Great place, beautiful location.

Food closes early for breakfast and dinner, but not much different to the rest of Korea.

La piscina era muy agradable.

La funda bajera de la cama estaba recientemente manchada de café por otros clientes y pese a comunicarlo no hicieron nada por solucionarlo (nunca la cambiaron). También nos tuvieron que cambiar la funda del edredón que estaba rota por el uso. Imprescindible tener coche.

El entorno y la habitación. La piscina con el paisaje está muy bien, y las vistas son increíbles. Tienen un parking enorme y muchos servicios.

Por el precio estaría bien que el desayuno fuese incluído. Y uno de los restaurantes que tienen, el último pedido es a las 8.30 pm y me parece muy temprano (cierran además a las 9.30 pm)

The whole hotel is utterly stunning! From the minute I walked in the door to check in, the staff were so helpful, the breakfast staff amazing and then the room was so comfortable and check out was fast and once again the staff so helpful! Then the pool, magic 💙

5성급호텔인데...슬리퍼가 일회용이 아니었고...슬리퍼가 촉촉하네요~

직원분들이 친철했습니다.

조식뷔폐 생각보다 맛이 별로 였습니다. 음료수 리필도 불편했습니다. 놀거리가 없습니다. 특히 3층 로비층 룸을 묵기에는 불가능해서 추가금액을 지불하고 업그레이드했는데 거기도 별로 였습니다.

לא היה סבון ושמפו כל פעם נאלצנו לבקש כשמגיעים בחצות למקלחת ואתה מגלה שאין שמפו מתסכל מאוד כשזה קורה שוב זה כבר לא מקובל בפרט למלון 5 כוכבים . מאכזב מאוד ופגע בהנאה

朝食が種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。 調理担当のスタッフも親切で感じよく楽しい朝食になりました。朝食レストランも広々としてヒドゥンクリフの眺めを楽しめます。 眺望を楽しめるホテルなのでお部屋のベランダにテーブルと椅子があればもっと良いのにと思いました。 シャワールームが大きめで、洗い場(シャワースペース)と浴槽が別になっているのは、日本人には入りやすくてありがたい。

ホテル周辺に何もないので、ホテル内のレストランやサービスがもう少し充実していると良いと思いました。

It was clean

The staff was not very friendly. The Aircon was not consistent. They had a cafe lobby but no One was there to take your orders. Concierge couldn’t even help you get a cab. You have to get it yourself.

Had to switch rooms twice because the first two were unclean. The pool area was also very dirty with birdnests in the ceiling just over the lounging chairs. The hot tub was out of service and the windows (in the rooms and by the pool) were so dirty it sort of ruined the view. All the gym machines were very worn out, when I saw them I almost thought they were out of function. All in all the hotel felt pretty worn down. On the upside the staff was very friendly and accommodating, for example they had a room thoroughly cleaned especially for us after the second time complaining.

Der Pool ist schön und groß. Große Tiefgarage.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, spricht nur leider kaum Englisch.

Leuk mooi verwarmd zwembad. Grote kamers. Beetje jaren 80 vibe wel. Veel parkeerplek, gratis

Personeel sprak slecht Engels. Wat gedateerd maar prima en nog mooi hoor. Grappig is dat je een lijst met hotelregels en tijden krijgt waar ze zz gelukkig niet aan houden. Zo was het zwembad gelukkig veel langer open

Stayed in 2 different hotels during my trip to Jeju and this was hands down the winner! Very clean and felt like a premium boutique hotel. Location is great too with many good food a short drive away (<10mins away).

Breakfast was a little pricey so we opted to eat out instead.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig mitten im Grünen. Perfekt, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn auch jeden Tag gleich.

The hotel is peaceful as it is surrounded by nature and greenery

The interior of the hotel is too old, especially so with the carpeted floor in dark brown colour having a mouldy smell - consistently observed across 2 rooms and 1 had stained bed sheets

Facilities were nice and the room was large.

Hotel is a little dated.

Un hotel di stile immerso nella natura ma non lontano da molte attrazioni del sud di Jeju. Non è sul mare come magari altri, ma merita comunque sia per la particolarità della struttura che la bellezza della piscina. Bella e comoda la stanza cosi come le aree comuni. Davvero buona anche la colazione proposta.

E' consigliabile noleggiare un auto per visitare l'isola che vi aiuterà anche a raggiungere questo hotel

체크인 시간도 늦었는데 사전에 여쭤봐주시고 기다려주셨어요. 무엇보다 모든직원분들이 매번 도움주셔서 감사드립니다. 카페에서 샌드위치 커피도 맛있구요!

La ubicacion y la calma de alrededor. Naturaleza pura.

Para personas con intolerancias (lactosa, gluten) no habia alternativa o variedad de comida. Solo habia leche de vaca (ni soja, ni avena, ni almendra).

Хорошее расположение, красивый вид из окна, много зелени и отличный бассейн Хороший завтрак, есть магазин в отеле

Aussicht Badezimmer ist groß und hat eine Dusche und Badewanne

Amazing nature hotel with heated infinity pool. Plenty of parking lots. Great view and spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. The staff is professional and friendly.

The wifi randomly stopped working.

El hotel es muy chulo, con habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. En la habitación triple la cama individual era muy grande. Tienes todos los servicios.

Solo tengo una pega. Que tengas que pagar la piscina a partir de una hora, si hay fiesta en la piscina.

Very clean and spacious. There was a pool and fitness centre and walking trails

The location was a bit far. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold, and the hot tub wasn’t working. The breakfast wasnt that good

The room was comfortable, clean, good size for two people, we were well rested for the two nights we were there. We drove, it was close to some good food. I love how the garden lights up at night. We forgot to remove the do not disturb sign, it was nice of the hotel to leave us extra clean towels at the door.

I have to be honest, the view looks better on the photos. We paid more for cliff view room, but the room we were given was a tad disappointing.

잘 쉬다 가요..

2번째 숙박인데..8년전 내인생에 최고의 조식이였는데...현..조식이 전보단..못한듯 합니다.

위치도 괜찮았고, 객실 상태도 좋았습니다.

산책로가 다 정비돼 있지 않았습니다.

Hidden Cliff hotel and nature is luxury and peaceful. The room was super lovely, including bathtub and bathrobes and with a nice garden view. And the heated! infinity pool is great both in mornings and with the evening partylights.

The only downside is that thr hotel is far from the eastcoast. I mistakenly thought is was a shorter drive which made me miss an evening swim :(. But really, it's lovely to just be at the hotel.

Dobra lokalizacja, cicho, pokój czysty z widokiem na kliff, rano popódka ze śpiewem ptaków, bezpłatny parking, sklepik w hotelu z przekąskami, bardzo dobre różnorodne śniadanie.

Wszytko było super.

뷰도 기대했던 수준 아니고 소음이 너무 심해요

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were good sizes. The bathroom was well kitted out and nicely decorated. The location is stunning and easy to find with gps. Free parking included as well.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in our room so we had to request a fan from reception. This wasn’t ideal and not what we’d expect from a high end hotel. We also were a bit disappointed with the in-house dining options. There are restaurants and cafes in site, but the opening hours were unclear and they weren’t open during our stay.

방 카펫이 너무 더러웠고 방안에 커튼에 이상한 벌레가 있어서 프론트에 전화해서 벌래를 제거해달라고 부탁했으나 아무런 응대가 없었습니다. 우리는 누군가가 올거라생각해서 기다렸지만 아무도 오지 않았습니다. 밤새 그 벌레 땜에 편히 잘수없었습니다.

La ubicación es hermosa, inserto realmente en la naturaleza de Jeju. Increíbles vistas desde la habitación, la piscina y los restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con gran espacio. Cuenta con un buen gimnasio, sauna incluso una habitación de juegos para niños. El personal fue realmente amable durante toda la estadía. Sin duda una experiencia maravillosa.

Todo excelente, no hay nada que reprochar. Solo una recomendación para los que visitan la Isla, es que si o si deben arrendar auto si quieren disfrutar por completo de su estadía.

Nice location, and beautiful views from the balcony. It was nice to sleep with the window open and enjoy the night air. And the staff were lovely.

It was obviously rated a 5 star a long time ago. There was no concierge service, the rain shower head has not been descaled in a while and therefore didn’t really work as the water was jetting off in all directions. The mention the restaurant was pretty limited.

We got robbed at the hotel, they took goods we’ve been carrying for days from our backpacks and the staff kept saying no one entered the room, except the cleaning staff. They didn’t resolve anything just left us without any explanation. We also saw another guest complaining about the same thing and other stuff. They also false advertise the Infiniti pool as climatized but they never say until you are there that it’s 30 degrees, so it’s actually cold. All the time we spent there we saw people get in and out between 10-15 mins and run to the hot showers and sauna to get warm.

Bester Schlaf seit langer Zeit. Ultra bequeme Betten und ruhige Atmosphäre. Grosses Zimmer mit Badewanne. Den Infinity Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, sah aber super aus. Kleines aber feines Gym. Es gibt einen 7-Eleven direkt im Hotel mit rudimentärem Sortiment.

Da kommt nichts in den Sinn.

물아낀다고 풀은 인피니트풀이아니고, 수영장은 7시반부터 파티풀로 이용되니 투숙객에게도 만원씩 현장결제하라고 안내하네요. 별다른 안내도없이 들어가니 핫텁은 고장나있었습니다. 직원들도 그닥 친절하지않고, 매니지먼트가 최악이네요 굳이거기까지가서 숙박할이유가 없었습니다

Отель находится в красивом месте, вокруг тишина, птички поют. Конечно отель уже давно не новый, оно и понятно! Но я к этому спокойно отношусь.

Сложно конечно было заказывать еду в номер, так как персонал плохо владеет Английским языком.

조식은 신청안했고~~~ 거리상은 좋았습니다..~~진짜 그리고 여름 에오면 진짜 좋을것같아여~~~

아쉬운건 저희의 여행시간이죠~~ 담에 또 다시 제주간다면 묵을 숙소~~~

침대쪽 콘센트가 안되더라구요 불편했어요. 핸드타올 없는 5성급 호텔은 처음 봤어요.

위치가 좋았습니다.

이전에 왔을 때 매우 만족했는데 그 동안 보수가 잘 되지 않은 느낌입니다.
