The finca is just beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. Our room was so spacious and had beautiful views of the mountain. The pool was so relaxing and such a beautiful setup. Breakfast was so fresh and plenty to choose from. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!

We had a minor issue with the drain in our room, but the staff were very attentive in resolving the issue and went above and beyond. We were so impressed with the level of service.

We spent the most enjoyable week at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and our room was lovely. The location was absolutely amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pool was perfect. We spent the majority of our time there, enjoying how peaceful and relaxing it was. The free shuttle bus to and from the town and port was also a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are planning our return visit for next year!

The only downside for us was that the room was open plan, with the bathroom forming part of the main room, which wouldn’t have been our preferred choice. The lighting in the room could also have been better, and the bathroom mirror was quite far away, making it difficult for my wife to apply her make-up. A full-length mirror in the room would have been a useful addition. A few little touches, such as providing a box of tissues, would also have made the room feel a little more comfortable and complete.

Wow Cannot recommend enough! A gorgeous few days spent at Ca N’ai - what an unbelievable setting nestled away in the mountains but close to Soller and the port (added bonus hotel provides a free shuttle in the evenings!) Amelia and her team were so friendly and welcoming, thank you for looking after us! Pool and breakfast view couldn’t be topped. We’ll be telling all our friends and family to visit!

L’entorn de la piscina és molt tranquil i relaxant. L’esmorzar és excel•lent amb moltíssimes opcions. L’hotel ofereix un shuttle gratuït tant al Port de Sóller com a Sóller als vespres. L’habitació era ben àmplia i còmoda. Com a extra, els coixins i el matalàs eren comodíssims, cosa que no és habitual en molts hotels. Moltes gràcies a tot l’equip de Ca N’Ai que ens han tractat de meravella!

A receptividade, gentileza educação de todos os funcionários do hotel foi algo que me tocou. Mesmo sendo brasileira e falando pouco espanhol pude manter diálogo com todos e percebi que todos se esforçaram para me entender e me explicar tudo. A Marion foi extremamente perfeita durante nossa estadia, nos fazendo sentir em casa e acolhidos ali ela é extremamente receptiva, profissional e ao mesmo tempo possui um jeito agradável de nos tratar! A finca nem se fala, um charme. A instalação antiga porém extremamente conservada e bem cuidada nos fazia voltar anos atrás e nos sentir de fato numa outra época da história. O café da manhã muito bom também e quero enaltecer a moça que nos atendeu extremamente simpática e alto astral. O fato de podermos ter acesso a água filtrada a hora que quiséssemos também foi incrível.

Não se trata de um defeito mas os travesseiro poderiam ser um pouco menos altos. Mas é gosto pessoal mesmo.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property itself is stunning, with outstanding gardens and grounds that are clearly very well cared for. The pool area was particularly relaxing, with plenty of cabanas to choose from right by the pool, making it the perfect place to unwind. The mountain views from the pool area were absolutely amazing and added to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and always more than happy to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was exceptional, with an impressive buffet offering so much choice and plenty of variety, with something a little different each day. The lunch and dinner menus were also excellent, with a good amount of choice for vegetarians and very decent portion sizes. I stayed in a room in the main house, which was beautiful and full of character. I particularly loved the beautiful stonework throughout the property, as well as the lovely signature scent that runs throughout the hotel- it was such a nice touch and really added to the overall experience. The location is around a 40-minute walk from the beautiful town of Sóller, but there is a tram stop (Ma-11) right at the bottom of the hotel grounds. I would highly recommend making use of the tram when getting around, even if you have a car, as taxis are not particularly abundant in this area. The hotel’s shuttle service to and from the port and town is also a wonderful touch and makes a huge difference when making plans for the evening. I would love to return!!

One thing I felt could be improved was the information provided about getting to and from the hotel. After booking, and again on arrival, it would have been really helpful if all guests were given clearer information about the available public transport options. The tram runs right past the bottom of the hotel grounds and is a very convenient way to travel, particularly for guests who do not hire a car. However, this option does not appear as a suggestion on Google Maps, so it can be difficult to know that the tram is available unless you are specifically aware of it. Providing guests with this information in advance of their stay, or as part of the arrival information, would make getting around much easier and help guests plan their time without relying on a car or taxis.

Je kan 's avonds dineren in de finca, enkel tapas en de keuze is beperkt. Een restaurant met eten à la carte zou een grote meerwaarde zijn voor gasten die hier 1 week verblijven. + in deze prijscategorie zouden de valiezen naar de kamer mogen worden gebracht.

It’s a really wonderful spot, which is conveniently located between Soller and the port (both of which are walkable). The evening shuttle is fantastic for commuting to and from both of these locations. The rooms are fantastic and the pool was great. The breakfasts were also excellent. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The pool area is fantastic with a good number of very nice sun loungers which could offer protection from the sun during the hottest parts of the day The grounds are lovely and an evening drink or dinner was a pleasure. The quality of the food was excellent although the menu was somewhat limited. But this did not matter to us as if you want variation then there are plenty of other restaurants which are easy to reach with either the tram or shuttle bus. These worked really well. The food that the hotel restaurant provided were excellent quality and this was more important to us than an extensive menu. We had 6 nights here and really enjoyed each and every one. It is a great hotel to recharge your batteries.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Finca Ca N'ai. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, and as we were on our honeymoon we received a complimentary upgrade to their most deluxe room which was stunning. The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful and have a magnificent view of the surroundings. The pool is so beautiful many guests stayed their all day. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to Soller and Port de Soller in the evening. Would highly recommend!

The property was absolutely beautiful. I have been around Europe and this is one of my favorite views. The rooms were all very nice and clean. Pool is absolutely fantastic. Both the port and town are closer than maps may suggest. Free shuttle service was a nice touch. Wow factor when you arrive and throughout your stay. Fantastic breakfast.

It was perfect.

The property is beautiful in rustic historic way. Love the gardens and pool. The room exceptionally comfortable and beautiful with ducted aircon so very nice climate control. Toilet far from living area and very private. Room layout really well thought through. Breakfast outstanding. Staff lovely.

The lunch and dinner really needs improving and could easily be improved without too much effort to offer simple healthy, convenient, onsite food. They could just offer something delicious and wholesome like a casserole and rice or a simple pesto pasta but it’s all salty and fried tapas. You cannot eat like that for a week. Other examples at lunch we had a goats cheese salad but no dressing … no olive oil or anything. Very cheap fries (reconstituted potato) rather than proper chips/fries which don’t cost a lot more … It would have really helped relax a lot more if we didn’t need to leave the Finca 2x daily in search of decent food.

The room was a little quirky with a toilet next to the bed . The toilet system didn’t flush properly. The shower was not private enough . Quite old fashioned even for a finca. Breakfast offering was below standard for the price

This place is amazing and exceeded all of our expectations, pictures just don’t do it the beautiful justice it deserves. We were blown away with its beauty.

The restaurant was closed for a few evenings and we would have loved to try the tapas but that was our own fault for not reading the restaurant times.

Delicious breakfast. Location of hotel is perfect. Private and quiet. Staff are professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Free shuttle service into the port and town is excellent. I cannot fault this hotel. It is the best hotel that we have ever stayed in.

There is nothing that we don't like!

Total tranquillity! Excellent staff, spacious suites, lovely terrace, plentiful breakfast, stunning views for delightful evening tapas, pool that is very dreamy and inviting with the perfect temperature to refresh you without being too cold, four poster sun beds, its own tram stop on the Soller to Port de Soller tram, evening shuttle into town and THE most incredible views at every turn you look. Seriously what is not to love about this place we have fallen in love with it and will certainly be back, such a fabulous week spent here and exceeded my expectations.

This is the most stunning hotel, the various buildings, landscaped grounds and tranquil pool area, also the backdrop of the mountains is just so gorgeous on the eye at every turn you see something beautiful which makes it so relaxing. The Suite was extremely large and had a fabulous terrace. Even with the hotel near on full it was so peaceful and the design and layout meant you never saw many people apart from at breakfast, which was plentiful, and early evening. The pool is so pretty and has four poster sun beds dotted around, many in total shade, and very so comfortable. The staff each and every one of them was so friendly, chatty and helpful with big smiles. The attention to detail is excellent as even when the room housekeepers cleaned the room and added extra coffee pods they even filled the water tank, which was noticeable and a great detail. Tapas for the evening meal was lovely and again its all with the most stunning views, The hotel has its own tram stop on the Soller to Port de Soller route and the hotel also offers a shuttle service which is a lovely little addition. You can also walk into Port de Soller in around 20mins to the start of the port which offers an array of excellent restaurants. We could not fault this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Everything, this place exceeded my/our expectations in every single way. The place is like heaven on earth and there are no photos or online reviews that will do this the justice it deserves. Miriam and all the staff/team are wonderful and amazing. Effortless, Seamless and efficient service that feels personable. All guests (single and couple travellers) all respect each others privacy and boundaries however there are beautiful spaces throughout the large estate where your can choose to be social too (or not, it’s totally up to you). The rooms, beds and apartment spaces are out of this world/el mundo. Super comfortable, unique and very special indeed. I will absolutely return here. Thank you to all the team and owners for the privilege to share this slice of heaven for a short few days.

I loved the outdoor environment and the buildings and the quirky artwork. The staff were lovely. I loved the shuttle bus. The pool was the best ever. Beautifully shaded by well cared for trees and bushes. I want to go back to the Finca, I really loved it. I have been to some beautiful places in the world but this topped everywhere I have ever been. The food was fresh and lovely.

I wish the bus had gone at different times…..it started at 6.30 pm. I wish the room’s terrace had been more easy to access (lots of steps). The temperature was so high that walking to the port or Soller town was out of the question. The tram was always full……standing room only.

Das Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr groß (120.000 qm) und ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Tramuntanagebirge und die gepflegte Umgebung der Anlage. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Toll auch das kostenlose Chuttelangebot am Abend nach Soller oder Port de Soller!

Die Auswahl der Speisen am Abend könnte etwas größer sein!

Beautiful countryside setting, but within easy reach of all that Soller and Puerto de Soller has to offer. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic pool area, which always felt calm and peaceful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again!

If you’re looking for blissful tranquillity, then this is the place to be! The setting is absolutely beautiful – spacious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. This is certainly not your standard hotel experience; it’s truly unique. The hotel consists of just 29 rooms spread across three separate converted farmhouse buildings dating back to 1723, all still owned by the same family. The rooms are immaculate, exceptionally spacious, and beautifully decorated. Each has a lovely terrace complete with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Amenities include a coffee machine, kettle, large fridge, towels and pool towels, as well as hand wash, shower gel, body lotion, and a very good hairdryer. The pool area is stunning, with fabulous cabanas dotted amongst the palm trees, both around the pool and on a higher terrace, alongside additional sun loungers. Despite the hotel being fully booked, there was never any difficulty finding a spot. There is a fridge by the pool stocked with beverages. It’s an honesty bar, so you simply fill in a ticket with your name and room number. The main bar is only a short walk away. Although there is no pool bar service, we didn’t find this an issue at all – in fact, it adds to the tranquillity. Breakfast is fabulous, with a wide range of choices. The offerings change daily, and fresh eggs cooked to your preference, along with pancakes, are made to order. The freshly baked cake or pastry of the day is a real treat and absolutely delicious for breakfast – but you’re on holiday, so why not! The restaurant is open for lunch and on most evenings, apart from two nights each week. We had both lunch and dinner there, and both meals were very good. The evening menu isn’t extensive, but it is more than adequate. What we particularly loved was that, despite being in such a tranquil setting, both Port de Sóller and the old town are very close by. You can walk in around 20 minutes, or hop on the tram, which stops just outside the rear entrance of the hotel and runs in both directions. In the evenings, the hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from both the port and the town, which are only five minutes away. There is a vast selection of fabulous restaurants and bars to choose from, along with mini-markets where you can pick up any provisions you may need, including bottled water. We also took the bus to visit Valldemossa and Deià, which was very easy and convenient. If you hire a car, there is plenty of parking available at the hotel, with spaces even outside certain rooms. All in all, we’ve had a wonderful 10-day stay and couldn’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for a blissful escape. The staff are all lovely, and we even received a lift to the market from the owner – nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Will we return? Absolutely! We can’t wait. We absolutely loved our stay. We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade, but I would imagine the standard is as high across all the rooms. The staff were fabulous, just the right balance of freindliness and professionalism, nothing was too much trouble. You get the impression that they very much work as a team and are stongly invested in the ethos of the Finca. The location is great and we made use of both the shutle service to the town and port, as well as the tram which stops at the end of the drive. Breakfast was delicious, great quality and choice, plenty of comfortable options around the pool area.

My only comment would be that the swimming pool 'closes' at 6pm - we felt after a long day out it would have been nice to have enjoyed the pool until a bit later, when it was a bit cooler.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and have to say this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Even before we got there we had an airport transfer pre booked via the hotel and the organisation was great picked up no issues (also very reasonable priced compared to other taxi services!) We had crisp Cava on arrival, our baggage taken to our room and the staff could not do enough for you! We stayed in the nature suite, which was super spacious , exceptionally clean, and modern. It was stocked with everything we needed and felt like pure luxury. Very quiet aswell and we had a great sleep every night. The breakfast was amazing every morning slightly different things on offer. Eggs and crepes cooked as you wished every morning. All food was so fresh and delicious. The hotel grounds were so beautiful like a real fairytale - so well kept and it felt very relaxing. The pool area was just beautiful, plenty of comfortable sunbed areas, and loved the honesty bar. The lunch area again offered amazing views over the mountains and great food on the menu. We ate at the hotel for dinner one night and the food was absolutely incredible. We had traditional tapas and cocktails and again the views were breathtaking. The hotel also offers a free shuttle in and out of soller or port de Soller every night which meant going out for dinner was super easy! The drivers were always very polite and on time. The tram stop is also just a 7 minute walk away so for going out in the day was also very convenient. There is not one thing I would change about our trip (other than wishing we could stay longer!). We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thank you Finca Ca Nai for an Incredible stay! We thought it was great value for all it has to offer.

Das Hotel war absolut traumhaft! Natur, Ästhetik und Design treffen aufeinander. Man fühlt sich sofort total wohl und taucht in eine besondere Atmosphäre ein. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich! Der Garten gleicht einer Oase und ist ausgesprochen gut gepflegt. Der Hotelpool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und auch super sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen! Wir kommen bald wieder!!!

Food offering was generally poor. No bar facilities at the pool. A fridge with chilled cans is not sufficient at a hotel like this.

I like that the rooms are big and very spacious.

The breakfast options was terrible, no variety of of options considering the amount paid. Secondly, there are no directions in the finca, so you can’t locate your villa if you’re by yourself on your first day or if you’re by yourself at night. Thirdly, there are no sufficient lights in the finca, which makes it hard to see at night. There’s no security in the finca, so it’s just you and you alone. The front office closes 11:30pm, so if you call after then, there’s no one to pick up your call if there’s any emergency. I believe there are not utilizing the money paid towards the Finca! It lacks good breakfast and I think regular staffs cook The food and not chefs. The villa is nice but everything else is not worth the price paid.

Das Gelände ist sehr weitläufig und daher insgesamt auch sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot schöne Aussicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück wurde man sehr schnell bedient.

An manchen Ecken könnte etwas Aufmerksamkeit in die Gestaltung der Außenanlagen investiert werden. Liegen am Pool wurden teils schon am Vortag von Gästen mit Handtüchern reserviert - unpassend so etwas zu tolerieren als Hotel mit Anspruch.

The hotel was superb. The location and surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and furnished and the air-conditioning was very efficient and foolproof. The staff were all polite, cheerful and helpful - special thanks to Bruno and Ines. The pool area with its large and plentiful cabanas was so restful and tranquil and the pool itself was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with everything you could wish for. The shuttle bus service was an excellent facility to make going out for a meal in the evening very easy.

The only thing I can think of that could have improved our stay was a complimentary box of tissues in our room!

Vi havde mug lugt på vores værelse (14) og derfor var vi ikke på værelset mere end nødvendigt vi sagde det til 2 forskellige men der blev ikke gjort noget vi fik ingen tilbagemelding eller noget . Der mangler lidt rengøring/oprydning v poolen og sider og bund i poolen trænger til vedligehold.

Lovely hotel in spacious grounds with a gorgeous pool area with plenty of sun beds. Evening dinner was lovely on the terrace with reasonable prices for both food and drinks. The staff could not have been more helpful.

There was water in the room on arrival but this was not replenished daily which they should do as you cannot drink the local water. Whilst you could buy water from the mini bar in the room, at this accommodation price it should have been included. We had to request replacement coffer pods for the room machine as on two occasions they were not replenished. Whilst the location is stunning you really need a car as the location is quite remote and the walk into Soller Port is along quite a busy road.

Our stay at Ca N'Aí was absolutely unforgettable and the perfect place to spend part of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and romantic the entire finca was. The property feels like a hidden paradise surrounded by stunning mountain views, orange groves, and the most relaxing atmosphere imaginable. Our room was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious while still preserving the authentic charm of Mallorca. Waking up there every morning felt like something out of a movie. What truly made the experience special was the service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our honeymoon memorable. The hospitality was impeccable from start to finish. The breakfast each morning was amazing, the pool and grounds were breathtaking, and the entire finca had such a peaceful energy that made it hard to leave. It was the perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and authenticity. This was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. A true 10/10 experience and somewhere we’ll always remember as part of our honeymoon in Mallorca. We already can’t wait to come back someday.

Endroit exceptionnel à l'écart de la ville de Soller mais avec un arrêt du tram sur la propriété permettant de se rendre à Soller ou son port. Hôtel en agritourisme haut de gamme, charmant, superbe, vieilles pierres, jardin paysagé au milieu des plantations d'agrumes. Chambres immenses bien équipées 4 ***, personnel très agréable aux petits soins et très pro, une piscine magnifique improbable bordée de palmiers avec service sur place en été . Si vous aimez l'authenticité, la nature, les oiseaux, une tortue, les grenouilles, le charme du luxe à la campagne, le calme et votre confort, alors arrêtez-vous là. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel de produits frais et de la finca, copieux et varié

Rien. Il faut chercher pour trouver. La piscine non chauffée en mai. Je m'y suis baigné, mais un peu fraiche .. Les lits autour de la piscine pour se sécher au soleil une merveille. N'oubliez pas d'acheter les confitures de la ferme en partant…

Ca n’Ai was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the first email from Marian, we immediately felt genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Bruno, Ines, and Marian for making us feel so welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. After arriving cold and tired from cycling, we were kindly upgraded so we would not have to wait for our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was bright, spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches including tea and coffee facilities, complimentary water, and a delicious bottle of Roja. The estate itself is magical, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, with a fantastic pool area where I enjoyed a swim every morning. The food was excellent throughout our stay, especially the Mallorcan bumbola and the unforgettable lemon gin and tonic sorbet. What makes Ca n’Ai truly special is the atmosphere. It is elegant without being pretentious, relaxed, comfortable, and full of people who genuinely care. If you are looking for a beautiful place to unwind, enjoy fantastic food, and feel truly looked after, this is the perfect place.

Rural. A bit old style and run down. Big property to take care of and it looks like they could use a small army to give it an overhaul. Was once a thing and now not so much
