Plus Fariones Apartamentos

Very central , close to all amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful nothing is too much. Had a lovely holiday and have booked to go back again.

My only concern was there was no air conditioning just a bit fan.

Location great , apartments spotless and staff were very friendly

Sunbed shortage and even told on check In you cant hold sunbeds before 8 with a towel. None left by pool at 7.30am. Pool area is spotless though just small for size of place. They do have sunbeds on upper balcony level but same situation

Almost everything

Difficult to get a sun bed

Staff and location

No air conditioning in the apartments

The room was not to standard. It was not what was advertised.

Room was disgusting resulting in checking out the following morning.

It’s very central

Location. Balcony

Looks nice outside — that’s it Looks great from the front but rooms are basic. No air con, no iron — room was unbearably hot, couldn’t sleep with windows closed. WiFi was poor. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location lovely and quiet

Nothing

Great place to stay

I loved everything

Convenience to amenities

Cant think of anything.

Location

Rooms were very dated, not cleaned to a high standard (we had cockroaches). View from balcony was awful

Clean , friendly and very comfortable

Location was superb, excellent staff

Nothing really , twas a fabulous holiday

The property is in a great location, the hotel was lovely and clean and quiet, enjoyed the pool area and staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, very hot at night, also the food during lunch wasn’t nice. Breakfast was good!

The location is excellent, the staff are all very friendly, the accommodation and pool is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfy and breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast can be a bit chaotic with the layout of the restaurant. Tables and chairs are very close to the food serving area so it gets crowded.

Tutto

Nulla

Everything from start to finish was wonderful Breakfast was amazing Pool and sun loungers amazing The place was spotless Staff were friendly and happy to do anything we asked

I found the air conditioning to be a bit weak at night I found it warm in our room Other than that no complaint

It was ok I felt that the apartments we not labelled clearly .. we were downstairs but no clear signs anywhere. Staff were nice.

The staff were excellent throughout the whole complex. The lack of air-conditioning was a serious issue for a member of our party. It was resolved the next day by Andrew who organized a change of apartment. Thank you.

Excellent facilities, great location. The staff are incredible and so friendly and welcoming. I have never seen more hard working cleaning staff they are brilliant. The breakfast is very good it caters for all tastes. I have stayed in many places in Lanzarote but this tops them all.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Apartment was clean and refreshed daily. Location is excellent.

Lack of AC is an issue.

Struttura pulita e tranquilla. Colazione varia e buona. Noi avevamo uno studio lato giardino con aria condizionata...perfetto!

We had booked an apartment for a family of five, on arrival we were advised that we would be staying in two seperate apartments that were situated on same row but not exactly beside each other. It didnt leave it easy to manage for the week. The apartments are well managed and staff are pleasant. Slightly outdated but that is not a major issue for us as a family. There was also an issue around poor security at the entrance to hotel and the staff seemed indifferent to this when I raised an issue. I hope this is resolved for the benefit of other guests.

Great location rooms spotless and cleaned everyday pool area was lovely breakfast was good something everyday that youd eat would definitely return

Nice location and very kind staff

Excellent location. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very tasty. Pool fine but beds beside the pool were taken almost daily, sometimes by 6 o clock each morning. The sun deck , on the other hand was only open between 08:30 / 09:00. Towels were sometimes left on chairs for more than an hour at a time and the lifeguard would issue tickets but when the patrons returned, these tickets were binned. Our travel agent had advised us that there was NO AIR CONDITIONING in the apartments only a free standing fan but reassured us that it wasn't a problem when she had last stayed but it was a big problem. We requested an extra fan but did not help much. There are air con units available at a cost of 50 euro per week. One of the lifeguards was a lovely lad, really hardworking. The other lifeguard spent most of the day on his phone . Staff were very nice with the exception of one member who was rude and unpleasant. Internet services are very poor and constantly cut out during the morning, afternoon and night time. My partner brought work with him and was unable to complete it unless he sat in or close to the reception area. The staff were very accommodating though and did their best with these issues but poor service(Internet) Be aware also that check in is at 3pm. We arrived just after 12 in the afternoon after travelling from 04:00am and weren't aware of this. It was an expensive holiday for an average stay, unfortunately.

Very clean apartments . We had air conditioning and the apartments were well kept and cleaned every day as well as the pool and eating area. Not a big problem getting sunbeds as usually the sun terrace wasn’t overcrowded. We had half board with the Fariones suites hotel and breakfast was in the apartment complex. It was ok and the lunches there very tasty and reasonable prices as was the drink. The superior hotel buffet was not exceptional at all so we ate out a few nights . I’m glad we didn’t go full board . Staff in the apartments were very nice. First time in Lanzarote and absolutely loved it . It’s so reasonably priced compared to other resorts nowadays. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. Only fault was that there was a bath with a shower attachment which wasn’t really very suitable for me. Think they would need to modernise you can get showers in the hotel but it’s much more expensive, also if you have mobility issues the hill is very steep up to reception much nicer coming down than up ! I enjoyed staying here a lot.

Very central and staff very friendly and helpful, kept so clean

Limited availability of beds at times although our lifeguard kept a watchful eye on everything

Location

Breakfast

Central to everywhere

Nothing

Location very good, very clean, staff lovely

Some music at poolside would be nice, so as not to listen to other people’s conversations. Better choice of food on poolside menu

Lovely place to stay. Staff were brilliant. Place was spotless. Fresh sheets and towels every day if needed. Fantastic pool area, very relaxing. Perfect location.

We did not like the breakfast too much. There were plenty of options to choose from but we preferred to eat out. A stay without breakfast included would be a nice option. Just our personal choice as other guest seemed to really enjoy the breakfast. Wifi in rooms was not good either.

Staff excellent, good breakfast and very central location

N/A

Location ,no Sunbed wars lots of beds available good variety for breakfast and changed every day

Nothing

Exceptionally clean, lovely staff

Staff were very friendly, property was very clean and very central. Also nice and quiet at night.

We stayed 7 nights, impossible to get a sunbed unless of course you put your towel down . 8am for breakfast and all you see are towels for at least 2 hours.

Good location, good size of room

Such a good location and a lovely complex

It was so well equipped everything we needed

Nothing loved it all

The apartment was so nice .pool just a very short walking distance Breakfast was included and had a good selection so central to everything .we loved it

I honestly have nothing negative to say it really was lovely .

Really clean Apartments and friendly staff. Only downside is the 7am queue for sunbeds, really embarrassing thing to witness. Not sure how the owners can do anything to stop this. The pool guard does put a 1hr warning on any unused though and removes towels. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Lanzarote.

Friendly staff, very clean. Very quiet

I’ve stayed 5 times before so I knew the property was very clean nice staff , breakfast is great , same bar man there with years and Is exceptional Luis I think is his name

Room 326 is not a room I would stay in again no sun very dark all day

Have just returned from Fariones Apartamentos and wanted to share our really positive experience. The rooms, gardens and pool were exceptionally clean and well kept. The beds were super comfy. The whole place was really calm and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We opted for b&b, the breakfast was pretty standard but plenty there to choose from... and fresh omelettes to order were great. My only warning to people, if you weren't aware (like me) there is no air conditioning in the apartments. Whilst the rooms stayed relatively cool in 28° heat, I feel when it gets hotter, you may struggle. There was a tall fan in our bedroom which did a good job. But overall, we loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great for families. We have stayed here a few times now. Great location and facilities

Cleanliness and location

Beds were uncomfortable

Everything

Nothing

Apartments exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything you needed was available in the rooms Breakfast choices great

Sunbeds were allowed to be taken up by 7am in the morning with towels despite no one being on them reserving them going to breakfast or back to there rooms didn,t encourage us to stay in the apartments so we had to go elsewhere everyday instead of relaxing there

Great location, lovely breakfast, clean.

Just a couple of things that could have made this a 10/10. The balcony furniture is not comfortable at all and you really cannot relax on it...very upright chairs. The pool is lovely but forget about getting a sunbed....even though we were up at 8am most days other guests put towels on the loungers and despite the small sign saying these would be removed if not used within an hour this was not done once while we were staying. There are more sunbeds on the roof terrace but if you want to be next to the pool forget it.

I've always liked everything about the Fariones plus

Nothing

Location and breakfast was fab

Staff really friendly and helpful Very cheerful 😁

Balcony chairs so uncomfortable unfortunately did not sit on them

Great location and very clean

No AC in rooms. Very warm at night.

Location.

Breakfast.

Very clean, everything to hand, lovely bar, and pool areas

We loved this accommodation

Very clean and staff in bar very friendly . Air conditioning rooms.

Overall facilities are dated. Room was not great, balcony faced a wall which where back of shops where staff were all all smoking so over looked, no sun at any time of day and we were beside shopping centre multi storey car park so very noisy. Need to rent toaster and coffee maker not supplied in kitchen. No drawers in bedrooms. Very difficult to get sunbed by pool as all taken by 8.30am and people not using them, towels allowed to be left on them for hours.

Loved the location and the property was clean

No aircon (was advised that we could rent an Air con unit for a week for €50).

Everything, location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast shower power.

No air con

Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, great location

I was very happy with the appartment we stayed in 109 breakfast was good and staff friendly i will be back. Pool area very clean i would add a few more umbrellas and small tables.

The WiFi was not great.

La instalación.

La comida.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable experience for all of us.

Nothing

Location was excellent and so was the pool and apartments.

The down side was the price. I originally booked it for 9 nights for around €1,100. When I realised it had no aircon I contacted booking.,com who advised I should cancel and rebook which I did and paid almost €1,600 for exactly the same dates. Apartment still did not have air on. As it happens we didn’t need it but to be charged an additional €500 was disappointing. Other family members had better apartments a lot cheaper with air con.

An excellent location, staff very nice, breakfast choices were varies

Beds and pillows not the most comfortable

Everything was above exceptions...staff amazing people so helpful and friendly makes your stay so enjoyable

There was nothing I didn't like

Great breakfast.

Seating in bar evening time could be more comfortable. Another rotary toaster at breakfast.

Lovely staff. Breakfast excellent. Apartments spotless. Nice pool. Great location.

All good no complaints

Wow you can not ask for more. Lovely apartments and very attentive staff. They could not do any more for us. We loved the bedding and fluffy towels. Luxury! Unfortunately we never made breakfast as we were so engrossed with the luxury sleep quality. House ladies kept the place so tidy. Its a definite must come again place. Big thanks to Aurua and a gentleman on Reception who helped us get booked in when Easyjet cancelled us eeek but the A team got us sorted.

Spotlessly specious clean apartments with large pool for adults & jacuzz licatrdi on roof sun lounge area. Breakfast menu changes daily & included all that you needed both hot & cold as well as cava for those who fancied it. Staff are extremely helpful and it is located centrally with a huge choice of nearby restaurant & bars & other amenities.

Zero to not like.

Breakfast menu great variety sun bathing area

The hot plate was very hard to operate

El desayuno está bastante bien en cuanto a cantidad y variedad.

La parte del desayuno del English breakfast no estaba muy bueno Los huevos secos, el bacon blando y así todo..

Everything, it was the best place we have stayed in apart from when we got married at the Fariones hotel and stayed there

Nothing

El personal, el desayuno muy completo y piscina con agua climatizada. Limpieza y situación

Nada

The apartments were very clean ,they staff were friendly. A good variety of food for breakfast. I would highly recommend Plus Fariones apartments.

Very clean, safe and no sunbed wars! Staff very helpful.

Amenities and accessibility for an older group

Location

Over priced

Clean and comfortable facilities, welcoming staff were great and all round stay was great.

Ease of access to amenities and night life - great breakfast and kitchen facilities

Climbing into the bath to have a shower

Excellent location and very comfortable

The couch is uncomfortable and maybe some toys at the pool for kids to paly with that could be collected daily in a bucket

Clean tidy with great staff

Perfect location for Ironman competition and close to both old and new parts of PDC, giving us lots of choice for evening meals. Big spacious rooms. Pool area was peaceful.

Clean, every thing we needed - excellent breakfast

Everything really

Could do with a little updating.

Lovely breakfast and our room was cleaned everyday

Appartments outdated

Staff are always friendly and cannot do enough for you.

Quick and easy process

Staff very blunt

Central, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, staff were excellent and food was great.

Some fitness/gym would be a bonus.

Lovely stay. Staff were fantastic. They need to sort out towels being thrown on sun chairs early in the morning and left there.

The apartments were in a great location. The rooms are a bit tired but clean. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. It is nice and quiet at night.

SMOKING:- We never sat at the pool due to the excessive amount of smokers. The outside eating area also had an excessive amount of smokers. Our friends who were in a different room to us had smokers underneath them so it kept coming up so they had to go into their room each time the people underneath them smoked. You NEED to either make the whole hotel NON SMOKING or give them a small designated area somewhere at the back of the hotel. In this day and age no one should need to breath in someone else's cigarette smoke when lying by a pool, eating or sitting on your own balcony. I have scored so low on the overall as I could not enjoy the pool or sometimes the breakfast through people being allowed to smoke.

Just returned from our 4th stay at these apartments and love them. Have already booked to return again in September. We stayed for 8 nights and in that time there was only 2 days our room wasn't either cleaned or at least towels replaced. The breakfast has a fabulous choice of cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit and hot food so always something to eat in the morning, the only small negative would be the fresh juice and water at breakfast could be chilled. Had lunch a couple of times and was tasty. There was plenty of room around the pool and for adults the upstairs sunbathing area is ideal. Location is ideal for exploring either old or new town and near all of the amazing restaurants. Can't wait to come back in September.

It was a very pleasant stay however it was noisy due to others staying next door and from the apartment above me

The room was to cold and especially at night I woke up cold

Always like the Fariones apartments

Bacon. At breakfast is like cardboard. You need s better supply of rashers

Location great, very central. Staff friendly ,obliging and courteous at all times.. Apt cleaned daily with change of towels daily if required.
