The location was convenient and the booking process through Booking.com was easy.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the handling of my reservation. I had informed the property that I would arrive later, but my reservation was cancelled as a “no-show” even though I had not requested cancellation. I did not stay even one night, and I was still charged a large cancellation/no-show fee. I contacted both the property and Booking.com, but neither side provided a satisfactory solution. I believe this situation was unfair and caused me significant financial loss and stress. I hope Booking.com and the property will review this case fairly and improve their communication with guests in similar situations.

The pictures shared by them on the website is tottaly different and real capsules are exactly like a living GRAVES. Dark and small. My room was on third floor and once u entered the room u have to use dangerous stairs to reach on your capsule which is located on top of each other. They use computer fans to bring in the air into the capsule. I spotted dirty spots on the bedsheet as well. Check out the pictures for better understanding.

The location is perfect The prices are good and the staff is friendly.

However the capsule was unexpectedly small. There are 3 capsules, one on the other and 9 capsules in 1 room, so the door doesn't even fully open. It really triggers your claustrophobia.

The bunk beds were poorly designed, and it might pose a safety issue for me. The ladders to the top bunker was ridiculously steep. It took me almost half an hour to climb up. Feels like a commando training just to get your back on a decent mattress. I checked out even before I could spend my first night.

It's reasonable capsule tariff between USD 6-10/night and it's superb location within 1km radius to several shopping malls in Bukit Bintang area..

The capsule's general cleanliness and amenities need massive improvement including installation of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers..

In general, the common areas are clean as I saw the staff frequently sweeping and mopping the floor.

The shower rooms don't have good ventilation so when I put on the new clothing I started to sweat again. Also, there were always some men sitting in the common areas even in the midnight when I went out to the toilet. Some of them would stare at you and gaze follow when you walk along the corridor, making it quite scary.

Bfast was good. A couple minutes walk away though. Great ambiance at the cafe. Capsules were just a little rough and old, but very cozy and safe. Free water dispenser was a big plus.

Bad odor, but there’s probably no way around that with the economic use of space. Dirty rooms and bathrooms, though the staff were very active in trying to stay on top of it. Old and uncomfortable furniture on the roof deck was disappointing. No hooks in the shower, which made dressing and undressing a logistical challenge.

Location was fine

I booked a space capsule, and it seemed fine at first, but it was creaky whenever I moved in it. Then on my second night, I lay down and the slab under the mattress cracked completely. I informed staff who looked at it and asked if I could still sleep in it. There was no apology and then he said that there was no other space capsule available but said that the wooden capsule is same price and they have one free. He took me there, and all I have to say is if they are charging the same price for the two capsule types, the wooden one is a rip off. There was no air con in the actual capsule, only a fan without any settings to make it cooler/warmer. The capsule was also absolutely filthy. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned. In addition, whilst I was able to lock the original capsule from the inside, this is not possible on the wooden one, which made me feel less safe. The mattress in the wooden capsule also did not fit properly in the capsule. The member of staff said that I may also have to pay for the broken capsule, despite having only used it for intended use!! The bathroom situation was also pretty bad. Like other reviews say, the showers are essentially over the toilet. The showers drip so toilet seats are always wet. Furthermore, several of the doors have a see through mesh circle on the door so anyone can watch you on the toilet/shower. On my final night I went to the toilet and another guest was using the toilet without closing/locking the door. I informed reception and they went looked and then did nothing. The guy who was doing it had also stared at me as I had walked to the toilet so I felt quite unsafe as a solo woman.

Great Amenities: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent perks for a budget stay. Affordable: It is very cheap to stay here, offering great value for money on paper. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The personnel are very friendly. When issues arose and I complained, they actively tried their best to resolve the situation.

Bed Bug Issue: I encountered bed bugs in my first capsule. Although staff moved me to another capsule, my luggage had already been infested so the problem continued. I asked for a refund, which was denied, though they did compromise by offering me a small room in the Bestow Hotel instead. Constant Noise: The hostel is quite loud, with the biggest issue being constantly slamming doors that woke me up in the middle of the night. Unannounced Construction: During my last week, they started renovating the kitchen without any prior warning, leaving the area loud, dusty, and uncomfortable

Alquilan la toalla por 10 RM. Una vez estuve en más habitaciones de caja de madera y el A/C no se sentía. La cámara tenía un ventilador muy pequeño que servía de poco. Otra vez estuve en las cápsulas, estuvo mejor. Pero mi cápsula tenía una rotura en el piso. Se hundía la cama un poco

Je n’ai jamais rencontré un hostel de ce type à travers tous mes voyages. L’accueil est correct et le personnel est gentil, mais l’ambiance générale reste assez particulière, avec notamment une forte odeur de peinture dès l’entrée. Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité : l’ensemble est beaucoup plus ancien, usé et branlant que ce qui est montré en ligne. L’espace est extrêmement réduit. Il s’agit essentiellement d’un couloir divisé en deux : d’un côté la cuisine, de l’autre l’accès aux capsules ainsi qu’une salle de bain. La salle de bain manque de propreté et les toilettes sont équipées de douches installées au-dessus. La chambre est très petite, il est difficile de s’y tenir à deux debout. Une odeur désagréable est présente et les casiers ne se ferment pas correctement. Enfin, les capsules elles-mêmes manquent fortement de propreté et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai donc dormi dans une température d’environ 32°C. J’ai ajouté des photos pour illustrer les différents points mentionnés. Pour le même prix, il existe clairement des établissements beaucoup plus propres et confortables..

Private capsules were nice and air conditioned.

Bathrooms and dorm rooms were dirty. Room on first floor even had a note about the smell inside. Wifi did not work. Did laundry with the laundry service and ended up missing four pairs of underwear — nothing else.

It’s a good location

I got the capsule, but I had a allergic skin reaction because of the bed sheets, I don’t know if it was because was dirty or bed bugs. I asked them to changed me for another bed I it was ok after that. But the mattress is pretty uncomfortable, it’s very thin almost like a yoga mat.

Les photos sont pas du tout représentatif de la réalité c’était très sale et très petit. L’hôtel est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Et les cabines « capsule » sont en réalité un matelas poser sur une planche en bois au moindre geste tout grincé c’est horrible. Le passage dans la chambre est MINUSCULE parce que tout le monde pose ces affaires dans le couloir La seule chose positive c’était le gentil jeune homme à l’accueil il a été très gentil avec moi merci

Horrible hostel. First the stuff wrongly put me to a 16 beds room (I booked 4 beds room). Then I found there's a very loud constant water pump noise inside the room. They have another same type room empty but he insist switch me to the 16 beds room. The staff was trying to have customers to pay for their fault and take advantage of customers which is unacceptable. Also there was still loud noise both inside and outside my room at 1-2 am.

Hope slippers and clean towels are optionally provided at reasonable fee so tenants can keep indoor cleaner, and better to place the floor mop near the bath room area for volunteered tenants to self mop the used floor. A fridge will greatly improve the pantry facilities.
