This is a really good quality hotel at the heart of Roppongi. I travelled for work and the location was perfect. The room size was very good for Tokyo standard..:) Very comfy beds, an excellent bathroom with both bath and shower, all very nicely appointed and 100% clean. Wonderful breakfast on 14th floor, with great views over Tokyo. Really friendly staff.

My room was on the second floor (I asked for a low floor), but there didn't appear to be the options of taking the stairs to go up. So a bit of waiting with the elevators each time. But that is of course a really small item...:) Also, the small work table was handy but not suitable if you need to do any serious work in the room.

The AC kept conking off every other day then the hot water in the washroom - then the staff at reception were super unhelpful. Very stressful for my senior citizen parents. Won’t ever stay here

Great location in Tokyo, very close to the restaurants and convenience stores of Roppongi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. Although breakfast offered a more limited selection than many hotels of this standard and was à la carte only, the food was high quality.

The rooms are spacious and clean, you have everything you need in the room. The location is amazing, it is calm and easily connected to everything. I really recommend this place for staying in Tokyo. And as an extra treat there is a fantastic bar and restaurant on the top floor.

The opening time for the gym and laundry room were not well communicated, it is a really small detail and did not change anything for us really.

Location is convenient: lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, not too far from two underground stations (different lines), easy to get to other areas in Tokyo. Hotel staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help.

We were staying in August and ac was not working well. Duvets were too thick and with ac acting out it was difficult to sleep at night. Not much choice at breakfast, we opted out for eating elsewhere after our first breakfast at the hotel. For the price it would be better to have a buffet style breakfast or more choices in the menu.

A really great stay, breakfast was really tasty & perfectly done ( eggs benedict :-) ) , a good dinner menu selection food was lovely, with a great bar and cocktails, room was on small side ( as u wud expect), but clean and tidy , check in/check out fast & efficient and staff so so nice and so helpful.

Nothing to complain about :-)

De mensen zijn heel aardig en de locatie erg fijn en veilig. Het personeel spreken goed Engels en leggen alles goed uit. Het ontbijt is geweldig!

Lo staff era estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato è probabilmente la più bella e la più grande di quelle in cui siamo stati in Giappone.

We were very happy with the location. Very central and with the taxi's or Uber we could easily drive to all the famous attractions.

Il letto king size per tre: in realtà sono due piazze e mezzo unite e chi dorme al centro sprofonda tra i due materassi. Stanza minuscola in cui si fa fatica ad aprire anche una sola valigia. Ci sono solo due lavatrici insufficienti per il numero di clienti!

It was a nice and modern hotel located in CBD that radiated luxury but with lots of shortcomings under the surface.

Upon entry in room we found it very dusty and even with hair of the previous customers. We left it on the ground to check cleaning quality and it remained in place day after day. This was really shameful for Japanese standards. We had a room with the sink in the corridor which we found inacceptable. A sink to wash up and to brush teeth does not belong in the corridor in an establishment that sells itself as 5-star, but in the bathroom that can get wet. The airco in one of the rooms was not working properly and some functions of the Japanese toilet were broken as well. This hotel was really overpriced.

The food was the best part of the hotel. I expected a breakfast buffet but it was an à la carte system. However, it was fast and efficient and had everything we needed. Miss Y.ogiya deserves to be the employee of the year because of her professionalism, friendliness and kindness. In general, the restaurant staff are the ones that saved this establishment from receiving a fail score.

Rooms dusty and not well cleant, sink next to room entry instead of in bathroom, toilet not fully operational, gym was smaller than needed, location was convenient near Metro but neighbourhood was not so welcoming.

Location is good. It’s near Roppongi Hill and Azabudai Hill, two very upmarket areas of Tokyo. There is a 200-meter stretch near the hotel that’s a bit dodgy but not a big issue. The hotel has practical facilities including a vending machine and two washing & drying machines. There are iron, shoe cleaning equipments, toiletries, and everything else that you need for a comfortable stay.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile: anche durante il check-in digitale sono stato aiutato dalla ragazza alla reception e tutto si è svolto senza problemi. Siamo stati via alcuni giorni per visitare Kyoto, Osaka e Kanazawa e abbiamo lasciato i nostri bagagli in deposito. Al nostro rientro, tornando nello stesso hotel, abbiamo trovato tutto già sistemato in camera: un servizio davvero comodo e ben organizzato. L’hotel è molto carino, pulito e ordinato, con una bella vista sulla città. Un’altra nota positiva è il ristorante Balcon, al 14° piano: molto bello e scenografico, con una splendida vista sulla città e anche sulla Tokyo Skytree. La posizione è davvero strategica: la fermata del bus è proprio davanti all’hotel, mentre la metropolitana si trova a circa cinque minuti a piedi. Nei dintorni ci sono inoltre numerosi ristoranti e la zona è comoda per raggiungere diversi punti di Tokyo. Unico piccolo limite della camera, almeno per un soggiorno di più giorni, è lo spazio un po’ ridotto per i vestiti e nella zona del lavandino, che si trova proprio nel passaggio verso la camera. Nel complesso, però, siamo stati molto bene e tornerei sicuramente.

Nice, comfortable room, with large bathroom.. Excellent location, great wifi.

Hit and miss with staff. Many were lovely but several were unhelpful. As an example, we used the laundry to wash and dry our clothes. The drying function was faulty and we wasted a fair bit of money trying. When we asked the staff for help, they dissmissed our concern suggesting that it must have been our fault because our load was too big (our load was actually rather light). There was no offer to help, refund us, or investigate. A day later, there was a sign noting that the machine was broken. Despite this, I would stay again if the price was resonable as our room was nice and the location was great

The location was great. Easy to get in each direction of all the areas you would want to go. The rooms was nice too and the bed was good.

The couches in the lobby are really dirty and stained. Also one night some of my sheet had come off and in the morning I saw that I had been sleeping on big red stains on the madress of what can only be described as old dried bloo that had not been washed completely off.

Für ein Stadttrip einfach top . Alles um die Ecke vorhanden, U-Bahn , Busstation , Geschäfte , die 24 Std aufhaben , Bäcker , Café . Im Hotel ist alles an Pflegeprodukten vorhanden , sogar Scincare, Nachschub kann an der Rezeption immer geholt werden . Sogar Pyjamas , Bügeleisen ist vorhanden . Unsere Elektrogeräte wie Glätteisen funktionieren nicht wg der niedrigeren Spannung in Japan . Also alles zu Hause lassen

Location strategica 8min da roppongi station, zona ricca di locali e attività commerciali. Camera ampia e pulitissima. staff cordiale e super colazione.

Overall, it was great, no complaints. Despite of being on the busy street of Roppongi, the noise was not the issue at all, we slept very well. I liked that there was a washing area and bathttub. This was also the. main factor for choosing this hotel.

We used the restaurant for breakfast, but we felt that the value was not worth it. The side dishes (you can order unlimited, like buffet style) were not so fresh, and I prefer buffet style where you can actually see what you are getting. Also, overall cleanliness was good, but I wish they vacuumed the room more thoroughly. Also, the laundry machine was available on site, but there were only two machines for the whole hotel, so it was always occupied, and we weren't able to use. I wish they provided laundry machines on each floor.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I like facilities, the room is spacious compared the price with other hotel.

The check out staff that I met was un welcoming at all.

Very clean, great location, and within easy walking distance of Tokyo Tower, beautiful city gardens, and downtown Roppongi. The Russian consulate is right around the corner, which was interesting to see with its heavy security. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. My only small complaint was that some of the pillows contained small beads, which were a little loud and felt strange. Thankfully, there were regular pillows as well, so it was an easy swap. If you need to stay in the central Roppongi area, this is a great hotel and an excellent value for the money. The staff was very friendly and especially helpful for non-Japanese-speaking Americans.

A extra large bed for 3 people to share was a bit different. It was my husband and I and our son so all fine. A little but away from the centre of Tokyo but fine for us.

We embarked our 2 week Japan round trip with two nights at Mitsui Roppongi, and couldn’t have been better! We were three people sharing a supersized bed (not for the shy) and worked surprisingly well. The pyjamas in the room were a highlight, as well as an amazing à la carte breakfast with many delicious options (the matcha crepe cake is a must!) and even a nice view over Tokyo tower. Location was great for a two night stay exploring Tokyo, both near the underground and by foot. The lobby also smelled great which was a surprisingly nice welcome :)

There should have been more attention paid to cleanliness. The toilet paper is very thin, the thinnest I have ever seen. They should have more laundry machines for the entire facility; there were only two machines.

The room was tiny and quite dated, the aircon was lack lustre

Didn't have as it was overpriced. Vegetarian options are v.little. Given that a lot of international travellers come to Tokyo, it is surprising that there is not a wider choice of food options.

There is no airport shuttle. Food options were v.v.limited. Room was tinier than expected for 3 guests.

Very practical, could have more amenities. Realized Roppongi is very noisy and creepy at night so it may not be for everyone.
