La cama era muy cómoda, el baño era muy grande, la piscina y el desayuno estaba muy bien. La playa de al lado del alojamiento es muy bonita y tranquila, tiene grandes opciones de transporte público justo al lado. La relación calidad precio es increíble. Además ofrecían toallas y sillas para la playa.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing from beginning to end. The general condition of the property, the cleanliness and especially the way management handles guests and complaints were far below what I would expect from a hotel. My air conditioning was leaking, tje room felt extremely humid, the common-area carpets were filthy and covered in dirt, and I had to walk past the hotel kitchen every time I accessed my room, which made the overall hygiene standards even more concerning. I reported all of these issues at checkout. After a 10-hour flight, I simply did not have the energy to start arguing with the hotel during my stay I just wanted to sleep and get through the night. On top of this, my large Lipault suitcase was damaged after being stored and handled by the hotel. I reported it, completed an incident report on site and provided photos, but management refused compensation despite several follow-ups and requests to review the relevant CCTV footage. The manager was particularly dismissive and came across as arrogant at checkout, there was no “How was your stay?” or any genuine interest in the guest experience simply: “What room? Thank you, goodbye.” The only real positive point was Maria at reception, who was exceptional, kind and professional. She deserves much better than to work in a hotel with such very poor management. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anybody to do so

Pobyt v hotelu byl parádní. Je vidět, že se snaží zlepšovat své služby a čtou recenze. V blízkosti jsou dvě zastávky MHD, ze kterých jezdí i neplacená hromadná doprava. Snídaně se podávají v restauraci vedle a s výběrem jsme byli spokojeni. Asi 3 den nám přestala fungovat karta na pokoj a i v 10 večer nám ochotně na recepci milá paní recepční pomohla🙂 všechny recepční byly super a nápomocné🙏🏻 pokoj čistý, útulný a každý den chodila uklízečka. Na recepci nebo u bazénu jsou k půjčení osušky ( bez poplatku). Voda na recepci celou dobu pobytu k dispozici. Rozhodně se znovu vrátíme 🙂

Grandes chambres, très propre, personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner mais ne commence qu 'a huit heures et le personnel nous dit de revenir à huit heures quinze, ceci chaque jour bien entendu...

L'hôtel conseille PAR ECRIT sur ses documents d'admission à l'hôtel un parking qui est un piège absolu , à éviter comme la peste ! 35 $ la journée à payer via une application mais nous avons eu notre voiture emportée par une dépanneuse pour huit minutes de retard . Il y avait une seconde dépaneuse quand nous sommes arrivés , preuve que le propriétaire du parking contacte directement les dépanneuses. 2 minutes après le nom paiement, ceci même après 24 heures payées !! 450$ pour récupérer notre voiture !!! Le pire c'est qu'il y a d'autres parkings. Juste à côté coutant 2$ de l'heure et nuit gratuite !!!! Inadmissible donc que l'hôtel conseille ce parking.. À part nous dire qu'ils étaient désolés l'hôtel n'a rien pu faire pour nous.

la proximité avec la plage à 5 minutes à pieds. Le bar-restau trés sympa. La nourriture y était plutot bonne. La sympathie du personnel du bar. J'aime beaucoup la marche, donc je me suis rendu à South Beach à pieds en environ 1h.

il m'a semblé avoir booké un séjour avec petit déjeuner compris. une fois sur place, on m'a annoncé que ce n'était pas le cas et qu'il est impossible de profiter du breakfast buffet même en payant séparément de la réservation. Je trouve cela dommage.

Hotel was a comfortable stay. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel a couple hours before check-in. They were kind enough to let me check check in that early. The room was nice and well kept. I would say that it was interesting that in order to get to the tower I was in, I had to enter and exit through a restaurant to get to the stairs to my floor. That said, the room was good, the TVs were smart TVs, and linens were clean. The noise was a little tough as walls were pretty thin. There was also some kind of drilling or construction going on in the room next-door to mine during the day. The location was also somewhat close to buses, and while the Miami and Miami Beach bus systems were a bit inconsistent (obviously not the hotel’s fault), the location was good. Overall very good value and would certainly consider staying again.

Our stay at the Oceanside Hotel was by far even better that we hoped for. The staff was super friendly, attentive, polite, and professional, while the facilities and the rooms were exactly as depicted on their website and social media accounts: AMAZING. The AC's worked properly; housekeeping kept everything impeccable and by no means tampered with our belongings... they took care of our trash even when we left behind a few empty Pizza Hut boxes. Wi-fi was also great, along with the TV service. The water's temperature and pressure was amazing and we always had enough shampoo, body wash, and body lotion. There was a slight drainage smell in one of our two bathrooms... but c'mon, it's a toilet on a trip and it covered our basic needs. We arrived on Friday the 12th during the afternoon, had a super hearty and tasty lunch at "The Tavern at Oceanside Hotel", spent most of the time taking pictures at Miami Beach (which is a short walk away from the hotel) until sundown, then went for dinner, and hit the sack. On Saturday morning we got another amazing meal at The Tavern and went on exploring around Miami. At first, we were a bit concerned that the Uber fares would skyrocket... but we got another friendly surprise, since the fares were quite reasonable (from $15 to max. $30 USD, depending on the distance), and our driver was kind enough to recommend us which places to visit first and which tours to take/avoid both on Saturday and Sunday, since we shared the schedule that we had planned before we arrived. We visited Bayside Marketplace, took a boat tour to enjoy the Miami skylines and cruise around the homes of many celebrities. We also visited the FIFA Fan Festival 2026 was also taking place nearby. Later on the weekend we also visited Brickell City Centre, Wynwood Art Walk, Palm Court District Design, Ocean Drive during the night (for the amazing art déco buildings and their neon signs), and a FIFA World Cup match at the Hard Rock Stadium. Tuesday morning was our farewell moment with the hotel and its staff. Everyone at the Miami International Airport was great too, whatever we needed or asked, they delivered. This is as much as I can compress this wonderful experience, since I really loved EVERYTHING and I'm definitely looking very forward to stay again at Oceanside Hotel for my next Miami visit. Les lits étaient super confortables et ils changent les serviettes tous les jours. On a même droit à des serviettes de plage. Le petit dejeuner est copieux et bon : gauffres, pancakes, bacon, oeufs brouillés, vrai jus d'orange et bon café! Le bar/restaurant est aussi sympa quand on n'a pas envie de bouger. Très bons cocktails. L'emplacement est bien, on peut prendre le collins express gratuit pour rejoindre le coeur de miami beach en une demi heure.

La piscine est anecdotique, mais de toute façon la mer est à côté avec un grande plage à 6 ou 7 mn à pied(il faut contourner les hotels de luxe). Pas de thé au petit déjeuner c'est dommage. L'accueil n'est pas au même endroit que l'hôtel c'est un peu bizarre. Mais bon c'est à deux pas. Au niveau de la serviabilité c'était moyen : mon amie a du passer deux jours à l'hôpital et ils n'ont jamais voulu lui rembourser les deux petits déjeuner quelle n'a pas pris bien malgré elle.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and room was perfect for our family! They even have complementary coffee offered in the morning, and a cute little popcorn machine for free in the lobby in the afternoon/evening! Management was great also! Thank you for having us! We will be back next time we visit Miami. :)

Only thing that suprised us a little was parking. Weve never been to Miami, (so it could just be how all hotels are there?) but we had to pay to park off site. $35 for overnight parking per night. There's no parking at the actual hotel. It was very close though and parking was only a block or 2 away, so not a big deal. Again though, everyone was amazing and definitely were EXTREMELY accommodating. We cant thank them enough. :)

Que no tuviera parking, pero al costado tienes la opción de optar por el parking pago que literalmente económico.

The a/c was those portable a/c units you buy at Walmart and the thing wasn't working properly and would give 7loud BEEPS every 20 minutes all night.. the smell was terrible smells like old moldy carpet. The beds smell. Be careful if you have respiratory problems cause im certain there's mold.

Unfortunately, my experience reflects what many other guests have already reported in previous reviews. My husband and I stayed in Room 1113 and checked out early on June 1, 2026, leaving the room in good condition and without any damages or outstanding charges. At check-in, a security deposit of approximately USD 100 was charged to our card. Despite multiple attempts to obtain information, we have still not received the refund or a clear explanation regarding when it will be processed. What is most concerning is that, after reading other reviews, I realized that several guests have reported similar issues involving delayed or missing security deposit refunds. This suggests that my case may not be an isolated incident. The hotel itself has a good location, but transparency regarding security deposits and refund timelines is essential. Guests should not have to spend weeks or months following up to recover money that rightfully belongs to them. I hope management addresses this issue promptly and improves communication with guests regarding deposit refunds. Stayed in Room 1113 Se quiser aumentar a pressão, posso criar uma

Great location very nice staff

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, moldy, and there were cockroaches inside. Because of the unacceptable conditions, I was promised a refund, but instead they continued charging my card afterwards. One transaction was refunded, but they still kept taking money later without proper explanation. On top of that, my email address was somehow blocked, making communication almost impossible. The management is completely unprofessional, and the woman at the reception was shouting aggressively instead of helping resolve the situation. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The hygiene standards are terrible, customer service is disrespectful, and the entire experience felt dishonest and stressful.

Precio engañoso. En Booking figuraba 71 dólares por noche, reservé por dos noches. En el momento de pago por dos noches el total fue de 272 dólares, no lo que estimaba de 142 dólares. En el resumen de Booking apareció cargos de seguro por la estadía de 130 dólares, que deberían ser reembolsables.

Liked the restaurant next to the place. Really didn’t enjoy the place that much as I had better expectations.

Didn’t feel they show how it actually is. Pool was closed and can’t be used, feels like the place is old and need maintainance, beds were old and not comfortable, location wasn’t the greatest.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien car pas très loin de la plage. L'hôtesse nous a également conseillé un parking peu cher et très proche de l'hôtel. La chambre était propre.

La chambre était situé près du restaurant et nous devions contourner la rue pour accéder à notre chambre.

Principalmente la ubicación. También la amabilidad del personal y los detalles como tener popcorn recién hecho por las tardes para los huéspedes o el happy hour de cóctel de 5-6pm.

El baño tiene unos detalles de filtración y estaba un poco sucio a nuestra llegada. Sin embargo no fue algo que alterara mucho la percepción general del alojamiento.

£100 charge never got refunded and still waiting, supposed to be back within 48 hours and never recieved it. Got to the room after out first night and one of the sinks had leaked all of the floor and the staff did not seem to care one bit. Totally ruined our holiday.

It had a moldy smell from the reception area to the next building. The smell was so bad that I was sick for two days. No parking my boyfriend drove with his daughter from Tampa at midnight he asked about parking they send him to a public parking lot 4 blocks down from the hotel. He was not comfortable leaving his daughter’s car in the lot they stayed up all night in the car. When I checked in I asked if all 3 rooms can be close by and when my daughter and sister checked in they put all three of us in 3 separate buildings. The receptionist looked angry like I have her stuck in a moldy building. The bar is around the corner they have happy hour from 5-6 it took me 20 minutes to get a drink because the bartender was serving everyone else, and act like she didn’t see me. I wouldn’t stay at that hotel if they gave me a room for $10! My son in law paid extra money for pool access and he was told the pool was closed and they wouldn’t refund his money. The pool was so small they should advertise it as a jacuzzi!

Your hotel put a family with 2 kids on the street last night. The room was prepaid for and you gave it away because they had travel plans. You guys are horrible. They were having a problem and was trying to get a rental Car after hours. They did there best and finally made it find out you had resold their room. 2 children had to sleep in a car on the street last night. You need to think about that terrible policy. I will blow this up in every review site I can and hope no families ever use you again.

The decor, the rooms are impeccably clean, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. Angel was awesome as well as every one of the front desk staff were patient as well as accommodating. This is my 5th stay.

Regarding deposits due at check in: Every hotel in the area charges deposits, understandably. I do not mind paying 1 deposit but after adding an additional night stay It was requested another $100. Deposit & I think that is unfair. The deposit should be carried over. Then waiting 1 week for the return was unwelcome, given that I was a return customer with no history of making trouble or damaging the room. Consideration should have been made & if there is a change of staffing, follow-up on emails since I was told 1 person authorizes returns(and once they found out they acted quickly I am grateful)!

The location was nice

I reported an issue 3 times where water was coming down from the floor above and maintenance never came. The toilet seat was broken. Cockroach was in the room. Room had a funky scent
