Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay — that was a real highlight for us. We also appreciated the early check-in; after traveling, it was especially helpful. The location is excellent. The beach is very close, and there is a Publix supermarket nearby where you can buy pretty much everything you need. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel, which was very convenient for grabbing coffee in the morning. Transportation is also very easy. There are buses nearby, as well as free local transportation, so getting to Ocean Drive and other parts of Miami Beach was never a problem. We hardly needed a car at all. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Miami.

The only negatives were related to the beach service. Some of the beach chairs were in poor condition, so this is one area where the hotel could improve. We also sent a message in advance asking about the possibility of a late check-out, but unfortunately we never received a reply.

Segundo año consecutivo que visito el hotel. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa a menos de 3 minutos caminando. El hotel provee con sombrilla y silla (sujeto a disponibilidad, esto DEBE mejorar). La atención del personal es excelente, la habitación está buena, la heladera no es full size pero cumple más que bien. Tiene pileta, gimnasio, maquina de hielo, buen AC, lava y seca ropa a disposición e incluido en el precio. Tiene publix y liquor stores cerca que hacen envío gratuito pidiendo online, con lo cual no necesitas ni tener auto para hospedarte aqui y tener una estadía de lujo para ir a la playa a diario y comer tranquilo en el balcón disfrutando la vista.

Las sillas y sombrillas para la playa están rotas en su mayoría y no son suficientes para todos los huéspedes. Si no llegas temprano te quedas sin, y eso condiciona tu dia de playa. Siendo algo que no es caro de solucionar el hotel debería proveer una solución inmediata, no decir "ya compramos, tienen que llegar aun", pues recuerdo que el año pasado la situación era la misma... Otra cosa es que el late check-out se cobra carísimo siendo que el hotel no está ocupado, estaría bueno un poco de flexibilidad sobre todo si alguien tiene el vuelo super tarde como era mi caso.

Obsługa w recepcji poniżej średniej. Pani w recepcji bardzo nie przyjemna. Przy każdym pytaniu odpowiadała z łaską. Co jest skandalem to fakt, że pani pobrała depozyt w wysokości 200 dolarów z mojej karty i do dnia dzisiejszego nie zwrócono mi tych pieniędzy. Powiedziano mi, że w ciągu 2-4 dni roboczych pieniądze będą zwrócone na kartę, co nigdy nie nastąpiło. Spałem w hotelu z nocy 05 na 06 Sierpnia. Dzisiaj mamy 22 sierpnia, a zwrotu depozytu dalej nie otrzymałem na swoją kartę! Sprawę zgłosiłem i powiedziano mi że pieniądze hotel zwrócił do mnie i że może być opóźnienie w moim banku, co nie jest prawdą. Poprosiłem o dowód zwrotu tych pieniędzy i od kilku dni czekam na ten dowód od Financial Departament. Do dzisiaj nie otrzymałem od hotelu dowodu zwrotu na moją kartę depozytu w wysokości 200 dolarów. Jeżeli nie odpowiedzą w najbliższym czasie, pozwolę sobie napisać kolejną opinię o tym hotelu. Szczerze odradzam ten hotel w Miami spałem w dwóch innych hotelach gdzie poziom obsługi był na wyższym poziomie i najważniejsze depozyt w wysokości również 200 dolarów był zwracany niemalże natychmiastowo na kartę!

Everything! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was perfect, and the entire hotel is super clean! We love how the cleaning techs brought new towels and loaded the dishwasher while we were out! I rate 6080 Design Hotel 100/100 and will stay there every time I am in Miami!

I have no complaints. Everything about the property was perfect!

The room was dirty. Seem they didn’t clean under the bed because we could see the trash. They charged me for a broken bottle that I didn’t put it in the dishwasher. Some days they did a good job cleaning, but two days they didn’t even organize the towels o leave me new ones.

Quarto extremamente bonito, limpo e confortável. Excelente estrutura de hotel. Móveis de qualidade e aconchegante. Piscina e academia bem estruturadas. Mesmo com barulho de obras na parte externas, quando fechava a janela, a quarto ficava bastante silencioso.

Estacionamento por 40 U$/dia. Porém tem public parking algumas quadras a frente na Collins av, ou estacionamento gratuito na rua de trás (indian greek) após as 18 hr se houver vaga.

The property was very clean, and the room was spacious the roof top pool area was very nice and had a great scenic view. The location was very quiet and was near multiple places to eat within walking distance. South beach was about 15-20 mins away depending on traffic.

This is a hotel I’ve stayed at many times. The broken beach chairs from last year are still broken. The room cleaning was very poor. The front desk staff always seem worried that you’re about to bring them another issue, which doesn’t create a welcoming atmosphere.

Everything was like the pictures. The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and amazing.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and the location was in a convenient area. I booked the 2 bed/ 2 bath and it was very spacious it reminded me of my apartment.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. The floors looked like they needed mopping and counters needed to be wiped down. The pool was pretty small too.

That it’s a bit far from all the places we wanted to go to further near South Beach. We didn’t realize how much traffic there’d be. Also our room smelled a little weird.

Great rooms, good pool and gym. I got a 1 BDR with sea views which was great. Enjoyed the peace of north beach as well. Service was very nice and comfortable as well. The only feedback is that they have a kitchenette with a microwave but no 'stove'. A stove/oven would make the kitchenette a lot more complete.

Llegamos y la primera habitación tenía olor a pollo frito. Frente a la pieza hay una construcción muy ruidosa. Por lo cual tampoco era posible abrir la ventana para ventilar. Y no estaba del todo limpia. Pedimos otra habitación y en esta las sábanas estaban muy sucios incluso con pelos de otras personas. Decidimos irnos del alojamiento. Se comprometieron a devolvernos el dinero, pero hasta el minuto no hemos visto ni una reversa en la tarjeta de crédito. La verdad que muy mala experiencia b

First, I received several packages during my stay. Some of them arrived at the hotel about five days before my check-out date, and at no point did the front desk notify me. Even more unbelievable, when I checked out, they also failed to inform me that there were packages waiting for pickup. As a result, several items were left at the hotel, even though I specifically asked whether there were any pending deliveries for me. Another serious issue was maintenance. The bathroom in my room had a leak, and I reported it to the front desk three times during my stay. Despite my complaints, no maintenance staff was ever sent to fix the problem. Parking is another negative aspect. The hotel charges $40 per day, which is far above the average rate in the area. Many nearby hotels offer free parking or charge nearly half that amount. In addition, the advertised price is extremely misleading. You believe you are booking at a certain rate, but only at the final stage of payment does an additional charge called a “Resort Fee” appear. The most absurd part is that the hotel does not even offer breakfast and is far from having the amenities or infrastructure of a resort. In the end, the nightly rate becomes much more expensive than higher-category hotels and resorts that provide significantly more services. In summary, the overall impression is one of misleading advertising and a lack of respect for guests. Beautiful and clean rooms!

Pretty much nothing except parking being way too expensive…

The property was clean and in a great location. It’s beautiful and rooms are comfortable. There is a pleasant scent when walking in.

The property states its have a parking garage. This is not the case. There is only valet parking and it’s $40 a night. There isn’t much parking in the streets so just be aware.

The location of the hotel was the best part of the stay. It had easy access to buses and public transport, and it was also very close to the beach.

I was not satisfied with several aspects of my stay. First of all, the room itself was disappointing. The bathroom was “accessible”, which in practice meant that there was almost no furniture or surface available inside. I did not even have a proper place to put my toothbrush or basic personal items. The floor was also uneven, which felt strange and uncomfortable. Another major issue was the noise. The room was not quiet at all. When the couple in the next room was laughing or speaking a bit louder, I could almost hear their conversation clearly. The free beach towel and chair service was also unsatisfactory. The beach towel had visible stains, even though it had been washed, and the chair was rusty and dirty. Overall, considering the price paid, I did not find the hotel to be a pleasant or good-value stay.

I loved the roof top pool and the large room with a Terrance! It was centrally located near the beach and other shops! The front desk was extremely kind and helpful!

The floor was somewhat sandy, it wasn’t too much of a problem but I did ask the housekeeper for a broom to sweep my own room

Linda habitación, cómoda y bien equipada.

Un poco lejos el acceso a la playa, pero nada grave.

Localização perfeita , lugar tranquilo , praias tranquilas sem aquela muvuca ambiente bem familiar principalmente para quem tem criança babys essa localização ótima .

Limpeza , não limpava os quartos todos os dias , quando passava só entregava toalhas , banheiro estava mofando , quando limpava elas simplesmente arrumava somente a cama não passava uma vassoura no quarto , banheiro não era lavado só trocava toalhas por isso mofava as paredes pois não jogava clorox nada , não era lavado . Teve um dia que tive que pegar uma vassoura para eu limpar pois estava com cabelo e areia pois ela entrava pra limpeza e mais não fazia chão aliás nada somente arruma cama e troca toalhas .
