staff were polite but japanese people are.

I never felt welcomed.

Check in and reception staff were great and helpful.

The restaurant offering was poor we could go to family mart and get similar food for a much reduced price the staff were inefficient, we had to ask for water, no one was interested in serving us, not sure if it was because we were not Japanese or because we wanted the ala carte and not the set.

Great location. We were able to get anywhere we wanted quickly. We loved the staff they were fabulous. They went out of their way to help.

This hotel is amazing! Incredible room, amazing swimming pool and spa area, great restaurant, and right next to a subway stop within one minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and a special shout out to Kenichi who went above and beyond to help me with transportation, activities, and other questions that I had. Really an awesome hotel and perhaps the greatest city on earth, Tokyo.

The hotel is great, clean and in a perfect location just besides the Ginza line station. The staff is very kind and attentive, the rooms spacious and very clean. Towels gets changed every day and the food is good at the 8th floor restaurant (we only had breakfast there) and absolutely delicious at the tempura bar (1st floor) where also the service is top-notch.

There is no indication anywhere that the SPA, gym and swimming pools facilities CANNOT BE USED if you have TATTOOS, which is the custom in Japan for public baths but at discretion of private ones. We have booked this hotel mainly for those facilities and it has been very disappointing to discover we cannot use them ONLY AFTER booking it.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We could not think anything that we did not like during our staying. Good experience and excellent service.

Staff at front desk were amazing! Kind and helpful. However, the actual room had many marks in the wall snd ceiling. The room was run down and desperately needed and update. Also, do not book this hotel if you would like to access the pool/public baths and have tattoos. They are unwavering with their policy and will not let you. Really wanted to like this place but not worth the price.

Sehr grosse Hotelzimmer für Tokio. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Aoyama ist auch ein schönes und gutes Viertel, was nicht so überlaufen ist wie Shinjuku oder Shibuya. Die U-Bahn Station Gaiemmae (Ginza Line) ist gleich ums Eck

위치나 방크기는 좋았지만 너무 낡았고 옆에 큰 운동장이있어서 응원하는 소리에 시끄럽고 방에는 햇볕조차 들지않고 아주 어두운 객실입니다 양쪽으로 빌딩이 있어서 뷰도 없습니다 쇼핑만 하고 잠만 잔다면 추천하지만 두번은 안갈듯합니다

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with the spa team providing particularly outstanding service. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and designed for maximum comfort. The hotel itself offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

I felt that having to pay for additional extras was disappointing, especially considering the premium price of staying even if just in a 'Classic' room. It would have been nice if more amenities were included to enhance the overall value of the experience.

Very large room - staff were very helpful and friendly. Condition of room was slightly tired and traditional style decor. Size of room did compensate ( much bigger than any other room we had whilst in Japan) and luxury brand toiletries available. First class location in very pleasant area and right next to train station and walking distance to main attractions. We used the swimming pool but note that there is a charge. It is a great lap pool and unusual to find in Tokyo so we definitely valued this facility.

A small point- the hotel dossnt offer guests a morning newspaper, which is unusual for 5*

Rooms are big Location is perfect for Omotesando shopping Staff are professional and helpful We were offered a room upgrade for a small fee, so we got a ginormous bed, which is firm and comfy. Toiletries were good and smelt divine This is the 2nd time we’re staying here, will be back next year :)

I liked everything, the only thing that I didn’t like as much was the room service options. They only had 4 options and some of them weren’t that good.

Staff were helpful and welcoming, the location near a Metro station and near to some major sights / shopping streets was pleasing.Room was well equipped, very clean. The tempura restaurant downstairs was excellent.

The upstairs restaurant is somewhat old fashioned and lifeless. We went for a drink one night and were the only people there. Breakfast presented little selection and odd combinations/ offerings that we did not finish. Updating and livening up required. All staff were lovely.

Loved the space of our room and the location of the property. A bit on the pricier side, esp for the lack of included amenities for what you pay for. Also the bill was a bit confusing to me on how they break things down. However the staff was quite helpful.

Rooms are surprisingly spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially the restaurant staff who were very accommodating to our requests. The close proximity to the Gaiemmae Station is very convenient for transportation.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with an incredible shower that stood out as a highlight. The onsen, sauna, and gym facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations!

Had to pay additional for the pool, staff was not very flexible, no buffet breakfast. Can only choose between 3 breakfast options.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Unfortunately the room I was given this time was in a noisy location Room 210.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Gaiemmae Station along the Ginza line and it takes only 45 minutes from the Haneda Airport. It is within walking distance to the National Stadium and also a baseball stadium. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant serving noodle around the hotel and a few western cafe. There is also no buffet breakfast in the hotel too so not too convenient for dinning.

The location of the hotel is right by the Gaiemmae train station along the Ginza Line which made getting around Tokyo extremely convenient. It was also a pleasant walk to Omotesando, whilst exploring the many different shops along the way. The surrounding area also has decent food options and loads of combinis!

There wasn't much to dislike about the hotel to be honest. If anything, the decor for the hotel may come across to some as rather old-school - wood paneled desks and chairs, dark wood cabinet console that had wing panels, and no smart TV.

We got breakfast included which I would't do again. It was not that great but other than that the hotel was exceptional. The location was great on the Ginza line and was next door to the hotel. The staff were fantastic and the room was amazing very large and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didnt like was the breakfast it wasnt that great. The staff at breakfast were fantastic its just the food choice was strange.

More light is needed in the sink area of the bathroom. Plus, we should have been offered the Japanese menu at breakfast.

The property was very nice- clean, and updated rooms. The train station is just around the corner. The breakfast was amazing- fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, an assortment of delicious fruits, a soup of the day and your choice of a main dish. They also have rice porridge with various toppings available.

The room is spacious, absolutely perfect for a family of three. Our room is on the 1st floor, but it's really quiet. The hotel location is also good, five minutes walk from the metro, and there's a Family Mart nearby.

The breakfast is delicious, but there are only three options available: Benedict egg, Croque Madame, and hot dog. And the breakfast manu is fixed.

We loved the location. The hotel is in a wonderful part of the city and you like like you are in a neighborhood. The hotel is boutique style so was very nice. The room offered a ton of storage and was very spacious. The room could be slightly restored, but the square footage of the room and location made up for it. Would definitely return and recommend it.

Again NOT CHILD FRIENDLY mis leading advertising shows pool etc in the photos get an unclear message from the hotel before you come which alludes to children not allowed in the spa but when you get there they tell you the pool is over 18 and then if you could use it they sting you with an aud fee of $33 dollars per person after forking out for the hotel. The breakfast was a set menu freezing cold and uneatable don’t bother getting it included in here it was horrible no one ate it. I also think booking.com need to up the game and point this out clearer at the time of booking for families it’s the normal to expect to be allowed use the facilities you think you have paid for and none of the properties ever offer a discount because of this. overall overpriced dated with bad food and staff who don’t like children there as guests.

The hotel is conveniently located at Ginza Line Metro and walking distance to Harajuku and Shibuya. The room is spaciou and relaxing. Very good restaurants in the hotel.

Was disappointed to find out the Spa facilities did not allow customers with tattoos to use. Many spa/hotels these days already allow customers with tattoos especially if covered up with stickers (sold by the facilities)

This property was within walking distance from Shibuya crossing. With a subway stop just out the rear exit.

The large room and the beds were large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
