Je recommande cette adresse. Bon emplacement. Proche du café de France. La place djema el fnaa est à 2 pas. Assez calme si la chambre n est pas située côté ruelle. Nous avons apprécié le roof top. Et la gentillesse du personnel. Cela faisait la 2ème fois que nous y allions. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nos disgustamos mucho en el traslado al Aeropuerto porque lo contratamos y pagamos en el Riad y al salir del Riad, se nos dijo que nos esperaba el coche en el Cafe du France, no fue asi. Tuvimos que ir hasta la salida de la Medina a esperar el transporte, y la propina que le dimos a la persona que nos llevo hasta alli con las maletas, no le parecio bien y decia que teniamos que darle mas dinero, que llamaba al Riad porque decia que no eramos serios y no queria que nos fueramos y estuvo discutiendo con el conductor. Fue todo muy desagradable y te ves en una situacion comprometida porque tu das por hecho que eso lo negocia el Riad con los hombres que nos acompañan al coche con las maletas ydamos por hecho que en lo que pagamos ya va incluido todo porque no nos dicen en ningun momento que tenemos que pagarle al de las maletas

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad des Nations. Samira et toute son équipe sont absolument adorables, toujours disponibles et très attentionnés. Le riad est idéalement situé, à seulement une minute à pied de la célèbre place Jemaa el-Fna, tout en étant au calme, ce qui est très appréciable. L’endroit est très propre, bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit confortable et agréable. On s’y sent vraiment bien, comme dans un petit cocon au cœur de la médina. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nosotros pagamos lo que nos indicaron que valia el traslado al aeropuerto al Riad, y no nos dijeron que ademas teniamos que darle mas dinero al que nos acompaño al coche, cuando nosotros por el buen trato del personal del Riad, ya dejamos tambien propina en el Riad, ademas del pago del traslado. Entiendo que el tema de pagar a la persona que nos acompaña con las maletas es algo que va incluido en el pago que hacemos por el transporte al aeropuerto, y no que ademas tengamos que pagar a todos los que nos llevan. Ademas cuando habiamos acordado que el coche estaria a 100 mts del Riad y no fue asi. Pero a 100 mts del riad, si que habian unos taxi por si queriamos transporte hasta el aeropuerto. Igual de haberlo sabido no hubieramos contratado el transporte al aeropuerto con el Riad, porque nos llevamos una decepcion tremenda con el señor que nos decia que teniamos que pagarle por llevarnos el equipaje, y el Riad en ningun momento nos dijo que teniamos que pagarle algo a ese señor. Ha sido una pena irnos con ese mal sabor de boca de Marrakech, y al hacerlo en el momento que vas con prisas por llegar al aeropuerto con prisas te crea mucha angustia, si te dicen que igual no te llevan.

Le personnel, surtout Aziz, très disponible, Le calme, le cadre et l'emplacement. Le petit dejeuner copieux. Les terrasses aménagées, avec vue sur l'atlas et sur la ville

Les.salles de bain vieillottes. Le hammam qui n'a jamais fonctionné, mais dint le prix de la seance a été exigé (35 euros par personne). Le personnel a voulu nous faire croire qu'a Marrakech les hammans se pratiquaient froids. Une après midi couteuse, décevante et gâchée. A noter qu'il n'y a auxun SPA. Mais la masseuse venue d'un autre établissement était très efficace.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I chose this place from Booking.com seeing the reviews and I must say that it actually reflects all the positive things they said! Aziz is a super receptionist, we drink tea every night together explaining everything about Marrakech, and Faty an excellent chef. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

El Personal se portó maravillosamente con nosotros, encantadores, discretos y atentos en todo momento.

Loved the atmosphere, the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to find. The staff were there to help us at any time of day. We had to leave very early for a balloon ride and they made is coffee at 5:00 am before we left.

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

The staff were very helpful, I was given hot water to fill my hot water bottle at night. The location is perfect, walking distance to most places of interest. The breakfast was nice, pancakes, egg, breads yoghurts, pastry and amazing fresh orange juice! We were accompanied to our taxi, to make sure we got to the airport on time. Which was very kind.

The double room we booked said it includes a tv. We did not have one. But used the WiFi on our phones in the evening. The hairdryer needed a good clean, it was sticky from product build up. It may be worth the Riad considering a sign or policy for guests to be quiet after 11pm. The last two nights we were woken up in the middle of the night by inconsiderate guests. - Not the fault of the Riad at all, just a suggestion to add a sign.

The place is decorated with a very fine taste. Welcoming vibes and great people. The staff is very helpful and lovely. Thanks to an amazing Aziz , smiley Samira and shy fatima . You do feel good there.

El alojamiento ha sido el mejor sitio que podría haber elegido. Los que llevan el Riad, son muy agradables, dispuestos a ayudarte y orientarte sobre restaurantes, sitios que visitar y darte las mejores opciones. El desayuno lo recomiendo 100%. Es super completo, tortitas, dulces, pan, café, zumo natural, frutas, etc. Yo soy celíaca y es verdad que no disponían de pan sin gluten, pero me hacían tortilla francesa, y con las frutas y el café, desayunaba de maravilla. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, y con mucha limpieza. La ubicación es genial. Repetiría sin duda!!! Gracias por todo!!!

Sinceramente no puedo hablar de nada negativo de este alojamiento.

The kindness and communication were everything. They helped me out so much, got back to me instantly and helped with my car and luggage transport into the Medina, trust me, you need that. They went out of their way with kindness, I even got up super late one morning 11:30am and they still cooked me a full breakfast. My flight was delayed overnight and they still kept my room for me, they Helped me find places, extended my stay, fixed my return home and even printed my boarding pass, because you have to have a printed one and I didn't know that. Service was everything. They also set me up with a private hamman scrub and massage upstairs on the rooftop. I will forever praise this place as a single solo female traveler. Oh they also have someone at the front desk 24hrs. The rooms are huge with high ceilings, bed is king and comfortable, they have air conditioning and most important good WiFi. Water pressure strong and hot hot water. I mean 7 star service. I felt so comfortable and safe and it's literally 30feet from the main square, yet somehow quite in your room.

El personal del Riad encantador, a pesar del idioma trataron de entendernos en todo momento. El desayuno, muy bueno. La habitación, estupenda. Pondría un pero, la limpieza deja un poco que desear, tiene que mejorar bastante.

The most wonderful staff, Abdelazsz, Samira and Fatima, they will make you feel like you are at home. Great location, calm and cozy athmosphere, wonderful rooftop to chill in the evening and fantastic massage in their hammam. Highly recommended!

We loved this Riad! It was close to the main square and tons of restaurants and shopping. Staff was great, breakfast was so good! Would stay again!

Breakfast very good, classic French-Moroccan sweet form. Wonderful owners, service at the highest level. Location very good, Medina and most of Marrakesh within walking distance. I recommend this place also if someone likes SPA, massage girls are brilliant.

The Riad is set in a convenient location, a few steps from Jemaa el Fna square. The staff is friendly and super helpful.

Small cozy riad with lovely home atmosphere .Great location, close to main square, but very quiet place. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and hospitable , provided us with everything we wanted : transfers, any time breakfast, all useful information, map, etc. Huge thanks to Abdul and Samira for your attention and help! Great value for money!

The ventilation in the bathroom was a bit weak and the heated towel rail didn't work, but it wasn't a big problem

From the moment we walked through the door, we could tell we had chosen the perfect Riad. Abdul welcomed us warmly and served us tea while checking us in. After a long night waiting for a delayed flight it was just the right touch to soothe us for sleep. In the morning we met Samira, what a delightful soul. A musical voice and a ready laugh like a tinkling bell. Both were gentle, caring and, oh so helpful. They are ready and able to arrange any guides, spa visits, and recommend the best local shops and eateries. The Riad is located close enough to the Jemma el-Fnaa that there was no fear of getting lost, but far enough away that the nights were quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The decor was elegant and luxurious, sitting in the lounge at the end of the day was a highlight. I would highly recommend Riad Des Nations to anyone visiting Marrakech. It was certainly the highlight of our trip.

There was a bit of noise coming from the street at night, even with the windows closed, but it was not too much, considering the proximity to Jemaa el Fnaa, so not a major problem.

Soundproofing is not great but it is a Riad so you we hear your neighbors. Towels would need replacing as they have seen better days. Carpets in the room were not really clean. Room was on the simpler side and a bit dated.

El trato de los propietarios, en especial Jamal, fue espectacular. El desayuno muy variado y abundante y sobre todo casero. La habitación muy espaciosa acogedora. El baño quizás algo pequeño, pero funcional y limpio y completamente equipado. Nos esperaron hasta la madrugada para la entrada con un té de bienvenida, todo un detalle por las horas. Wifi rápido y con buena cobertura. Si queréis, os pueden servir el desayuno en la terraza disfrutando de vistas a todo la Medina.

Lovely stay, very clean. Just a one-two minute walk to Jema Al Fena square, Very quiet despite being so close to souks. Jamal and Samira always keen to help. Always smiling and friendly. May be useful to know that you pay for stay on checkout with cash.

the property is perfect

The riad was in a very good location (once found) - it says behind cafe france but its slightly more than that. We were there for 6 nights for our honeymoon and my birthday. We did request for something special for the occasion but nothing was honoured which was sad because we received notification via email that the request could be fulfilled. Having read a recent review it seems like it was made special for their occasion which has kind of added to the disappointment. The staff were nice, they did their best to make you feel comfortable. We met the owner who was a very modest, humble man. Had some very good conversations with him. We didnt try any of the spa facilities as they were considerably more expensive than others on the same street. I would recommend this riad, however not for the amount of nights we stayed. The breakfast was pretty repetitive. Rooms were nice and clean. Basic. No TV in room. The terrace is nice. Spent our evening there to relax once back from the noisy jemaa el fnaa. Nice views day and night. It was a nice stay. Would i stay again, probabaly not- it was a lot of money for not so much back (if that makes sense)

Where do I start? This was an incredible stay for all the right reasons. The architecture and decor were classic Morocco, absolutely beautiful everywhere you looked. Everything was clean, the included breakfasts were amazing, and we elected to have dinner one evening and it was better than any restaurant in the area (and the restaurants are very good). However, the crown jewel for our riad was the people. Nouhaila and Jamel were the most attentive people we've ever met at a hotel, and they were willing to go so far above and beyond that we could not stop talking about how kind they were. We were celebrating a 20 year anniversary, and they decorated the room with a vase of roses, flower petals, towel swans, balloons, and a huge selection of fruits, nuts, and treats. Absolutely top service. When we checked in, they told us that this is our home and we will treat you like family. They did just that, and we felt so taken care of. We liked one of the treats they provided, and Jamel went out and purchased more for us to take home! Honestly the most special "hotel" (it seems wrong to call it that because it felt we were staying with long lost friends) experience, and if you are anywhere near Marrakech this is the place to be. It was also right in the middle of all the market action, so when we stepped out of the building we were in all the excitement people go to Marrakech for. They constantly advised us on what to not miss, what to avoid, and even how much we should negotiate for the items we wanted to buy. Top score for Riad Des Nations and their wonderful team Nouhaila and Jamel, when we return with the family there is only one place we will look to stay. Absolutely amazing, 12/10!!

we had a wonderful time stating at Riad des Nation the manager Nohayla magical girl is amazing so chatty and friendly and very helpful makes you feel soo welcomed and goes out way for every customer. the location was good roof terrace is peaceful wifi connection was great the Breakfast was delicious and filling the hosts offer a transfer service but taxis and tul tuks are super cheap and vert easy to hail very safe we will definitely return someday Jamal was fantastic and so friendly

Location, comfortable beds!

The riad was comfortable and the people at the Riad are nice. There were only three comments for improvement -- TV doesn't have any channels and the shower leaked outside the shower stall. The only thing I didn't understand is them asking for payment in Euros (cash) with no credit card option then told me I could pay the rest with the credit card. I did not have that much Euros on hand and US$ didn't seem to be an option, although I could have changed into Dirhams. This is an unusual request for a hotel where the bill is usually in the hundreds of dollars for a 4 night stay.

I did a little research before I booked this place, and it turned out to be completely correct. This is right next to the main square where all the action is happening. Restaurants, good shops, access to taxis, and so much more. This location was great. Now, about the Riyadh. A tiny little alleyway leads you to it and you have no idea what’s coming up next. Then they open the doors, and it’s big and beautiful inside. The staff are there 24 hours a day, and so helpful. The owner of the Richard usually comes every day between 10 and two. Amazing gentleman to chat with. If I come back to Marrakesh, I will definitely stay here again. Trust me, this is a good choice.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location was right near the main square but far enough away that it was very quiet in the hotel.

The rooms were very dark, and our "Deluxe Suite" was really not much more than a standard room. Not mentioned until after you make the booking - you have to pay cash and pay on check-in, or on the day of check-in.

This is a wonderful riad. The staff are amazing - so helpful and friendly. They really made our stay special. Everything else was perfect too. As there are only 8 rooms, you really feel taken care of. The location is perfect, right next to the main square and souks. The riad itself is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the loungers on the roof. As we were there in winter, the nights were chilly, however there were heaters in the rooms. We would definitely recommend this lovely riad.

the staff are so caring and kind! they made the stay wonderful. as a solo traveler it made me feel so good to have a “family” always around if I needed anything. don’t miss out on the roof with super strong WiFi. dinner and massage were A+. super clean and even had wine and beer which is often hard to find in riads. location is perfect and it’s literally steps away from the main plaza but tucked away on a peaceful street. generous breakfast.

We liked quietness and peaceful atmosphere. It would be further improved if the property provides arrangements for muslim shower in the toilet.

My stay was fabulous and it had exceeded my expectations. Abdul Fatah was very hospitable and wonderful to deal with. The place had an A/C air conditioner that was as cool as 18c ( 64F) very nice in hot summer months. The showers also had hot water good for winter, although you’d have to wait 2 minutes or less as the shower operates in a has boiler. The place was very clean and would be cleaned every time I went out for the day. I’ve stayed at other Riads but non were as good as this experience. I would sure book again when I come back to Marrakesh. On my last day, the wen working here cooked us a wonderful meal that we had bought. Must say is was even better than the restaurants out there. Overall, I’m greatly satisfied with my stay here 😀

İt was very nice. İt's beautiful and very well kept up. Has a lovely roof terrace. İt was really pristine. My only issue us that it was a bit more expensive than all the other Riad nearby so I thought it would be something more but it's really the same as the others. İt was beautiful though and their staff are great!
