Apartamento limpio con todas las comodidades. Aún así, sin duda, lo mejor son las instalaciones comunes, de las que destaca la piscina de la azotea. Al ser tan grande, no tuvimos en ningún momento la sensación de que estuviese llena de más, al contrario, solía estar bastante vacía. Solo por la piscina merece la pena quedarse aquí!

Te dicen que aceptan pago en efectivo en €, pero cuando fuimos a pagar nos quisieron hacer un cambio muy desfavorable para nosotros. Entendemos que ellos tienen que cambiarlo, pero encontramos casas de cambio mil veces mejores por la ciudad. Al menos nos dieron la opción de hacer nosotros el cambio y pagar más tarde, pero no quitó que hiciese algo desagradable el momento del check in.

El apartamento, para nada se asemeja a las fotos, sofá con manchas y roto, no te podías sentar se hundía y un cogió totalmente roto. Manchas en tapicería del sofá, sillas, sábanas y toallas.

The washing machine did not work

Kamran welcomed us with a smile, giving us plenty of tips and making sure we were comfortable. Communication was flawless. The location is perfect, plenty of things to do around and malls right in the lobby! The room is spacious, comfortable bed, nice view, clean, big bathroom and a small kitchenette. The swimming pools are a big plus! Steam room and sauna are gender separated, so if you're a couple, you can't be together, but very nice to have.

Las instalaciones son una pasada, empezando desde las piscinas, gimnasio, sala de juegos… el apartamento está súper completo, con vajilla, lavadora, horno… de todo. El personal es muy amable y servicial, estás a un WhatsApp de lo que necesites. Bien comunicado por metro de las principales atracciones turísticas y al lado de un centro comercial que tiene de todo. Repetiría sin duda!

The location just around the Lalaport mall and the space of the apartment were definitely excellent. Then the gym, the swimming pool facing the towers is an unforgettable perk.

Struttura abbastanza nuova, ben organizzata con due piscine di cui una panoramica a sfioro e una piccola area spa (saparate tra maschile e femminile e quella maschile ahimè non funzionante!) La camera grande, con tutti i comfort inclusa una lavatrice (ma a cui non viene corredato uno stendipanni quindi ecco, abbastanza inutile in questo caso), bella vista e buona organizzazione. Non è un hotel come si potrebbe pensare ma una serie di appartamenti ognuno gestito da compagnie diverse. Il ragazzo con cui ci siamo interfacciati noi è stato disponibile e molto efficiente.

ATTENZIONE: Nota dolente per cui non mi sento di dare il voto massimo. Il pagamento non avviene tramite booking, una volta arrivati, il ragazzo manda un link e chiede di pagare tramite “il loro portale”, che non solo non tiene conto dell’eventuale sconto effettuato da booking, ma aggiungono un buon 4% “di costo di gestione”. Per quanto comunque si parli di cifre non considerevoli, trovo poco corretta la gestione e la mancata informazione iniziale di quello che sarà l’importo totale. Perció, consiglio di tenere in considerazione questo punto se volete prenotare in questa struttura.

Good location, with access to the mall. It’s spacious and good for a short stay. 10/10 for the staff. They were always quick to respond and care to our needs.

The apartment that was given to us was a little worn out. The sofa cushion was torn out, the carpet had old stains and there was a strange smell every time we entered the apartment. The infinity pool was okay, but also seemed like it needed some more care. The tiles were coming off, and you could get hurt by them when swimming. Also it wasn’t that clean. The view of the Petronas was obstructed by a building crane in front, so it wasn’t really like the pictures.

Todo fue estupendamente. El equipo que lo gestiona es gente súper honesta, que mostró enorme disposición y flexibilidad durante toda nuestra estancia. La comunicación es rápida y buena. Lo recomiendo y repetiría sin duda.

La habitación estaba genial, muy limpia y espaciosa. Las instalaciones de los apartamentos son geniales, la piscina es una pasada. Además, cuenta con un centro comercial debajo por lo que es muy cómodo.

家族4人で3泊しましたが、非常に快適で、今回のクアラルンプール滞在で大満足の宿泊先でした。 部屋はとても清潔で、内装も豪華です。2ベッドルーム・2シャワーなので、家族4人でも十分な広さがあり、家族連れはもちろん、夫婦2組で利用しても快適に過ごせると思います。窓からペトロナスツインタワーやKLタワーは見えませんでしたが、夜景はとてもきれいでした。 特に印象に残ったのがプールです。35階と3A階に、それぞれ50mほどの大きなプールがあります。35階のプールは床の一部がガラス張りになっており、夜には足元から街の景色を見ることができ、とても幻想的でした。子どもたちも大喜びでした。 立地も抜群です。地下通路を通って、ららぽーとへ直接行くことができます。館内にはスーパーや多くの飲食店があり、グルメストリートもあるため、食事に困ることはありません。 さらに、近くにはモノレールの駅や、複数の路線を乗り換えられる駅があります。そのため、クアラルンプール市内の観光施設へ移動しやすく、空港へ向かう際にも公共交通機関を利用しやすい立地でした。観光にも食事にも非常に便利です。 キッチン設備も充実しており、フライパン、鍋、お皿、フォークなど、自炊に必要なものはほぼすべて揃っています。私たちは、ららぽーとのスーパーで食材を購入し、朝食は部屋で自炊、夕食は外食と自炊を組み合わせて楽しみました。 宿泊料金だけを見れば、もっと安いホテルもあります。しかし、毎回外食することを考えると、設備の整った部屋で自炊を取り入れる旅行スタイルは、費用面でも快適さの面でもおすすめです。 スタッフの対応も、とても丁寧で親切でした。WhatsAppで気軽に連絡することができ、お水やバスタオルも、お願いすれば必要な分を追加料金なしで用意してもらえました。 ホテルに泊まるというより、「クアラルンプールで数日間暮らす」ような感覚で過ごせる宿泊先です。家族全員がとても気に入りました。次にクアラルンプールを訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。

大きな不満はなく、10点満点で評価したい宿泊先です。 あえて改善点を挙げるとすれば、初めて宿泊する人のために、チェックイン方法や建物内の施設、35階・3A階のプールなどについて、事前にもう少し詳しい案内があると、さらに利用しやすくなると思います。 また、これはホテルへの不満ではありませんが、初めてマレーシアを旅行する方は、事前にWhatsAppをインストールしておくことをおすすめします。マレーシアでは、ホテルというよりマンションやレジデンスの一室を宿泊施設として貸し出しているタイプも多く、スタッフとの連絡はWhatsAppを利用することが一般的です。日本にいる間にインストールしておけば、現地に到着してから慌てることもありません。 この宿泊施設でも、スタッフとの連絡はWhatsAppで行いました。自動車で建物内に入る際には、WhatsAppで送られてくるQRコードとパスポートを提示する必要があります。最初は少し戸惑うかもしれませんが、セキュリティが非常にしっかりしており、家族連れでも安心して宿泊することができました。 こうした利用方法を事前に案内してもらえると、マレーシア旅行が初めての宿泊者にとって、さらに分かりやすく安心だと思います。

Ambas piscinas, fantásticas!

A pesar de estar en un piso alto tuvimos hormigas en la habitación.. un poco molesto aunque no peligroso. Aconsejo pagar en efectivo en la moneda local, aunque comunican que admiten pago en euros el cambio que hacen es bastante desventajoso.

L' appartamento che ci è stato dato era ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i confort inclusa una lavatrice, che in vista di un viaggio lungo ci è stata molto comoda. Molto bella la piscina al 35esimo piano con vista frontale sulle petronas towers e torre della televisione (lateralmente è possibile vedere anche merdeka tower). Dotato anche di un'altra piscina al terzo piano, meno panoramica, ma più grande e con idromassaggio. Entrambe la piscine chiudono alle 10. Posizione abbastanza comoda.

Reservé este alojamiento por la piscina infinita y realmente tiene unas vistas magníficas desde la que se puede disfrutar de toda la ciudad.

Llegué al alojamiento sobre las ocho de la tarde y después de identificarme ante el personal de seguridad en la entrada una persona vino a recogerme al vestíbulo y me llevó al apartamento. Lo primero que me llamó la atención es que estaba en una planta baja y las vistas eran a un centro comercial vecino en el que se estaba llevando a cabo un evento y la música y el ruido eran insoportables (sobre las 22:00 cesó). La encimera de la cocina estaba llena de hormigas. Avisé y vino un trabajador a echarle un spray pero las hormigas evidentemente no desaparecieron. Las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias, tenían manchas y parecían no haber sido lavadas. En el baño había un montón de pelos, me pareció todo bastante asqueroso y después de mandar al encargado otra queja por WhatsApp me confirmó que no había ningún otro alojamiento disponible pero que al día siguiente me cambiarían. Para ser justos el apartamento nuevo era bonito (sin grandes vistas), estaba limpio y era cómodo, la noche y el día.

Genoten van de faciliteiten zoals de sportschool, mooie uitzichten en het zwembad. Je hoeft geen andere toren te bezoeken om te genieten van de skyline! Kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. De ligging is dichtbij bezienswaardigheden en winkelcentra.

Je moet inchecken bij de toegangspoort bij de beveiliging. Deze mannen waren niet zo vriendelijk, maar ze kunnen ook niet hun dagen hebben gehad.

El apartamento está en uno de los rascacielos de la ciudad con 35-45 plantas y tiene de todo en las instalaciones comunes que abren de 7h a 22h. Esto quiere decir, infinity pool, gimnasio, sauna, etc. Es súper espectacular la terraza en la 35 con la piscina. A pesar de ser tantas plantas los ascensores van relativamente ágiles. Además, conecta con uno de los centros comerciales más grandes de la ciudad por lo que es muy conveniente. Para desplazarte, lo más cómodo es Grab que te recoge en el lobby y llegas a todos lados bastante rápido. La comunicación para la entrega y devolución de llaves fue muy rápida y eficaz. Quedas con la persona, te lleva hasta el apartamento y te explica todo. Además, el día que nos fuimos, nos dejaron dejar las maletas en la habitación y nos las bajaron cuando volvimos a por ellas después de haber entregado por la mañana las llaves.

No destacaría nada realmente negativo. Quizá el colchón de la cama podría ser más cómodo y las medidas de seguridad del edificio quizá un poco estrictas pero son detalles pequeños. Sin duda, repetiría.

It was clean and calm.

The check-in was more painful than in a hotel, had to wait in the lobby for someone to come pick us up and show us the apartment. Same when we came back to pick up our luggage. The infinity pool is nice but it’s too overcrowded with lots of kids, you can’t just sit and chill like in some other places because h the were not enough sunbeds, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. Plus there’re no towels in the pool area, you have to bring your own from your room which sucks because you only have 1.

Het is geen hotel en dat is merkbaar. Mieren op de 47e verdieping en helaas maar 1 badhanddoek voor 3 dagen pp.

Mooi, ruim appartement voor 4 personen. Perfect onthaald, kraaknet, geweldig zicht op de skyline van Kuala Lumpur. Rooftop pool, gym, rechtstreekse toegang tot het winkelcentrum, alles perfect. Met een grab sta je op tien minuten eender waar in het centrum.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien ubicado, en un edificio moderno que conecta con un centro comercial, y a poca distancia en Grab de las principales atracciones. El anfitrión muy amable, llegamos por la noche y nos recibió sin problema. Lo mejor la infinity pool, las vistas son increíbles y no había demasiada gente.

Tout était parfait, l’hôte était réactif et disponible, la résidence est très belle avec une magnifique piscine à débordement avec vue et la chambre était très bien, avec même une machine à laver sèche linge à disposition. Rien à redire !

We had a wonderful stay in the appartement, all facilities where there, confortable bed, nice shower and a small kitchen. 2 swimming pools, the one at the top floor have the best view on KL skyline, the one downstairs is massive with 3 jacuzzis !!! Dit is echt een top accommodatie. Het appartement wat wij hadden had 2 badkamers en 2 keukens en 2 aparte slaapkamers. De bedden waren goed en je kunt gebruik maken van 2 zwembaden. Het complex zit aan een shoppingmall vast met veel winkels en supermarkt op loopafstand. Ook openbaar vervoer zit op loopafstand.

El trato fue inmejorable. Muy atentos nos dejaron estar más tiempo en el apartamento y dejar las maletas sin ningún coste. El apartamento era espacioso y muy cómodo, con acceso a un mall que te facilita necesidades. Vistas increíbles.

La piscina estaba estropeada con varias baldosas con faltas y los cables descolgados.

Le sèche linge était en erreur mais nous avons pu malgré tt laver notre linge.

Appartement confortable, situé dans un ensemble disposant d'une piscine en toiture 35e étage avec vue panoramique, salle de sport et d'une 2e piscine de 50 m au 3e. Accès direct au mail avec restaurants, au centre commercial, métro et bus. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner avec une voiture autour de Kuala Lumpur.

Unico problema avuto per il pagamento. Non essendo stato fatto addebito direttamente su booking e non avendo una reception vera e propria mi hanno inviato un link per pagare su whatsapp. Il pagamento non è andato a buon fine e mi è stata addirittura bloccata la carta per sospetta frode, ma era solo uno scrupolo della banca che poi, una volta contattata, me la ha sbloccata.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel had amazing views and a beautiful rooftop pool. The direct access to Lalaport Mall was a huge plus, and the railway station was just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore the area. Smooth and friendly check in. Highly recommended!

One thing to note is that the final price was slightly higher than the price initially shown during the booking process. It would be helpful if the total cost could be displayed more clearly upfront.

Het zwembad is heel mooi en het leukste deel.

Onderhoud aan het appartement is wel minder. De tegels van het zwembad laten los. En ook de bank was erg verouderd en leek vies.

Non è un albergo ma un residence

Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per trascorrere gli ultimi giorni del nostro viaggio in Malesia e si è rivelata un'ottima scelta. Il monolocale è accogliente, arredato con gusto e molto pulito. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato disponibile, gentile e sorridente. Tra i punti di forza della struttura ci sono i numerosi servizi a disposizione degli ospiti, tra cui una splendida piscina panoramica con una vista mozzafiato sulla città, una seconda piscina, una palestra ben attrezzata e molto altro. Davvero comodo anche l'accesso diretto al centro commerciale, perfetto per fare acquisti o mangiare senza doversi spostare. Una vera scoperta, che consiglieremmo senza esitazione!

地點超棒，樓下就是lala port大型商場，吃東西逛街都很方便。房間在16樓，看得到吉隆坡塔及默迪卡，夜景很美。房間很大很舒適，有廚房跟洗衣機烘衣機，雖然沒有每天整理房間，但房東非常友善，需要什麼東西都能請他幫忙提供，我們住了四晚，跟房東要了兩回的瓶裝礦泉水。3樓有兒童游泳池、35樓有無邊際游泳池(看得到雙子星塔）很棒的體驗～

Todo, la piscina y el resto de las áreas comunes no masificadas, el largamente cómodo y completo, la cercanía a todos los lugares de interés. Además llegamos muy pronto y el hoster fue muy amable y nos dejó esperar al check en la piscina y entrar al apartamento antes de lo establecido!

Super schickes Zimmer. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die unfassbar gute Lage, direkt am Einkaufszentrum mit angebundener Metro. Viele Spots sind sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.

Es ist etwas schade gewesen, dass unser Zimmer nur im 5. Stock gewesen ist. Insgesamt gab es 47 Etagen und wir hätten gerne nachts die Aussicht vom Balkon über die Skyline genossen. Der Rooftop Pool befindet sich zwar in der 35. Etage, aber leider ist die Etage ab 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr zugänglich. Ansonsten war aber alles super.

Sehr saubere und gut durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung. Moderner hochwertiger Komplex. Besonders die Pools waren ein Traum!

Not sure why the rating is as low as it is. The place was great. We could check in early in a nicely cleaned apartment on the 30th floor. The building has great facilities and the location is great. Checkin is a little bit different since you have to contact the owner to get through security but nothing difficult. 10/10 stay would come back again!

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une douceur exceptionnelles. Vraiment, si vous voulez séjourner à Langkawi, n’hésitez pas. Réservez les yeux fermés, vous n’allez pas être déçus. Everything was perfect

De centrale ligging direct naast een winkelcentrum en veel restaurantjes. Zeer schone accommodatie en behulpzame mensen die de appartementen beheren. Mooie infinity pool op de 35e etage met een mooi uitzicht op de Petronas Towers en de KL Tower. Ook Merdeka 118 is goed te zien!

Eigenlijk beviel alles prima.

Prima locatie naast Lalaport, mooie zwembaden, goed appartement, goede service

Locatie is top, als je centraal in de stad wil zijn. Ook vlakbij een mall, en roomview en rooftop infinitypool view op de petronas Towers. Host was steeds bereikbaar, goede efficiënte communicatie.

In de 2e slaapkamer was maar 1 stroompunt om de telefoon te laden...

En una urbanización privada, con centro comercial con mucha restauración al lado. Apartamento muy grande, limpio y bonito. Piscinas, gimnasios.. muy recomendable. El hombre que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos guardó las maletas antes del check in

Hay pequeños mosquitos en el apartamento. El servicio de seguridad no deja ni entrar a la zona común si nos has hecho el check in, tienes que esperar en la calle

Les amenities du batiment sont au Top et l'emplacement et tout proche du centre ville

Les gens de sécurité à l'entrée sont désagréables
