Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Posizione, l'ambiente che la circonda, lo staff molto disponibile. La struttura di per se è ben tenuta ed ha molti servizi accessori (garage, deposito ski, ristorante)
Non accettabile che ci sia una sola doccia al piano e due toilette, fatico ad immaginare in alta stagione invernale la gestione dell'uso delle docce e bagni. La camera un po' troppo angusta per 6 persone, ma in un ostello ci sta, sebbene il posto letto non sia economico e si pretenderebbe qualcosa di meglio, ma in Svizzera è preventivabile spendere di più.

There was a school camp happening while I was there, and the kids set off the fire alarm. Thankfully we didn’t need to evacuate.

A 10-minute walk will bring you to the town center -My bedroom, the bathrooms, and the common areas were clean -There were enough toilets, showers, and sinks considering the number of guests when I was in the hostel -the staff is helpful, kind, and professional -The breakfast (included) was good both in terms of quality of the food and amount of choice, and the dinner (available at around 20 CHF) had adequate portions Generally speaking, one of the best hostels I've ever been to
No big issues to report. Considering the high prices in Switzerland, the hostel offers good value for money

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Ho soggiornato diverse volte in questa struttura. Punto forte è sicuramente la posizione accanto alla stazione RhB, benché lontano dal paese e dai supermercati. I costi sono davvero bassi, nonostante la colazione sia inclusa. Il personale è molto cordiale e simpatico.
Gli orari di check-in sono relativamente stringenti, per esperienza, le 16 sono già abbastanza tardi (la maggior parte delle strutture offre check-in dalle 14-15 e le 21 altrettanto, considerando appunto che si parte dalle 16 in poi. Per chi arriva tardi in auto, o per chi desidera mangiare fuori senza poter prima passare in ostello, l'orario è molto limitante.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Vista favolosa sulle montagne di fronte a Pontresina. Colazione con formaggi del territorio e ben variegata. Reception molto disponibile e camera spaziosa e pulita. Alloggio posizionato vicino alla stazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo vista la zona in cui si trova!
Il parcheggio non è incluso e non ce ne sono gratuiti in zona. Per parcheggiare, la residenza può fornirne uno a circa 200 metri a 10CHF al giorno in uno spazio un po' fangoso

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Right next to the train station - great for interrail travellers. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast and evening meal options. Friendly staff. Drying room.
Lighting in rooms could be brighter. Toilets were not close to our room. Reception was closed when we arrived at lunchtime and didn’t re-open until 4pm so we had to go and get Swiss coins to operate the luggage lockers to keep our bags safe while we went for a hike.

Allerdings gibt es in der näheren Umgebung auch Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist für eine Jugendherberge außergewöhnlich gut sehr netter Service.

Accueil plutôt froid et minimal. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Difficile de manger sur place en dehors de leur restaurant car la salle commune manque de la plupart du matériel ce qui est surprenant pour une auberge de jeunesse.

As I can struggle with ladders due to knee issues, the team had put a message onto a bed for me but ignored by fellow guest. She left the next day and I was able to claim the lower bunk.
