Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location is great, walking distance to Kampoeng Glam. It’s an old hotel. Staff was okay, receptions team not that welcoming, not the hospitality we expect from Wyndham group. We check out a day early, as can’t sleep properly the whole stay. The only pleasant thing was the older staff at breakfast time, the uncle who collection the dishes, he was welcoming and always smile to everyone. We didn’t catch his name.
Room and carpet smells damp, we went upstairs to see the pool area and it was busy and the whole area needs maintenance. The gym area so dusty.

One of the female staff members at reception was not very friendly or helpful, I then chose to chat with other staff members who were more than helpful. This is my only small criticism about the property.

Das Zimmer roch leider sehr muffig. An der Badtür gab rs kein Schloss mehr und man konnte sie dadurch nicht richtig zu machen. Das Frühstück war etwas eintönig.

The problem is when u walk in the room has very bad mold smell and the carpet is very dirty and old it also needs better cleaning inside the room . Ill post some pics to give u an idea of what im talking about. And for this reason i feel i over payed for staying there .

Ours room has a strong musty and mouldy smell. Also, there are some hairs on the floor in the shower, and the carpet is quite heavily stained, as is the small sofa. The swimming pool, early in the morning, it was possible to see dirt in the water while wearing swimming goggles.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Lag op een goede locatie dicht bij de metro. Kamer was schoon en ruim. Mooie badkamer. Bij inchecken de mogelijkheid om tegen een bijbetaling al eerder op de kamer te kunnen. Ontbijt was goed maar wel vrij prijzig. Bar in lobby al vroeg gesloten. Zwembad op het dak waar geen schaduw is ook geen parasols. In de nabije omgeving genoeg eetgelegenheden.
Geen schaduwplekken bij het zwembad. Kosten van het ontbijt. Bar als vroeg dicht.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Es war sauber und zweckmässig Frühstück war ok - zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten . man musste warten. Zimmer war von der grösse ok für 3 Personen. Poll war schön, aber leider gab es keine Trockentücher meh rund man hatte keinen Sonnenschutz, da es keine Sonnenschirme gab.

La habitación no era muy espaciosa pero tampoco hemos pasado mucho tiempo en ella. Hemos dormido muy bien, sin ruidos del exterior y las camas eran muy cómodas. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Haji Lane y de Arab Street. Tienes transporte público relativamente cerca y justo enfrente del hotel hay un hawker donde desayunar excelentemente. La entrada es muy cómoda para utilizar Grab. Apenas tuvimos contacto con el personal, únicamente en el checkin, el trato fue muy amable. La piscina en la azotea aporta un plus a la estancia, especialmente cuando te has dedicado a pasear durante los días de más calor. Tiene un amplio horario de uso, lo que se agradece.
El precio puede resultar elevado pero es que Singapur es una ciudad cara.

Staff were disinterested. On two separate occasions we returned to our room only to find the electronic key card not working. Very inconvenient having to then go down to reception to have them reactivate our entry card each time.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Breakfast was good. Roof top pool was fantastic. Food was good. The older staff member for breakfast was fantastic. He chatted and made breakfast wonderful.Housemaid on our floor was fantastic.
No sauces for breakfast on display. No rooftop bar. Rooms need a make over.Bathroom needs a power point.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Sin duda la cama, comodísima. La habitación aunque pequeña, estaba bastante bien. Disponía de hervidor y minibar. Nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días.
El último día la camarera de piso se olvidó de poner un forro de almohada y de dejarnos las botellas de agua. El personal de recepción bastante serio, pero la gente en Singapore por lo general es así.

Room smelt a little of mildew, but not bad.
