The location of the property is ideally suited for those looking for relaxation with outstanding natural surroundings. The architecture of the property is impressive and layout fairly simple to find one’s way around .

Dit is een zeer mooi hotel met groot zwembad, vlak aan de zee. Er is een groot aanbod aan activiteiten tegen betaling. Het ontbijt was verrukkelijk en erg uitgebreid. De kamers zijn erg luxueus en comfortabel. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het is een ideaal hotel voor strandgangers die opzoek zijn naar rust en willen genieten van de zon.

In de regio is niet veel te zien. Je kan een taxi nemen naar het centrum (10 min.) of wandelen via het strand (25 min.). Daar zijn veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Zowel de activiteiten als de restaurants in het hotel zijn eerder duur.

Beautiful property with a wonderful staff. Jin and Mim at reception were both very friendly and helpful in managing our stay. The kids loved the pools and the in room dining options.

Friendly staff from moment we entered the hotel. The reception staff provide us with comfortable rooms instead of which we reserved that comfortable to my parent plus they served their breakfast daily to their rooms free of charge

Location is far from city center and shopping malls, you need minimum of 1 hour to reach the tourist places

I loved to stay here as a dad with three kids. The food and service is excellent, the pool is huge and there is a magnificent private beach. The kids club is especially nice, my kids loved it there because of the super nice, friendly and forthcoming staff. They had lots of activities. We will be back for sure. Thank you khap!

This hotel is first class experience. We were very impressed with the reception staff (especially Anna). They are all so professional and extremely helpful and they made it very easy for us to enjoy our time there. The team in the Big Fish restaurant are wonderful and made our dining experience so enjoyable. The food was of a high standard and service was fast and efficient. Really enjoyed thr beach and of course the happy hours! I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a great hotel experience in Phuket.

Such an amazing place to say they upgraded us after one minor issue with the rooms and we got a whole villa and they gave us a lot of gifts and excellent service manager staff cleaners drivers all of it was very convenient and very well serviced.

Stayed 6 days , with my wife and 2 daughters. Upgraded to beach front villa …thanks to very helpful and friendly staff Mamie , who made our stay very memorable. The villa was amazing, very luxurious, super comfortable and 2 mins to access the beach . The guest manager Billy , his whole team , room attendant and all staff made our stay specials . Tried Tomahawk steak at Bug Fish and it was awesome. Really nicely done, The spa and the gym team was friendly and offered excellent service . While the resort is slightly cut off from the main attractions and hustle / bustle of main town, but if you want to truly relax and get pampered - this is the place .

I come to this hotel many time over the years. You have private beach and it is next to one of the few locations where you quite Long Beach without being overcrowded by tourists I was also lucky to have taken care of by Pai who took care of my stay there.

We loved everything about the resort! Special mention to the entire staff ,including reception,restaurant chef and hostesses ,housekeeping,buggy riders!!Room was very comfortable with easy pool access , location of the resort is apt for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway and proximity to airport . They have ,amazing restaurants...specially big fish and mamas kitchen are highly recommended! My birthday felt extremely special with the surprise cakes from their team and the cute wish made in the room as well!

The service was excellent. Before coming, I read many reviews saying the breakfast mainly catered to Western tastes and wasn’t very good, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a great variety of breakfast options, including plenty of Asian dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. During this trip, we stayed at four different hotels, and this one was by far the quietest and most relaxing. A short walk along the beach takes you to many restaurants and massage shops, making it very convenient. It’s also very close to the airport, which is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We have stayed at this property several times and keep coming back! The staff is beyond wonderful and attentive. Madelyn (a trainee) greeted us and you would have never thought she was just starting out in her career. That’s what makes Marriott’s above the rest on hiring their staff! Since we are Titanium members, the front desk upgraded us to a beautiful villa, which we appreciated immensely. We were able to see all the staff that we knew from previous visits…K Good, K Kam, Mama, from Mama’s kitchen (delicious food!) and another trainee Za, who was an absolute delight! Also, go to Weena’s restaurant, a five minute walk from the hotel, AMAZING Thai food! We recommend this property because it’s close proximity to the airport for early morning flights. Thank you to everyone that made our stay another glorious one!!!

Wij hebben een kamer met twee ruime twee persoons bedden geboekt en kregen een kamer met twee grote een persoons bedden, terwijl we met 4 personen waren. Het restaurant was ontzettend duur. ‘S ochtends hebben we gebeld voor het taxi busje naar de receptie om onze koffers op te pikken, maar die kwam niet - dus moesten we uiteindelijk zelf lopen. De kosten van de taxi naar de airport zijn daarom uiteindelijk door het hotel betaald, maar van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht je gewoon wat anders.

Small issue but it was 35 degrees while we we were. We had 2 free bottles of water a day for a family of 4 and then youd have to buy expensive large glass bottles from the pool bar. Would much rather there were free or if not, cheaper plasric bottles available like in other places we stayed.

Loved how quiet it was. Loved the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly. When by the pool we loved the extra offers of ice cream and other items. Nice little local restaurant outside and nice restaurant options inside. Loved the live music in the evening. We even got a treat from the Easter bunny!

It’s a bit of a walk to the main town

The staff were outstanding; attentive, genuine & not over bearing. The location was very convenient for the airport, approx 20 mins. You could easily walk into Nai Yang along the beach in 15 mins. The entire hotel decor is very tasteful & well maintained. It was spotlessly clean. Overall, the armosphere was very calm & relaxing. The beachfront bar also served the best club sandwich ever!

This was the perfect stay for the night before flying back to the US! Originally, I was going to book this hotel to stay the day before my 10:30pm departure but I’m thankful I chose to stay a full day/night before. They upgraded my room to a spacious modern private villa with pool, loungers and direct access to the beach. If I return to Phuket, I will stay here for longer as it’s great area. The beach is walkable to a great authentic Thai restaurant to the left and to the right there’s a small village.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Marriott Phuket Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. I would especially highlight the breakfast team and the restaurant The Andaman Kitchen, who were incredibly attentive to detail. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I really appreciated how, after mentioning it once, the team consistently took it into account throughout our stay 🥰. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We also really enjoyed Mama's Kitchen, which offers very good traditional Thai dishes. The hotel design creates a relaxing atmosphere. The only small point to mention is the beach directly in front of the hotel, the sea can be quite shallow and far out, with the water level rising only a few hours per day. However, if you walk a bit to the right, the beach conditions improve. The hotel also offers kayaking, which we really enjoyed during high tide. Overall, we had a very good stay.

We recently stayed here following the cancellation of our flight due to the UAE airspace closure. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and our love of the Marriott brand! We were impressed from the moment we arrived. What a gorgeous tranquil setting. Special thanks to the lovely and helpful Mook in reservations and the smiley and friendly Molly on reception. Breakfast was plentiful and everything you could hope for. Our pool view room was perfect. We loved the pool area and the vast beach. Yes the sea is far out but the beach is still beautiful. We enjoyed to walk out to the small island (at low tide) and if you do this at sunset then wow! We also walked along the beach to the Nai Yang village (10 min walk) and were really impressed with the vast amount of restaurants in the village. We especially liked Phens on the beach. There are a couple of thai restsurants on the beach right next to the hotel and we enjoyed lunch here a couple of times. We especially liked Kiaw Food Shack. The hotel have a sunset ritual on the beach most evenings which we enjoyed. Complimentary drinks whilst listening to live music and an open fire to toast marshmallows. Just a lovely way to end the day. We also saw horses running along the beach. We really enjoyed our unexpected stay here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Marriott Nai Yang.

They kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which was such a pleasant surprise and also assisted with a late check-out — something I really appreciated as it made my travel plans much more convenient. Both of them were warm, professional & always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for chill vibes, this place is perfect. It’s right on a super quiet beach (none of the crazy crowds) The room was big, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The whole place just feels really relaxed and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to the staff too, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially "K.Molly and K.Anna" at the front desk. As soon as they noticed I’m pregnant, they upgraded my room and made sure it was close to the elevator—without me even asking. I was honestly so impressed with how thoughtful and caring their service was. Food was a win. Breakfast had a ton of options. And I really enjoyed the dinner at Big Fish restaurant. Would 100% come back again.

Very clean. People are polite. Very comfortable beds. Upkeep is good. Overall deco is very nice and soothing. When you go to the pool, there will be people serving you cold drink which is quite nice. They also handed out water melon during one of the hot afternoons when my kids are swimming. Beach is very clean and some days there are horses roaming around. It is really a very quiet property, peaceful and serene. Buggy rides are available 24/7 if you need.

Initially we thought we can just snorkel off the beach. But it’s a very flat beach. You will need to walk out like 1-2km before you can really swim.. Low tide most of the time too. Need to walk nearer (walk 15min) to the airport direction (along the shore) to have a nicer beach that you can have a dip into in. It’s also more happening at that side, with private long tail boats that you can rent and there are some pop up stores/super market. Hotel Price is steep since you can’t really “play” at the beach just at the doorstep… especially when buffet breakfast is not included… away from major malls too..

We stayed here for a week and found this to be a really wonderful, secluded resort with a huge beach that was largely unoccupied. I was a little concerned as some of the earlier reviews I’d read said that the resort was looking tired and that the staff were not great. It couldn’t have been further from the truth. The team were excellent, attentive but not invasive, Diamond and the team in Big Fish were particularly good. Despite being super close to the airport there was little noise and actually makes for a super convenient quick break. Negatives; not many. It would be a struggle to head out for a drink or meal without jumping in a taxi, same goes for getting to the sea when the tide is out, but these are minor. I’m sure we will be back.

We had a most wonderful experience at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach. The hotel is tucked away in a private quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. It is a modern and beautifully laid out property with a beautiful pool and facilities. It is clean and the grounds are well cared for making it inviting for guests. The front desk women, Nancy and Sara, took wonderful care of us. Check in and check out was easy and they were particularly accommodating in helping us find a taxi to take us to our next location. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing stay in an otherwise busy part of Thailand!!

We had an excellent experience at this location. One thing thst made our stay special was the "above and beyond" service we received from Jin at the fromt desk. We had accidently left some of our belongings at the previous hotel in Krabi. Jin promptly coordinated with her counterpart and arranged for a cost-effective solution. "Bad-a-bing" the next day our goods were in our room. Thank you Jin!!.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to relax before flying back to UK. Very relaxing resort with good facilities and service. Lovely bars, restaurants and pool area. Room was a deluxe king with sea views , was a little dated and tiny wardrobe, but ok since we only stayed a couple of nights. Was quite a long walk along beach to local town which you can only do daytime, at night it’s a 10 min taxi. Ideal for quick stop over as only 15 mins to airport

A very pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers great comfort, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a high standard throughout. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The sun loungers on the beach were a real highlight and made it easy to relax. Staff were friendly and professional, although the service felt more polished than personal. A solid choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

During a difficult moment with our young child, Pai took care of us and personally accompanied us to the hospital with incredible kindness, calm, and professionalism. Her support meant a great deal to us and made a stressful situation much easier. This level of care and humanity is truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful and will never forget it.

We've just returned from a wonderful two week stay at the Phuket Marriott Resort Nai Yang beach. What can we say except everything was perfect! The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In particular we would like to thank Anna in reception who dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently (and with a smile). We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary during our stay and Adi went above and beyond with his customer care to arrange special decorations and cake in our room to greet us on return from dinner, making it an even more memorable evening. We spent a lot of time sunbathing by the pool. Jarat, who was responsible for managing the pool area, was very friendly and helpful and was always talking to guests to ensure they had everything they needed to enjoy their holiday. We were continually supplied with glasses of iced water throughout the day by Rit and Tian - a great idea implemented by Jarat. This was a very welcome gesture as the weather was so hot. We have been on many sun holidays over the years and this is the first time we have ever had this service provided. Well done Jarat. All the meals we had at the hotel were delicious. The breakfast buffet is enormous with a big variety of different cuisines. Mama's Kitchen was our favourite restaurant and is right next to the beach. We were always well looked after but in particular we would like to thank Kam, Nuch and Beer who would always spend time talking to us and having a laugh. A great holiday destination. Thank you to everyone.

Some outdoor furniture needs refurbished and replacement. Like seating chairs.

Disabled friendly. Very clean, great service, restaurants, spa, gym and more. Expensive compared to other hotels at the same level, which is reflected in extras such as water sports, spa, cosmetic treatments, pilates, etc, some of them do not always working. There are no activities such as games or activities at ghe pool being a hotel for relaxation but on the other hand, includes families with children and youth. There are free shuttles to the center of Phuket only twice a day, in the morning and at noon, and not in the afrernoon/ evenings when people want to go out to spend time in shopping centers. Disapointed for some services like the pilates which is not profesional and at the spa, the manicure products are old and the same day color of nails just peeled off, booked for a repair and then I confirmed that the nail colors were dry /expired.

Nice hotel , facilities , restaurant , closer to the airport , great staff with empathy, very polite , great rooms, pool and beach closer walking distance , overall it was amazing thank you to all you guys .

The kids club was super fun the kids (9 and 12 ) spent many hours each day there they said the employees were super nice and welcoming. There was always something fun and creative to do with Meya Aommy and Btiherny (sorry if I write the names wrong) the 12 year old usually doesn’t like kids clubs but she loved this one there was painting on caps and umbrellas and face painting.
