Hotel in generale pulito. Camera abbastanza ampia. Posizione tranquilla e con grab si raggiungono facilmente varie attrazioni. Reception sempre aperta, ottimo se si arriva con un volo notturno. Una soluzione budget consigliata per alloggiare a Jakarta.

Colazione prevalentemente salata, un po' ripetitiva se si alloggia per più giorni.

في منطقة مزدحمه واثناء التنقل تظطر للانتظار كثيرا من زحمة وضيق الشوارع المحيطه بالفندق كذلك محدودية ( الافطار ) فقط الأومليت الذي استطعت الاكل ( الباقي مخصص للاندونيسيين ارز ونودلز ) حتى فواكه ( لا يوجد ) ( لويي الفندق لا تكييف + لا يوجد جهاز قاتل للناموس ) No mosquiti Killer in The Hotel either in Rooms + Lobby if The Hotel ( I am Suffering from MOSQUITO during i sit in The Lobby 🥲 ) And when i am Asked the Reciption Guy he say We dont have Spray to Kill the Mosqito !!!!!! Either that ( No Freezer in the Rooms !!!! ) I booked ( 5 Rooms For me and for my Friends ) we suffering for even To Keep our privillage or whater cold 🥲🥲🥲

При напускането рецепционистката не беше любезна, държа се нагло когато им поисках фактура за престоя. Каза ми да си търся фактура от букинг защото там съм платил. Предопредих букинг, че желая фактура на фирмата (изпратих 2 съобщения). Накрая ми беше издадена фактура на физическо лице. Също така имаше доста комари във фоайето и помещението за храна. Всички гости се оплакваха от комарите.

The room was dark.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to many of Jakarta’s main attractions such as Monas. The room was comfortable, clean, and became more enjoyable after settling in for a day or two. The staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. A special thanks to Nabila for her cheerful attitude and excellent service, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was very little variety, the portions were small even at the beginning of breakfast service, and I often skipped it because of the limited selection. I was also concerned about food hygiene, as I noticed food being handled with bare hands. The room lighting was quite poor, making the room feel dim. The TV was basic and not a Smart TV, so there was no access to streaming services or Wi-Fi connectivity. During the first couple of days, there were also a few flies in the room.

The location is quite close to the main public transport to the central part of Jakarta, both with buses and trains. The staffs are also helpful, constantly providing me with room service to clean my place in almost daily basis.

It's quite hard if you used car to access this place, since this hotel is located in the vicinity of local resident, separated from main road due to construction activities nearby.

La cama es cómoda y no se oye mucho ruido de fuera.

Es un hotel un poco para salir del paso 1 o 2 noches. Está en una zona en la que no hay casi nada a mano. El soporte de la ducha estaba roto y el agua se salía de la ducha. La mesa estaba llena de unos pequeños bichitos que corrían. Y la llave de la habitación no funcionaba, siempre te tenía que abrir alguien. Por lo demás está bien, pero le faltan cosas a mejorar.

We highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, housekeeping is done daily, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. A big thank you to all the hotel staff—they are incredibly kind and were always happy to help whenever we needed anything. We stayed here for a week and booked several room types: a Superior Room and a Room with a Sauna. The room with the sauna is definitely worth trying—everyone should experience it at least once! We will definitely come back the next time we're in Jakarta.

My stay here was smooth from start to finish. Even before I flew from the Philippines, I had already made a few requests, and they fulfilled every one of them. Special thanks to Heru and the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and making me feel right at home. I didn't encounter any major issues throughout my stay. I'll definitely be coming back here next year.

During my first 24 hours at the property, the room keycard system was under maintenance. I completely understood the situation, so it wasn't a big deal to me. I actually felt a little guilty because every time I left and returned to my room, I had to ask one of the staff to accompany me and unlock the door for me. 😅 There was also a small leak in the bathroom, but it was fixed promptly. Overall, these minor issues didn't affect my stay at all and were definitely not a big deal for me.

I stayed here for three nights. This is located in the hearts of Gajah Mada central Jakarta. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Gajah Mada plaza. Check in was smooth and didn't even take a minute. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and supportive. What I liked was the convenience of the location.

Dated rooms and bedding. The hotel need a service upgrade specially with bed linen and pillows. The white linen and pillows have turned into off white over the years. The towels were torn and had visible marks on wear and tear. Washroom had water leakages.. They didn't have an iron so I couldn't iron my cloths. It was my bad for not checking for an iron when booking.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although there was a small issue with the towels in my room, the staff quickly helped replace them and clean the room. I also checked out at 2:00 AM for an early flight, and Heru at the front desk was very kind and helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. Thank you for the excellent service. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Ci sarebbe da eliminare l’odore di muffa nella stanza che avendo la finestra sigillata non si poteva cambiare aria.

The location, it was near food stalls however the vicinity is gated and you have to drive further to get in late at night

Our door lock was not properly functioning. it was reported at 8 am prior to us leaving, We got back late and the door was locked with our things inside. It took them a long time to break the door so we can get our things since we were in a hurry to get to the train to Yogyakarta. The Airconditioning unit is not cooling as expected

Het was een mooie kamer en een goede ligging. De mall is erg dichtbij en ook voor de deur heb je wat kraampjes. Probleem met de eerste kamer maar het personeel is vriendelijk en heeft ons een andere kamer gegeven en extra schoon gemaakt.

Het ontbijt is simpel en is 70k pp. Het is rijst en noodles. We zouden inchecken om 13:00 maar helaas was het beddengoed smerig, er lagen veel haren in de kamer en het rook super muf. We zijn terug naar de receptie gegaan en gezegd dat we een andere kamer willen. Hierna konden we om 14:00 inchecken en was er echt een veel betere en schonere kamer. Alles goed voor elkaar uiteindelijk.

Terrible, very dirty, with cockroaches, mold, staff couldn't speak english, the breakfast food with mosquitoes and ants I am speechless really have no idea how come this place has such high rate, maybe it was good some years ago however now it was really awful.
