Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Naima nous a donné tous les bons conseils pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Petit déjeuner au top sur le toit du Riad servis par Icham toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Environnement très calme, dans la médina proche de tous les sites touristiques.

Un retour très apprécié au Riad après nos 3 jours d'excursion dans le désert. L'accueil a été impeccable et le transfert vers l'aéroport organisé pour le lendemain matin s'est déroulé sans le moindre problème.

Un séjour très agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Le cadre est idéal pour se détendre, les infrastructures sont très bien entretenues et le personnel est super présent et gentil. C'est très pratique de pouvoir avoir des bouteilles d'eau sur place, et le riad est idéalement situé, à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Mention spéciale pour l'attention particulière lors de notre départ avec la préparation d'un petit-déjeuner à emporter. Une excellente expérience partagée en famille ! À noter qu'il faut toujours sonner, frapper et qu'on viennent nous ouvrir avant d'entrer dans le riad. Cela peut paraître surprenant au début, mais pour une question de sécurité, je le comprends tout à fait et c'est sûrement mieux comme ça.

Zimmer wie in den meisten Riad's oder Kasbah's halt immer relativ dunkel. Eine Lampe mit einer ein bisschen helleren Glühbirne wäre nicht schlecht.

It was well located and very comfortable. Our room was quite big and had everything we needed.

The addition of a mini fridge to the room would be great. It was very hot during our visit and everything got warm quickly. They did let us keep some items in their main frigid though. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Riad in a very comfortable position in the Medina at walkable distance from the main attractions. The hosts were very kind and available to help with services and informations. The highlight of the stay is the traditional Moroccan breakfast, very tasty and with amazing gluten-free options. The room was simple but clean and well furnished. Overall a wonderful stay.

Could be a little noisy if a window is facing the street or if other guest talk loudly in the inner court. Anyway it wasn't a problem for us.

Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont agréables, confortables et bien équipées. L'emplacement au cœur de la Médina est idéal pour visiter, tout en étant au calme. Les hôtes sont accueillants.

We had a wonderful stay at Miski riad and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech. Most of the main attractions in the old city can be reached on foot. Guests arriving by train or from the airport can easily take a taxi to Place Sidi Ayoub and then walk just a couple of minutes to the riad. The reception staff, especially Hicham and Naima, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and professional. The cleanliness was outstanding. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and toiletries and tissues were replenished every day. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning, featuring traditional Moroccan specialties. It was served on the beautiful rooftop terrace, which is decorated with lovely plants and provides plenty of shade. In the evening, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Our room was equipped with air conditioning and everything a traveler might need. It matched the description and photos on Booking.com perfectly. Laundry service was also available upon request. The Miski riad itself has a beautiful and elegant Moroccan character that made our stay even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this riad, and would definitely return on our next visit to Marrakech.

Nagyon gyonyoru az egesz Riad , a szemelyzet nagyon nagyon kedves es segitokesz, minden reggel csomagoltak nekunk reggelit mert tudtak hogy hosszu turak allnak elottunk. A szobakat minden nap takaritjak , rendben tartjak. A kornyekkel sincs baj , elsore ilyeszto lehet europai szemmel de aztan rajon az ember hogy ilyen az orszag , mas vilag :) nagyon koszonunk mindent!! AJANLOM❤️

La colazione da asporto per chi esce prima delle 8 è priva di bevande e metterei a disposizione acqua anche nella colazione del mattino perché un piccolo bicchiere di succo è insufficiente

Cadre calme et reposant, loin de l’agitation. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné dès l’arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est frais, fait maison, et renouvelé chaque matin avec soin.

- the staff were very friendly, they even organised a breakfast for us waiting outside our room when we had an early start the next morning. They also managed the transfer from the airport, and walked us from the taxi. The staff were brilliant. - very pretty rooftop area - very clean

- shower smelled, made the whole room smell. - we were on bottom floor, it was incredibly loud, it didn't feel private (thin curtains that didn't stretch all the way across, windows didn't block any noise in or out etc.). Had to keep windows open to combat smell, so it was less private. - location was OK, but not great. Quite a walk to get into town. - we had to pay in cash, even though we went through this site. We were told last minute and had to rush to an atm, it should have been something told to us straight away. Note to anyone booking - if it says that your booking was guaranteed with your card, but the amount didn't come out, then you will be expected to pay on site and *in cash*. - WiFi is poor. Signal strength often just cut out randomly - the power shut off multiple times during our stay for some reason (phones wouldn't charge, lights didn't turn on, WiFi down etc.)

Το λιγότερο που μπορώ να βαθμολογήσω την εμπειρία της διαμονής μου είναι με 11/10!!! Κάναμε Τσεκ ιν 2 ώρες νωρίτερα!!! Τα παιδιά μας είχαν κανονίσει ταξί για αεροδρόμιο και όταν φτάσαμε και όταν φεύγαμε όπως επίσης και σε κάθε μας διαδρομή που το χρειαστήκαμε!!!ηταν δίπλα μας σε κάθε ερώτηση μας και μας βοήθησαν σε όλα όσα χρειαστήκαμε!!!Καθημερινη καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο και στο κατάλυμα που πραγματικά έλαμπε από καθαριότητα!!! Όσο για το πρωινό μας το σέρβιραν φρέσκο κάθε πρωί την ώρα που επιθυμούσαμε στην ταράτσα!!!το μαγείρευαν εκείνη την στιγμή!!!Οσο για τον Hisham και τον Younesh έχω να πω τα καλύτερα!!!Σε όσες χώρες έχω ταξιδεψει(και είναι πολλές) πουθενά δεν βρήκα τέτοια αντιμετώπιση από το ξενοδοχείο!!!Και οι δύο ήταν φοβεροί,αυθεντικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε όλα!!!Το σημείο που μέναμε ήταν 7 λεπτά από την κεντρική πλατεία!!!Ολα τέλεια!!!δεν έχω λόγια!!!Hisham and Younesh thank you so much!!!!

Breakfast quality and service were great and rooftop dining is very nice. Location is ideal for central area. Room was clean and comfortable and the wifi is strong.

The temporary cosmetic painting in the courtyard. Work started early and did disrupt the courtyard with tarps and workers, but it was a short term project that will only enhance the property moving forward. It's probably already completed by now.

Riadin sijainti on keskeinen vanhassa kaupungissa. Kattoterassilla tarjoiltu aamiainen oli erinomainen. Palvelu oli kaikkiaan hyvin ystävällistä.

Huoneemme oli maaliskuussa kylmä ja kostea. Ilmalämpöpumppu lakkasi toimimasta heti toisena päivänä. Vesihanat olivat antiikkiset ja vettä oli vaikea saada säädettyä sopivan lämpöiseksi.

The staff in this Riad were amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. It was our first time in Marrakech and we were blown away by the kindness and hospitality. The breakfast served on the rooftop each morning was perfect.

La struttura necessiterebbe di essere rinnovata. La nostra camera aveva lo scarico del bagno rotto, la doccia era vecchia e usurata e la porta della camera si apriva con una leggera pressione della mano, anche se era chiusa a chiave.

Das Riad ist schon etwas älter. Das hinterlässt Spuren die man auch beheben könnte.

La chambre était magnifique, le petit déjeuner était délicieux et préparé dès qu'on arrivait.

Dans la globalité, nous avons tout aimé. L'emplacement était bien. Nous aurions juste apprécié d'avoir un bassin d'eau.

Das Riad ist eigentlich ein kleines Juwel. Leider fehlt hier ein wenig Liebe zum Haus. Mit ein paar Handgriffen könnten abfallende Türgriffe repariert werden und hier und da ein wenig frische Farbe täten den Rest. Das ist keine vier- , aber durchaus eine schöne drei Sterneunterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr sauber.Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Es war sehr unangenehm die Badezimmertüre an einer Schraube zu öffnen. Es gab nur begrenzt warmes Wasser.

Le riad lui même, petit et confidentiel. Le personnel est au petit soin envers nous. La chambre était agréable et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux. Et malgré la fraîcheur du mois de février, nous n'avons jamais eu froid.

Notre chambre familiale située au rdc et à côté de l'entrée était assez bruyante. Les fenêtres étant très fines et pas forcément bien isolée, on entendait tout, notamment quand les gens entraient un peu tard. La porte d'entrée vitrée manquait d'un rideau plus épais et filtrant.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in a traditional Moroccan riad, and the breakfast was delicious.

Our family of four stayed in a three-bedroom room, but there was no sofa or anything, and the shared courtyard area was too cold in the winter to relax. We booked three transportation service through the hotel: one from the airport to Marrakech, and roundtrip from Marrakech to the Agafey Desert. Each ride was with a different driver. We had told the hotel in advance the name of hotel where we were staying in the Agafey Desert, but the hotel owner gave the driver a different hotel name, so we ended up at the wrong hotel, which added over an hour to the journey. The driver was humble and did his best, but we should have confirmed the destination directly with driver to make sure. On next day, we had booked a transportation at 12 o'clock. Although a new driver contacted us once that morning, we never received updated response, and the driver didn't arrive until 12:40. Without any communication, my family ended up waiting at reception for over an hour for unsure arrival. When we said we wished you let us know if you were going to be late, he didn't apologize, but instead got angry and said his boss had conducted in last minutes and that he had to rush because of us. We didn't book in last minute, it was all planned. This left us feeling bad about our last day in Morocco. There will be some hits and misses with drivers.

Hisham war ein toller Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Er hat unseren Flughafen-Transfer organisiert und jeden Morgen ein super leckeres Frühstück gezaubert. Die Dachterrasse war auch ein Highlight. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Mi è piaciuto molto la cortesia dello staff. La stanza era molto pulita e tutti i giorni veniva sistemata. La camera spaziosa ed anche il bagno. Cosa importante ra molto silenziosa.

Purtroppo la stanza era molto fredda, ma il condizionatore compensava questo problema.

Riad Miski offers a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, traditional Moroccan food prepared with great care and served every morning in a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the Medina and main attractions, making it easy to explore the city and then relax away from the noise. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, decorated in authentic Moroccan style and kept spotless throughout the stay. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and the combination of excellent breakfast, ideal location, and a cozy room made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that the WiFi connection in the room was quite weak, which made it difficult to use at times. Overall, everything exceeded expectations

The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were super helpful in booking day trips for us, giving tips and even prepared coffee for when we had to leave early for a day trip. The rooms are charming and the location is excellent: walking distance to all the main points, and being a couple of blocks from the souks makes it safe and easy to access, while also being calm and more 'local vibes'.

The only thing that's not excellent is the shower. It didn't matter to us, though. (:

Super leuke authentieke Riad, in de medina! Het vriendelijke gastvrije en behulpzame team heeft ons verblijf heel comfortabel gemaakt. Hisham verzorgde elke ochtend uitgebreid ontbijt, schonk heerlijke thee en konden hem alles vragen. Ook onze gesprekken en gezelligheid maakte ons verblijf heel bijzonder! 🙏 Enorm bedankt!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Medina. Die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten aber sauber, das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend.

Mit ein bißchen Aufwand könnte man einige Mängel beseitigen z.B. lose Halterung des Duschkopfes in der Brausend auch des Safes im Zimmer.

Beautiful hotel, absolutely gorgeous to walk around in. Rooms were very nice, were decorated and designed in a nice style, bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. Plenty of space in the room. Bathroom was wonderful, lots of space and had all amenities provided and included. Room and hotel were all very clean as well. Very impressive cleanliness! The staff were truly wonderful. When we came in at about 7pm, we were greeted by a lovely woman, who sat us down and brought us biscuits and tea while we filled out the visitor detail form, and gave us lots of information about Marrakech. The man who does the night shift is also lovely, he came up to introduce himself so we knew who he was, and was up before dawn to prepare all the guests breakfast. He made ours extra quickly and served us first as he knew that we had to leave to the airport early, and helped us print out our boarding passes. A wonderful experience and a 11/10 hotel. Would love to come back.
