Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La chambre était grande, avec une petite loggia agréable. Il y avait une bouilloire, des thé et aussi machine à café et dosettes. L'emplacement était assez central, nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied.
On entend un peu les gens qui passent dans le couloir et qui utilisent la cuisine commune.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026It was in the city centre near 2 different metro stations and close to bus station. You could easily go for walk by foot to all nice places. Neighbourhood has everything around. Jose our host was great and very helpful he made our stay memorable!

Shower had some mold around the bottom and sides and it was hard to get a hold of staff when they were supposed to be onsite to let us in.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026L'emplacement, le lit très confortable, la chambre spacieuse. Rien à dire sur la chambre sauf qu'elle donnait sur une avenue très bruyante. L'hôtel est dans un bel immeuble. Une pièce pour se faire un café ou thé, très bien !
Le bruit de la route tard la nuit même avec des boules quiez. Pas la chambre idéale quand on a un sommeil léger. La personne de l'accueil pas agréable du tout avec moi...

It was hard to locate. The entrance is actually around the corner and the signage was poor. The hostalin only occuppies a small part of one level of the building. Others also had difficulty locating the hostalin - we assisted a couple that were trying to locate it as we were returning to the hostalin after checking in. The staff were helpful.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wir hatten angegeben, zwischen 21Uhr und 22 Uhr zu kommen, es hiess klar, dass die Reception bis 00 Uhr offen ist. Unser Zug hatte Verspätung, deshalb waren wir erst kurz nach 22 Uhr dort. Der Empfang war extrem unfreundlich und sie haben uns für das verspätetet Check In 20 Euro Extra berechnet. Weiter hatten wir extra ein teureres Zimmer mit 2 Betten und Balkon angefragt, Balkon hatten wir aber es gab nur 1 Bett und eine Decke. Es war niemand mehr erreichbar an der Reception, der sich hätte darum kümmern können. Am Sonntag wurde nicht geputzt, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kaffe oder Becher gab es keine. Alles in Allem haben wir anstatt der vereinbarten 288 Euro 317 Euro bezahlt, hat sich für dieses Zimmer und die Art und Weise der Kommunikation absolut nicht bezahlt gemacht. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war sehr ringhörig zu den Nachbarzimmern.

Lodówka w pokoju, w łazience suszarka do włosów. Przemiły właściciel, bardzo pomocny. W dniu wymeldowania mogliśmy zostawić bagaże do godz. 20 w przechowalni

Une expérience totalement inadmissible Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. J’avais réservé cet établissement via Booking.com et j’avais clairement indiqué que nous arriverions en pleine nuit, vers 2h–3h du matin. L’établissement connaissait parfaitement notre heure d’arrivée et m’avait même contacté directement pour me demander de la confirmer. Et pourtant, à seulement quelques heures de notre arrivée, vers 23h, ma réservation a été annulée, avec pour motif une « surréservation ». Imaginez la situation : arriver à Barcelone en plein mois d’août, au milieu de la nuit, avec un bébé, après un long voyage, en pensant avoir une chambre réservée et confirmée… et découvrir à la dernière minute que l’établissement décide finalement de ne plus vous accueillir. Le pire est qu’ils savaient que nous arrivions très tard et que nous voyagions avec un bébé, mais cela ne les a manifestement pas empêchés de nous laisser sans hébergement à quelques heures de notre arrivée. Et même Booking.com ne nous a pas réellement aidés à trouver une solution adaptée. On nous a simplement indiqué de chercher un autre hébergement, alors que nous étions déjà en déplacement et que nous arrivions en pleine nuit avec un bébé. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, vous pouvez voir sur la capture d’écran que l’établissement m’a ensuite bloqué sur WhatsApp. Après avoir annulé notre réservation à quelques heures de notre arrivée, plutôt que d’assumer la situation et de communiquer avec le client, ils ont simplement choisi de me bloquer. Pour moi, ce n’est pas une simple erreur de réservation : c’est un manque total de professionnalisme, de respect et de considération envers le client. Une réservation confirmée, une heure d’arrivée communiquée et validée, puis une annulation à 23h pour une arrivée prévue à 2h du matin, en plein mois d’août à Barcelone, avec un bébé, et ensuite un blocage sur WhatsApp : c’est tout simplement inadmissible.

Josè e Alejandro vuu oh hanno dato la stanza prima dell'orario previsto d sono stati sempre gentili sia nel dare indicazioni e consigli e sia chiedendo sempre se avevamo bisogno di biancheria o altro. The location was excellent, very central and easy to reach, and we always felt safe walking around the area, even in the evening. We loved having a balcony, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The refrigerator in the room was a great surprise and incredibly useful during the summer. The shared coffee station with a coffee machine, cups, and other essentials was a lovely touch. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and the overall cleanliness was great. We had requested an iron before arrival, and although it wasn't in the room initially, the staff provided it immediately when we asked. A special thank you to Jose, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though late check-out wasn't possible, he kindly let us use the luggage storage room for as long as we needed, which made our last day in Barcelona much more enjoyable.
Before our arrival, we requested a double bed, but the room was prepared with two single beds instead. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nice if our request had been taken into account. We also think the complimentary shampoo and shower gel could be of better quality. Liquid hand soap would be much more practical and hygienic than the bar soap provided, and a pedal-operated bathroom bin would also improve hygiene. One member of the reception staff didn't speak English, but they were still polite and managed to help us using a translation app.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La stanza ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative. Grande il giusto, moderna e pulita. Ho apprezzato il fatto che gli asciugamani e le tovaglie vengano cambiate ogni giorno oltre alla pulizia generale della stanza. Balconcino grazioso. Un’ottima stanza.
Valuterei una insonorizzazione migliore, ma comunque il rumore è accettabile. L’aria condizionata ottima, forse fin troppo :) Anche a 25 gradi l’aria era molto fredda e mi è capitato di svegliarmi la notte per il freddo. Consiglierei di adottare dei saponi per la doccia migliori, i prodotti dati sono molto piccoli e ti lasciano la sensazione di sporco.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Had a lovely overnight stay here, Jose and his team of people were incredibly friendly and accomodating. I arrived early and there was no issues with storing my bag while they finished my room off, even to the extent that they let me in early. The place was incredibly clean and quiet. It's fantasticaly located, 15 mins from the Bus station and 15 mins from Placa de Catalunya, couldn't ask for a better location without heading into the extravagant prices range.
Facilities overall were excellent, would have been nice to have a sink in the common area, just so I could more effectively clean the utensils I used from the hostel while staying there.

Suciedad de la habitación (suelo) tenía manchas negras marrones que No eran desgaste. El personal al entrar por la puerta nos dijo si sabíamos lo que habíamos reservado y que es lo que tenía si queríamos algo mejor debíamos pagar una diferencia, todo esto nosotros con maletas y sin ver la habitación.

La struttura è situata nel centro di Barcellona, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, tutte raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti o con i mezzi pubblici, a pochi metri c'è la fermata dell'autobus e quella della metropolitana. Purtroppo, essendo sopra una strada molto trafficata, il rumore delle auto è un po' fastidioso
Staff: Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e non c'era nessuno ad aprirci. Sul campanello ci sono riportati due numeri di telefono ma nessuno rispondeva. Abbiamo atteso fuori per oltre un'ora. Siamo poi riusciti ad entrare nella struttura grazie ad un altro ospite che ci ha aperto la porta. Fortunatamente, c'era la chiave della camera dietro al banco della reception e sono riuscito ad entrare in camera. Considerando che viaggiavo con due bambini piccoli, non il massimo del confort. Verso le ore 2 di notte mi ha chiamato una persona dello staff chiedendomi dove fossi.... E' arrivato in struttura come se fosse tutto normale e non si è nemmeno scusato del disguido. Poi non si è più visto nessuno per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Se non fosse stato per lo staff, avrei sicuramente dato un voto più alto, ma questa mancanza per me è molto grave.

Door een miscommunicatie te vroeg aangekomen en daar werden wij luidt en duidelijk op geattendeerd. Zeer onwelkom gevoel daardoor.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Llegamos abajo al portal a las 15:21h como no contestaba nadie al portal llamamos a los dos teléfonos que aparecen en el portal uno de ellos no contestaron en los 4 intentos que hicimos el otro a la tercera llamada contestó nos dijo que en 5 u 8 minutos llegaría una persona a abrirnos 25 minutos más tardes intentó llamar de nuevo dos veces más y no contestó a los pocos minutos me llamó otro chico que en 10 minutos llegaría que le habían Acabado de avisar que yo estaba ahí, al final 40 minutos esperando a que nos abrieran para darnos la llave de la habitación, tengo que decir que el chico que nos atendió y nos hizo el cheking fue muy amable

Pas de réception continue donc en cas de besoin pas de possibilité de demander, fermeture volet et fenêtre à revoir, lit d'appoint réservé à l'avance et pas prévu à l'arrivée avec tarif différent de ce qui m'avait été dit mais problème réglé lorsque j'ai montré l'échange écrit et tarif de base appliqué. Télécommande qui fonctionnait à moitié pour la télé

Слабый сигнал wi-fi(в номере почти не работает). Номер совсем небольшой,было тесновато.

Lo staff poichè al termine del soggiorno ci siamo accorti di aver lasciato in camera le nostre AirPods. Prontamente abbiamo avvisato la struttura che stava in quel momento pulendo la camera. Le AirPods non sono state trovate nonostante il segnale Gps ci indicasse la posizione segnalata.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Türkiyeden Barcelonaya geleceklere önerim. Başka bir yer aramayım. Buranın konumu, merkeze yakınlığı, metro, otobüs imkanları tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Temiz, konforlu klimalı balkonlu, önü caddeye bakan refah bir hotel. Hemen yakınlarında kahvaltı mekanları, market, cafe var. Tekrar barcelonaya gidecek olsam yine burayı tercih ederim. Joeye güler yüzlü karşılaması ilgi alaka ve süpriz ikramı için çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Tudo ótimo!! Adoramos a estadia. Com destaque para o atendimento do Sr. José, extremamente simpatico e atencioso, adoramos!!
