Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Pues estaba bien para el precio ,es un apartahotel hay que tenerlo e cuenta no hotel ,es verdad que se oye mucho ruido por la noche debido al bar que está debajo pero eso solo los que están por la zona de la calle. La piscina estaba bien ,la ubicación también .
Que no tenga una fregona en el baño ya que se escurre el agua al ducharse. Que siempre haya gente quejándose de los bañista en la piscina.

The noise levels in the hotel were awful. They have no security so people are making noise around the entrance area all night. Also our room was onto the back road going down to the harbour there is a casino and bar opened till early morning and noise levels from this were cruel. This was our third time staying and sadly very disappointing. We did ask for room change but wasnt to be.

The only problem we had is that there weren’t any umbrellas around the pool. We would have loved to spend more time at the hotel but couldn’t because of this. An investment of umbrellas would mean we would have spent more money in the bar and shop on food and drink.

No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto. Las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado y, si querías un ventilador, además de pagar por él, tenías que dejar una fianza de 10 €. El problema llegó el día de nuestra salida, cuando fuimos a devolver el ventilador y a recuperar la fianza. En recepción nos dijeron que no podían devolvernos el dinero porque no teníamos ningún comprobante, a pesar de que nunca nos entregaron uno. La recepcionista preguntó a la compañera que nos había facilitado el ventilador y esta respondió que no recordaba la operación. Al ver que no nos daban ninguna solución, les comunicamos que llamaríamos a la policía para que revisaran las cámaras de seguridad y, además, presentaríamos una hoja de reclamaciones. Fue únicamente después de escuchar esto cuando la recepcionista nos informó de que su jefa le había autorizado a devolvernos los 10 € de la fianza. Una situación muy desagradable y una gestión poco profesional que nos dejó muy mala impresión. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026El chico de recepción cubano y la chica Argentina Silvia,tienen un trato excelente 👌 en todo momento estaban disponibles para ayudar y resolver todo. Instalaciones muy limpias y piscina muy cuidada.
Cuando llegamos la primera noche nuestra habitación daba por el lado de una calle muy animada,música rock/metal hasta las 4 de la madrugada. No dormí nada en toda la noche. A la mañana siguiente pido a otra recepcionista si había la posibilidad de cambiarnos de apartamento. Su respuesta ha sido no es factible. Durante la 2 noche volvimos al apartamento y desde las 12 de la noche hasta la madrugada no se podía dormir por la música, y borrachos qué gritaban en la calle. Si cerraba la ventana el calor era horrible y no podías descansar. En cambio si dejabas la ventana abierta corría aire pero tampoco podías descansar por el follón de la gente, gritos música borrachos...etc etc. Yo estaba en la habitación con mi hijo un niño. Y estábamos mosqueados y muertos de sueños,con los nervios bajé a las 3.30 de la madrugada a recepción enfadada y allí conocí Silvia. Ella amablemente me escuchó y hizo desahogarme completamente y me resolvió momentáneamente alquilamdome un ventilador. Y viendo mi frustración qué aparte de estar toda sudada mi idea era ir a dormir en el salón, donde supuestamente el anuncio decía qué había un sofá cama no era un sofá cama. ese era un sillón solamente para una persona. Silvia me dijo de poner lo qué le dije a ella por escrito y qué lo presentaba a la "encargada " y qué ella más qué alquilarme el ventilador y llamar la policía no podía ofrecerme más soluciones. Inclusive por ayudarme ella mismo llamó la guardia civil debido al follón qué hacía la gente y qué ella misma oía. en el apartamento no había aire acondicionado,ni un ventilador ni un secador de pelo. Si querías o un ventilador o un secador hay que dar una fianza de 10€ qué te devolvian cuando te ibas, el precio era 4€ por día. El día siguiente me tocaron la puerta por la mañana y me dijeron qué me esperaba la chica de recepción.

Самым большим плюсом был прекрасный вид из номера — он нам очень понравился. Хорошее расположение: рядом много пляжей, район туристический и удобный для отдыха.
Были немного удивлены, что пульт от телевизора и сейф предоставляются за дополнительную плату. Также в номере не хватало фена и утюга (возможно, их можно получить за отдельную плату). После душа на полу оставалась вода, так как не было шторы, поэтому было бы удобно иметь швабру или сгон для воды. Бассейн работал только до 18:00, хотелось бы, чтобы часы его работы были немного дольше.

We always arrive at the hotel fairly tired around 11 am . Cannot access our rooms until 2 pm or later . I would love to be given our room earlier .
