يحتاج المكان لنظافة خاصه في الغرف ويحتاج تنوع فالافطار الاكل جداً محدود بنسبة للعرب واقفال ابواب الغرف جداً متعبه مايفتح بسهوله وابواب الغرف فيها فتحات ممكن انه تدخل فيها الحشرات

It was perfect, my elderly mother has trouble walking and the staff went above and beyond to help, picking her up in the buggy for breakfast, holding her arm up stairs and looked after her.

We did not like that we could not stay longer! Lol 😂

Very clean, had our own pool this was very cool, the gym was functional to. in a lovely location with a free hotel transport to Ubud.

The surroundings of the property were absolutely gorgeous: rice fields, beautiful architecture and lovely animals. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The cleanliness can be improved. I do understand it is very difficult to remove the damp smell from the rooms, but a change of the AC filters might help. At the same time the overall cleanliness of the shower can be better.

The overall experience is amazing. The staff members are very cooperative. The breakfast items are really delicious.

خيب املي المكان كئيب وقديم وراح تسمعون وتشوفون حركات غريبه طبعاً ما اقصد الحيوانات يعني مثل احد يهز الجام بره وفعلياً مافي احد بره ولما وصلنا طولو علينا على ما استلمنا الفيلا ما يقارب نص ساعه لانه في صيانه بالفيلا ولما خلصت الصيانه الموظفين ما قالولي انه خلصت انا رحت سألت ولا تقولي اي خالصه ڤيلتك جاهزه والموظفين اللي بالاستقبال سيئين جدا

Very beautiful location in the Middle of Ubud very close to the rice fields. Pretty much central, it takes about 10 minutes to the Ubud Palace with Grab. Very kind staff and always helpful.

Incredibly magical resort set in the rice fields and organic farm. My son loved cycling and feeding the cows and ducks.

Pool wasn’t very clean

What an experience! Stayed in the jacuzzi apartment overlooking the river. The room and view is stunning! The grounds are beautiful and the food is excellent. Restaurant food can be ordered as room service at no extra charge. It is the wonderful staff who really make this such a memorable experience.

facilities are poor. Hotel management clearly want to save a lot of money, NO HAND TOWEL !! Poor quality shampoo, especially the hair conditioner , we can see it clearly its the cheap one while we were paying nearly USD 500 per night !! during Breakfast , there is a house gecko around the croissant , nobody care ...

Excellent hotel les chambres avec piscine sont formidables. Pour les enfants c'est génial, la ferme intégrée a l'hôtel est très originale et intéressant avec des enfants. Le personnel est charmant rien a dire . Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons eu le droit à un plat principal gratuit par personne. C'est plaisant.

Dans le petit déjeuner il faudrait ajouter plus de fruits frais. La sélection esr très légère ananas pastèque melon rien de plus.

Location and feel of the property is excellent. Old building feeling is awesome. Food is very nice too plus the staff are very friendly. Room next to forest seemed spectacular.

Toilet had a bad smell which need to be reported for cleaning. Jacuzzi was also somewhat unclean but it is understandable as it is open air next to forest.

issue was we had a leakage in the bathroom; we had our room changed ; coffee machine was faulty on 2 occasions staff were very nice and courteous the property is lovely and set in natural surroundings

Stunning resort that speaks to tranquility and luxury. The villas are extremely well maintained and very spacious. The private pool is also way larger than expected. The staff were so attention and friendly with my kids even remembering their favourite foods. I visited the spa which is a must for true pampering and relaxation.

The property is great, and the staff are exceptional and welcoming.

We didn’t fully enjoy our stay due to a few inconveniences. The resort is located quite far from Ubud centre, which made it difficult to get around. After certain hours, our driver had to drop us back at the resort, and we couldn’t go out for dinner, massages, or shopping unless we arranged and paid extra for a taxi. Although the resort did help book taxis for us, the rates were about double the normal price. There is a complimentary shuttle service, but it only operates during the daytime—when guests are usually out on tours. It would be much more helpful to have this service available in the evening. We also found the spa availability limited in terms of capacity, as it couldn’t accommodate four people at the same time, so we had to take turns. Additionally, we missed one complimentary lunch and had to pay for dinner ourselves.

Loved everything about our stay..was an excellent experience. We stayed in the jacquzi forest suite its beautiful and very spacious palace like suite. My kids and i loved the agricultural farm every morning and the bike riding facility. The staff is very polite and super helpful

BUT THE lizards insects and all the wild things can drive you nuts if u are not a Fan like Me.Too many geckos lizards mosquitoes frogs etc made it miserable to sleep at night. Once encountered baby monitor lizard in the open bathroom. The Open Bathroom concept killed the vibe for us.Just because of the Open bathroom and all the Insects bees and animals and lizards its a No for us for the next time.The Property needs an upgrade urgently and needs the bathroom covered.

Really great place to stay. So many facilities at resort like free bikes, can walk through rice fields, feeding duck and cow activities for kids, and many more. Food is exceptional and staff go above and beyond to help you. Highly recommend it.

Sometimes there were insects & frogs at night. Not a show stopper, but we were ok with it, as we chose to stay in such a place which is close to a lot of greenery

Such a beautiful reaort, amazing staff that go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Made ise of the shuttle service into town, the incredible pool and the breakfast each day. Grateful for such a beautiful into to Balanese Culture and people.

The property was beautiful and the room was very big.

The arrival welcome was a nice experience. The gardens and staff are lovely, the main pool was pretty, quiet and good temperature. The restaurant offered good food, breakfast buffet and cocktails. The room was large and spacious and the mattress was very comfy.

The rooms are tired and bathrooms especially need some attention. The lighting in bathroom was also difficult to apply makeup etc. The layout of the 2 bed Sky Infinity Pool Room was odd and seperate rooms which made popping into see our teenage daughter a bit annoying. The only living space was outside and when it rained everything got wet. The tiled area around the pool also flooded which made access to and from our bedroom difficult. One of the air con was not working 100% and while it was cool, it was not as cold as the other room. Overall you get what you pay for as this was cheaper accomodation that we are used to.

Very refreshing, excellent customer service, well decorated for birthday and wedding anniversary celebrations.

Some of the bathroom door wasn’t locking well. A washing machine with a dryer would be much appreciated.

The grounds are beautiful

Very nice place and kind staff. But improvements are required in the condition of certain features. Bathrooms need more updated facilities (taps and showers are old, water pressure is remarkably inadequate for a supposedly 5* resort; the technical staff for repairs was not effective in dealing with various water leaks from taps or WCs; the bathrobe is too small, maybe ok for a kid regarding the size. The taps are short in length hence a bit uncomfortable when using the sink. Door locks are uncomfortable while opening. Breakfast: the choice for "sweet" food is insufficient and a bit poor in quality for western guests' expectations. TV without free international news channels or movies is unacceptable in a 5* resort. The hotel should have a Currency Exchange available for all guests.

The hotel is very beautiful, the employees are very atentive and cordial. We tried the 2 restaurants and they have a lot of options and the food was very good. Our bedroom was nice but more for couples as the washroom is in an open concept.
