some of the bedding requiring additional cleaning. While I have no objection to paying reasonable cleaning costs, I was disappointed by the accusatory and disrespectful tone of the WhatsApp message I received. A more discreet, compassionate and professional approach would have been appreciated.

It was neat and clean and the room was spacious and housekeeping was done every day ensuring the cleanliness of the room was maintained. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The air-conditioning did not work properly. The plugs provided Did not work at all. The amenity list and photos of the guesthouse must be quite outdated on booking.com as there were many on the list, not found in the room

The bedding was dirty. Full off crumbs or something. The bath was full off hair and we couldn't bath.

The reception and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered secure parking, which gave us great peace of mind, and the dining area was lovely. Even though the facilities need some work, I will definitely stay here again!

Requested basic supplies (towel, milk, toilet paper) upon arrival. The hand towel rail was broken. Parking is challenging for more than 3 vehicles.

The location was perfect, and so was the property - the room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. I loved that everything worked - the fridge, plugs, lamps, tv, the system. We felt safe and cared for. The staff were beautiful, friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was prepared and presented with the same love.

I noticed quite a lot of plastic and rubbish in the front garden where we parked (but that's probably because I'm particularly attentive to such things).

Very poor service. None of what they displayed was real. Bathroom: No Sleepers as promised on the app. Promised Toiletries not refilled, Toilet ceiling hanging old leaves, Dirty. Bedroom. No hangers in the closet, Ceiling falling off...No maintenance at all. Outdoor. The Braai area was very dirty as if they were not expecting guests. BBQ facilities...We had to order from Mr D. nothing is real from Muckleneuk Manor. That place is so fake. Poor Boitumelo is doing both admin and cleaning at the same time, employee exploitation.

Everything was exceptional. I booked the place for my in-laws and my mother in law was super impressed. I also asked to add an extra guest last minute and I was accommodated without any issues.

The staff always go an extra mile to assist with making the stay a pleasurable one. It is very safe and mostly comfortable.

The breakfast needs a little bit more skill. It was either burned or undercooked. There is definitely room for improvement in the food department. In addition, the roof of the room (No.5) we were staying at was leaking when it rained.

Limited parking, Headboard was full of dusted on top .,toilet not clean, 2 x toilet rolls both almost finished on arrival. Door going outside struggling to lock. Room number 2 very dark and no light. On top of the door is closed of with a cardboard box.

The steps leading to the first floor are very uncomfortable and high. Overall cleanliness of the lounge, balcony and kitchen needs improvement

The place looks good, around the kitchen, the open plan, mirror, scenery is attractive.

Upon arrival there's a number to call to request the gate to open which leads to delays.

Liked everything. We only booked in at 19:00, and it was great.

We only had a problem with hot water. Took very long to become warm and in the morning, I had a lukewarm shower.
