Les 2 lampes de chevet ne fonctionner pas . dans la salle de bain pareil 1 ampoule de la douche ne marcher pas ,très sombre les draps troué et humide, les oreillers bof je pense qu il ne les avait pas changer les tarifs trop chers même pas le pdj inclus et les tarifs du restaurant trop chers j ai trouver mieux et moins cher sur l île

The sheets had some dirty spots, they did change it but the once they replaced it with weren’t completely clean either.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Hotel mit einem fantastischen Ambiente. Sehr unkompliziertes Personal. Einfach schön, so direkt am Strand. Das Essen war super, die Drinks fantastisch. Gutes Oublikum.

Wir hatten verschiedene Zimmer. Die einen waren etwas eng und klein. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls. Aber man ist ja sowieso immer draussen.

Majoitus oli hyvä, mutta todella kallis, hinta-laatusuhde ei kohtaa. Henkilökunta oli epäystävällinen. Kukaan ei esimerkiksi tervehtinyt meitä kertaakaan..

Beach access. Transportation was not necessary to reach business's in town for shopping and accessing other food establishments. For the most part, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Food service was quick, very affordable and very good. Rooms were cleaned daily. Wi-Fi connections were great. Employees were very appreciative of modest tips provided.

We stayed in B6. Water temperature for showers was luke warm at best. This issue seemed to limited to our room as my cousins room in B5 did not seem to have the same issue. In order to get short use of Luke warm water, you had to turn the water to hot and reduce the pressure and shower quickly. This issue was not ever resolved, but it was not a deal killer.

Magiskt litet, mysigt hotell precis vid stranden! Hit kommer vi gärna igen. Fina rum och härlig uteplats. Trevlig personal och grym frukost finns att köpa. Kommer sakna deras smoothiebowls.

Gutes, kleines Hotel direkt am Strand. Das Restaurant bietet ein breites Angebot von Frühstück, über Snacks bis Hautpmahlzeiten, alles in ansprechender Qualität. Die Anlage wird sehr gepflegt und gut unterhalten. Hervorragender Pluspunkt: Ich vergass meine Dokumente im Tresor und das Hotel hat mir diese mit grosser Bereitschaft einen Tag später via Kurier über die Fähre nach Koh Kood nachgesendet. Eine tolle Dienstleistung!

Der Pool ist um einiges kleiner als angezeigt auf den Bildern, die Bar nebendran hört man bis mitten in der Nacht, im Schlafzimmer.

Die Lage. Das Essen im Restaurant. Die Gestaltung der Zimmer. Die zeitgemäße Ausstattung der Zimmer. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Leider kein Frühstück zu buchbar.

У отеля великолепное расположение, на одном из лучших пляжей острова - White Sand и близко от кафешек и магазинов. От парома, когда приезжаешь на остров тоже совсем недалеко. Персонал очень приветливый, все готовы помочь и просто улыбнуться) Мы обращались с разными просьбами и вопросами и всегда встречали радушный ответ. Например, по нашей просьбе в ресторане приготовили рыбу, которую мы поймали на рыбалке. А когда мне нужно было продлить симку, администратор пошла со мной в seven|eleven, чтобы помочь. Номер тоже полностью оправдал наши ожидания. В двух уровнях, с панорамными окнами и видом на море. У ребенка было свое пространство наверху. А с балкончика можно было наблюдать прекрасные закаты. Мы брали местное такси и путешествовали по острову и отель очень удобно расположен для отправления на другую, почти не туристическую часть острова. В общем, рекомендую по всем пунктам.

Думаю, нужно улучшить наш английский, можно было бы больше общаться)

Super lief personeel, hele mooie kamer, voldoet aan verwachtingen! Op loop afstand van alles en je zit zo op het strand waar je overigens ook je eigen eten en drinken mag mee nemen. Prijzen restaurant erg duur. 7eleven naast hotel en schoonmaak elke dag en goed.

Tv deed het niet de eerste dag, dit werd meteen opgelost met een nieuwe tv! Ook hing er dag 1 een chemische geur in de kamer echt heel naar om in te slapen was dag 2 gelukkig weg.

The location itself has its own restaurant and is accessible to other food places, nearby convenience store, massage shop and laundry shop.

The first day we stayed there, there was an odd smell in the room but on the second day it was gone

The bathroom is amazing. The bed is awesome. The beach in front of hotel is nice. The resort has a restaurant on the beach where to have nice breakfast and dinner. The staff is kind. The rooms are very big. I will come back here for sure.

Sometime the air conditioning was not easy to make it work at first try. The lamps on the bed sides are not working.

Ganz neues Ressort in toller Lage am White Sand Beach. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Umgebung. Der Eigentümer war sehr bemüht als ein Kajak kaputt ging, hat er sofort ein neues Kajak besorgt.

Leider haben die Abflüsse sehr stark gerochen, ansonsten alles Bestens.

The resort has a nice feel to it. It's in a good spot in this part of town, and right on the beach. The resort is quite small and intimate. There are several good restaurants nearby. It was really nice to see that Heineken Zero is available in the bar!

The pool is really small - more like a plunge pool.

Rooms are modern clean and comfortable Beach is stunning with a beautiful view from all the restaurant area Staff are friendly and food is great A little pricier than some other restaurants on the beach but the portion sizes are bigger. Great fresh juices

Not enough sun loungers Our shower drain was partially pungent, we had to keep the bathroom door closed otherwise the smell would ‘leak’ into the main room. We didn’t inform the hotel about this until our departure so not fair of us to say how quickly it would have been fixed.

Nothing can be too much trouble the food is excellent infinity pool on the beach great cleaning service. Paradise nice to even drop in for drinks snacks and meals do a great steak and a roast on a Sunday Also check out Ciao restaurant up the road too

Great small resort directly on the beach! Rooms a relatively new and beds amazingly confy.

Room could have been cleaner, the towels for bathroom and beach need replacement and the pool is very mini small. But this is critics on high level.

This is a great restaurant on the quieter end of White Sand Beach. It’s got tables on the beach so it’s a great atmosphere, it’s got a lot of vegetarian options (western and Thai) which I always appreciate, and the food is lovely. Would definitely recommend

The location was not bad

The housekeeper is unpleasant and rude. She will try to extort every baths of your wallet, for ex : don’t dare to have your period, she will make you pay 500 baths (15€), even for a small spill. Additionally, rooms are dirty and located in front of the terrace entry, noisy from 8am.

Location is super, right on the beach. We had a nice room overlooking the swimming pool with a small terrace. Facilities are fair for a three star property. All is well maintained.

The aircon in our room was blowing onto our bed. Impossible to sleep well. The staff at check in was somehow strange, not unfriendly, but also zero welcoming. Ordering in the restaurant was a challenge. They will not follow up with orders, many stuff were not served, because they forgot about it.

The location is superb, just on the beach. The rooms are very clean and staff is very amicable

What a great boutique hotel. The perfect place in Koh Chang. The duplex room was great, the ocean view and the balcony were so nice. Small swimming pool but well shaded. The hotel is in the best part of whitesand beach. We were very pleased with how good the restaurant was.

My favourite hotel on my favourite island in my favourite country in the whole world. I don’t know what else you need. White sand, clear blue sea, fabulous Thai and European food, cocktails, beers, fresh cocktails, coffee shop, ice cream parlour,deckchairs pool, the rooms are VERY nice 👌🏻

Had a great time. Location was great, everything I tried from the restaurant menu was good. The room was nice and clean and our daughter loved having her own small floor.

The beds were a bit hard, but I guess still soft considering the standard in Thailand. The shower drain was partly clogged but it was quickly fixed upon notifying the personell. It would have been nice if the pool was open a little bit longer than 1800.

The menu and quality of the food was 2nd to none. Beautiful well set up location very ambient at night time. Best Sunday Roast ive had in Thailand.

great location and friendly staff. Despite having a faulty airconditioning the staff swiftly fixed the issue next day and refunded the price of the room. I would recommend this venue to everyone and will definitely return.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the stay. Nice spacious rooms. Super area for restaurant with lots of sofas to rest or eat in. The beach is beautiful and clean- and easy access to little shops, cheap massage and pharmacies. Would stay here again

The location is good , close to 7/11 , motorbike renting , massage , night market good long beach.

I would like to know if the ice was made with filtered water, so I don’t get ill but staff couldn’t tell me Our room and shower smelt of blocked drains and were being countered by a bathroom air freshener that was nearly as bad as the drain Pool was closed at 6pm (too early) which was the same time we wanted to settle in the pool and rest after the heat of the day.

We love to come back here and for sure, when we come back to koch chang, we will come to this hotel. We were here third times. The accommodation is spacious, clean, enough space for storing things. The children from the upstairs area were delighted. The hotel and restaurant staff are very nice. We had a great time there. thank you

The smell of damp and drains will enlighten your senses when entering the room. Towels that have holes in them. The rude staff at check in, most staff here don’t really care about much. The ridiculously small area at the front of the room (your neighbours will be excusing themselves as they slide past you). If the restaurant area gets busy during the day you will have lots of fun and the like outside your unimaginative room.

Location couldn't be better for White Sand Beach area, make sure to try Ta and Yay across the road for dinner. Very centre of the village and right on the beach. Aircon in the room is great, quiet setting worked better here than most places which is important for sleep! Beds comfy, friendly staff, shower was lovely and strong, good hairdryer provided. Beautiful view on beach for sunset (in picture). Overall highly recommend

Cockroach in the room, I didn't mind but my girlfriend was put off. The lock on the door took some getting used to. Drinks were pretty expensive. 1 point lost for bar prices, 1 point for lock & cockroach - however, would return!
