Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas

Hay cómo 3 tramos de gradas y con maletas se dificulta. También en la habitación Donatello que nos toco, era muy grande entonces el aire acondicionado no funcionaba para mantener toda la habitación en una buena temperatura en los días de verano

Solo rescatable la ubicacion. Muy central

Cero acogimiento y decoracion en la habitacion. Espacios comunes no limpios ni se asemejan a lo mostrado en las fotos de publicidad. La cama pesima, sabanas con motas de mucho uso. Baño con olor a humedad insoportable. Almohadas sucias, cubrecama realmente sucio y mal olor.

Anhand der Bilder auf der Booking Seite denkt man, dass alle Bilder so schön sind. Wir waren daher etwas enttäuscht. Meckern kann man aber trotzdem nicht.

The building is centrally located and is a charming renovated mansion from the 1300s. Comfortable room at the top of the building. There are quite a few stairs but that is normal if staying in the medieval part of town. It also has extensive common areas for guests.

Wasn’t an issue for us but be advised that check in is prior to 6pm otherwise there is a surcharge as the desk is not 24 hours

The location was fantastic, close to all of the sites, great dining choices.

The floor and some of the surfaces were not cleaned adequately. The shower needed a good clean ie shower doors and the base. The base of the bed in our room Alberti was damaged which resulted in the mattress sinking into the middle of bed. Temperature on the supplied fridge could not be adjusted. The was no daily service of the room is empty bins, cleaning floor etc.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. A pesar de decirlo, y de decirnos que el técnico había pasado, jamás lo arreglaron. No nos hicieron la habitación ni uno solo de los días que estuvimos, que por lo que pagamos, creo que es lo mínimo. Por no hablar del poco gusto de cobrarte 30€ si no haces el check in en un horario bastante restringido, con la enorme cantidad de opciones con las que se cuenta actualmente para hacer el check in (por ejemplo, online). Es un sitio que podría ser precioso, y la estancia podría ser ideal, pero… no le ponen el cariño que debieran, una pena.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room did not look like the photos at all, and my children were expecting something completely different based on the pictures. I asked the staff if we could change rooms, but the receptionist refused to help. We stayed for five nights, but there was no washing machine in the building, and no one came to clean the room or change the bed sheets during our entire stay. Another major problem was the parking. There was no parking available at the hotel, and it was extremely difficult to find a place to park nearby. Most of the parking options around the hotel were paid and very expensive. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children.

Le personnel est omniprésent, simplement la pour le check in, pas de ménage quotidien dans les chambres, pas d’attentions basiques comme une bouteille d’eau à disposition. Ma salle de bain pourtant privée était à l’extérieur de ma chambre, je devais donc passer devant la chambre d’autres clients et me rhabille en pleine nuit pour accéder à un point d’eau, douche, wc etc

Hôtel très bruyant. Les portes claquent toute la soirée. Il y a du bruit dans la rue également. Les gens partent tôt le matin avec leurs valises et nous avons vraiment mal dormi. Le sol était sale à notre arrivée. Le reste était assez propre.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor (las noches de agosto en Florencia son tórridas y húmedas). Las noches fueron horribles y no se podía dormir debido a la calor (no lo podía medir, pero seguro que hacía más de 30º) . Era peor que una sauna. Lo comentamos con recepción, pero no hicieron nada por arreglar el aire acondicionado y mejorar nuestras condiciones, no nos dieron otra habitación y no disponían de ventiladores para paliar la situación.

Arrendamos 3 noches en el loft Beatricce. La descripción es engañosa y no refleja la realidad del lugar. Excesivo calor, nula ventilación, aire viciado, aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y era insuficiente para todo el loft. La habitación no había sido limpiada a fondo hace tiempo. Gruesa capa.de polvo en todos lados, bajo las camas polvo, pelos, pelusas, también bajo la escalera bolas de pelusa adheridad y en todos los rincones. La pared de la ducha negra de hongos, en el pasillo igualmente sucio, muchos mosquitos y el refrigerador no enfriaba. Dormi muy mal.la primera noche, mi hija asmática y con alergias lo pasó muy mal y tuvimos que cambiarnos a un hotel al dia siguiente, perdiendo las otras dos noches pagadas por adelantado. El nombre de Luxury es ambicioso para lo que en realidad ofrecen, un lugar oscuro, mal aseado y sin ventilación.

Que en plena ola de calor no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y, a pesar de comentar esta situación al personal, tuvimos que pasar allí más de 24 horas, llegando incluso a notar más calor dentro que en la calle. El personal se mostró indiferente a esta situación, sin mostrar preocupación ninguna y contestando a los mensajes cada muchas horas, teniendo que pasar allí la primera noche sin respuesta. Preguntamos por la posibilidad de, al menos, tener un ventilador o algo con lo que no pasarlo tan mal dentro de la habitación, pero no ofrecían solución alguna. Además ofrecen una recepción de 10:00 a 18:00 pero durante estas horas tampoco contestaban con mucha rapidez, lo que no aceleró el proceso. Para que nos dieran una solución tuvimos que estar preocupándonos nosotras, lo que no fue nada cómodo teniendo en cuenta que estábamos allí de vacaciones.

The only positive thing I can say about the room is that it was spacious, located in a Palazzo, and the ceiling had historical character.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the room was infested with mosquitoes. We counted at least 20 on arrival, and despite killing them, more appeared every day. We were bitten numerous times and had to spend time every day hunting and killing at least another 10 mosquitoes. We suspect they may have been breeding in the bathroom drains. The room and bathroom were also not clean, and the furniture was worn and stained. The minibar/fridge did not work, and, most importantly, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. It initially blew warm air into the room, which was particularly unacceptable with temperatures outside approaching 40°C. The double bed also had a strong, unpleasant smell. I could barely sleep on the first night because I would wake up from the smell whenever I turned over. We informed management about both the air conditioning and the smell of the bed and asked for fresh sheets so that we could at least cover the mattress and reduce the smell. Management agreed to look into the issues. The following day, we noticed that someone had entered the room, as the window shutters had been opened. The air conditioning had improved slightly in that it was no longer blowing warm air, but it was still only slightly cooled air and did not actually cool the room efficently . In reality, it functioned more like a fan than an air conditioner. Our request for fresh bed sheets, however, was ignored. As a result, I had to use all the available towels to cover the bed in an attempt to mask the unpleasant smell. The bathroom was unbearably hot, to the point that you would immediately start sweating upon entering. The combination of extreme heat, a malfunctioning air conditioner, the foul-smelling bed, poor cleanliness, and the persistent mosquito infestation made the nights practically unbearable. Extreme disappointing experience and, without question, the worst accommodation I have ever encountered.

El cabecero era de tela y tenia bastante suciedad, las almohadas eran incómodas, y debajo hay una discoteca que hace algo de ruido pero eso es algo ajeno al hotel

Airco en mini koelkast deden het eigenlijk niet, dat hadden we gemeld. Toen zouden ze het opgelost hebben, maar we hebben eigenlijk geen verschil gemerkt behalve de hoeveel stof die ze ervan hadden achtergelaten. Veel miertjes over de grond gezien. De warmte die door de airco buiten werd geblazen was op ons ‘balkonnetje’ waardoor onze badkamer opwarmde.

muy cómoda la habitación alberti y muy buena ubicación, cuenta con aire acondicionado lo cual es indispensable en verano.

el minibar mantiene una temperatura “templada” incapaz de siquiera mantener frío de un lácteo por ejemplo. se solicitó al personal una almohada extra por cuestiones de comodidad lumbar y no hubo respuesta. todos los elementos de limpieza/higiene se deben autogestionar desde un espacio común con otras habitaciones.

Mooie locatie, midden in de stad maar voldoende rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een citytrip van een paar dagen.

Location was perfect, easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The room was very big, bed was comfy and shower was really nice.

There was a lot of mosquitoes, it would have helped to have some sort of mosquito net as there was no ventilation in the bathroom so needed to open the windows.

Donatello es una habitación muy grande y bien equipada, lo cual proporciona comodidad y confort. El baño es amplio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.

En realidad un pequeño detalle: éramos dos personas y solo había una taza para infusiones. Además, se oía mucho un bar cercano de la calle por la noche, pero el alojamiento había avisado amablemente de ello para que tomásemos precauciones.

Lo Staff super educato, le ragazze giù in reception sono sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Il posto è pulito e la posizione incredibile. La camera era molto carina, l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo e in estate è stata un salvavita.

Una cosa che mi ha dato un pochino da fare è stato il late checkout e il checkin come orari. Sono molto molto rigidi, ovviamente c'è un minimo di tolleranza però pagare 30€ per un checkin dopo le 18:00 e dover uscire rigorosamente alle 22:30 è un disservizio.

Posizione ottima, buona organizzazione e disponibilità della reception: ho ricevuto indicazioni chiare. La camera era molto pulita, biancheria in abbondanza, climatizzatore funzionante

Piuttosto scomodo il piccolo bagno cieco esterno alla camera (soggiornavo nella camera Cimabue); Sotto alla struttura c'è un locale, musica fino a mezzanotte e schiamazzi che si sentono in camera

Non ho potuto soggiornare perché non c’era né acqua né luce. Tra l’altro ero con mio figlio di 10 anni. Situazione molto critica. Il personale è stato assente e non rintracciabile e non hanno fornito alcuna alternativa di alloggio. Sono dovuta andare in un’altra città e non ho potuto vedere il giorno dopo il David, che tra l’altro avevo già pagato online e non è rimborsabile. Vacanza rovinata.

Aircon unit not sufficient for the size of the room, damp smelling bathroom, this was only due to there being ZERO ventilation in there. Location is good but Bar opposite was VERY loud, patrons outside until midnight then reverberating bass until around 3am. Double Double glazing didn’t do much! So, a hot / loud / historic room to sum it up. Also, cockroaches in the courtyard that went to kitchen of the restaurant below

Struttura molto bella e la storia che pervade l’edificio è quel tocco in più. Camera e letto molto confortevole

Nella camera mancava la scrivania nonostante fosse scritto che c’era, un po di odore di fogna in bagno e le fughe della doccia davano l’idea di non pulito. Il frigo raffredda molto lentamente

This hotel is well located, near the Bargello Museum and not far from the Ufizzi. The AC worked, and there is a kettle and fridge in the room. There are restaurants in the area and a supermarket a few blocks away, so there are conveniences. It’s also about a 20-30 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station, and about 15 minutes from the Duomo. While the hotel does not clean during your stay, they do put extra towels and toilet paper in a common room.

Check-in time is just a tight window of three hours. You also need to climb stairs as there is no elevator. There were 38 stairs from the ground to the first floor. They are relatively easy to climb - shallow and wide - but they are there. And there are other floors, so be prepared. You will need to buy or bring your own Kleenex and soap uf you do not want to use the liquid soap provided.

Cuando me entregaron la Habitación estaba sucia, tuve que subir el equipaje por escalares , si bien lo aclaran , son 60!!!! El personal pésimo , por dejar la valija para que te las miren te cobran , la verdad ma hay nada positivo en ese lugar

The bed was comfortable, that was all!

I have stayed at countless places and have never made a bad review, but this place deserved one. Don't stay here if you don't want to risk being homeless!!! When we advised the accommodation of our arrival time (10 PM, which is still within their 'late check-in' timeframe), we were told that it was "really late" to check in and we could not stay there that night and would have to check in the next day at 10 AM. There was no apology or help from the accommodation for essentially choosing to leave their guests out on the street overnight. I was shocked and very upset that they did not seem to care about their guests at all. After an incredibly stressful time trying to speak to the accommodation online (I waited up to an hour for a response at times), and not getting anywhere with them. We had to spend 100 euros on a last-minute train ticket to get us to Florence earlier, and missed out on a nice evening at our previous location. Upon arrival, we still had to pay a 30 euro late check-in fee, which blew my mind as we had just spent so much to get there to prevent us from having nowhere to stay. DO NOT stay here if you think you may be a little bit later than their 3-hour check-in window, as you will risk being homeless for the night. If you have a flight, bus or train that runs a risk of being delayed, I can assure you this accommodation will not care about where you sleep that night. Not very accommodating for an accommodation, hey! And just to top it off, the underneath of the toilet seat had BLOOD on it, and the remote for the television wasn't working. There is also a club across the road, making it super noisy throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. Super disappointing, and completely unreasonable for a hotel. Don't give your money to this place.

Era molto rumorosa, odore di cibo dal ristorante sotto struttura. Biancheria da letto scadente.

The room was huge, lots of space. The bathroom and shower were good. It is close to restaurants and walking distance to everywhere is Florence.

The mattress was old and very soft, not comfortable at all. Also, there is a night club in front of the building and even though all windows are noise proof we were still able to hear the noise on the streets of music and people talking, make sure to bring ear plugs.

Decent location. Good room. Comfortable stay.

Posizione eccellente, Firenze è una città di per sé raggiungibile a piedi in molte delle sue attrazioni principali ma la struttura si trova davvero al centro di tutto.

Orari check-in davvero limitanti e restrittivi. Ti consentono una fascia oraria di 3 ore, fuori da queste in un modo o nell'altro diventa un servizio a pagamento (se lo fai prima, puoi lasciare i bagagli da loro 5 euro cad., se lo fai dopo devi accordare l'orario, entro e non oltre un altro orario, PREVIA APPROVAZIONE (possono dirti anche no) e pagare un supplemento di 30 euro, ovviamente tutto dichiarato dopo la prenotazione). La camera è consigliabile per un soggiorno breve perché non dispone di molti comfort, serve solo per riposare e darsi una rinfrescata, nient'altro, l'unica forza è la posizione e la particolarità del palazzo d'epoca. La pulizia della stanza ha lasciato a desiderare e qualora avessi voluto chiudere un'occhio non mi è consentito essendo un soggetto allergico alla polvere, ho dovuto prendere precauzioni. Il bagno non dispone di nulla a parte carta e asciugamani e un dispenser di "bagnoschiuma" a metà. Va' detto che per i prezzi che ci sono a Firenze e in quelle zone, il costo è stato giusto, però davvero minimal, ho trovato tutto molto limitato. Mi è capitato di spendere di meno, avendo di più. Consiglio? Non lo so.

The room smelled like mold and the bathroom, shower etc were moldy. During the night we could hear all the noises from the street, so we couldn't sleep at all. There is a window in the room, but no view and no sunlight comes from it.

La stanza che ho ricevuto non era presente in nessuna delle foto mostrate sul sito. Era quella meno bella. Poco chiara è stato anche il riferimento alle molteplici scale da salire per raggiungere la stanza. Anche la struttura interna non era per niente accogliente

Ідеальне розташування в історичному центрі, дуже уважні ресепшеністи, атмосферний будинок, поруч ресторани, які не закриваються о 15:00, якісний матрас на двоспальному ліжку. Наявність чайнику і чашок. Білосніжні постіль і рушники.

Матраси на односпальниз ліжках занадто м'які, мабуть розраховані лише на дітей, подушки варто замінити на нові.

Una struttura d’epoca può avere molto fascino, ma ciò non dovrebbe significare rinunciare al comfort. La camera era fredda, i cuscini poco confortevoli e abbiamo dovuto chiedere beni essenziali perché forniti in quantità minima. Peccato, perché con maggiore cura per gli ospiti l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore

Vários restaurantes abaixo de nossa acomodação até amigos fizemos lá. Estadia só não foi excelente por conta do colchão que realmente não era bom . O restante foi excelente

La struttura è valida, molto pulita e curata nei dettagli, ideale per chi vuole godersi la città senza dover usare i mezzi. 📍 Posizione e Accoglienza La posizione è assolutamente centrale e strategica: si può uscire a piedi e raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse o locale in pochissimi minuti. Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, spiegandoci tutto nel dettaglio fin dal nostro arrivo. L'alloggio si trova al secondo piano della struttura. Nota bene: per raggiungerlo c'è da fare un pochino di scale già a partire dal primo piano, quindi richiede un minimo di sforzo se avete bagagli pesanti. 🚗 Parcheggio e Riposo Notturno Trovandosi in pieno centro storico, la zona è a traffico limitato e non è possibile entrare con l'auto. Per la macchina è quindi necessario organizzarsi in anticipo e prenotare un parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Essendo una zona ricca di locali e molto frequentata, la notte (specialmente in estate) si sente parecchio movimento provenire dalla strada, il che può disturbare un po' il sonno se avete il sonno leggero. 📝 Verdetto finale Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente eccezionale. Se cercate una struttura pulita, centrale e comoda per girare a piedi, e non vi spaventa un po' di vivacità notturna tipica del centro, questo posto fa decisamente al caso vostro. PRO: Posizione centralissima nel cuore del centro storico, si va ovunque a piedi. PRO: Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. PRO: Struttura molto pulita e ordinata. PRO: Personale accogliente, chiaro e preciso nelle spiegazioni.

CONTRO: Rumore notturno in estate a causa dei locali e della movida sottostante. CONTRO: Accesso con l'auto non consentito, è obbligatorio prenotare un parcheggio a parte. CONTRO: Presenza di scale da fare a piedi per raggiungere il secondo piano.

La chambre était suffisamment grande, et l'espace de douche correcte

Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, et on ne le savait pas. Quand on a des valises, ce n'est clairement pas évident. Le bâtiment est ancien. Bien que notre chambre était propre, il existait des espaces communs spacieux qui ne semblaient pas être très entretenus. J'aurai également aimé savoir davantage sur le bâtiment et son histoire, dommage !
