Picturesque location... Beautiful large room with kitchen area and TV. Great Value! Nice people and really good Muay Thai Gym right across the street.

Its a bit difficult to walk anywhere and there's not much nearby.

The hotel is 2 mn away from the center (by motorcycle). The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was big and the bathroom too. It was perfect

The shower could have more pressure but this is a little detail honestly

Great clean comfortable small bungalow

Es un lugar muy cómodo y confortable emplazado en una ladera de cerro con jardines muy bien cuidados. Lugar muy bonito y tuvimos con mi esposa 11 días de mucho relajo y descanso en Pai. Pensé que iba a estar muy retirado del centro y en realidad estas a 5 minutos en moto y unos 15 a 20 caminando...

La carretera está cerca y el ruido de los vehículos se escucha, pero no afecta tanto.... Sin esta condición el lugar sería demasiado perfecto.

Not great but I guess that the place fits Pai standards, actually it could improve a lot by just renovating the rooms a little, fixing the sockets, giving real cup for coffee instead of paper ones, hands towels and shower gel.

גינה יפה ומטופחת, יש מטבח(אין כירה אבל נוח שיש מקום לבשל). נקי.

סגרתי בבוקינג ורשמתי שאנחנו זוג עם 2 תינוקות(כותבים אפילו את הגילאים), בוקינג הביא לי בית עם 2 חדרים, אבל כשהגעתי למקום הבנתי שזה 2 בתים… וזה היה מאוד מאכזב כי אנחנו לא יכולים להתפצל ל2 בתים, לא הסכימו להחזיר את הכסף. רחוק מהכל אבל עם אתם עם רכב או אפנוע זה בסדר.

Must have a scooter for this accommodation. 5 min ride into town but such a good spot and away from the party and power cuts. Super comfortable room and big. The toilet is separated from the shower by a retaining wall haha hard to find in Thailand. The bed was the most comfortable bed in Thailand as well. Great to have your own little house so close to town but still can enjoy nature and have your privacy. The staff are friendly and parking is easy. Cheap and comfortable rooms just 5 mins outside of Pai.

Bit of a walk into town to rent motorcycles and was located near a bar that was a little noisy at night. Never went on too late though

Lovely place just outside the main area of Pai, very peaceful and comfortable. Stunning garden that’s lovingly cared for each day by the lovely members of staff. Too far to walk so would recommend getting a scooter

Gorgeous outside with a very nice balcony.

It is visible that time has passed since the pictures, and the maintenance is average. No big problems, but little things not usable: the curtains in all the back of the flat are broken and have disappeared, the kitchen is strangely absolutely unequipped, just a boiler with a too short cord, some spots of moistureon the ceiling, and an adhesive tape to make the air-abd-noise insulation on the main door... And the "mountain and calm view" is on a big and noisy road... not really an issue specific with this resort, as all of Paï seems to be devastated by mass tourism resorts, big roads and hostels devouring the landscapes, and killing what's left of the old ways... A little bit too far from the town if you have not a motorized engine, as the sides of the big roads is not really suitable for pedestrians (we did it nonetheless but can not recommend it).

Loved that you get an entire bungalow for a really good price! And it was gorgeous

Need a motorbike

The property was in an ideal location for us. We didn’t want something in the town. On the bike it’s a five minute spin into the town and feels like you’re in the countryside. The room was spacious and exceeded our expectations!

Location is a bit tricky to get to upon arrival, though the staff did give me the number for a taxi. You need your own transportation to stay here. There are rooters right next to the houses that will start yelling at 5:30am. Be aware! Also the location is right by the busy road and the rooms are not soundproof so you may need earplugs. There is almost a kitchen but it's basically just a fridge and sink. No stoves or dishes or utensils in the room.

Located just a 10 minute walk from west he hustle and bustle of downtown Pai, the property is very tranquil and relaxing. The grounds and bungalows are very well maintained. The rooms themselves are spacious and nicely furnished. The owner was kind enough to get us a free taxi ride into town when she saw I had difficulty walking. Overall, our stay there though short was excellent!

The apartment is great, very big and with a nice garden. Big windows as well.

The room got very cold during the night, and you need a motorcycle to get to the actual city (bur only 4 minutes away).

Very spacious, whole place to yourself, fresh water everyday. Has a fridge, a kettle and all you would need for your stay. You need a bike as with most places in Thailand, owner kindly gave us a lift to pick up a bike

It is a very lovely place to stay if you want some peace and to be in the nature. I had a beautiful Mountain View from the porch of my house. The area and the room are neat and well kept. The staff is very helpful, when I needed to go to town if they were at the reception, they would give me a ride to the center. Hot water in the shower, comfy bed, fridge, very good wifi, everything you need!

I don’t drive a motorbike and it is a bit distant from the center.

Loved the location, just out of town. The bungalow was big with lots of windows and natural light. Comfy bed. Nice porch. Beautiful garden type location.

The bungalows are pretty close to road so there is some traffic noise, but I found it pretty quiet at Night. The bungalow has big steep steps, not a problem for me, but could be challenging for some people.

The place itself is pleasant overall and responds to the price. But when we were there the staff was not that present and it was difficult to get an answer. Even when we left a message through Bookin, the place took a while to answer or they didn't answer at all

Rooms were a bit dated and too close to the main road, there were very loud trucks going past every night

The room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, good water pressure and hot water availability, I did not use AC since room is quite cool, it was clean.

The only problem I see is that my room was over looking to the main road so views were not great and you could hear the traffic passing by. You will need a means of transportation. But the reality is that at this price it's difficult to find better.

- amazingly quiet, sometimes you can hear a vehicle from the street but overall pretty quiet - you are in the nature - super friendly and helpful staff - the owner is the most beautiful Thailand woman I have ever seen in the one month stay in Thailand - great location; it takes around 2-3 minutes with the scooter to get to the city center and around 6 minutes to the sunset spots (opposite direction to city) - the owner was so nice and drove us to a scooter renting shop who has reasonable price and is very friendly - the owner drove us with her car to the bus station

- we forgot to close the window in the night and almost frozen to death; ok it was not so cold but it was quite cold. The next nicht we closed the window and everything was good 👌(January) - they were very fully booked so that we couldn‘t book more days. They are too great. Actually that is not a negative point. It is more likely a positive point 😂

Huge, comfortable and great value bungalows. Beautiful garden setting. Quiet area, great to sleep at night. Very kind staff. Helped me with my visa extension. (Ask for the better English speaking team members if needed).

Very spacious room with kitchen space (fridge, cupboard and sink). We Had a House of our own with Veranda and Green sourroundings. Good that all Windows Had mosquito nets. Lovely to Hear the chickens and the cocks in the morning. Is is Just a 5 Minute Bike Ride into Town.

Unfortunately a big street is literary infront of the premisses so the Traffic especially the Motorbikes can bei Heard quite Well. Although there is a kitchen area in the House, there is No oven, Microwave or anything to Heat Up a meal. No cutlery, No plates. Just 2 Cups for instant Coffee and a kettle. We spent 4 nights there and there was No towel Change and the bins have Not been emptied.

Nice view, of course! A village-like area, about 1.7KM from walking street. You can get a king sized bed, a kitchen with a medium size refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, a hairdryer, and a good Airconditioner(A/C). I did not like the water pressure over there, but that's a minor thing for me.

Beautiful property with amazing rooms. Room was large, clean, had all necessities, and passed my expectations.

The room has lots of space and a small kitchen area as well. We liked how nice the staff were and thought it was a good value for the amount of space you get.

The property is about a five minute ride from the town of Pai so you just need to rent a moped or take taxis. Also, there were no kitchen supplies in the room and the burners were turned off.

Nice property, good value for money. Road is noisy and neighbouring venues are also loud at night but this is not an issue for me personally, however light sleepers may need ear plugs.

Bed was a bit hard and a lamp by the bed would be an improvement.

the stuff was very friendly , even gave us a lift to the bike shop and also to our next hotel when no taxis were available . cool little retreat definitely recommend .

Very quite, very spacious rooms. It is just on the entrance to the by pass road of Pai. Everything about this place is perfect except that the staff does not understand any level of English. Right from the sleeping comfort, parking facilities, everything is perfect.
