Spent three nights here. The host and family are so nice and friendly. It's more quiet here than the other hotels by the lake side area. They serve awesome local food,too.

Nous venons de passer trois merveilleuses semaines au Nar-bis hôtel 🥰. Notre chambre était spacieuse et beneficiėe d'une vue incroyable sur le lac. Le personnel était au petit soin, le petit déjeuner copieux et très bien cuisiné. Un prix spécial pour l'architecture du lieu que nous avons trouvé vraiment cosy et chaleureuse. Si nos pas nous reconduisent un jour à Pokhara, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir chez vous. Eric et Cédric 🙏.

Manager was very helpful and cooked us breakfast for the road when we had an early bus. Had a great night to freshen up before our trip to Kathmandu.

A really cozy accommodation. Offers a great view of the whole lake. The rooms were cozy & really clean with a nice bathroom. The top floor has a cute & quaint cafe. Mr. Santosh rendered us great hospitality & Sparkle ( the little doggo ) was such a cute little companion as well.

This property is run by the nicest people. Due to unforseen circumstances, my flight was canceled and I ended up riding the night bus; so i arrived very early morning instead of the check in time the night before. Despite being woken up, the owner was incredibly kind and understanding.- quickly getting me into a clean room with beautiful lake views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

ポカラのレイクサイドからクルマで10分ほど走ったところにあり、フェワ湖が一望でして、とても眺めが良いです。オーナーの方がすごく親切で良くしてくださりまして、有料ですが、サランコットへのロープウェイや、空港への送りをオーナーさんがやってくださいました。見晴らしの良い5階のレストランでいただく朝食は、オーナーさん手作りで、シンプルなベジタリアンのもので、かなりおいしかったです。

I didn't like that it was not stated that this hotel doesn't have an elevator. We didnt check in and ended up going to another hotel. Expedia was uncooperative and didn't help at all. I am disappointed at Expedia.

The Nar Bis hotel is a wonderful retreat from the busy city of Pokhara. It looks out over the lake is beautifully kept rooms, relaxing environment and wonderful owners who were at all times helpful. We had just finished the Annapurna circuit, and I have to say that the showers were absolutely amazing . It is a little bit of a hike into town but taxis are plentiful and little if you don’t feel like walking We had a lovely stay there and recommend it

Everything was so nice, I loved the restaurant would use the plants that they were farming inside the hotel so that was very nice and everything was so clean and green. Rooms had the name of a hindu god or special yoguic personage so that was a lovely touch having on mind I am a yoga teacher and the stories behind each one are very interesting and special. There was also a loving dog that would greet you time to time and there was also a nice rooftop where I would do some yoga and see the sunrise with view to the lake too.

The location is not that close to the city but that is a nice thing if you are not looking for party driven experience, maybe it was hard sometimes to find a cab like right away but you would always find it sonner or later. And the only thing and the reason why I moved from this lovely place was that they would take only cash, and I was having troubles with getting cash and I could only use cards, but if they would take my card it would be with 18% fee ... But if you have the cash, this is my go to option!

After spending time in Kathmandu, we needed a quiet place with fresh air. Luckily we found Nar-Bis Hotel! Originally had only planned to stay for 2 nights, but loved it so much we came back after our trek! The hotel is super clean, modern, and owned by such a lovely family. This place was paradise for us. A quiet and warm spot to relax. We had a great time with Santosh showing us where he grew up and some secret spots.

We loved our stay at Nar-Bis! The hotel is very nice and Santosh and his family live on-site so they take very good care of the property. It is very obvious that everything is built/furnished with a high level of quality. Santosh and his family are also very kind and his wife is a fabulous cook! The potatoes she served with breakfast were the best potatoes we’ve ever had. They even let us taste their dhido, which was such a special treat!

This is the third time coming to the Nar Bis Hotel and I have never been disappointed. SANTOSH and his lovely family are so kind and generous.The hotel is alittle way out of main Pokhara but well worth the walk ,taxi or bus into town as it is so peaceful and with such amazing views over the lake.There are little shops around for necessities and a couple of really chilled out beach bars a few meters away.The rooms are large and very comfortable and each has a balcony with the best views ever.Free bananas home grown on arrival and Santosh even drove me back into town when I set off on a trek and wouldnt accept any payment..if you want a bit of peace and quiet away from the bustling town this definitely worth checking out.

Extremely sympathetic owners! I felt as if at home, or rather as if in paradise. Very quiet place right overlooking Theva lake, a big common terrace in front of the rooms where you can seat with coffee or fruits, work or chill. In a restaurant on top I was offered a breakfast for free even though it was not included into my booking option, while on the day of departure the host brought me to the Tourist Bus Station. Well working internet was essential as i had to hold a number of conference calls from my room. No noise, no issues. Warm water, a kettle, spacious room and clean comfortable bed, a fan. And this all for a very affordable price, which one may pay for months of such life, not merely some days.

Fantastic place ticked all the boxes, a little out of town so quiet and very clean and everything works. The owner and family are so friendly and helpful we did not want to leave. Five stars in every department

If you want somewhere with a great view and away from the bustling city center then this is it! The hosts were soo lovely and even helped us with the transport when needed! Loved everything, but the only downside was finidng taxis is hard. Then again the hosts were very helpful with it. Thank you for the lovely stay.

That was great Time in pokhara. 100% recommend of Nar-Bis. Fantastic view of Lake, facilities, food and owner always helpful.

It was a charming hotel(?) on a quiet location, most of the time, with a beautiful view of Phewa lake. But when we arrived on Saturday evening, loud music was playing from a resort right behind the hotel into the late evening. And the room we stayed in did not have A/C and it was not bearable in August heat and humid. I was sorry but we had to moved to another hotel.

Beautiful place, we loved the cosy brick style with real wood. Doors and furniture. The view to the lake is Amazing and peaceful , you ca even see the lake from bed! The owners are super friendly and helpful and we loved the food. The restaurant is super cosy too, we like the good taste and style. Thanks Shandra and Santosh 😊

Good value - comfortable bed, modern bathroom, fast wi-fi - Awesome views over lake. Restaurant food simple, tasty, nutritious. Santosh and family on-site and very helpful.

The view is great. If you like to be right on the water, this hotel is not for you, but if you'd like to be high up to see the view, this is perfect. Plus, it's really close to the water, too. The room is spacious and air flow is great. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean.

My husband and I stayed at Nar-bis hotel for 3 days. It is a family owned hotel, and everyone was super friendly. They were all extremely nice and wanted to make sure we were happy. They always asked if everything was good and if we needed anything. The food is also excellent. The only con is there’s no heat in the rooms, but they gave us an extra blanket and we were fine. Overall it’s a nice place with a beautiful/peaceful view, and everyone is extremely friendly.

The location is perfect and one of the best. Only one block away from the tourist.center but away from the noise in a quiet and safe area. The Hotel as well as the Restaurant and rooms, are very clean and well maintain. I was very satisfied about everything, large room and bathroom, well decorated, excellent breakfast, a lot better than expected but it was the service and attentive actitud of the manager and staff that impressed me the most. Highly recomended!!

The Nar-bis is clean and spacious with wonderful views over the lake. It is ran by a family who are kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again on my next trip to Pokara.
