We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well prepared, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this homestay and would love to stay again! ❤️

Hotel Wiwo Stay Review ⭐ 2/5 My stay at Hotel Wiwo last week was quite disappointing. Although I specifically selected a non-smoking room, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. This was very uncomfortable, especially for guests who choose a non-smoking room for a smoke-free environment. The room was also not very customer-friendly, as the accommodation building was separate from the main reception and restaurant. This made it inconvenient for guests to move between the buildings. On top of that, there was significant noise coming from the neighbouring building, which was undergoing renovation. The construction noise affected the overall comfort and quality of my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. I hope the hotel management will take these issues seriously, particularly the smoking smell, building arrangement, and renovation noise, to improve the comfort of future guests.

Like the room..clean and comfy,no smoking odours.. Tv not function well, Bfast good,but not many choices.. Overall the place is good..very convinient.. Thank you for your hospitality.

It's easily located and also there's food around the area by walking around. The bed and room itself is clean, only the toilet bowl water kept leaking but it was fine. Comfy to sleep after a day out.

Pintu toilet xder kunci. Sarung bantal n comforter xbersih. Mula2 dpt bilik yg tidak sama spt d booking.. so pergi dkt kaunter and try request tukar bilik and staff just cakap xdpt sbb full. Nasib ada Chinese gurl kluar dkt kaunter n I direct ckp mintak tukar bilik.. so dlm 15minits dah dpt tukar. Mula2 agak marah sbb xpuas hati sbb bilik xsama yg dbook.. n bilik mula2 tu sangat2 terok😌 nasib la dpt tukar..

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants.

I didn't go for breakfast because I thought it was a buffet breakfast. It turned out that we had to order the food individually, so I decided to skip it.

The only improvement needed is clearer signage, as the location was a bit difficult to find.

The food is decent but not hot enough. The table was not set with tissue. Very basic service.

The flush of the toilet was not functioning well. Can improve on this as the location is great.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly coming from the sink area as the sink hole was left widely open. The air conditioning was also not cold at all, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably due to the heat. Other than that, everything was okay.

the room location is not in the same building with the real hotel. The toiley floor is slippery as it is not being scrubed enough, the toilet door is dirty, the glass door in the shower also dirty n the toilet is smelly with bad odour. no slippers in the room like it was mentioned, no laundry bag as well. as the breakfast is no buffet n the choicea r limited.

I like the location and Breadsmith next to it.

Broken toilet door handle, n shower screen, the room was so hot in the afternoon bcoz is corner room and facing west. The furnitures has damaged due to high heat trapped.

F&B breakfast arrived at 815am but was told the bread has finished, requested for coffee without sugar but came with sugar. Poor breakfast served !

It seems like no service has been provided. No one helps you to bring your things up to the room. And people kept in and out 8 don't think so the reception realized the item belonged to who if they bag missing

Our room is not properly clean. Toilet was stink. The pillowcase so smelly, bau kepam. I cant sleep till I remove the case but end up my head and neck became itchy.

It’s alright, but there are a few things that could be improved.

Honestly, it could be better if some facilities need improvement such as put hairdryer and iron in the room. Improve the cleaning method expecially inside the shower room.

Honestly, i dont even like the staff at the hotel. Not a very nice and friendly staff in serving their own customer! Especially the ladies at the reception and also serving our breakfast. Not friendly at all and so rude! 🫡 hoping that you will improve your customer service!!! SO BAD MANNER!

Poor cleanliness. No electric kettle (although personally im not using it). Mouldy bathroom with strong mold smell. Breakfast is mediocre.
