This is a lovely apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The table was laid and a box of tea and coffee etc was waiting for us. It had everything we needed and was opposite a “ mirador” with views of the city and castle. It’s a very good location in the Barrio Alto and we walked everywhere.

The apartment is wonderful ! The location is why I selected this apt. I walked almost everywhere with no problem.. The view across the street is amazing. VERY close to excellent restaurants' , bars and transportation. ( the bus stop is 5 steps away) The hosts were VERY responsive ..Quick and friendly . They are awesome !!!!!

Some might find the night life a bit much BUT we loved it ! Some bars stay open long into night and some might be upset by noise . I slept right though it not a problem.

La struttura è in una posizione ottimale, con molti servizi e luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze, dotata di tutti i comfort, non solo quelli essenziali, e pulita. Non abbiamo mai avuto contatto coi gestori dell'appartamento ma il check in a distanza è stato semplice e la disponibilità via messaggio costante.

El mejor apartamento turístico en el que hemos estado por la combinación de todos esos factores. Eso, unido a lo maravillosa que es Lisboa hace que nuestra experiencia haya sido de un 10 sobre 10!!

Die Lage und die Einrichtung sind schon einmal top, wirklich ausserordentlich toll waren aber der schön gedeckte Tisch bei der Ankunft und die Aufmerksamkeit des Gastgebers. Obwohl wir nie jemanden persönlich gesehen haben, fühlten wir uns sehr gut umsorgt. Ich war froh, dass in der Beschreibung bereits darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es keine Ruhelage ist, deswegen waren wir bereits darauf gefasst. Ich habe einen sehr leichten Schlaf und wir waren an einem Fussball WM-Wochenende dort, aber ich habe die zur Verfügung gestellten Ohropax nicht gebraucht. Die Fenster dämpfen den Lärm sehr gut ab.

It was a keyless entry- we needed to know the code for the outside door and the door to the apartment. WE loved the location of the apartment; it was across from an overlook square and very close to lots of dining and attractions. The supermarket was close enough to walk to on a regular basis; there is a bakery right outside the building. It was so nice that the host left us some goodies to start our time in the apartment.

We didn't like that the apartment didn't offer more sitting areas. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids; I wish there was a larger couch to sit on. Other then that, it was a great apartment.

Communication with the host was fantastic! Their instructions were very clear and they were very responsive when I had questions. The view from this apartment was amazing!! I would highly recommend this apartment!

The washer dryer combo didn't really dry the clothes, even after two 40 minute cycles, we still needed to air dry the damp clothes.

Lovely place with a personal charm. Clean and beautiful with a perfect location. It was also very easy to commuticate with the staff.

Dining kitchen and balcony are great. We enjoyed grocery shopping at pingo doce then enjoyed dining, great view of illuminated S. Jorge castle.

Washing machine was out of order, host helped us anyway.

Por decir alguna cosa, el plato de la ducha resbala mucho y tambien se sale el agua fácil y queda el suelo muy mojado. En la cocina podrían poner un escurreplatos y dejar más productos de limpieza.

The upstairs floors. They wooden floors, and the boards are loose and make a lot of noise. It was really bad when someone got up in the middle of the night, everyone woke up because of the squeaky floor

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. Perfect location to explore the little restaurant and shops all around and an easy walk to all the sights. The square across the street has an amazing view of the city. We visited during the early summer celebration in the city that lasts a month and there was a band actually in the square till midnight every night, which we actually enjoyed listening to while having a glass of wine after dinner. There is noise in the bedroom for the bars on the street below, and if you're staying over the weekend is even louder. I slept very well with my airpods in, but my husband who doesn't like having anything in his ears didn't sleep as well. I would recommend if you're booking you bring your earbuds or a good pair of ear plugs. That said don't shy away from this wonderful apartment, and enjoy what life is like in Bairro Alta in all it's hustle and bustle.

It was very clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. The treats on arrival were a lovely surprise. Location directly above a bakery and across street from very fun park had its advantages!

Couldn't figure out the washer/dryer machine and had to leave with wet clothes in our luggage as a result. Operator manual in the drawer did not have English instructions. Also, front bedroom gets music from park across the street until about midnight. Was not a problem for us, but may be for others.

Loved the location, the space, the balcony. Loved that there was a Lyft to the apartment. The park across the Street was a high point with musicians playing at times. We were very appreciative of the welcome gifts. All interactions with staff were timely and pleasant. Happy for hairdryer and washing machine

3/4 of the dining chairs were broken. The couch and chair need to be replaced , and perhaps add another chair as seating is limited. Need more space or information for disposing of trash. Place a shim under the china cabinet as it is not level, making it noisy to walk by it which is unavoidable. Also, the floor of the mezzanine creaks and squeaks loudly. Someplace to hang wet towels after bathing would be helpful. A reflective strip on the riser of the stairs would be helpful .

Great location .apartment was clean and had all the facilities you need for your stay. Communication was excellent with the owners very helpful.

Nothing to dislike . We knew there maybe some noise from outside event which is on in June but music want too loud and finished by 12 so don’t spoil our holiday and managed to get good nights sleep beds were very comfortable

El hospedaje estaba muy limpio, nos recibieron con la mesa arreglada y lista para tomar un café, nos dejaron un regalito de bienvenida, además de fruta y pan. Estábamos justo frente a un mirador y había fiesta por un Santo, así que había una especie de feria, con puestos de comida y bebidas y música en las noches. Aunque es un área muy concurrida y se ve mucho ambiente no tuvimos problema para descansar en las noches. Y además había una panadería justo en el primer piso, fué de lo mejor, el pan delicioso. Las camas cómodas y espacios súper agradables, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Para nosotros fué de lo mejor.

It was an excellent apartment in a fantastic position in Bairro Alto with an amazing view over the city. 2 good and comfortable beds, nice reception area with kitchen facilities. Adequate bathroom with good shower. Communication from company was very good although we didn't actually see or meet anyone.

Not much really. I feel slightly mean scoring 9 rather than 10. A couple of things weren't working properly so it wasn't completely perfect. It did feel a bit impersonal but very minor gripe.

Mostly everything. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. And the location, design and size was excellent.

The only complaint we had was the shower was filling up with water. It wasn’t emptying fast enough.

La struttura è posizionata nel quartiere più animato della città. L’ appartamento, al terzo piano di un palazzo completamente ristrutturato, è bellissimo, ben arredato,molto luminoso e con una vista mozzafiato. La pulizia e’ impeccabile, la cucina è attrezzata di tutto ciò può servire e come benvenuto abbiamo trovato una cesta di frutta ed un cofanetto con varie leccornie.

Era tutto perfetto. Non avremmo potuto chiudere dí più!

Beautiful view and a great location. It was a little noisy at times, but absolutely worth it considering how excellent the accommodation was. The host was incredibly caring and communicative, regularly checking in and making us feel very welcome with thoughtful treats on arrival. Access was easy and convenient, and the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Loved the location in the middle of everything. Unit/space was adorable, nicely decorated, and beds were comfortable. In-unit washer was so nice to have. We especially loved the view of the castle from our bedroom.

It was noisy at night - there is loud music playing late into the night from the park across the street. The bathroom was small and tough for 4 people to share. Long entry code was hard to remember and when it reset on us in the middle of our stay, it created some complexity when my phone died with the codes saved on it...

Appartamento bellissimo! Situato in una posizione molto comoda. Abbiamo prenotato al volo e sono stati super disponibili anche con il check-in (doveva essere alle 16 ma essendo già pronto l’appartamento ci hanno dato la possibilità di entrare prima senza farci pagare il supplemento). Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno per gli asciugamani sono stati super repentini nel recapitarli (credo non siano passati nemmeno 5 minuti dal nostro messaggio).

L’unica pecca, se così si può dire, il pavimenti in legno del soppalco è molto rumoroso, ma devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto!

Everything was great about the property and the staff was incredibly helpful. It made our first trip to Lisbon a great experience for me and my kids!

A little noisy on Friday night but the staff provided earplugs. But all the other nights were blocked out well by the insulated windows.

Ενα καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με μαλακά και άνετα κρεβάτια.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε θέρμανση Γενάρη μήνα και παρά το ότι το κλείσαμε ενάμισι μήνα πριν, κανείς δε μας είπε για το πρόβλημα εκ των προτέρων. Εμείς πήγαμε σαν οικογένεια 14/1/26 και υπήρχαν τελικά σχόλια στο booking για την απουσία θέρμανσης από τις 17/12/25. Είχαν αφήσει υποτυπωδώς δυο μικρά αερόθερμα για θέρμανση. Σαν τοποθεσία είναι κεντρικά αλλά είναι πάνω από πεζόδρομο με μπαρ. Η κατάσταση τα βράδια ήταν δύσκολη, ειδικά την Παρασκευή και το Σάββατο που η αστυνομία ήρθε με σειρήνες να μαζέψει μεθυσμένους απο κάτω. Οι κάδοι ανακύκλωσης ήταν κάτω απο το παράθυρο με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε όλη τη νύχτα απο τις σακούλες με τα άδεια μπουκάλια που πέταγαν. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν ωτοασπίδες αλλά αλήθεια, πόσοι μπορούν να κοιμηθούν με ωτοασπίδες;

La struttura è molto curata, pulita e accogliente. La posizione è comoda per visitare la città e i dintorni. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi.

Great location (my room had a view of the castle) and very convenient for travelling round the city. My son heard some noise at night from the bars nearby, but it wasn't a huge problem.

Bathroom could do with a refurb, though everything worked. Communication beforehand didn't seem to work very well; I was asked several times to provide passport details, which I kept providing but there seemed to be an issue with the email address.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο με πανοραμική θέα στο São Pedro de Alcântara. Μέναμε στον 2ο όροφο και από εκεί η θέα ήταν εξίσου καλή. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, όχι πολύ καινούργιο αλλά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Θα πρότεινα να προστεθούν στον εξοπλισμό κουζίνας κάποια αντικολλητικά σκεύη. Εκτιμήσαμε πραγματικά το κιτ καλωσορίσματος. Επίσης οι οικοδεσπότες μας διέθεσαν χώρο σε ένα άλλο ακίνητο τους για να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας πριν το check-in και μετά το check-out. O ανελκυστήρας της Γκλόρια δεν ήταν σε λειτουργία, αλλά ακριβώς κάτω από το διαμέρισμα υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείων. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και θα το πρότεινα για διαμονή.

Spacious beautiful property. Provided many amenities. We like the area bc even though it is touristy, it is more upscale. Walking downhill to the sites is easy. Double glazing on the windows blocked out most of the noise.

Communicating about check in and luggage storage was confusing but we worked it out

The door code did not work on a number of occasions and we had to call the hosts at unnecessary cell phone cost.

We liked the location, is was easy to get to most places. It was noisy at night, but fine with the windows closed. The kitchen was modern and well equipped and there was a dishwasher and washer and dryer. My favourite part was the thick cotton sheets that were ironed to perfection.

The lounge furniture was worn and tired looking and there was no balcony to sit on, though there were nice big doors that opened in the lounge and main bedroom to the outside street.

The hospitality by the team was amazing. The place was clean and set up very nicely (they even set up the dinner table with foods and snacks—welcome gift).

I had a wonderful stay at Residentas Sao Pedro in Lisbon! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, and kept us informed throughout our booking and stay and even provided local recommendations. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming goodies! :) I would highly recommend Residentas Sao Pedro to anyone visiting Lisbon and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything was just perfect! Beautiful and spacious apartment in a great location, very attentive hosts and a million dollar views from the balcony. Can’t recommend it enough.

The house is very nice, a bit dated, but equipped with all the necessary comforts. We really appreciated the welcome gifts, including a Nespresso pod kit, fruit juices, jam, pasta, and more. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The hosts were very attentive and friendly.

the house can be a bit noisy and the cleanliness could be improved, even though the hosts did come back to clean again after a few days. The bathroom would benefit from some renovation.

The team pays great attention to every little detail, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, prompt, and very helpful, making us feel well taken care of even before we arrived. The apartment was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully prepared. We felt genuinely welcomed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Well decorated, cozy and very comfortable bed. Greeted with fruits and snacks, which was well appreciated. Very convenient location with many restaurants and bars around the area. Walking distance to shopping area, and Christmas Market just opposite the apartment.

Steep slope leading to the apartment from the main shopping area, so prepare to climb.

Great location and kitchen was fully stocked with everything (including napkins and paper towels). They had a box with coffee, tea, honey, crackers, etc. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Views were amazing! Staff were so helpful and responded quickly to everything!!

Noise on the side street because people party late here. Lots is small clubs and bars on the side street. It is a loft style so the upstairs beds don’t have a closed room and the upstairs room had a tiny toilet. We were okay with it. It didn’t ruin our experience.

Ubicación excelente en Lisboa. El departamento está super bien equipado. El anfitrión fue amable y muy claro con nosotros. Las camas eran muy cómodas.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la calefacción. No fue responsabilidad del administrador que estuvo siempre predispuesto. A algunas personas podría parecer ruidosa la zona los fines de semana, pero ellos se encargan de dar tapones para los oídos (aunque no los utilizamos).

Bruits extérieurs ( mais.. c’est normal vu que c’est dans le cœur de l’activité de Lisbonne).

The minute I booked, the management team warned me about the noise. I appreciated such honesty. Because of my knee injury, an elevator is far more important. It turns out the noise is barely noticeable. Perhaps it’s due to the temperature of the time as we closed the doors/window all during our stay. The space and the view is top notch. More than the money worth. Highly recommend this place.

I loved the location, it was very central to the main areas that most people want to visit when they come to Lisbon. Easy access to trains and metro, bus, plus highly walkable. But the best part is the view from the balcony windows facing toward the Miradouro de São pedro de Alcântara, which looks toward Castle St. Jorge. It's beautiful for sunrise and sunset and everything in between. The apartment is classy in it's furnishings and elegant without feeling stuffy. Great beds, well appointed kitchenette. Close to grocery stores too and many many great restaurants. There's going to be a lot of life happening outside the building but with doors closed it's barely a murmur. And when you want action, it's just out the door. Loved this place so much. Also we had fresh towels and optional housekeeping service. It was superb!

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. Very good communication. Absolutely magical location. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. The busy surroundings were not a problem due to the well-insulated windows. One of my best accommodation in recent years.

We loved the apartment! And it was in a great location. The only negative was how loud it was at night. Because this apartment is in an area with a lot of nightlife, we could hear loud groups of people until 2, 3, 4am. So it was a little hard to sleep
