J’ai adoré le sourire et indisponibilités, dignité du personnel qui tente vraiment de vous rendre le séjour agréable.

Il manque de nettoyage approfondi dans les chambres, ainsi que sur la terrasse de la piscine qui est très sale ( oiseaux, mort dans la piscine )

The room beautifully decorated. the Spa is really great and the massage was very good.

There is no wy to hang the showerhead in the shower/bath. so difficult to wash your hair if you have to hold the showerhead at the same time.

-Accueil TOP et tout le personnel aux petits soins. -Emplacement parfait -Petit déjeuner -Propreté -Jeu d'arcade (mon fils a vraiment apprécié la petite partie journalière)

Fue una experiencia increíble. Al llegar, Lobna, la chica que estaba en recepción, nos explicó todo lo que podíamos hacer cerca del Riad y los paquetes que tenían para el spa y el Hamman. Contratamos el Hamman para 2+ masaje y la verdad que fue una experiencia muy gratificante, salimos de ahí con 10 años menos jajaja Además, nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación super bonita y grande por disponibilidad. Destacar también a Tarek, que fue muy amable y atento. Nos atendió en el restaurante, la comida estuvo genial, muy contundente, además nos ayudó con las maletas y nos dio muchos consejos para que nuestro viaje fuera más completo. La piscina de la azotea era super relajante y con unas vistas muy bonitas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos la experiencia. Gran equipo!

Расположение риада было отличным - в 5 минутах хотьбы от медины. Приветливый персонал. Номерной фонд приятный - не очень старый, красивый белый Риад.

Номер очень маленький, окна выходят внутрь риада, что делает вас рыбкой в аквариуме, на которую все смотрят. Шторы из-за этого не было возможности открыть и в номере был вечный полумрак. Мы оставались всего на 2 ночи и только ночевали в номере, но если ехать на более длительное время - это совершенно некомфортно, рекомендовала бы взять улучшенный номер. Кровать маленькая, жесткая, подушки слишком высокие и спать было совершенно не комфортно. Я все две ночи, что мы были в Риаде не высыпалась. Завтрак - вкусный, но супер скудный, без сменного ассортимента (каждый день одно и то же). Пара дней - окей, дольше - скорее всего захочется завтракать где-то в ином месте или вообще брать риад без завтраков.

Clean , and very central

The roof top area was poor , no service and it looked closed. The room was good size . We had Junior suite but you could hear everything outside the room. Iit didn’t have the charm many of the riad have in the city . And web cite said you could order champagne ,but they didn’t have a license. So overall ok stay but quite pricey for what you get.

Riad estupendo muy bien situado y con personal super amable. Ideal para una escapada a Marrakech, con spa y una pequeña piscina en la azotea. Lobna es un encanto, nos ayudó en todo. Repetiría sin duda.

Die Lage war gut, allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, so daß wir in der Nacht mehrmals gestört wurden. Das Frühstück wurde am Tisch serviert und war jeden Tag identisch.

Une chambre très spacieuse, un petit déjeuner juste exceptionnel, au centre de la Medina mais calme le soir. Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 nuitées que nous avons apprécié de tous les instants. Le personnel du petit déjeuné étaient adorables. Nous avons également profité du SPA qui est incroyable, les tarifs sont pas donnés mais le personnel le hamamm d'une gentillesse et les massages sont supers.

Un service accompagnement du Riad au Taxi et vis versa serait apprécié.

L’établissement est très bien mais très mal tenu , le gardien de nuit ne fait absolument pas son travail , les gens parlent très fort , claquent les portent et du coup dans un road rien n’est insonorisé et cela résonne partout très fort , donc des nuits très mouvementées et bruyantes ! Il faisait très chaud en ce début de saison mais la piscine était vide , nous l’avons fait remplir mais problème d’eau donc sans exagération nous avions un fond de piscine de 20 cm maximum !!! Et pour tout clôturer il y avait une petite fuite donc pendant quelques jours ils ont cassé les carreaux et piqué le béton , le repos sur les transats étaient donc ratés !!!!! Bref quel dommage d’avoir un si bel établissement et si mal tenu .D’ou cette mauvaise note et j’oubliais bon petit déjeuner mais pas assez de table et de personnels donc au réveil on peut vous faire attendre 30 bonnes minutes dehors 😬😡

Site magnifique plein cœur de la Médina et proche Kutubdia. Petit déjeuner bien garni et de qualité. Un personnel très aimable au niveau de chaque service, très serviable également.

Terrasse pas mise en place deuxième semaine d'Avril. Parasol cassé. Accès à la chambre de la suite par un escalier très étroit, marches très hautes, pas de rampe afin de se sécuriser. Très dangereux! Aucun rangement dans la chambre à l'étage, pas même un valet pour poser les affaires; il faut de déshabiller dans le petit salon au rez de chaussée. Pas de porte savons dans la douche. Pas de petites serviettes de toilette dans la salle de bains de la chambre. Salle de bains minuscule. Restaurant avec choix extrêmement limité. Pas de vin ni aucun alcool dans l'établissement Café espresso en supplément au petit déjeuner.

The medina area feels safe and is filled with hussle and bussle from morning to evening. Very close to the maze of souks. Hotel is tranquil, well kept but under utilised with a rooftop that is there but seems not to be purpousfully arranged for guests other than a small shallow pool and some seating spaces. Wonderful staff that tries their outmost to help you as much as they can.

Room was not what was advertised and confirmed on Booking.com. Much smaller Ca 30%. However, hotel claim it is in the same room chategory as what we think are photos from a much larger room. Not cool. Breakfast was ok, but chaotic serving. No buffet. You eat what you get. Coffee and milk for all guests was served through two thermoses. Table arrangement seemed not to be arranged with the room guest list in each room. Tables had to be moved almost every day to fit the guests coming from each room. Room for improvement on dinner. Better elsewhere.

Pequeno almoço incrível, com variedade e tudo muito bem servido e saboroso! O quarto é grande e espaçoso, o WC é muito bonito. O staff é muito atencioso e muito simpático. O spa no andar de baixo com piscina de acesso gratuito, com água tépida, é muito lindo e tem um ambiente romântico e relaxado. É uma ótima opção para sair da agitação da cidade. Destaque especial para os profissionais que lá trabalham, sempre disponíveis e muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

O nosso quarto era um bocado escuro, algumas janelas não fechavam. Mas no geral é ótimo.

Only that the rooms were a bit small. Nice but not much space to open up suitcases.

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und ruhig, Frühstück üppig und sehr gut, die Lage beim Eingang zum Souk, perfekt. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Terasse zum Essen war nicht einladend. Vergilbte Plastikmöbel, halb voller kleiner Pool. Die ganze Terrasse machte irgendwie einen ungenutzten Eindruck.

Great location. Very central to the medina and Souks, and Jemaa el fna square and the main roof tops and visiting landmarks. The Riad is nice, clean, full of light. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. We looked forward for breakfast every morning. The staff is nice and helpful. The Hammam Signature experience at the spa was the highlight of our stay. I highly recommend it.

We couldn't enjoy the rooftop so much. The weather didn't allow. But we did make some nice pictures.

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft. Wir hatten zwei riesige Zimmer und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Riad ist wunderschön gestaltet, und die Dachterrasse ist definitiv ein Highlight. Auch der Spa‑Bereich ist sehr ansprechend. Das Frühstück war super lecker, abwechslungsreich und wurde mit Tischservice serviert, was wir besonders genossen haben. Ein großes Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt – alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very good location, very clean room and also beautiful. Breakfast was FANTASTIC and service exceptional.

Tv didn’t work, for 3 days we asked and complained but nothing done. Also rooftop pool had no water in it and big flys everywhere at that part of the rooftop. Very off putting!
