A very well located serviced suites building, breakfast is super nice and tasty with good variety (you need to ask), very welcoming and attentive staff, lovely hospitality. Rooftop pool is almost empty all the time lovely views. Bed was surprisingly super comfy! All together a lovely experience but there are some buts :(

Rooms would need a serious make over. Furnishings are worn off, table, seats, sofa are really really overused and well past their time. Corridor carpets are really dirty and in overall common corridors are dusty very much, and there is a strange odor in the room and the wardrobes

ソファのスプリングが壊れていて、ほかの部屋のものと交換してくれたがやはり座り心地がよくなかった。予約した部屋はバスタブがついていない部屋で、もう一つ下のランクの部屋にしかバスタブがないと言われました。でも、その部屋に交換しても差額の返金はできないとのことなので変更はしませんでした。予約のサイトではシャワーまたはバスタブと書かれていて、わかりにくいです。ランクによって違うのならもう少し明確に書いてほしいです。バスタブがあるホテルという条件で探しているので。

Poor aircon distribution between bedroom and living room. Bedroom is warm at night and living room is cold. Had to open the divider door between living room and bedroom so better airflow is circulate in but sunlight shine in and cause us unable to sleep. The toilet bowl floor trap and shower cubicle shared same line. After shower, the floor trap next toilet bowl over flow.

Location was perfect! Very close to the super trees but still relatively close to the MRT and city centre. Would stay here again

The size of the room is relatively spacious than most hotels in Singapore. Location is very convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful there.

As an HR manager for a company, this was my very first time visiting Singapore. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The one-way airport pickup service made my arrival smooth and stress-free, leaving a wonderful first impression. What impressed me the most was the daily shuttle service to my workplace. It made my commute incredibly convenient, and the reservation process was simple and hassle-free. Every staff member I met was kind and professional, but I would especially like to thank Angela and Julie. Even though some of my requests were outside their responsibilities, they treated them as if they were their own. They personally helped me resolve several complicated payment issues and always made sure everything was taken care of. Since this was my first visit to Singapore, I was naturally a little nervous, but their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel comfortable from day one. No matter how small my questions were, they always answered with a smile and treated me like a friend rather than just a guest. Their kindness truly made a lasting impression on me, and I am sincerely grateful for everything they did. In the future, if I need temporary accommodation before leaving Singapore, I would definitely choose to stay here again. We also have employees who are frequently relocating to and from Singapore, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to all of them. If we could receive a more competitive corporate rate in the future, that would make the experience even more perfect. Thank you once again to everyone at Pan Pacific. We had a great experience with the kind and friendly receptionists: Jully, Angela and Adriana. They were helpful in answering our requests for a late check out and Jully in particular also helped us to resolve the inability to open our door with the extra key card. Their great hospitality has made our staycation a truly beautiful experience and we are definitely recommending your hotel to our family and friends. We also love the set up of the family suite which is so compact and yet comfortable. The facilities provided truly make it very self sufficient. My wife and I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t find a single negative during our time here. The suites are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and brilliantly situated right near Kampong Glam, but what truly elevates this property above the rest is the extraordinary service. Every member of the front desk team was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our trip. A special mention must go to Raphael, whose hospitality and attention to detail were simply outstanding. He is a fantastic ambassador for the Pan Pacific brand and made a lasting impression on us. We had a great family time staying at this hotel, the location is superb while the prices were competitively fair compared to others! The suites preparation of washing machine and mini kitchen made a difference in our stay! The most important of all is the people welcoming you and treating you on your stay, a special thanks goes to Diyana, Angela and Adriana, they were caring and helping like a family to us! Will indeed come back and stay again!

I must say that your Front desk staff are amazing. Welcoming and I can see their smile from far. As a high-end service personal myself I'm happy to see this. This is our 3rd stay, my Autistic son love here so much with the full window view. The room are well clean. Swimming pool and gym area has a fantastic view of the harbor. Hope to come back soon and get a higher floor.💕

Easy checkin, close to Nicoll MRT, on the doorstep of Kampong Glam and all its restaurants, great views and excellent rooftop pool. The breakfast was all you would expect from an international hotel, we love this hotel.

I have an amazing experience staying here for almost a week. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff have been really helpful with all of my request. The location is quite convenient to access the halal restaurant & near to the main attraction in Singapore

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Singapore and would highly recommend it! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for both adults and children. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel is also extremely kid-friendly, with a warm and welcoming environment that made traveling with children easy and relaxing. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. We would happily stay here again!

The breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Chef Fadd and server Adriana were fantastic with their top notch service. We were blown away and exceeded my expectations with them.

Chef Liza is the best! From her kindness to caring for everyone and so much attention for detail is highly appreciated. She is the head chef and we loved our breakfast special thanks to her. We are vegan so choices were limited however she made sure that we leave with our stomachs full and taking custom request to accommodate that. We are really thankful - she is a big part of this stay being comfortable for us!

This is a nice apart-hotel! We booked the one bedroom suite and were upgraded to the executive suite which was lovely! The room was great with lovely furnishings and big enough for 2 adults to live for a week comfortably! The staff were also so accommodating as we’d forgotten our travel adapters back home and they provided us with 3 for the whole week we were there, which was nice. The rooftop pool is fantastic with a decent enough view of the city skyline. They provide robe and slippers to get around which is a nice touch! They also offer a free shuttle to some key areas which was nice! The driver was supposed to take us to Vivocity where we were going to catch the train to Sentosa, but he was so nice he took us right up to the cable car in Faber Sentosa, which was nice! Another great touch to the guest’s experience!

Marking a star down because the corridor carpets seemed shabby and worn out! One area looked like it had vomit and it stayed that way our entire trip! We had to pass it each day and I was surprised management hadn’t either covered it up or just put a whole new carpet! Also shocking was the executive suite had no dish washer! I’d expect such a fine establishment to have dishwashers in the rooms! So we had to hand wash each time we used the items! Also one concern was on one day my husband woke up to hear voices in our room. When he opened our bedroom door he found 4 men working on some ceiling item and painting! That was very concerning cause the hotel didn’t call or even ask us if that was ok! I cant imagine how terrifying that would have been if I’d been on my own as a woman waking up to such a sight! That wasn’t cool and the hotel should know better to consult guests if they plan on having works done! The complimentary breakfast was alright, the basics nothing fancy! But the breakfast room is quite small and tables were cramped next to each other, you had to squeeze past just to get out! The staff were all friendly and helpful whenever we asked for assistance! All in all a great stay, just a few kinks they should iron out with the old carpeting!

We were long-stay guests from March to July, and throughout our 4 months here the toilet bowl was never properly cleaned. We asked several times, but the stains were still there and basic hygiene was ignored. We expected much better

The cleaning staff and the reception staff were very friendly, polite and efficient.

Great location and excellent rooms with plenty of room and very comfortable bedding, rooms are quiet, when you want to sleep late . The breakfast was amazing every morning with a large variety of food for all cultures, and especially the avocado on toast is the best I have tasted , beautifully prepared and served to your table by Chef Fabb, I travel the world, and this fresh prepared breakfast was fresh and tasty every day. Chef Fabb is an amazing chef and his service to please is what made the experience, great. All the staff were polite, accommodating and there to help you with everything you need. Highly recommend, and will stay here on future visits .

Chef Fadd is able to cook very well. Love the Egg Benedict, Egg Florentine and Egg Royale. Enjoyed it very well. Ms Angela from front office is very friendly and approachable.

We had our staycation on the 15th June and it was and amazing stay! Staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Special thanks to Rakin for the complimentary breakfast and birthday cake set up in our room. Also to Liyana, thank you for asking us if we enjoyed our stay because we certainly did! Will definitely come back.

We arrived at reception after a bumpy 13 hour flight from Copenhagen, landing in Singapore at 6am. Standing at reception to drop our bags prior to checking in later, we were all extremely tired and our son fell asleep sitting in the foyer. Hairul literally saved our first day in Singapore with a very warm welcome, a smile, and by going out of his way to get us an early check in and assist with anything he could! We were so appreciative after a long flight, no sleep and dealing with jet lag. Something we will never forget, we had a good sleep straight away and then got out for the rest of the day and night. During the rest of our stay everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to ensure guests were looked after - they even popped out and got Soya milk for me at breakfast! Thank you Hairul and thank you Pan Pacific for a wonderful visit, the rooftop pool is amazing and the play area and massage chairs on level 2 are worth a visit. Thank you again Hairul and the rest of the team at Pan Pacific. We would not hesitate to stay here again

We stayed here for 7 nights and, having stayed previously around six years ago when everything was excellent, we were disappointed to find that standards seem to have slipped. The location is super convenient for exploring the Haji Lane area and it’s only around a 7-minute walk to Bugis MRT station. The apartment is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer and an excellent washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, and the pool area itself is very pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives stop. The bathroom door offers virtually no privacy, room servicing was inconsistent, with housekeeping sometimes not arriving until around 5:30pm or even not at all, and basic items such as coffee were not always replenished. The shower temperature was difficult to control, the TV did not work throughout our stay(which didn’t actually matter but it’s the principle!), and the sofa was awful and had been badly repaired and in need of replacement. The bedroom also has a lot of bright lights, and on the first night the bedside alarm clock went off at 3:30am. The pool area is clean and attractive, but there is currently significant construction work taking place around the property. The noise was extremely noticeable and detracted from what should have been a relaxing environment.

Chef Fadd, Ahmed and Lisa are the best! Super Friendly and now the bfast has been uograded to different menu with wider selections compared to before. We love our stay here because of responsive customer service and the staff treat us like family.

The room was very nice and spacious for 3 of us. We really appreciated the washing machine in the room. Anything we needed, like extra drying racks and dehumidifier were promptly sent to our room. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for our purposes.

The breakfast was good enough, not the best. We ended up ordering grab food for breakfast most days.

Central location near bugis, atmosphere is vibrant. Stayed in the 1 bedroom premium suite and no regrets because my kids loved the view and the ceiling was higher, felt more spacious. Value for money because we booked earlier. The room was clean and most of the time the room was quiet, possibly cause it was noise proof. We rather less sound as our children can be noisy and we prefer not to disturb others. There is construction works ongoing but nothing disruptive. Keep your expectations low on the buffet breakfast but there's always grab food available. And thanks for upgrading the TVs to be cast-able!
