It’s a very good location for tourists in Jakarta. The staff was very helpful too

Wish the rooms had kettles and more amenities rather than paying for them when needed

Je suis navrée pour l'établissement en question s'il n'est pas responsable mais je cherche en vain à contacter le service client suite à un prélèvement frauduleux de booking sur mon compte qui ne correspond à aucune de mes réservations. Et comme, j'avais déjà reçu un message via WhatsApp, tentative de phishing concernant cette réservation... J' ai adressé 6 e-mails en 10 jours, essayé d'appeler sur numéro de téléphone booking mais c'est une ### d'IA qui ne sert à rien. En attendant, j' ai dû faire opposition sur ma carte bleue ce qui ne va pas sans poser problème.

The staff(girl at the reception) at the reception was very rude and not at all welcoming She tries to show that she is very busy and do not show any welcoming gestures towards guests and is not well trained for hospitality One day when I was out of the hotel then she texted me on the WhatsApp that whether the hotel staff can take the iron from my room as the other guests need it, so this the level and understanding of hospitality they have Room has small cockroaches so the cleanliness is not up to the mark There is no curtain and glass partition in one half of the shower area which leads to the spilling of water everywhere in the whole bathroom and toilet area while taking shower which makes everything very messy Room size is very small and hardly any space is left after all the stuff which is already there in the room No wardrobe or closet is there in the room so no where to keep your clothes and other stuff No side tables on the bed side No electric kettle for making tea in the room and if someone need it then they charge IDR50000 per day for it which is ridiculous for such a basic thing which should be there in the room without any extra charge So they have their cheap tactics of making money from the guests because of which it is not a good value for money stay option Lots of scope for improvement especially on the training and imparting of soft skills to the staff at the reception

They don't honoured what they stated when we booked. They mentioned that they have 3 bed (2 singles and 1 large double bed) in 1 room but when we checked in they said they dont have it and that was a mistake in the booking.com...when we ask for another bed, they asked for extra charge... That is not acceptable at all..!!

Needs some love and care - our room was very tired with stains, marks, and wear everywhere. Location is fine and close to the main monuments but quite far from the old town and newer areas especially with the traffic.

Rooms are dirty, beds got lots of bed bugs. I called manager to settle these things, coz my whole body was itch. Till I need to checkout 4am in the morning because I can’t stand the itch and there is no point of staying longer.

Very comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Perfect location for exploring the city. Will definitely return!

Booked (non-smoking) 3 double rooms and 1 twin room. The staff was super friendly 24/7, location is close to Sawah Besar train station (10-minute walk) but under the scorching sun, it feels like 30-minute walk. Nearby you can find many shops & eateries and 24/7 inconvenience store. the double rooms were great with a view to Monas. The water pressure was fine in all bathrooms. Amenities were sufficient. You can also leave your belongings before the check-in and after the check-out.

The twin room wasn't great as the light switch was broken and one of the lights didn't work. You've to make a cash-only 50 000 IDR deposit per room, which wasn't specified during the booking process.

The hotel has a very nice design and the staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. There are plenty of facilities available, with the laundry service being a particularly useful surprise. The location is excellent as well, close to the metro station and just a short distance from the city center.

The only drawback is the location in the middle of Jakarta’s busy center, where traffic can be difficult to navigate and often very slow. However, this is more due to the city itself and not something the hotel can control.

Staff was really friendly. Doan (thank you again) who was at the desk spent a long time helping me reserve train tickets with an app. I like the location very much; there is a market street just across from the hotel, and it is central Jakarta yet relatively quiet. The lobby is pleasant, rooms are clean and pretty well equipped. This was my second time at POP! and I will surely be back next time I'm in Jakarta.

The air-conditioning is working despite the sound being irritating. The bathroom condition is not that clean as I noticed stains here and there as well as the toilet bowl. The lift service is bad, only 1 lift is working at one time.

i forgot about the breakfast and during check in also the staff didnt remind us about the breakfast

maybe the staff can remind the customer about anything they need to know cause sometimes the customer also forget

The location is good, and easy walking distance from anything needed. There are good food choices nearby.

The shower was pretty leaky and the live music in the lobby was far too loud (and long).

Property from outside looks okay; however, once in the room: - First night, bed cover was unclean, there were stains /blotch/ spot on the bed cover, small cockroach on the bed, crawled into my legs. OMG! I immediately requested another room, still stains on the bed cover on the other room. Looked again the next room, until finally got okay. - No phone on the room, so no straight connection to the Front Desk, so I went down to FD. They explained there was an emergency phone in the hallway to communicate to front desk. - There was no electric outlet that fit US plugs (all for local output), and there was no USB outlet either. So, it ended I bought the adapter to accommodate the US plug, to charge my cellphone. - No coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave. It ended I bought small appliances to make hot water. For me, cleanness of the room is number one when staying in a hotel. Cockroach in the bed is very disgusting. I am not going to stay here anymore. Sorry!

Value for money and when we asked for twin beds, the staff was accommodative

We gave feedback that the security deposit box was low in battery. The front desk acknowledged and promised to send technician. Technician did not come.

Hotel location is good and many resturants around it

Many things are missing in rooms like the fridge, kettle, little shower supplement. You need to consider that

Awesome Location, plenty of shops like Indomaret and other local shops around. Very close to Pasar Baru Metro Mall. Microwave and fridge facilities available at the reception. Hot water available for free at Reception. They do charge 5000 Rupiah for the paper cup, though. They provide water bottle, towel, toilet paper, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush everyday. Excellent Hot Breakfast available for 55 thousand Indonesian Rupiah per day, if not booked with the room. Overall, Hotel is Highly Recommended ! Indian travellers can visit the Pasar Baru Sikh Temple which is within walking distance and Indian restaurant Martabak Har, which is next to Pasar Baru Metro Mall.

Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time, amazing customer service! Room was clean and spacious! Convenience of having 24hr reception and little minimart to grab snacks. The aircon worked very well in the room, kept me nice and cool!! Amenities were refreshed every day for toothbrush/paste, body wash/shampoo, towels and bottled water.

No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold or store food, had to eat everything on the day if you ordered delivery or brought food back. No laundry either I think? I wasn't advised of any laundry facilities.

Perfect for my frist nights in Jakarta! The value for money is really great and I loved being able to stay in a private room to get off the jet lag. The breakfast was amazing!

My AC didn’t properly work, but It didn’t bother me much

Located in front of Pasar Baru, you cannot be more central. The hotel and the room are equipped with basic amenities. It's a good choice for a short stay.
