Wonderful stay and will be returning for next 4 years! The staff and the hotel were amazing! K at front desk was the most professional and accomodating! My daughter is a freshman at Syracuse University and we enjoyed the hotel as a Sanctuary! Close to everything. Truly enjoyable! Thank you.

The selection of coffee and snacks was great! Rooms were very big and comfortable. The shower was awesome! Close to Dolphin Mall.

The location was convenient. Pleasant open spaces and beautiful sunset over the inner harbor.

Breakfast was a disaster. The coffee in the lounge was not fresh and the butter was frozen.

The front desk attendant was exceptionally welcoming!

The bathroom/"kitchen" set up was very cramped with very little counter space. Otherwise everything was great.

Parking is across the street, and a bit sketchy. They have cameras set up, but had a break in when we were there.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Mattress was not comfortable at all. Room was like living in the college dorm room.

Michelle, the manger was above and beyond amazing! My dog got burrs stuck all over him and she assisted to get the fully removed. I thought I was going to have to call an emergency vet and miss my son's graduation dinner. Life saver!

The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful.

Would have been nice if the room had a clock and a small makeup mirror. The lamp on the desk did not work, but these were small inconveniences.

I didn’t like the fact that we just allow kids to run up and down the hallway raising all hell late at night and go into the gym and slam the weight machines so loud it sounded like something was coming through the way and fun for us we got the room directly on the other side of the gym !! Oh and the tv in that room is possessed cause it kept just shutting off whenever it felt like it …. Literally the worst stay i have ever had anywhere !!! What a waste of money and i will NEVER return

The breakfast choices were really good. Just a suggestion, Trader Joe's has individual servings of bacon that you just microwave. The location is great! It was nice being right by the water with a promenade for an early morning stroll. There is plenty of free parking. There is a huge mall within walking distance. The location of this hotel was well thought out.

I did not care for the house keeping service. I was there for a week and my bed was only made once. They just through up the covers instead of actually making the bed. However, they did bring fresh towels. I did not care for the brand of coffee that they served. The taste was very bitter each time I had some. I didn't like the fact that there were two fire drills two days apart . Maybe this was not their fault but it was quite annoying.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was interesting in a positive way, being next to the harbor. Parking was easy.

There could be more free breakfast options available.

Coffee was cold in the morning and there was a hot cocoa bar but no hot cocoa. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were semi comfortable.

This is my second time staying at Aloft Syracuse and I can’t be more satisfied. It’s definitely my favorite to-go place! If you are looking for a pet friendly place in an excellent location, this is your best choice.

Great and many food options in lobby! Parking was free and plentiful. No issues with room, cleanliness, or staff. Would recommend/stay again when in area.

A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of our stay!!!

First off, the lady who worked the mornings at the front desk I wish I got her name, and the male night attendant I wanna say it was "Antwan" were absolutely amazing. From the minute I stepped in to the minute I left they made me feel comfortable and always checked in on me when they saw me coming to and from the hotel. The location was pretty central and I rented a e-scooter to get around during the week. Second, breakfast, the woman in the kitchen god bless her, those BEC sandwiches gave me life in the mornings they were delicious! And now the room, the A/C was something out of dreams, to be bundled up when it was 95 degrees outside was absolute heaven, pair that with the comfortable bed, and the shower pressure, it was a struggle every morning to get out of bed and absolute hypnosis going to bed. If you're looking at other options, don't be led astray. I have to be back in January and I already booked my stay before I left this one.

Not being able to enjoy the bed longer :(.. priorities are such a pain sometimes. and not taking photos or videos of the hotel. I've been with Marriott over 15 years, Aloft are little hidden gems. I stayed in Austin and NYC and this one is just as amazing as the rest. Reasons why I choose them every time I can! :)

For the price, absolute robbery. The person at front desk was amazingly helpful, but the pillow cases were an old and off color and the air conditioner while worked sounded like a jet engine. Location is fine and convenient but Syracuse has an odd issue of massively overpriced budget and mid tier hotels that charge high rates

This is a very modern facility. The rooms are set up nice with shower separate from sinks. You can also open windows for fresh air.

The food sold there was just mid. Breakfast sandwich seemed just like a microwave/frozen option.

The place was beautiful and the staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Stayed here for the Inner Harbor Taco/Margarita festival. Great location - steps away from the Inner Harbor and a quick drive to downtown Cuse. Nice bar. Nice pool (though a bit chilly) Great snack options including Gluten Free choices (which we both need) The room was nice , only complaint is the noise. Walls must be paper thin because we heard external noises all night. Not terrible but not great if you're in search of some solid sack time. Not the cheapest option but if you don't have a DD or want to pay for an Uber its perfect.

Air conditioning was either on and freezing out the room or off and room was hot. Thermostat did not work properly. A/C was very loud causing me to get up several times prior to a 8 hour drive the next day. My son and family stayed in another room and shower head fell off in the shower. They had to switch rooms. I stay at this hotel every year to or from trips to Canada. Food was good.

First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!
