Wij hadden villa met dompelbad. Op het dak stond/ dompelbad/ jacuzzi met groot zitgedeelte en eet gelegenheid. Huisje was met 2 slaapkamers en beide eigen badkamer. In de keuken kon je koken maar eten in het restaurant was top en goed betaalbaar. Dus wij hebben meer daar gegeten. Personeel heel vriendelijk en leuk met de kinderen. Huisje wordt goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Al het personeel bij receptie en bediening spreken heel goed Engels en dat is zeldzaam in Thailand.

Bij ons was het vrij rustig. Maar daardoor juist als vip behandeld. Je moet wel scooter huren om ergens te komen. Ligt best afgelegen. Maar als je scooter bij Hotel huurt ben je binnen 10 minute in het drukke gedeelte. Wij vonden de afwisseling juist fijn. Als we drukte willen gingen we op pas. Als je rust wou kon je je lekker terug trekken in je villa of rustig eten in restaurant.

My family and I have just got back from another fantastic trip to Thailand. For the majority of this trip we stayed on Koh Chang and after 15 years since we first visited, but this time with the children, it didn't disappoint. For our first 5 nights we wanted something with a definite chillout vibe and location seemed to favour the East coast for this. After looking at a few accommodation we settled on the Serenity Resort. This was a great decision as we absolutely loved it here. The resort was still quite close to the ferry port and took less than 10 minutes to get there from the port. We arrived and was immediately impressed with what we saw. The staff quickly checked us in and took us to our two bedroom villa. We had villa #3 and this was perfect for us. The villa was very clean, spacious, had a small kitchen area with large fridge to store some drinks etc. My two daughters had their own en suite room which was one of the reasons we chose the resort and there was a large living room with sofa and a TV. We also had our own terrace with some chairs and could see the pool and sea beyond. The bonus of a villa was the roof terrace and plunge pool. This was great, especially after dark, as the kids could chill in the small pool and we could sit under the night sky enjoying the peace and quiet. The setting is as the name of the resort suggests, very serene. You are right on the beach, with stunning views across to the mainland. The main infinity pool was immaculately clean and very refreshing in the heat. We loved spending our days chilling by the pool, enjoying the really well kept gardens or on the many chairs, loungers or big cushions that allow you to take in the peace, views and ambiance. The bar and restaurant area was excellent. The drinks were very reasonable, beers, wines, soft drinks and especially the many freshly prepared cocktails on offer.

Het personeel was ongelooflijk lief. Het zwembad heerlijk en erg proper onderhouden. De bungalows zijn ruim, proper en hebben heel goeie airco.

We had a villa, spacious and with fab roof top jacuzzi seating and sunbathing area. Serenity certainly lived up to its name . The staff and food was excellent and the service attentive and cost very reasonable for the quality . We extended our stay to 10 nights

Personalet er hele turen værd. De møder dig hver dag med et smil og laver fantastisk mad. De er meget behjælpsomme og kundeminded :) Roen, udsigten og godt humør var lige hvad vi havde brug for.

Poolen oppe på terrassen kunne godt trænge til en ordentlig rens, og måske en blødere pude. MEN det er småting :)

Nydelig lite sted. Rent og pent. Fine rom med gode senger. Hyggelig personale.

Great service, very clean and comfortable fecility

Een ontzettend fijn resort aan de noord-oostelijke kant van Koh Chang. De reden om aan deze kant te boeken is omdat je wel voorzien bent van alle gemakken van het eiland, maar verblijft aan de rustige kant van het eiland. Het is een prachtig resort dat een panoramisch uitzicht heeft op de zee en alle huisjes hier omgeven zijn door natuur. Hier hoor je alle gekko's en vogels. De mensen hier zijn ontzettend lief, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Zij brengen al het eten en drinken naar jouw eigen terrasje als je dit wilt. Op het gezamenlijke terras kan je erg leuk zitten en het zwembad is goed onderhouden en erg mooi als je zwemt bij het schemerlicht. Het huren van een scooter was erg simpel en als je een taxi nodig hebt, regelen zij dat heel snel. Belangrijk om te vermelden; het eten dat zij hier serveren is echt heel goed! Soms overwogen wij hier te eten in plaats van op pad te gaan. Twijfel over deze kant? Wel doen! Bedankt Serenity ❤️

Wunderschönes Resort auf der ruhigeren Seite der Insel. Direkter Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand mit bernsteinfarbenen Sand. Unser Bungalow war schön und recht groß, mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung und sehr bequemem Bett. Die Besitzerin und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist vielfältig (sowohl thailändisch wie europäisch) immer frisch zubereitet und wirklich äußerst lecker. Kleiner Tipp: für die empfindlichen Füße wären Wasserschuhe gut.

The Perfect report. Quiet, spacious, the food is amazing, Tip, Louie and the rest of the staff are extremely nice! We loved everything about the place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser traumhaften kleinen Anlage, der wunderschöne Pool, die kurzen Wege und der tolle Ausblick aus unserem Bungalow. Man kann frühstücken und essen, wann man möchte, alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt köstlich! Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen! Ein kleines Paradies!

Everything! This is the ideal place for a chilled out stay, so pretty, well kept and peaceful. Beautiful roof terrace on villa with plunge pool and sun beds. Good size pool and plenty of beds and loungers. Complimentary use of kayaks and surfboards available. The food is incredible, the chef here is an absolute star. Ate mainly Thai dishes all very tasty and beautifully presented. Recommend the shoo moo prawns! Food and bar prices very reasonable too! All the staff are so polite and helpful, nothing seems too much for them. They’ll even bring your food to the villa for you. Even gave us a lift to our next accommodation.

Tip for beach, bring beach shoes as shoreline is quite stoney.

The service was excellent. The location was quiet, away from the party side of the island. The beach was rocky, but the pool was amazing. We enjoyed the food, the quiet, and the atmosphere.

Just to be aware it isn't a sandy beach.

The resort itself was well kept up and the set up of the resort was fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful. They set up for motorcycle rentals and kept the rooms stocked and clean. Restaurant food was good with lots of options. Pool was nice with lots of lounges. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable and had lots of different types of pillows to choose for your comfort/type. We enjoyed the location away from the towns in a quiet area on the east side of the island. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful time.

We spent four amazing days in this harbor of peace. We highly appreciate the work of the whole staff who took care of our comfort. In the Serenity resort we found everything that we looking for in our first holiday in Thailand - aesthetically arranged cottage surrounded by flower garden facing the sea, calm beach, very delicious local cuisine and personal attention. We diversified our holiday with one day diving experience, Thai massages, nice cocktails and canoeing . We thank the owner for the well organized and comfortable return back to Bangkok.

Ein wunderbarer, ruhiger und schöner Ort zum entspannen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat bequeme Loungemöbel und alles ist gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Meer ist (generell auf Koh Chang) nicht so schön, es hat viele Steine und das Wasser ist nicht so klar. Aber das wussten wir vorher und der Pool ist eine tolle Alternative.

We had a lovely time in this resort. It is very calm and beautiful place. I highly recommend this place for your vacation in Koh Chang. 10/10. Be aware that you will need taxi or motorbike in order to go to west coast city where all massages, restaurants and popular beaches located.

Die Anlage ist super schön mit Pflanzen und Liebe zum Detail angelegt. Super nettes Personal! Alles sauber, Essen war super lecker und schnell am Tisch. Ganz toll fanden wir das kostenlose auffüllen der Wasserflaschen an der Bar! Der Pool ist sehr groß und die Lage am Strand mit Sicht zum Festland wunderschön! Mit Kind haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt.

On the quiet side of the island, you can watch the beautiful sunrise every day, such a cute spot. Service was GREAT,, staff were so lovely and friendly all the time, even after check out. The pool was good size and always clean. Amenities were good, comfortable bed, working a/c, I was lucky to have a room few meters by the water. Restaurant had great & simple thai food. And the cocktails were yummy, too!. A big Thanks to everyone for making my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend it.

I love animals, but Im very allergic to some, so having a dog and a cat roaming around in the restaurant area was not ideal.

Everything! It’s such a peaceful & beautiful location. Villas are amazing and everything about Serenity is wonderful. Tip, Louis, Bora, Sat, Tony and everyone behind the scenes thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Die schöne Anlage und die Ruhe sind genau richtig um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Alle die Ruhe und Freundlichkeit suchen, sind hier genau richtig. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst freundlich und die kleine, feine Anlage wie die Zimmer sind sehr, sehr sauber. Alles passt, alles genial...wir haben unsere Tage hier sehr genossen. Mit dem Roller haben wir täglich den Rest der Insel erkundet.

Es gibt nichts, zu bemängeln.

Vervoer. Het openbaar vervoer (songthaews) rijden van de ferry naar de westkust. Als je zelf geen auto of scooter huurt, moet je een privé songthaew huren. Je kan wel altijd eind van de ochtend met een personeelslid naar White Beach meerijden.

Nice pool with beautiful view. Food at restaurant was great and well priced. Not a great amount of veggie options advertised but when asked meat could be replaced with tofu in most dishes. Relaxed atmosphere, small and cosy resort. Super helpful, lovely staff.

New year buffet dinner was quite disappointing for a non-carnivore. The bungalow was just ok, not amazing. The aquarium-like design was unpractical and having to keep the curtains drawn at all times meant it was a dark inside. The beach was not that nice.

Das Serenity liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Koh Chang. Perfekt für uns um anzukommen. Die Villa war einfach ein Traum. Sehr groß, kuschelige Betten, wunderschöner Blick egal ob von der Terrasse oder der Dachterrasse. Die kleine Küche haben wir ebenfalls sehr geschätzt, da wir dann selbst eine Kleinigkeit für unsere Kids zubereiten konnten. Man kann sich Kajaks und SUPs kostenlos leihen und damit zum Beispiel zu einem kleinen Café etwas weiter westlich paddeln. Sehr nettes Personal. Man kam sich als Gast geschätzt vor und es war eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Als wir um das Organisieren eines Taxis baten um zur nächsten Unterkunft zu kommen hat man uns angeboten uns auf dem Weg zu Besorgungen mitzunehmen. Vielen Dank für diese Aufmerksamkeit.

Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche. Es gab nur heiß oder kalt. Beides fanden unsere Kids weniger gut.

Очень приятное место! Красивая и уютная вилла. Все так чисто, всё так со вкусом, от оригинального постельного белья, до люстры. Красивая территория, много зелени, бассейн с огромными рыбами, ресторан. Пляжная территория и бассейн для купания тоже были приятны и удобны. В ресторане большой выбор блюд на завтраки, обеды, ужины. Вкусно! Нас встретили с парома и отвезли обратно. Это было мило. А так же у нас была праздничный ужин в Новогоднюю ночь с танцами и песнями в кампании веселых людей, так уютно, по семейному. Рекомендую этот ресорт именно тем, кто ценит уют, эстетику и отсутствие суеты. А за суетой можно иногда на байке или на тук-туке сгонять на соседние шумные пляжи.

A spacious and luxurious villa with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a private rooftop balcony. Located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes from the pier and 10 minutes from the shopping area. The hotel has a private beach with amber-colored sand, a pool, and free use of kayaks and SUP boards. A wonderful place for those who love peace and quiet. There’s also a bar and a restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. The staff gave us great recommendations for activities on the island. Highly recommended for families with children.

The beach is clean, but access to the water is less convenient due to some rocks in the sand. If you're looking for wide, open beaches with soft white sand, easy water access, and nearby restaurants — you can find those on the other side of the island. However, that area is also busier and noisier, so it depends on the kind of experience you're looking for.

Fantastic place. The villas were really good quality - rooms, pool, jacuzzi, recreational areas - everything just like on the pictures, zero disappointment. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant offered great quality food and good selection of drinks which we all loved.

It's a bit far from everything, also the ferry shuttle doesn't reach there, so you need to rent a bike or use an expensive taxi service (costs 500 baht to get to the town). The beach isn't great, the water is muddy and there are usually waves. When we were there, the weather on this side of the island was freakish with some rain and wind; on the other side of the island it was more sunny and calm.

Excelente alojamiento. Todo super cuidado, limpio y cómodo. Los bungalows con todo lo necesario. Limpian todos los días. Instalaciones maravillosas, piscina perfecta, restaurante.. Personal atento, servicial… Para repetir una y otra vez.

Wunderschönes, kleines Resort an der Ostküste. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt wie auch der Strandabschnitt. Kajaks und SUP stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und jeder Zeit aufmerksam. Wir mieteten einen Roller direkt im Resort . Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Es war bereits unser 2. Aufenthalt hier und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Il n y a pas vraiment de plage du moins lorsqu on était la avec les marées du moment ..l ile est grande donc il faut bouger pour aller vers d autres lieux

Das Serenity Resort ist eine wunderbare, familiäre Anlage. Die Villas mit Jaccusi auf dem Dach bieten viel Platz. Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie organisieren alle gewünschten Ausflüge, mieten einen Roller/ein Auto und ordern Massagen, die am Pool stattfinden (wenn gewünscht). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Zu Bedenken ist, dass man mobil sein muss, da die Ostküste weniger touristisch ist, wenige Resorts kleine steinige Strände und viel Natur hat. Für uns eher positiv! Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und mit Liebe für's Detail angelegt. Da die Unterkunft außerhalb liegt ist es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Es werden Roller und auch Wäscheservice angeboten. Das Essen vom Restaurant schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Motorroller ist man in wenigen Kilometern im nächsten Dorf, oder anderen Stränden Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Weil es so schön ist haben wir unseren Aufenthalt auch vor Ort verlängert.

Wat een heerlijke plek is dit. 6 jaar geleden zijn wij hier ook al eens geweest en het is nog steeds heerlijk rustig. Er is een ruime keuze qua eten en drinken en alles smaakt prima. Al het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mocht ik ooit terugkomen op Koh Chang, dan zal ik zeker hier weer verblijven.

Das ganze Resort ist klein aber fein. Das Personal hat sich bei jedem Anliegen sofort gekümmert. Es war immer aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Bungalow war sauber und hat nichts vermissen lassen. Der Swimmingpool war groß und mit bequemen Liegen ausgerüstet. Der kleine aufgeschüttete Sandstrand war morgens immer gereinigt. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt. Frühstück und sonstiges Essen waren sehr gut.

I was working on Koh Chang and stayed for 1 night the resort is very well kept clean and friendly. the food was excellent. i will be back. i would recommend a bike or car to get around as the resort is on the quieter East Coast

Gorgeous beachfront location which was quiet. Lovely pool and use of paddleboards and kayaks on the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Food on site was varied and delicious.

Everything it’s name suggests. Serenity is located on the quiet side of the island which is incredibly beautiful, if a little remote but perfectly manageable with a taxi or moped Plenty of space, BEST food on the island, no bar music, wonderful sunrises, free SUP’s and super friendly staff

This place is really pretty. The rooms are like mini villas. Staff are really friendly too. It’s right on the shore, not a beach as such but the water is there 👌🏽

It’s nowhere near anything else, but it’s close to the ferry port 👌🏽. For me, the base price, around £60 a night, is pretty top scale for Koh Chang, and needs to include breakfast. I stayed in a different place on Koh Chang too, perfect location, £20 a night with the most amazing breakfast included! I think maybe the staff bill is too high, cos there’s loads! 🤷🏻‍♀️
